La piscine et le gym fermé trop tôt; 9:00 pm c’est trop tôt! L’autre point négatif est qu’il n’y avait aucune salle pour prendre un verre avec d’autres clients de l’hôtel. ( nous étions en tournoi de soccer, plusieurs parents auraient aimé se réunir pour discuter et prendre une bière en fin de soirée).

Beds are too much soft, its like you just drown into it rather than laying down. Breakfasts is good but I love to eat sandwich with omelette, items get disappeared वे too soon replenishing them took long time.

The a/c was dripping and made a puddle beside the bed. We notified staff upon noticing right after check-in and said they would do nothing about it.

Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Très à l'écoute de nos besoins spécifiques avec un enfant sévèrement allergique au déjeuner. Hôtel très propre et bien situé, je recommande cet endroit.

Air climatisé bruyant et qui rend la pièce humide la nuit. Par contre, il climatisait bien pour rendre la pièce froide.

Dirty bed sheets and old towels of weird color. They were changed before us, they are just too old and dirty because of age. Pictures attached. Also there was a really bad smell in the room, probably because of air conditioning, we needed to open the windows for the night time because of the bad smell.

Area was safe and restaurants around. We have a safe parking space where it’s gated. There is a door right thru your parking space which makes it convenient if you have lots of heavy luggages.

Rooms are small. A/C is motel-kind, mounted low on the outside wall. While it was working very well, those kind of A/Cs blow cold air directly to someone sleeping next to it. Beware.

Piscine un peu petite, l'eau était un peu trouble. Pas de beurre au petit déjeuner. Boulevard bruyant sous la fenêtre de notre chambre.

L'emplacement était bien.

L'eau de la piscine n'était pas propre. La climatisation de la chambre était directement sur moi, et elle faisait un bruit incroyable. Au surplus, j'ai dû débourser pour le stationnement, alors qu'il y avait plein d'espaces autour.

L’emplacement était vraiment incroyable. Le petit a adoré votre piscine Vraiment agréable d’avoir une porte vers l’extérieur directement.

Le divant lit était vraiment inconfortable et lorsqu’on a arreter le climatiseur, il y avait une odeur d’humidité ds la chambre.

Il n’y avait pas de tapis dans la chambre et l’un des lits étaient très confortables. Le lieu était parfait.

La climatisation était extrêmement bruyante.

La chambre était très propre et agréable, et nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. L’hôtel bénéficie surtout d’une très bonne situation géographique, le REM ce trouve au bout de la rue accessible en bus c'est parfait ! Pas de voiture sur Montréal Ce sont de vrais points forts qui ont contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

The location, the staff and the bed. Breakfast was good also. I did have a good night at the installation, but I did arrive late and I also didn't have time to enjoy the pool, the hotel facilities etc. But it was still a good place.

The fact that you have to pay for the parking and they aren't responsible for the damage, stealing etc .. that happens in the paid parking. We arrived at the front desk and it was a bit crowded, not the staff nor Hotel problem and finally call for a second clerk to handle the check-in.

Ruime slaapkamer, goed bed. Ligging heel handig als je met de auto bent want grote parking aanwezig!

Als het hotel volledig vol geboekt is zoals in nu in juli, het drukste seizoen, dan is is het er druk en wel wat lawaai

Room didn’t match description (was missing pull out couch) was moved to a different room with two queens instead. Room stunk, was told “yeah we have four rooms like this” was unable to switch to a different room due to lack of availability. Staff sprayed the room but it did not help. Not sure why the hotel is actively renting rooms that don’t meet the standard.

Check in was fast and staff very helpful. Had a great stay.

Grande chambre

Le petit déjeuner est très léger avec des produits de faible qualité. La chambre et la salle du petit déjeuner étaient sales (coussin déchiré, sac papier de nourriture derrière le réfrigérateur, ...) Pas de prises électriques autour du bureau dans la chambre.

Les lits sont confortables. On peut mettre Netflix Disney et prime sur la télé. La piscine n'a pas de creux, elle est à 1.2 m partout. Donc les enfants ont pu bien s'amuser!

L'ascenseur est minuscule! Le stationnement coûte 23$..

I have visited this Best Western many times. It was our third time in. The location is quite convenient since moving into Downtown or the Old Port is very quick with relatively light traffic via the highways. Breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean.

They started charging for parking which is very unusual for a motel that's on a suburb. The motel gets really crowded over the summer weekends. This means that the breakfast area can get really busy and parking gets tricky. Also, our room got really humid with our clothes and bedding feeling moist. Having the AC on all day didn't really help. Strange.

Awesome staff; friendly and efficient, all of them. Good hot breakfast. Very clean dining room. Comfortable bed.

PARKING IS NOT FREE as advertised on their website; $10 + taxes/day for parking. Bed not made when making room. Very popular with school year end trips which made it crowded and noisy despite teenagers being well behaved. Younger families letting their kids run wild in hallways in the evening. Probably quieter rest of the year.

The room is so clean

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. It feels like the springs are broken, and I can feel them digging into my back when I sleep.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit pour étape dans notre voyage. Nous avons aimé le confort de la literie, la salle de bain fonctionnelle et propre, la gentillesse du personnel à la réception et pour le prix le choix au petit déjeuner était vraiment bien.

The size of the room was huge. The hotel was very clean including the pool. The breakfast was very delicious.

Breakfast choices were limited. No water bottles provided in the rooms. Check-in is not really 24/7 as reception told us that if we didn't show up before a certain time, they would cancel our booking. How do we inform them that we will be late if they don't even pick up the phone? Also why do we need to pay for parking for a hotel which was not disclosing during on the booking?

Lors de notre passage, au moment de se coucher nous avons remarqué un trace pouvant s'apparenter à des selles sur la couverture d'un des deux lit. En se présentant à la réception elle nous à heureusement transféré de chambre, mais ça demeure moins agréable lorsque tu souhaite te coucher et que ma fille a une compétition tôt le lendemain matin. Elle avait mentionner faire le message au gérant et que nous aurions des nouvelle, je m'attendais alors à un suivi pour possible remboursement partiel ou offre de point au compte équivalent a une réservation future, du moins un suivi et offre de compensassion Le lendemain matin personne n'était au courant. J'ai attendu quelques jours en attente d'un courriel mais rien. Jai alors écrit moi même un courriel contenant la photo. Jai reçu un message de remerciement du suivi et des excuses seulement. J'ai donc réécrit à 2 ou 3 reprises pour discuter, mais aucune suite.

Breakfast is standard and healthy, it has options: hot, warm and cold, fruit, tea, coffee, yogurt. Room is clean. I like the locations, very accessible to transit and many restaurants of different options. Gym and swimming pool are catering different tourists

If Parking is not charged it will be more ideal.

The room was clean & quiet. There was a tournament with a lot of kids around the halls, but I wasn't disturbed by the noise while I was in my room.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle a bit. There was no microwave & I didn't like the coffee machine.

Sehr enttäuschend war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Käse belief sich auf eingeschweissten Schmelzkäse, keine Wurst/Schinken. Joghurt nur gezuckert, kein Joghurt Natur, keine Früchte. Nur Toastbrot. Hatte einen late Checkout bis 12:00h erfragt, ab 10 Uhr wurde trotzdem dauernd wieder an meine Tür geklopft und dann fing das Personal auch noch an, zu diskutieren. Ein Restaurant in der Nähe, das aber um 22:00h schon schließt.
