Blood stains on the bedsheets in the first room. Changed our room, nail clippings all over in the second room.

Très facile d’accès et on peut aller à pied au centre ville. La chambre est très propre et j’ai pu profiter du jacuzzi qui était très bien aussi. Le train passe à côté et est bruyant mais il y a des boules quies à disposition dans la chambre et du coup on n’entend plus rien c’est parfait ! Le lit était très confortable, j’y ai très bien dormi

Very relaxing and friendly environment. Loved the chairs in the porch with coffee in the morning watching the mountains! The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very nice. The design looks good and you can feel that it is modern. The room was spacious, the king-size bed was super comfortable and the linen pleasant. The bathroom was big and thought through, the cosmetics are very pleasant. Sufficient accessible parking space, included in the price. The location - close to highway, relatively close to downtown, all good.

The reception staff had a bit of an attitude. I didn't feel genuinely welcome at check-in.

Clean, good location, modern

The room was very small compared with the room we had first time here. Barely enough space to move. The bed (a standard double compared to queen bed we had before) was very small so if you like space or have a larger partner I wouldn’t recommend it. Also pillows were lumpy.

Modern European vibe was lovely. We liked the outdoor lobby area with firepit where our easy going dog was allowed.

Very tidy clean room. Provided ear plugs due to vicinity to the train line - but I didn't need them. A couple of nice healthy food options right across the road. Car parking available in front of the rooms. Friendly staff.

I definitely paid a premium price, but I booked same day in peak season.

Very convenient place with good restaurants nearby. We checked in with our pet and they loved it as well. Walking our pets was a breeze. There's a pet friendly patio too! Will 100% come back if we can.

Een prima, schone kamer. De badkamer is ruim met een fijne douche. Het bed was fijn. Een prima uitgeruste gym met een lekker bubbelbad. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De wifi werkte goed. In het verblijf is een restaurant/café gevestigd waar je a la carte ontbijt kunt bestellen. De auto konden we gratis voor de deur parkeren. Het verblijf is helemaal gerestaureerd en ziet er mooi en modern uit! Revelstoke is een plek met veel treinverkeer, wij hebben daar geen last van gehad. Er zijn oordoppen beschikbaar (deze hebben wij niet gebruikt)

Er is weinig tot geen ruimte om je spullen op te bergen (geen kast of plek om je koffer te stallen).

Super clean, either pretty new or renovated hotel, we enjoyed our stay (was just a short stop for us on the way to Kelowna). The train tracks are right outside the hotel, but they considerately give you ear plugs.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was AC-it’s sooooo loud! You cannot decrease the speed, it’s either on or off, and without it being on it gets hot really fast. But again, they give you ear plugs :)

We only write a bad review in extremely rare circumstances, and this one is to express our disappointment for the lack of consideration of government warnings towards customer’s health and to ask Booking.com to offer a clarification on whether their policies are designed towards cancellations within customer’s control vs. the encountered situation. As we described, we were in Kalispell with “very unhealthy” indicators affecting our breathing and would have to go through a few more days of “very unhealthy” to “hazardous” areas to arrive to your hotel, which would not be feasible. Your hotel representatives brought up the fact that guests continued to arrive which was not an acceptable response as this may have been due to lack of an alternative option or ignorance. Your business approach to this cancellation request under the circumstances was disrespectful to government warnings and travelers who kindly asked for an exception to a policy from booking.com that is designed around cancellations under travelers control, NOT when government warnings show “very unhealthy” or “hazardous” air conditions to for 3-4 days to get to you.

Many mosquitos but no insect screen

It has a nice, modern feel to it. Sometimes too modern - I wish the lighting in the rooms was a little softer and warmer but at least everything was very visibly clean. King bed was very spacious and pillows were fluffy. If we were staying longer I probably would have preferred access to a tub, not only a shower in the room. Minifridge is convenient and the nepresso was a nice touch, though I wish they had a couple of decaf pods. Surprisingly pretty solid food - had the breakfast croissant and my partner had the yogurt parfait. I thought the price was steep until I saw it. It was massive. Generous portions of pretty decent hiking fuel! I was skeptical initially, but I have to say, the coffee was one of my favorite things about this place. I tried a few coffee shops during our stay and I always get the same thing. Their version of my usual was by FAR the best I had there and honestly, maybe some of the best I've had in BC in general. If I had a car for the duration of my stay, even if I had stayed in a more central part of downtown, I would come back here just for the coffee. It is hilarious that literally all of their staff are Australians, working at a German hotel, in Canada. What a beautiful world. All their staff are friendly & chipper. You never feel like an inconvenience. We ran a little behind checking out and when we called the front desk to apologize they were very kind about it.

