Fine, it warmed up quickly. Cabin was clean

Nice room with a wall mounted TV, small eating table, small fridge and Kurig machine with 2 pods. Heat pump/air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable though the pillows on the small side but at least 2 per person. The bathroom is massive, really it would be better to have that room in the bedroom but that's nit picking. It was a great stay but the restaurant across the street was disappointing. Slow service, expensive and just meh food.

Very clean, comfy bed, coffee, microwave and fridge. Nice. And good value

No view from our balcony. Close to restaurant for breakfast. Our bed was too hard to sleep on. I was glad we only had one night booked.

WiFi did not work at all. Table lamp was shorting out. Service was non existent, overpriced by comparison for quality in the area.

Property owner was very kind and thoughtful and took the time to ask us about our plans while there and offered great suggestions for us too! Very impressed!

Clean room with all the necessary amenities. Quiet location and dining options right across. Popular attractions are within very short driving distance. No staff available online but they answer calls promptly.

Easy walking access to dining. Clean & quiet

This property is decent. We had 1 night stay. There is no cable, limited toiletries and no ironing boards. The bathroom was huge. The host was a bit difficult to understand. The restaurant across the road was super expensive. 80 bucks for two 1 piece fish and chips woth 2 beers.

Cottage was clean, equipped ok although I would have wanted to have the king bed option with a full working kitchen. Cottage was in good condition. The only thing I did not like was the sign on the cottage saying no EV charging. This should have been in the cottage over owe very prominently as we booked a cottage so we could charge overnight. Having charging available is a deciding factors for us. Easily could have allowed charging. It costs less than running the baseboard heaters in the cottage and I would have gladly paid.

Good location for Cape Breton park. Very good restaurant right across the road.

Staff was amazing, room was immaculate, and location could not have been more perfect. There was plenty of parking and a full kitchen if we had wanted to cook for ourselves. Staff was very accommodating and informative

One of the better hotels I stayed in over a 2-week trip. Cabin was spacious, convenient, and comfortable. Private porch was great for my needs. Easy check-in. Right across the road from a restaurant, and a decently short walk to the great beach (about 15 minutes one way)

Nice location

Comfortable cabin, good amenities and clean. Parking next to cabin, fridge with smaller freezer and littlebice tray. Large bathroom with shower and tub was nice. Restaurant across the street was convenient and another good one with 10 min drive. Sink and tub with slow drains.

Very comfortable place to stay right along the Cabot Trail. We stayed here on the way to hiking the Skyline trail. The Main St restaurant is right across from the cabins and a great place to eat.

Has everything you need but is quite small and tight for space. Has an earlier check out time compared to most places.

The property was clean. Gravel drive was noisy and lot of disturbance early and late hours. We were provided with coffee maker and the 2 coffee sachets were of very poor quality. There was no hint of coffee. They are better off not providing any coffee at all. I thought it was pricy for an accommodation of this type.

This place is VERY comfortable and clean. There are extremely friendly check in staff. Washrooms seem to have been renovated within the last few years. The cabins are spacious. Fridge and microwave. And a small table to eat on. My family was very happy staying here.

We stayed for one night and it was great. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. There's a restaurant right across the road which is ok. Ingonish beach is amazing, I highly recommend it.

Great location

They were very accommodating to us! The lace was comfortable and I especially loved the deck with table and chairs. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside after dinner and enjoyed our surroundings. Close to Ingonish beach, North Bay beach, Keltic Lodge, Main St and Coastal restaurants and a fabulous coffee spot called Bitsy Bean

Family friendly, clean and comfortable.

So far so good! We just checked in and we came late. The staff was great at setting up everything we asked for ahead of time. The cabin is very clean!

The little cabins were cute and clean. The property was easy to find and the girl at the desk was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was there was a bit of a walk to the beach.

Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! We appreciated the in-room Keurig and small dining table, as we had an early-morning whale watching tour one day so we were able to breakfast in our room. The Main Street restaurant is good and right across the street, with outside tables available. We spent several hours in the comfortable porch chairs, reading and watching the little juncos hop around feeding. Our only small complaint was that the in-room refrigerator was fairly loud. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Affordable and convenient

The room was very clean & updated. My only complaint was the water pressure in shower, height of toilet, feel of bath mat & shower was a bit slippery. However, bathroom was large & clean. Nice restaurant directly across the road.

The accommodations worked well for our needs.

A very comfortable stay. I only wish our cabin had a bit more natural light inside but was happy to have the patio and tables and the dark room overlooking the woods helped us sleep well. The staff were very quick to respond to questions and very friendly.

We stayed 1 night in a two bedroom cabin. The location was very convenient and just a very short drive to Ingonish Beach and several hiking trails. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck. Wished we could have stayed longer!

July 2025 - we stayed here for one night during our travels of the East Coast. The cabin was fine for one night, but it was a very small space for a family of 4 - we needed to be very selective on what we were able to bring in from the car and left over half of our belongings in the vehicle because of the limited space. The location was good - near beaches and the restaurant right across the road. We enjoyed being on the front porch - it was very quiet and peaceful.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. It is an bit out of town, not knowing the area- we didn’t research the location enough to know this. Beautiful scenery and better if staying for more than one night. Didn’t know what else the place offered, limited information was offered at check in. There is a binder in a drawer in the room that explains a bit. Staying longer, you’ll want more information at the desk though. I think more is available, a pool, bbq?, horseback riding?..

Ingonish Beach is a pleasant area, but unable to find a spot for breakfast, Location best, especially on the beautiful Cape Breton National Park. Clean and quiet cabins, but only 1 staff (helpful person) and not always there.

We loved our stay at the Sky Line Cabins. We had one half of a cabin and parents had the other. It was quiet, clean, spacious, well equipped and a perfect stop along the route.

It was a great little spot. Everything in the cabin was updated. Comfortable bed. We didn’t have time to utilize the front deck but we definitely would have if we had been staying longer. Nice restaurant right across the street.

Exactly what we needed on our Cabot Trail visit. A clean and comfy affordable room. Across the street is a great local restaurant (Main Street Restaurant). Definitely recommend staying here.

Quite a basic, clean, small apartment, but in a good situation to explore the area. It was suitable for our one night stay. Lovely area to visit.

We had a spacious well equipped cabin, a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a good sized living area with good kitchen facilities. The deck is covered and has a large table and chairs. There are a number of planter chairs to relax in the grounds and also 3 outdoor cookers for the BBQ brigade.

Lovely, scenic location. Very clean and comfortable with a nice little deck to relax on and enjoy the incredible view. Choose a single cabin if possible. No kitchen facilities or cutlery so bring your own. Nice place to eat and sit on the patio across the road. Groceries, gas, liquor store, post office in the area and lots of artisan shops along the way. Had a great, relaxing stay.

God location, restaurant across the road, 5 minute drive to Highland Links golf course. Nice little balcony out front. Only negative is that there was no water in the morning (power outage, pump stopped). So, skipped the shower and coffee.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and great location.

Very nice place, clean and roomy, they have a bbq which we used but didn't have any plates or cutlery which the owner was very accommodating and supplied us with some. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Very old, worn out property. Bathroom had been updated. Room VERY small. NO view. Restaurant across street not good. No place to hang clothes. No place to lay out suitcases. Find somewhere else.
