We stayed 2 nights in the Romeo and Juliette room and we were very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room service and the breakfast on the deck was just amazing. The most spectacular was the view of the lake. The presentation of the food was done liked a chef. Thank you to our super hosts Carole and Christian 😊 Danielle &Michel from Gatineau

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Lakefront location near shops and restaurants. Relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Our room was beautiful with attention to detail in every inch. The owners are very friendly and you can tell that they take immense pride in their property. We spent some time on the lake using the paddle boats they provide at no extra cost. We were served a scrumptious breakfast the next morning. It was beautifully plated, absolutely delicious and delivered right to our table on our own very private patio. We highly recommend coming here! My husband and I were cycling the P’tit Train du Nord trail from end to end so this place truly felt like a little piece of heaven. Please come here. You will not be disappointed. Our experience was perfect from start to finish. 5️⃣⭐️ all the way.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G experience at the hotel. Everything from the location, the view on the lake, the decoration, the amenities to the reactivity and kindness of all staff. Every detail is thought of to make the whole experience memorable. The breakfast was good and served in the rooms, the spa was good The room is super clean and has everything you might need Five stars experience👌👌👌👌

The room was clean, really beautiful and better than the pictures! They do not do justice. Staff were really amazing, caring and breakfast was good! Really loved it

Didn’t know it was an extra for using the spa… should’ve been included in the first price.. Also only other thing that bothered us is that we ordered 3 eggs for breakfast and I think we got 1 or 2 max Otherwise was cool and good!

Le décors, la vue, la tranquillité, le bain thérapeutique, le sauna, la télé face au bain, la fibre optique au plafond.

Nous avons moins apprécié les lumières, beaucoup d'ampoules sont trop blanches et cela fait de la lumière vive que l'on ne peut pas forcément régler en intensité. Avoir une télé en face du lit aurait été chouette :)

J'ai adoré mon séjour . La chambre est vraiment unique et représente très bien la thématique , elle est très belle , très propre et vraiment confortable . Le vue sur le lac superbe . Les propriétaires et le personnel son très attentionnées , convivial et discret . L'endroit parfait pour des vacances en amoureux , le spa et le jacuzzi sont parfaits pour se détendre . Je retournerai assurément et je le recommande à ceux qui cherchent un endroit tranquille et discret .

We are 2 couples celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The owners made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make our day special. Breakfast on our day (BTW food was delicious and beautifully presented) included a rose for each lady and a split of sparkling wine for mimosa's. We enjoyed the pedalo and kayak both days and the views from our rooms were spectacular! The suites are very large and the beds were very comfortable. This is a very special place!

It was a great experiance

Our friendly hosts Christian and his wife provided an early check-in which was awesome! They provided a detailed welcome introduction and made us feel right at home! The room was spotless, well decorated and the view of the lake was very peaceful. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast served on our patio table overlooking the lake! We plan on returning! If you go on a Sunday, make sure to reserve a table early at one of the restaurants in town. They fill up really fast.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Both the hotel and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We had a very warm welcome from Christian and the staff. Our room was spotless, as was the food. It was our first visit and certainly not the last. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

A unique concept of themed suites with lake views and private spas on balcony! We were greeted by Christian warmly and explained all activities and rules for the stay. Delicious breakfasts were served on the huge balcony enjoying the views of the lake. Many non motorized equipment to choose from. Suite was impeccably clean and every detail well thought of. We stayed 3 nights and truly enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I wanted to find a place to bring my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration, just the two of us. Some place we could both take our minds off of the craziness 2023 has brought to our lives, and focus on each other, if only for a few days. We found it!! Auberge aux Nuits de Reve!! What an absolutely amazing experience! We can honestly say we have never felt so relaxed and stress free at any other time in our lives than our stay at the Auberge. The owners take great pride in the comfort of their guests. The hot tub is immaculate! As clean as a new one. We opted for the 60 min Swedish massage, another must do to enhance the experience. No details overlooked. You can choose to do as much or as little as you wish, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks are free to use if you wish, public beach close by, or a stroll through the core of the village for shopping, restaurants, and drinks, everyone we encountered was very friendly. Highly recommended getaway and we will definitely be back.

