Great location, great hosts, great accommodation. Must go to the pool! The building its on a hill, but easy to go up. You have all the supermarkets close by, also so me restaurants, and 15min walk to the beach.

Its already an old building, but still in very good shape. The water pressure consistency its not the best. The gym is to small to do much there.

The team was kind to let us check in a little early. we loved the property the facilities that this property had gym and an infinity pool. The team was also always responsive to all the questions and queries.

Nothing much to complian. The doors to the closets were broken. That's the only issues we had.

Das erste Hotel in Patong wo es nicht laut war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht nicht.

An absolute perfect stay. Highly recommended. Hill up to the Unity a little difficult, but quality makes up. We had two rooms booked, family in the Unity and wife and I in the Bliss. My wife and I asked if we could be moved to the Unity because the last 50 metres up to the Bliss would have been a bit too much. We cannot speak more highly about Fruke( I hope I have the spelling correct), she was amazing, and eventually got us moved. We could not thank her enough. I hope her boss reads this review.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation with fabulous views of Patong and the most amazing rooftop pool. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions and requests. The apartment is up a steep hill so it is not easy to walk to from the street below however we used grab taxis to get around. It was good to have the two bathrooms and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony.

One of the bedrooms had no windows/natural light so it was a bit dark. The other was excellent with great views.

Все не так как на фото, номер как в подвале, шкафа даже нет, вешалка только при входе. Маленькая, старая каморка оказалась. Разочарована

فندق the bliss في تله مرتفعة، لما تحتاج تشري مويا جيك او مقاضي بيصير صعب عليك ترجع الشقة بالاغراض وغير ان الرقيه متعبة بتحتاج تاكسي كل مره، ياليت لو كان في سيارة قولف تنزلنا او ع الاقل شخص معين يجيب لنا الاساسيات اللي نحتاجها

Unity Patong is our home 🥰. We've been staying here for the past ten years and always felt at home. Staff are friendly, location is fantastic, ideal for people who want to stay in the heart of Patong but away from the hustle bustle. The space is generous; it's hard to find such super sized one-bedroom apt in the heart of Patong at this price. Very bright and airy. The apt has all appliances you need and don't need! We look forward to going back again later this year to Unity.

As I said, we have been staying here since 2016. Some upkeep is needed. E.g., plumbing as we got some water logging in the shower area and leaking in the toilet area. The mattress lost its firmness slightly which was not good for my back. Best to replace the couch in the living area as it has become soft and sags quite a bit in the middle when we sit down. It makes it a bit hard to sit on comfortably for long periods. These are small things that can be fix3d quite easily.

İralar oldukça büyük, konforluydu. Gürültüden uzak, keyifli birkaç gün geçirdik. Tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca havuzu da pek keyifliydi.

amazing hotel, very clean, well decorated and spacious rooms , staff were very friendly and helpful. it really felt like home

the hotel is uphill, so if you are not accustomed to it, go up and down is a bit exhausting

It was much better than staying in a hotel room. Comfy and a great rooftop pool. It was quiet compared to staying in a hotel.

You need to be prepared to walk up the steep hill!

الشقه نظيفة و وجميع الاشياء اللي تحتاجها موجوده في الشقه من غساله ملابس و ادوات الطبخ وبلكونه . الموقع ليس بعيد عن الشاطئ ربما 20 دقيقه مشي . ويوجد بقالة ومغسلة ومطعم قريب من العماره .

الطلعه متعبه جدا اللي تودي الى الفندق وانصح ان تحجزون في العمارة الاولى لان يوجد لديهم عمارتين والاولى جديده .. طلبنا ان يسمحون لنا الخروج متاخر الساعه 1 على الاقل ورفضو وقالو الخروج الساعه 11 .

الفندق نظيف ومريح جدا والموظفين ممتازين وودودين والمسبح اطلالته رائعه وموقعه ممتاز ويوجد مسجد بالقرب منه

الغرفه اثاثها قديم قليلا وفيها رطوبه.

Convenient location and quiet yet close to all activities in Patong

Close to a mosque. So you will hear calls to pray a few times a day. But one must appreciate it as part of Thai Muslim culture. Also the hotel is on a hill. But there are stairs on the side which makes it easier to go up and down. Consider it as a daily exercise.

يوجد طلعة قويه للوصول امام الفندق و ايضا الصرامة المشدده في زيادة العدد مثلا غرفتين و صاله ل 4 اشخاص كبيره و تتسع اشخاص اكثر و لديك اطفال يستمر ابلاغك بان اضافة 700 بات لكل شخص اضافي وهذا مبلغ كبير مقابل شخص لا يحتاج الى اي متطلبات

I was pleasantly surprised witb this property. Nestled into a hillside, it's located of a busy and vibrant road yet once inside you forgot there was noise outside. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach with many shops along the way and a 5 min drive to Bangla Rd, the sights are surreal. The room was clean, very spacious and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. Everyone was friendly, guests and staff and the pool was sparkling. The views were everything, whether it was from the patio or pool. My daughter and I had an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

