The property is in a good location and very comfortable, quite gothic in someways. Rooftop breakfast is nice to experience overlooking Rome. TV has Netflix if you subscribe already. Close to Navona Piazza

Excellent location right in the centre of the old town. The staff were lovely and very easy to communicate with. The breakfast area was incredible, with an exceptional buffet selection. We would come again and again. The rooms style was very fun, it felt like being in a play, we enjoyed the theme and style and have a very comfortable sleep.

Kahvaltı çok güzel çoğu otele göre zengin bir kahvaltısı var ve çatıda kahvaltı olanağı ayrıca güzeldi şehir manzarasında kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Odalar çok temiz yataklar çok rahattı ve odaların mimarisi muhteşemdi.

Resepsiyon ve odaların farklı yerlerde olması dezavantajdı. Resepsiyon ve odalar uzak değil ama farklı sokaktalar bilmeyen için zor olabilir odaların önünde beklemek zorunda kaldık. Bir de oda da terlik olmaması bir dezavantaj onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi.

Excelente ubicación.

Olor a humedad insoportable, el cuidado de las instalaciones es pésimo y la limpieza fue totalmente nula. Cubrecamas sucios, almohadas con mal olor y no confortables. Para colmo, las rejillas y filtros del aire acondicionado estaban totalmente cubiertos de polvo, un peligro absoluto para la salud respiratoria. Es inaceptable que un establecimiento comercial ofrezca habitaciones en semejantes condiciones de insalubridad. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y menos a cuantos sufren de alergias.

There was a power cut at the hotel (and perhaps a gas leak) around midnight. The staff had no means whatsoever of relocating their guests--and the management were NOWHERE to be found. The staff wanted to help but had no support, no resources, no relationships with which the guests could be helped. Some of the guests contemplated calling the police. I fear the staff will be blamed but really they had neither the authority, resources or knowledge to know what to do. Elderly people couldn't use the lifts but had to climb to the top of the hotel and drag their luggage out. It was an awful scene and nobody knew what to do. The emergency lighting in the main building is inadequate and in a real fire, it would have been impossible to find the fire escape. This is a dangerous building that is poorly managed, despite the frustrated goodwill of the staff.

Fantastic central location with helpful staff. Rooms are huge and have air conditioning.

Bathrooms are old as you would expect but completely functional.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. We picked the hotel for its unusual decor and it did not disappoint the rooftop breakfast is lovely a well worth 15 Euros. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Elevator is a bit jenky, but that is true on Rome generally

L’emplacement dans la ville est super, l’ambiance de la chambre est vraiment authentique. La chambre a toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires !

Il y a un peu de bruit le soir comme la chambre donne sur la rue mais rien d’insupportable. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

The old italian look to it, authenticity. Its right in the middle of everything and so easy to get around on foot. Taxis station a few steps away and bus stop right on corner.

The only downside, which really didnt matter, was that the management was not on site but around the corner.

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la Piazza Navona ou du Chateau Saint Ange. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le rooftop pour le soir comme le matin est spectaculaire avec une vue magnifique sur les toits de Rome. Chambres propres, personnel souriant et attentionné.

L'isolation phonique est à désirer notamment lorsqu'on se trouve Via dei Coronari le vendredi et le samedi soir avec l'ambiance festive qui dure très tardivement dans la nuit. Une des climatisations ne fonctionnait pas malgré nos relances à la réception. Notre chambre était particulièrement sombre même en pleine journée et le service de petit déjeuner demanderait une réorganisation car son accès n'est pas aisé lorsqu'il y a un peu de monde.

Felt like I was living in Ancient Rome - exactly as shown- very authentic . Round the corner from Piazza Novona with its beautiful sculptures and fountains. Lovely restaurants and cafes. Very central for Vatican.

Les deux chambres étaient beaucoup trop bruyantes car collées à une rue passante surtout le samedi soir et sans double vitrage. Sans boules quies impossible de dormir. Les volets ferment mal.

Noe slitt, men hva gjør vel det. Store rom. Noe lytt fra rommet vårt som vendte ut mot gaten, noe som ikke gjorde noe for vår del. Hvis man vil ha stillhet, ta med ørepropper. Renhold meget bra!

