Een locatie zonder openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Beter de auto in Montreal tegen een vast dag tarief parkeren en met de metro de bezienswaardigheden bekijken. Het ontbijt met papieren bekers en borden. De canadese onbijtcultuur is simpel, maar met wegwerp bestek en borden... blijft er niets meer over.

Le petit déjeuner une grande déception pour un hôtel comme celui là, les tables ne sont pas nettoyées et on ne mange rien de fait maison dans des assiettes en carton avec des couverts jetables...

Wir hatten einen defekten Duschkopf. Nach der Meldung an der Rezeption war dieser am Nachmittag gewechselt. Hat gut funktioniert.

Das Zimmer war schon etwas veraltet. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Wir fanden das Pappegeschirr und Besteck nicht so ansprechend. Es gab kein 24/7 Kaffee und Saft (wie in anderen Hotels). Die Beleuchtung im Flur war recht dunkel und der Teppich hatte schon viele Flecken und Löcher. Der Personal wirkte etwas überfordert, es wurde kaum gegrüßt, keine Nachfragen beim auschecken.

La recepción del hotel absolutamente desastrosa, nos cancelaron una reserva CONFIRMADA con la tarjeta al 100% y nos dijeron que lo hicieron porque no les confirmaba esa misma tarjeta que si lo hizo en otra reserva que teniamos 5 dias despues. Lo peor fue la desidia del personal, pasando de nosotros incluso riendose y sin dar ninguna solución. Llamamos a Booking y nos dijeron que si estaba totalmente confirmada, pero el hotel ni queria hablar con ellos y si lo hacian decian que el sistema lo habia cancelado y ya no disponian de habitaciones. Tuvimos que irnos a mas de 110km de Montreal porque toda la ciudad estaba sin disponibilidad en ningun hotel :-(. Repito, lo de la recepcion fue VERGONZOSO, la persona que nos atendió era surrealista, parecia que estaba fumado, y no habia nadie mas, ni un responsable ni nada, demencial de verdad, es que no se ni como contarlo de lo increiblemente desastroso que fue. En la segunda reserva, ya sin problemas, el hotel no esta mal, pero la gestion muy, muy mala, personal muy desagradable, no te ayudan en nada, ni los buenos dias te dan y el desayuno muy simplon. Tiene todo para ser un gran hotel, pero estos detalles te hacen huir de el, corriendo !!!!

L'Hotel est situé près des garnds artères , ce qui facilite les déplacements . La chambre était spacieuse et propre , l 'hotel est bien tenu et la réception était bonne et efficace .

Le déjeuner est très ordinaire , pas de choix dans le type de pain , céréales , aucun fruits frais tranchés et le café est banal .

Al llegar al hotel nos informaron de que no había ninguna habitación disponible para nosotros, ya que el establecimiento había cancelado nuestra reserva a través de Booking sin avisarnos previamente. El empleado que nos atendió mantuvo una actitud poco profesional, riéndose repetidamente ante la situación, y finalmente nos indicó que su turno había terminado y que debíamos esperar al siguiente compañero. Decía que estaban llenos y que no podía hacer nada. Eran las 11 de la noche. Por suerte, el otro compañero consiguió solucionarlo y nos alojó en una suite que estaba en reformas y que, además, tenía goteras.

Grand hôtel avec de grandes chambres, de grandes salles de bains, un parking, et super bien placé

Nous avions 2 chambres, c'est un grand hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, une maintenance des équipements devrait être plus poussée : dans une chambre, paroi de douche déglinguée, clim qui ne s'arrête jamais et tourne au plus fort, pas de Vmc dans l'autre chambre! Sur les parties communes ce serait bien aussi de donner un petit coup de neuf, et gros point noir, le petit déjeuner qui, en plus d'être très simple, ne propose pas de bons produits

J'ai aimé l'emplacement facile d'accès, le parking suffisamment grand, la présence de restaurants autour, la propreté et le petit-déjeuner.

Je ne vois rien de négatif dans mon séjour.