For pedestrians the location is a little annoying - even though it looks close to town there is a hill on the way, so in the summer you work up quite a sweat on what seems like a short walk. I probably wouldn't have paid extra for a mountain view room if I knew the smoke would be so bad but obviously the hotel can't control that. Most people probably don't come here with no car on a super smokey weekend so these things would likely be non-issues for the average traveler. And it's nice that the hotel is in a little pocket that is just past the main road coming into town, but not quite in downtown - it's close to the action without being loud or busy. There is no bathtub, only showers. The beds are quite firm. Personally, not the biggest fan of that but I know many people prefer this so if you like a firm mattress this would be great for you. It is significantly more expensive than some other hotels in the area but the finishings do feel luxurious and unique.

Cozy rooms with new and modern amenities

The trains are close and along with the highway being close provides a lot of noise for a very restless sleep. The hotel did provide earplugs for this which helped

The location is great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The café and breakfast were excellent and the rooms were really clean. It was nice to have the outside space on the terrace to sit in the evening.

There isn't really anywhere to store clothes: it's probably a little late but the bathroom took up a lot of space that could have been used for storage (I absolutely understand that this is a space issue and therefore not easily changed). It is also a minor element. It would also be great to have a bike cleaning station (considering it is a sports hotel). Again, these are wish list elements: the hotel is clean, modern, in a great location, has loads of parking, is comfortable and the staff are excellent.

The room is really good and comfortable. Bathroom with the best shampoo, conditioner and body wash ever! And we can buy it. We brought our dog with us and everything was good.

Bel hôtel avec une belle chambre et grande salle de bain. Le personnel est sympathique, et la localisation est bien, proche de point de restauration et de l'autoroute. Le jacuzzi était agréable, et c'était un plus. J'ai apprécié les produits de qualité mis à disposition dans la chambre.

Ma chambre donnait sur la voie de chemin de fer, vous pouvez entendre le train. mais des boules quies sont mises à disposition, ce fut suffisant pour moi :)

Breakfast great although limited menu. Rooms well designed, modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were mostly very competent, friendly and organised. 15-20 min walk into town which had a great buzz.

Was a mix up on arrival- our reservation showed on the hotels booking.com account but not in their own system. Luckily they had a couple of rooms left but took a long time to sort out.

What a great spot in town. Facilities were great, bed super comfortable! Staff were helpful, the cafe and food were great.

Perhaps a shelf in the bathroom just to put your toiletries bag down (as the sink is outside the bathroom).

Lovely family run operation. The bar and small restaurant served good affordable food. The espresso in the room was wonderful and having a small fridge was nice. The ice machine was great.

Parking was a bit tight but ok.

Newly renovated property. Room was neat, clean and spacious. Loved the size of the bathroom, with standing shower and 2 bathrobes. Good sized hot tub. They also have a bbq, patio area and a microwave station.

Very clean, cute hot tub, coffee shop in house, waterfall showers, complimentary robe, large bathroom. They dont use keys but have coded lock pads instead which is different but i liked in the end. It was nice to not have to worry about a key.

The bed was not very comfy for me, a bit hard. The lighting was strange and harsh. Our king size room was tiny.

The room was recently updated, the coffee was good and the view of the mountains was spectacular. The restaurant was very affordable for breakfast.

The room was clean, modern, and a wonderful shower. Staff were very friendly. Appreciated the coffee station in the room and the bar service in the main area (closes at 10pm). Two adirondak chairs outside the room were available to enjoy the mountain view.

Room is very small. While it did work well for our overnight needs, if i was booking for a few nights I prefer having a spot (other than the bed) to sit in the room. There is also no closet or dresser. The price is high and we booked this last minute with a signifanct discount, not sure I'd book this hotel at the regular price (over 400 night). Location is away from the downtown area where the live music and restaurants are. With only 2 taxis serving the town, prepare to walk, drive yourself or wait 30 mins for a cab during busy times.

Location was a nice 20 min walk downtown. Staff in the lounge area were helpful and nice.

The air conditioner is very loud. The sink in the bathroom is such a large vessel with limited counterspace. We joked that the sink was a trough. For one night is was all ok but more than one night may be bothersome.

The check-in/check-out process is different....mainly self-serve so it feels less hospitable, almost like an Air BNB I VRBO. As we arrived after their front desk closed we were provided with a code to gain access to our room after paying a security deposit. They mention that Revelstoke is a Rail town however the train does pass right behind the hotel so whether you face the front or the back you can hear the train. The hotel does provide you with ear plugs so help so appreciate that. Hot tub hours are early for a summer season (10pm) and elevator access didn't seem to be available? We could not find it late in the evening and had to drag our items up the stairs to get to our room. I believe I read that there is an elevator but where it's located wasn't clear. Nothing for our dog! Usually a bowl for food/water, bed or something goes a long way so our pup can also feel welcomed. Disappointed as they charge a pet fee as well.

Great bed and shower. Rooms are very well built.Very quiet even though the trains are quite close. No smell in room even though it was very smoky outside. Fabulous coffee in the room.