Les chambres sont d'une propreté incroyable et le rooftop de l'hôtel offre une vue superbe sur Rome. Emplacement dans le centre historique idéale avec de nombreux restaurants autour et centre d'intérêt historique a visiter.

Notre chambre n'était pas dans l'hôtel, mais dans une rue adjacente et elle était extrêmement bruyante. Nous avons été obligés de dormir avec des boules quies. La douche/baignoire mériteraient d'être refaites, et la literie n'est pas confortable. Le matelas converge vers le centre du lit. Le petit déjeuné n'est vraiment pas intéressant. (peu de choix, très industriel, et ne donne pas envie)

This hotel is in a great location for reaching all the sights and everything is walkable. Although not the most modern, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. This hotel doesn't have a reception desk. Check in is a one minute walk away and that is the location of the breakfast too. The breakfast is on the roof terrace with great views. The hot food wasn't very hot.

The outside noise is very bad, windows open or closed, it doesn't make a difference. It's like they are open all the time. Our wake up call the first morning was suitcases being wheeled over the cobbles at 5.50am. By 7am, work had started on a shop opposite and came with lots of banging and loud talking. The second morning (Saturday) was much better as the shop wasn't being worked on.

The atmosphere and look of the rooms was very old authentic realm I did like a lot. Location was excellent close to Great sites

Check in with tricky because where the address was no one was there turned out we had to Haul our luggage back to the main street and that's where the check-in was checking staff not to accommodating or welcoming was pretty slick by saying I should have read my email in regards to how to check in they did have a rooftop restaurant and bar that was very nice but staff again snotty asking if we had reservations we didn't they seemed annoyed seated us anyway because we told them we're staying at the hotel the bed was absolutely horrible sunken in the pillows were so thick I think I have whiplash no luxuries or amenities whatsoever we had to ask for water no ice pretty much nothing heard people yelling not sure if in the hotel or in the street at all hours of the night probably the worst night sleep we had while in Rome

- the room was dusty, my mom who is allergic, couldn’t sleep any of the nights, and neither did us because of that - we complained and asked to be reimbursed for the nights after the first, so we could go to another hotel, and had our request denied - the pillows were very hard - you had to press the flush several times for it to work - the room is very old and dark with broken furniture - we were offered a free breakfast because they wouldn’t reimburse us, and the breakfast was very basic, most of the food was cold and hard - the internet was extremely slow

the location is quiet and central,excellent receptionist.

Location was awesome, just needed to figure out transportation from the Rome terminal. Pretty easy to figure out. Check in was around the corner but with a quick call it was very simple to find. They held our luggage for us which was awesome. Private space in a wonderful location!

Very good central location, close to Piazza Navona, easy to access on foot. The room was large, you had enough space to move around and store your things. Wi-Fi was ok, relatively stable. Received clean towels on a regular basis.

This was for the Fiametta room, ask for a room in the main buliding that may be better than this one. The terms and conditions of the room stipulated that the owners assumed no responsibility in case any of your personal items were to be stolen, so make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the room. There's a small safe in the cupboard, but if you have something larger than a purse that's valuable, take it with you. The room is quite dark, even during daytime you need to keep the lights on. There was no heating in the room, the radiator depended on the central heating of the entire building and it was only supposed to be turned on after the 15th of November. The room was very cold during the night between the 9th - 14th of November, at around 14° Celsius or 57° Fahrenheit. We asked staff about heating the room and they directed us to use the AC for this purpose, however the AC only worked for about 1 hour or less and then it automatically turned off, this didn't heat the room barely enough and in the morning it was uncomfortably cold. The AC might have been programmed so that tourists wouldn't use it too much to keep the bills low. Staff was indifferent to our heating issue, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone outside of the summer months, even then there's a big question mark if they'll allow you to use the AC as much as you need to cool down the room. The windows were old wooden frame windows with one glass pane, the room didn't have modern insulated windows. The streets below were very noisy at night due to a constant large influx of people and the lack of insulated windows. Ear plugs are a must. The mattress on the bed was very worn out, it had a large indent in the spine area that made sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, it's best to avoid this accommodation and trying to find a more modern building/ room that has proper heating and upgraded windows.

