Kaiteri Motels and Apartments

Spacious room. Bathroom was not very modern. Good water pressure and temp. Super friendly reception. There were bugs in the room including a huge cockroach, some ants and mosquitos.

Dave greeted us warmly. Very friendly and walked us to our apartment. It’s in a very nice residential area, away from tourists but within a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely giving this a 5 stars. Thanks Dave.

Such a lovely welcome including from Buster the dog too. Accommodated an early arrival too which was much appreciated. A gorgeous spot and we look forward to returning one day.

Great view from the room. Very close to the beach and can walk into Kaiteriteri. Chrissy, one of the property managers, was super friendly and helpful. We had use of a shared BBQ which was helpful. Lots of on-site parking.

Stayed here for 3 nights, large room with everything that we needed good to have washing machine. Great quite location 2 minute walk to awesome beach, small walk to shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

Kaiteri Apartments are a delight. Quiet with good onsite parking. Modestly furnished the apartments have everything needed to prepare & cook a meal and do your laundry. This is the second time we have stayed at Kaiteri Motels, and would defintely recommend them.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We had an ocean view, 2 bedroom apartment which had a well placed deck and lounge space with great views. The beach is a short walk away. The apartment was well appointed (although it would have been good to have a slightly larger plate/platter or board to make a nibbles platter).

Second time I have stayed in this accommodation and each time I have had a great experience with awesome customer service and the cabins are very tidy and clean. I definetly rate this place a 10/10. To the staff - keep up the great work.

Fantastic hosts. I was out late one evening. It has been raining, they turned the outside light on for me, turned the heater on inside and put slippery when wet signs out. Great property and location

Fabulous!. Unit was a spacious two bed that just felt like a little home. The view from the deck gave us an amazing view of the sun setting and the beach. An added bonus was having a washing machine to catch up on laundry.

The staff were friendly and helpful but enabled us to relax. The ambience and view was perfect. A very clean relaxed and comfortable stay. Thank you.

The apartments were really comfortable and the kitchen was super well equipped. There’s a lovely bbq area on sight. The staff are amazingly friendly. Love there focus on reducing packaging and recycling as well.

Awesome stay, bed was incredibly comfortable, unit had everything we needed & more. Peaceful & tranquil setting with beautiful bird life. Great customer service. Last minute booking so they didn't have availability 2nd night, the next place we stayed on other side of bay was much more expensive and no where near as good. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The apartment was large and comfortable. We were steps from the beach and not overrun by crowds. We liked having a washing machine in our unit too!

This is a lovely place to stay. Our unit had a wonderful view and was spacious and well-equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the location was terrific!

We only were here one night but thought this would be a wonderful place for an extended stay! The apartment was clean and perfectly set up with a small outside deck for relaxing.

Second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Great position for the beach. Great room even having a washing machine was so handy. Really lovely manager’s. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Apartment was very spacious with great views. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We were overall very happy with our stay. Improvement could be made to bbq by replacing rusted through burners.

Fantastic location, easily walkable to beach and water shuttles into Abel Tasman. Great kitchen facilities in room. (Take food as there are not many nearby options, especially off-season.)

I loved the Toeless Motel! We booked this as a special treat for my birthday while we were touring NZ. It did not disappoint and we wished we could have stayed longer. I loved the apartment its views were stunning! We had an upstairs with a deck and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the Tui birds sing while we sipped cocktails in the evening and our morning coffee the next morning. I wish we could stay there forever! Thanks to the crew for making our stay amazing! Book this apartment it is worth it!

Very comfortable and spacious cabin. Beautiful location overlooking Torlesse Rock beach and only a hilltop walk from there to larger Ksiteriteri beach and estuary. Nite site with lots of trees and plants, so lots of birds including quail. Nice spa pool very welcome after exploring Abel Tasman NP

Travelling round NZ this was one of the best motels we stayed in. Our room was at the top and had a marvellous sea view. It was big, clean and comfortable. The top rooms were paired and surrounded by flowering shrubs making it feel very private. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay while in Kaiteriteri. Kristin was excellent.

This place is as beautiful as is the location. What a spacious, modern, and comfortable studio. Great bed, nice shower. We barbecued and took a jacuzzi. The tui’s seranaded us. It was great to come back for our second night after 6 hours of hiking the Abel Tasman track. The hosts were a delight. Would highly recommend this place!!! 😊

The unit was clean and tidy with a good view of the ocean. Only downside is that it took awhile to heat up to a cozy temperature.

We had an Upper Level Sea View Studio for 2 nights and were very happy with everything. Christine was very helpful on our arrival and showed us to our apartment with explanations of facilities. We would highly recommend this apartment and would have liked to stay longer if our time frame allowed. The apartment was spacious, had a kitchenette which met our needs, a washing machine which was very much appreciated, a furnished balcony and big picture windows to enjoy the views, a very comfortable king size bed, sofa and meals table, separate toilet and great shower. Lovely flowering shrubs surrounding the motel apartments and ample parking in close proximity.

The location is great for taking a boat to Abel Tasman. Nice views of the ocean and walking distance to beach.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Abel Tasman. Spacious clean and a great view from the upper studios of the bay. Loved it!

This was the unit under the manager's unit so was fine for an overnight. Wouldn't want to stay in that specific room for more than a night or two. The other units looked lovely. Internet was very spotty which she warned us about (but still stinks). Short walk to little Kaiteriteri Beach.

This motel is the best I’ve stayed in. We had a full kitchen, a washer, a very comfy bed and a view. We were very comfortable.

This hotel is super clean, warm and comfortable. The couple who own/manage were very helpful with suggestions of things to do and what is available as services in the area and also gave us great information regarding the next stage of our trip.