C’était très bien ! À part de... Il y avait un livre à notre disposition pour toute les directives de notre chambre, et, que j’ai pas tout lu le contenu à mon arrivée! J’ai demandé de l’aide à la préposée pour la tv. et elle a été impatiente à mon égard! Il lui aura fallu qu’elle me dise simplement que dans le livre tout était bien inscrit! Merci!

Room was quite spacious, though the shower stall is tiny. High temperature in the room (winter) despite the thermostat setting, so we had to have a window open most of the night. Breakfast was amazing. Good view out onto the lake from the room.

I can't rave highly enough about this place to do it justice. We spent 2 nights in the James Bond room. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the very lovely France. She took us to our room and explained every aspect of this amazing room. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the private hot tub on our balcony was sheer bliss. The bed was very comfortable, there are canoes, kayak, paddle boats and SUP available to use, at no cost. Breakfast was served on our balcony and was tremendous. All the food is home made, delicious and beautifully prepared. France went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to visit again.

Unique theme rooms. Get a room facing the lake. Some rooms do not have AC. James Bond room is the largest, has AC. You will never have seen anything like it. Big shower but not in separate room. Excellent staff and owner. Bikes stored on private deck just outside rooms. Great breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance.

Wow! Do not judge this place by the outside! All the rooms are very unique and its one of the best places we have ever stayed! We arrived to our private "James Bond" parking only spot to be joyfully greeted by Christian for our personal tour of our room. The James Bond Suite definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and had a ton of special lighting features, but our favorite was the stand alone jetted bathtub and raised floated king size bed. The view of the lake was awesome, but one of the most memorable parts was breakfast the next morning. They deliver and set it up in your room. The food was so delicious! We had waffles over fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes all beautifully presented. My favorite were the fresh raspberry and blueberry jellies! Overall, this is a perfect quiet romantic place outside the city to just enjoy life. We were very happy with our stay!

We had a fantastic time. In room Breakfast was outstanding, service, room and grounds were top notch. We'll be back again soon!

Very unique environment with exceptional service. Lots of attention to details and to make clients comfortable and happy. Loved the location. Loved the place itself. If I were to go again I would get another room. When I booked the only room available was Eros and Psyché. It is rather small but well organised and appointed considering the size.

This place was a gem! The day after I booked our stay, Christian contacted me and provided information about the property. When I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, he suggested a fruit basket for a nominal fee, which was so much more than I expected and it was in the room when we arrived. The property itself sits on a beautiful picturesque lake, surrounded by mountains. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. There were peddle boats and canoes available for use. Although the beautiful, unique and spotless rooms seem to be close to each other, I never heard a sound coming from outside of our room.The breakfast service in our room was a lovely experience. What made our stay even more magical was the service we received from France. She was friendly and helpful and always smiling and approachable. The Auberge is environmentally conscious. There are "real" dishes and cutlery for the guests' use. There are recycling bins in the room. We have already recommended this place to many of our friends and look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Had a wonderful weekend at this hotel..enjoyed the local restaurants, outdoor activities and returning to our fireplace and Jacuzzi suite at night. Staff were friendly and helpful...nice touch having breakfast served in our room Sat. morning. Great place for couples to reconnect with each other.

Very cozy village with nice restaurants and warm people. We loved our stay for two nights at Auberge Aux Nuits de Rêve. It is a good place to stay for a romantic getaway. Christian is very friendly and welcoming, the staff is cooperative and smiley, the breakfast was very good, although if you prefer to have and abundant one, you need to think about the extra on top of the regular portion. The room itself is very private and gives you the sense of the theme that it was chosen. Our room was Neptune and Venus, very nice ambience, although I did not foresee the fact that the ceiling (under the beams 1.86 m) is low and my hubby had problem with his height (1.85 m). This is just something that I had not paid attention to when I booked this room. We loved the Sunday morning breakfast proposal at Chez Girard restaurant. We will definitely take the chance again if we have that option. We took the recommendation of Christian where we can go to have dinner and we made the right choice going to La chaumière du village and Maison 1890 - excellent restaurants and food. The whole experience was fantastic and at the end we did not wanted to leave. Thank you so much for the great care you have taken of us. Looking forward to see you again. Happy holidays!