They located us in the first floor. It was too loud. We could hear the kitchen, the people going in and out with the suitcase and everyone talking. One of the washroom light wasn’t working and the pressure in the shower was minimal, we had to take the shower head off to make it better

Un peu vieillot, le bâtiment, déco des chambres et salle de bain a moderniser.. personnel peu ou pas souriant, check out avec prise de la carte des mains sans un sourire. Petit déjeuner, du choix mais pas de chocolat chaud, tout dans des assiettes cartons et couvert jetables, sans tri alors c'est pas digne du prix et pas ecolo. Éloigné de restaurants et centre ville , obligatoire d'avoir une voiture...

Hotel feels like a luxury resort. Reception was warm and inviting and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and location to Montreal was great without being downtown.

No pool and a bit overcrowding during breakfast but staff handled crowd flawlessly.

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée, soit un lit King et un lit simple. Le personnel nous a expliqué que ce type de chambre n’existait pas et qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de Booking. Un lit d’appoint a été apporté mais nous avons quand même payé le prix affiché qui était assez élevé.

Arrivé à 23h00 le ménage était fait à moitié, un sac plastic en boule sur le bureau, une touffe de cheveux dans la baignoire, la boite de kleenex en désordre. La réception s’excuse et vous demande de patienter 30 à 40mn le « cleaner » étant occupé. À cette heure là et après 9h d’avion vous préférez vous coucher. Mais le lendemain soir lorsque vous trouvez votre chambre dans l’état où vous l’avez laissé le matin en partant, la c’est trop. Jamais vu un service aussi nul et un tel manque de respect pour les clients.

J’ai surtout aimé la localisation. En effet pour se rendre sur l’île de Montréal, il ne suffisait que de prendre le REM. De plus la station est située très proche de l’hôtel. Tout était propre et les employés étaient gentils.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. After traveling extensively and staying in hotels all over the world, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I accidentally left behind a pair of dress shorts weighing less than 0.5 kg. Instead of placing them in a simple envelope or plastic bag, the hotel refused to help and insisted that I purchase an expensive shipping box and label. It wasn't just about the cost—it was the complete lack of willingness to help a guest. Most hotels understand that small acts of kindness are part of hospitality. This hotel showed none. If this is how they treat guests over such a simple request, I would seriously question whether they value customer service at all. I will never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests—choose one of those instead.

je tiens à vous confirmer que je suis tres déçu de la politique de cette compagnie qui a eu le culot de me sur facturer de plus de $100.00 pour une erreur de date dans ma réservation, j'ai inscrit 25/26 au lieu de 23/24. en dedans de 15 minutes il ont ajouté plus de $100.00 en sur frais, c'est pas la façon de conserver un bon client. Plus jamais je leur confirai mes réservations. Je vais me faire un devoir d'avertit tous mes amis, ma famille etc, tout ceux qui me parleront de BOOKING .COM, je vais dénoncer cette façon qui me parait exagérer et abusive. faites moi plaisir et faites le transfert de mes doléances à ces gourmants . Merci.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. The location was also easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late, we didn't have time to enjoy more time in the room. The AC was not working properly. The room temperature was a bit high for our taste.

Frühstück war nicht gut, schlechte Präsentation, Rührei konnte man so gar nicht nennen, alles auf Papptellern, frisches Obst gab es gerade mal Bananen Hotel insgesamt doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen

The front staff were very friendly and accommodating helping us with directions and things to do and how to go. Rooms here spotless, spacious, just the right temperature and super comfortable bed.

Nothing all in all it was a lovely stay. We felt spoiled, a lovely luxurious atmosphere.

The staff worked to correct some inconsistencies that the 3rd party website had misrepresented in terms of number of beds.

The area for the complementary breakfast was cramped and they seemed understaffed and undersupplied for resources considering the hotel appeared to be at max capacity.

Die Lage an der Schnellstraße war praktisch und es war trotzdem nicht laut. Das Zimmer war gross und das Badezimmer riesig.

Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen denn nicht nur ist alles Einweg Geschirr auch die Rühreier hatten kaum was vom Eigelb gesehen und schmeckten gar nicht. Alles war ziemlich lieblos im Frühstücks Raum. Man merkt dass es wohl viele Car Reisen gibt die hier übernachten und da braucht man eben eine Frühstücks Möglichkeit.

