It was claimed 5 star experience but it was a scam, the rooms were small, cupboards paint peeling, bathroom doors peeling and not a clean bathroom, we booked 2 rooms for 4 people but got told multiple times that we are not allowed to have 4 people in a room, we felt like we were discriminated because of our looks , my recommendation would be to go to uhg hotel better rooms and better guest experience for similar price range

Hotel o naprawdę dobrej relacji cena/jakość , ale jeśli chcesz zwiedzać Bangkok, to lepiej znaleźć coś bliżej centrum, bo 45min. jazdy w korkach to spora strata czasu. Wcześniej już zwiedzaliśmy Bangkok z hotelu w bliższej lokalizacji do centrum. Przyzwoite śniadania europejsko-tajskie w dobrej cenie ze świeżymi warzywami i owocami!
Trochę daleko do atrakcji, w okolicy brak dobrych restauracji gdzie można płacić kartą. Basen tylko przez 2-3 godz. w słońcu, ze względu na lokalizację między wysokimi budynkami.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Room was good size, price of hotel was reasonable. Very impressive entrance. Staff polite and I overheard the manager explaining some of the laws behind catching a taxi to another customer (advising). Right next to boat travel from the Mall 3 stop.
Swimming pool was in an awkward location and had a cigarette butt/ash in the pool (a tiny bit). Breakfast was not great but reasonable.

Небольшие трудности с перемещением, т.к. рядом нет метро, однако есть паромный причал на котором можно быстро добраться до центра.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, especially for attending events at Rajamangala Stadium. The security was also excellent, which made me feel really safe throughout my stay. And even when we had an issue with the hot water at 2am, the maintenance staff came right away — really impressive service!
Overall, there was nothing major to complain about — the staff were responsive and helpful.

The WiFi is rather unstable. You have to relog in every time from a webpage. The connection wasn’t good enough for a work video call so I had to use my mobile Wi-Fi. No indication that the instant noodles on the counter are not free. It should be clearly written somewhere.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025During my week-long stay, breakfasts lacked variety - it was a pity that mango didn't feature in the fruit selection - but what was on offer was of a very good standard. The Thai dishes were particularly well-cooked and flavoursome. I particularly appreciated the efforts of some of staff at the reception, who responded well when I asked to change my room. I was moved to one with a great view of the Bangkok cityscape - and this significantly improved my experience of staying there.