Vattentrycket i duschen är svagt så tvätta håret tar en bra stund. Fläkten väsnas nått enormt och lampan ovanför handfatet fungerade inte. Det var även en kvarglömd keps i garderoben.

Great location on a wonderful street - walking distance to Vatican (10 mins) and wonderful restaurants nearby . Room was good size. Noisy as is most of Rome but worth the location. Nice staff- bathroom was ok and bed was comfortable. Lovely building

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, and overall would recommend!! Wifi did not work at all, we never mentioned it as I had wifi so would not decount that. As the property is old it was very loud as there is no insulation in the windows, but again can’t complain as we knew. Overall would recommend as the location is stunning, and the hotel room itself is a really amazing experience.

I have had the room on the main picture. It was nice, quite bizzare but I really like it. Nice place in the city centre. Beautiful breakfast terrace on the top of next hotels building.

The room was quite dark, but I spent the whole day outside.

There washroom had mold around the bathtub.and the water pressure for the shower was very low. There was no options of water - in the rooms. For courtesy atleaat guest should get water to drink within there rooms

We loved this property, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative that I have for this was that the shower was tiny. I had to turn off the water to lather up and didn’t have enough room to move my arms around. Besides that I would highly recommend based on location, staff, and cleanliness.

Lorsque nous avions réservé, nous ne savions pas que l'hotel était une annexe d'un autre hotel, situé à 100 mètres de celle-ci, dont le PDj était servi en rooftoop avec une vue surplombant Rome. Les chambres car nous étions 2 couples donc 2 chambres étaient propres, le lit King size, du rangement suffisant situés une au premier étage, la seconde au 2 ème étage étaient desservies par un ascenseur à code ou une possibilité de passer par les escaliers. L'annexe située dans une rue passagère, bruyante la nuit par le passage des touristes et des camions poubelles sans oublier les stores de magasin lors de la fermeture. La salle de bain un peu petite, vieillotte, la douche pas trop nette pourrait etre rénovée. Nous avons dû demander dû gel douche car manquant dans la chambre. Quant au PDJ, la personne qui le sert est très compétente. Les œufs au plat ou les œufs brouillés sont froids, peu de choix de pains, la personne étant seule au service ne pouvait gérer le service à table et le ravitaillement des plats. Dommage car le PDJ coûte 15 euros par personne mais ne les vaut pas. A 2 pas de la piazza navone ce qui est un petit plus pour la découverte de la ville

The location was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. The staff were 5 star! And breakfast on the terrace at their sister-hotel was a lovely way to start the day.

The room was a lot smaller than the photos showed. The bathroom was tiny so, getting in and out of the shower, while trying to step around the bidet and not slip over was tricky and risky.

This place is awesome, I will be staying here every time I come to Rome from now on. The rooms are amazing, thoughtfully decorated with detail in renaissance style. The rooftop is gorgeous, with great views and a nice place to just hang out. And the location is tremendous, right in the heart of things around the corner from piazza navona, and short walk to Vatican, pantheon, etc.

Air conditioning

Its location… perfectly placed to visit all the tourists attractions. Room was very spacious, clean, good Italian decor with air conditioning as a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly with All English speaking.

Shower room was nice and clean, but a little tired. It could benefit with a refurbishment. It didn’t actually bother us…..but others may comment negatively. Could benefit from having a in room tea/coffee making services.

There was a fixed twin bed and a twin sofa bed. The room is not comfortable for 4 people. It should not exceed 3 people. The twin sofa bed mattress is sagging in the middle and is very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. I got a back ache. I told the receptionist about it and recommended that they replace the sofa bed with a fixed twin bed. The location in the center of town is good.

We loved the location- right near Piazza Navona and near the Ponte Saint Angelo. The perfect spots to end our busy days in Rome - and stay close to our hotel. The room is was nice and a fun experience to stay in such a unique styled room. We loved the area and would definitely come back again.
