The approach to the property was not good,the bad road with lots of potholes was disturbing but the staff was very polite and sardarjee who served us Breakfast was very polite and helpful, he made our day.we wanted an Omelette without spices and he arranged for it instantly.

The hotel staff at the reception were totally unprepared to handle a multiple people who wanted to check in. People were hovering over the counter and one of the staff was on the telephone the whole time. No one could understand what the staff were actually doing. They could have managed the customers in an organised way. Very stressful to arrive at a hotel and experience this.

Quit Expensive compared to others and the services they provide. Keep on calling housekeeping for your basic needs, and the response from them as if you have asked to selloff from their pocket or home. You paid for basic amenity but still you face lot of issues. Food is okay - okay. No variety in buffet. Standard of Hyatt Group has gone too down compared to any other Brand below them.

cleanliness was a big drawback, staff were not to mark and was not disciplined, we had stayed for 2 days and bth dates housekeeping forgot to keep basic towels in bathroom, toilets and beds had not been cleaned well,

The lifeguard at the swimming pool taught me so well Mr Narendra, I always needed a floating wheel to help me but he taught me how to swim without it. Really loved the whole experience. Thank you Mr. Narendra and the whole team to make this experience so good!

The hotel staff at the reception check in were not very helpful . If you have a difficulty you can count on the hotel to NOT be of assistance . Had shortage of towels in the bathroom - just 1 bath towel , no hand towels .

Stayed at this Hyatt property recently and unfortunately the experience didn't match the brand's reputation. The breakfast spread lacked variety — the same limited items were repeated with little change. Food quality was disappointing overall, and most dishes were served cold rather than fresh and hot, which really took away from the experience. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better on the food front. Even for in-room dining, they charge additional amount to provide cutlery. Had stayed at this property many times in the past, but recent experience was pathetic. Heard that services has worsen post recent management changes.

It was a nice experience staying at the Hyatt. Staff was nice and Rahul Tyagi, Giang and Sangi gave a warm goodbye on last day.

Instead of blinds, I would prefer dark out window curtains. There was light coming in the room through the night

The entrance to the hotel was very messy from the road. It's obviously the municipality but the hotel should do something about it

Miss Vaibhavi and Mr Saeed from reception have taken good care of us. They attended to all my prior needs as i was travelling with an infant. They really took care of everything. We had good time at breakfast. The menu was elaborate and the staff were very caring.

I checked into the hotel within half an hour I had to checkout it was so bad that we could not stay there but the manager at the time was very helpful and booked us in driffrent hotel

The room 119 which they give was not good just like other rooms on higher floors… I m a repeat guest and planning to book in August 1st week too but this time the room experience on 07 July was not that good… Room was very dull.

Rooms are excellent, bathroom is bit small - a tub would have added delight to experience. Pool does not has water and waste wents on all 4 sides. Checkin can take up to 30 minutes, beyond that there is a possibility that when you reach your room you may find luggage of previous guests. This happened with me - hard to believe that at a checkin time of 6 PM room was not cleared.

The staff were really bot cooperative and due to that faced a lot of hustle.

Good things: 1. Polite and courteous staff 2. Staff anticipation and dedication to help can be seen. For example, noticing a toddler, staff came to especially check if something special needs to be prepared. Thanks to Rahul Tyagi and others. 3. Good spacious room 4. Breakfast options were sufficient and clearly addressed many dietary needs. Things that need improvement: 1. Slow service in some areas, especially housekeeping. Had to call twice over 30-35 mins to get towels. 2. No way to contact hotel prior to arrival. Number provided at time of reservation is always said to be busy by the automated voice while hotel doesn't have a dedicated email address/or it wasn't shared. Called Customer service but line got cut and customer representative didn't call back.

Only issue is they are charging to provide Crockery in room which is weird as we already paying for the room and this is something which is a common thing to have in room they definitely need to change this .

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Udyog Vihar. The property was well maintained, and the food was delicious with a good variety of options. A special mention to Narender at the pool area, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. The pool was clean and very well maintained, and our kid had an amazing time enjoying it. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!