Quiet and away from the chaos. Nice views from the rooftop. Small air conditioned gym exists. Regular housekeeping. No issues with sounds (including prayer calls), but it may be influenced by which direction the room faces. There’s lots of restaurant (halal) nearby as it’s close to the Mosque, many massage options, supermarkets etc. It’s outside the core pattong area (which is a good thing, imo) so you’ll need to get a Grab/Bolt ride over. Walkable to the north part of Pattong beach (~8mins) which is reasonably quiet.

the property sits on a hill (allowing the rooftop views) & it’s about 155 steps to get to the main building from the main road. Nice way to get the blood flowing and digest foods, but it may lead to some perspiration. If you’re mobility challenged, then this may be difficult unless you get a car to drop you off.

Anna was wonderful! She communicated in english and made our entire stay a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor was absolutely stunning. The views were second to none, and we were high enough above the city to not be inconvenienced by the noise down below. Apartment was very clean and serviced every 3 days during our 10 night stay. The beds were very comfortable.

The driveway is very steep, but it's easy to get a taxi or TUK TUK to bring you up. Some shade around the pool area would be nice.

Nothing i didn't like, however for people with mobility issues there is a very steep hill to access to hotel, room had a slight weed smell.

Nothing... it's placed high up on a mountain overlooking Patong... the hill leading up to apartment could only be accessible to a mountain goat... The swimming pool is not even in this complex... you have to go to the other villas further down the steep hill...

The management... if you book these villas then turn up at the property to find the villas totally unstable for your stay. The management will not refund you anything... DO NOT BOOK THESE VILLAS. Until you have viewed the steep inaccessible hill. IF YOU DO BOOK AND FIND THE VILLA UNSTABLE FOR YOUR STAY... MANAGMENT POLICY IS NOT TO REFUND ANY PAYMENT...

باب البلكونه كان ما يقفل وهذا شي مخيف نوعا ما، م تقدر تحس ب امان 100‎%‎ ، م متوفره عندهم غرفه لشخصين ( سريرين منفصلين)، م عندهم ناقل للامتعه والحقائب ، تضطر انك تشل حقائبك بيدك وهالشي مزعج + م عندهم ميزان للامتعه وهالشي مهم وقت تسافر تحتاج توزن.

الشقة جميلة ومرتبة ونظيفة غرفها واسعة وصالة وحمامين يوجد شطاف ديكورها جميل ومكيفه و فيها غسالة بدون نشافه ويوجد منشر للغسيل وبلكونه والموظفات متعاونات جداً وبشوشين لم يتوانوا في التعاون معنا .

تقع الشقق في مكان عالي فيها طلعة قوية وصعب النزول والصعود منها يوجد درج صعب ايضاًولا يوجد وسيلة للنزول او الصعود اليها مثل توك توك او سيارة قولف .

This was my 04th stay with unity & bliss. No complains at all. Lilly & Fa were absolutely helpful & super friendly. Went above & beyond to make sure everything was fine. Cleaning staff were exceptional & top notch! It was raining a bit as we were about to go out the security gave us umbrellas! This place is more than a property they really look after you. Roof top pool had the best sunset in the entire southern strip of thailand. Located ideally in the centre of patong close to everything you cant ask for more.

Honestly nothing comes to my mind. Everything was great & top tier.

Real value for money. Beautiful views, bed was comfy. Always felt really clean. Away from the party scene but obviously a very short grab ride if you wanted to get amongst it.

The staff were absolutely fabulous,and extremely helpful with a warming smile 👌,asked for a couple of items, and they sorted it out very quickly.

The pool was a green colour, probably in the process of getting the chlorine and additives correct, I've seen this before many times, still safe to swim in though. A couple of the cupboard draw hinges need replacement below the tv in lounge and main bedroom. But it really didn't bother us too much. If you are elderly or have trouble with steep hills, then unfortunately this isn't ideal for you without transport.

Everything was amazing - from Room to swimming pool to the location. The size of the apartment was very good - all needs were taken care of - cutlery, umbrella, good wifi, view of the mountain and green from the balcony. Check in was quick and easy and the guard helped us get in quickly and even helped with luggage. The only 2 things - I would point out if the water pressure in the apartment is really poor. It was difficult to shower at times and would get worse in the night. And second was the noise from the mosque near by. No fault of the Unity but I don't know why the prayers cannot be done quietly in peace. The loudspeakers go off every 2-3 hours and when you have to wake up for an early morning tour or you are a light sleeper then it is a big disturbance.

The location is great, a bit of a hill for anyone who's not able but if you are great exercise, staff are lovely and apartment was well equipped and clean. The views at the pool on sunrise and sunset are magic.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise. Le personnel est disponible, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité qui permet de bien se reposer. Les équipements proposés sont modernes et fonctionnels, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un vrai point fort : proche du centre, tout en étant au calme, sans être dérangé par le bruit des motos ou de la fête. Les espaces communs sont agréables et bien entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix est très satisfaisant.