Front desk employees Shirley and JR were amazing people to speak with. Adrian the caretaker was very friendly. Great location for short drive to Metro Longueuil and quick scoot downtown. Breakfast is the typical hotel offerings - I will say cold hashbrowns every morning has an easy fix if the cook would turn on the oven :) - we will be staying their again. Had nasty neighbors in the loft next to us and had to move to another room and that was a much better experience with a quiet and clean room. I have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Brossard.

The room didn't match the description on the booking website.while we were expecting a king bed there was a queen bed and even though we have sent a request in advance for an extra bed and called a few hours before arriving to make sure it will be ready when we'll get there they didn't get it ready and at the beginning said they are not sure it will fit. One of the single beds in the. Morning was broken as well. Overall not a good experience and bed service since they were unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate us. They have also said that the missing information about the room wasn't a new thing and it has been mentioned to them in the past. Very disappointing

Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety to choose from.

Maybe instructions to change setting on a/c -i it was set for 16degC and we would have preferred 18degC but once you were in bed under the covers it was OK... I am glad I packed slippers!

The hotel offers a delightful ambiance with exquisite decor, and the breakfast selection is exceptional.

The water pressure is really low, gotta get that fixed.

I strongly recommend that families avoid staying here. This hotel is the worst. We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. On the first night, our room was uncomfortably cold. No matter how high I set the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C. The heating simply did not work properly. The next morning, I had to ask the front desk to manually adjust the room temperature, which should never have been necessary. The second major issue was the hot water. On the first evening, the shower water was not warm enough for a comfortable shower. my family had to wait until the next morning when the hot water returned. I reported the problem to the front desk, and they assured me it would be fixed. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. On the second night, there was NO HOT WATER at all for the whole night! My family was unable to take a shower for two consecutive evenings. In all my years of traveling across North America, this is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that failed to provide reliable hot water and maintain a comfortable room temperature for its guests. That is simply unacceptable for any hotel. These issues suggest that the hotel's maintenance and customer service standards are far below what guests should reasonably expect. It felt as though minimizing operating costs was given higher priority than providing basic comfort and service. I would not stay here again, and I want to warn anyone, especially families to stay at this hotel. Save yourself the frustration and choose another hotel! You will definitely regret for staying at Hotel Brassard. Avoid it!

J’ai reçu un email a 21h30 le soir avant notre départ pour me dire que j’avais 30 minutes pour confirmer ma réservation sinon le tout serais canceller, malheureusement je n’ai pas vue le email a temps le matin durant notre trajet vers l’hôtel j’ai appelé ils m’ont dit pas de problème y me faut juste votre carte mais au final j’ai payé ma chambre plein prix donc facilement 100$ de plus que prévu, arriver sur place d’autres clients on eu le même email sauf qu’il restait pu de place donc ils on du se trouver un autre hôtel et le personnel leur riait dans la face en disant que c’était un bug de booking et non leur faute.

We had a Chinese speaking neighbor who started a very loud conversation in front of our door before 6am. I went out to ask them to speak quietly or go somewhere else so some of us could sleep longer. But my request was ignored.

It is well located, specially if need to want to stay out of downtown.

Hotel messed up my reservation. For some reason they canceled my booking.com reservation at the day I was coming. I had to call and ask to reinstate my reservation. They asked for a credit card, charged deposit fees. When I asked if price stays the same they said yes. However, when I arrived few hours later and paid for my stay it became $729 instead of booking.com reservation price $509+tax. Showing them my reservation they haven't done anything. Since already paid they just shrugged and said that I talk to booking.com and they can't do anything about it. I also tried to see if price changed on booking.com and it was still $509 + tax for the same dates. I couldn't just canceled because once again I already paid and there are cancellation fees.

They have a picture that threat if towels got stain we will charge you!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, while the room was large with a vintage feel that screamed luxury. Loved the stay

I didn’t like the fact the cleaner was knocking on my door at 8:30 am. Prior to 8:30 am I could hear them chatting and moving equipment.

We hadden de presidential suite geboekt, maar deze was niet meer beschikbaar zodat wij een upgrade naar de executive suite kregen. Dit bleek direct de grootste suite van het hotel te zijn. Deze was zeer ruim en schoon. Het personeel bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Er was meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
