Gute Lage, auch um 1.30 Uhr nachts Check-in möglich, großes Zimmer mit allem, was man benötigt

Frühstück gibt es nur im angeschlossenen Restaurant und man hat keine freie Auswahl, sondern muss sich bei allem entscheiden. Auswahl ist geizig, Kaffee oder Orangensaft, 2 Würstchen oder Schinken usw. Das erwarte ich nicht, wenn es heißt "Breakfast included".

Very clean, bright and large room. Had a restaurant/pub on property. Staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly. A breakfast was included at the restaurant on property. Great view of waterfront from our room.

Elevator was out of service when we arrived, but was running within 15 minutes of our arrival. We were on the 4th floor.

The location was great, right by the marina and a short walk to downtown. The evening manager was welcoming and we appreciated the go breakfast bags for the ferry. It was a nice touch. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wir hatten jedoch Probleme mit dem WLAN und haben ein Zimmer in der dritten Etage erhalten. Dort funktionierte es einwandfrei. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super vor allem wenn man die Fähre nach Prince Rupert nimmt. Da wir morgens so früh weg mussten, haben wir ein Frühstück to Go erhalten. Service ist super und Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Waren früher vor Ort und könnten ohne Probleme einchecken.

Voor de prijs gaat t wel, ze zijn aan het vernieuwen… maar de kamer was best vies. Meubilair komt volgens mij uit de kringloop winkel. Kamer grootte ok.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN im Zimmer. Frühstück war mengenmäßig limitiert, Mehrbedarf musste extra bezahlt werden. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, wir ware 6 Nächte, hätten wir uns eine Abwechslung beim Frühstücksangebot gewünscht.

The hotel location was good. The Oceanside Cantina next door was very good with great food and coffee but under staffed. Comfortable enough clean bedding and beds. The fridge did work well keeping drinks cold.

The horrible door locking system may work after a few attempts or 50 or never, had to get cards reprogrammed daily and still multiple attempts before door unlocked. No daily cleaning service. Absolutely atrocious kitchenette. The kitchen is poorly supplied but no need to bring your own, stove top burners barely work might get a grill cheese done in 20 or 30 minutes on one burner do not even bother with the back element except as a hand warmer. Poor breakfast reimbursement $8.50 off at Oceanside Cantina.

The staff was friendly.

There was a power outage in town when we stayed there and we had to pack our luggage up the stairs.

Carpets were filthy, key entry failed repeatedly every day, beds were molded to prior occupants, windows were dirty, tap faucet sprayed water, no room phone, fan was horribly coated with dirt (I had to clean it myself!) I had to ask for the listed microwave-- and it was set on a chair!!

The person at the desk was not very helpful. Didn’t program our key the first time and gave us bad information on when the restaurant next door closed. It appeared the he was more interested in his phone than helping the customers.

Location was good, room was spacious. Nice view of the waterfront. It has potential! The signage was great and it was easy to find the hotel in the early, dark AM.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we went to the restaurant and the server warned us that she was too busy for prompt service. She told us we would be waiting over 1/2 hr for a coffee/juice. So we decided, due to time constraints that wouldn’t work for us.

Check in after the 1 AM ferry was a breeze. I walked into the hotel and the young man at the desk handed me the keys and breakfast vouchers. I signed the agreement and that was that. Easiest check-in ever. Our view if the marina was fantastic! The breakfast at the Oceanside Grill was very good. We went back for dinner that night and really enjoyed it. We also felt very safe at the hotel. There was also a really good bagged breakfast to go if needed, which we did in the second morning.

The toilet didn’t flush properly but it did flush eventually.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist sehr gut, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, es ist sauber und das Internet ist sehr stabil.

Die Betten sind das Allerletzte, schlechtere haben wir in den letzten 34 Jahren weder in Kanada noch in USA jemals gehabt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir direkt auf den Sprungfedern liegen. Darüber hinaus waren beide Nachttischlampen defekt, Birnen waren drin, aber Licht gab es keins.

Slightly out of town, but convenient for my own travel plans. Given the photos on booking.com I was expecting a recently refurbished room, but mine hadn't been updated in a while. I liked that breakfast was included in the room rate, but the choice was quite limited. Overall, my stay was perfectly fine.

The location suited our needs. The room and bedding were clean and fresh but the carpets were filthy. the door key only worked when they felt like it. I went down to get the keys reset numerous times (card in the door systetem)

Hotel is in good location, the room and bed are comfortable. Room is quiet. Breakfast is served at Oceanside Cantina across the driveway. The breakfast coupon has 4 options or a discount on order from menu.

Breakfast was included but no vegetarian options. When I asked the waitress if I could substitute the sausage for potatoes so that I could also have breakfast using one of the vouchers they provided ( in which eggs, sausages and toast with ham are included) I was told that it wasn't possible as potatoes cost more than sausages. I had to order something from the menu and pay extra.

Check in was open for very late arrival from the Port Hardy ferry, friendly and fast staff. Room is basic, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast at the next-door pub was great. Good value for the money, would stay again.

It hasn’t been kept up to date. Our apartment had two rooms but only one of the TVs worked. They didn’t even offer to bring in a second cable box for the living room. There was cockroaches as well and nobody came to clean during our three day stay. The bed was super stiff and they charged for leaving dirty dishes in the sink.

Breakfast arrangements at the cantina next door went smoothly. Staff were friendly when approached Location was good. Freshly painted walls.

More attention to details of the visitor's stay and condition of the room is needed. Carpeting should be refreshed or cleaned. We did not receive a MAID card to display, indicating that we wanted housekeeping service, and did not know that we needed one. So housekeeping did not visit our room. Coffee set up in the room did not include adequate supplies or instructions for how to use the machine. We were not told that coffee was available in the lobby. Elevator requires a service check.

Excellent location and right in between two restaurants. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Really enjoyed the included breakfast selections at the restaurant next door.

Clean, comfortable, well organized. We arrived at 1:30 am from our ferry and they had everything ready to go even though I forgot to tell them we would be arriving late. Breakfast was filling. Nice view over the marina!

The breakfast was good and decent priced. Was nice you had for adults and kids to be able to enjoy.

The bed mattresses could do with an update they were older and hard to sleep on, As well the entry card locks on the door need to be updated. Took us a lot of try's to get in the room every evening when we came back for bed. Other than that it was quiet nice.

Hôtel propre et confortable, sans surprise. Nous prenions le ferry très tôt le matin et l'hôtel fournit un petit déjeuner simple à emporter très tôt (5h15). Ce fût appréciable.

It's a little bit expensive, around 300 CAD, for this room. But you can't complain during the high season, especially since breakfast is included. In general, it's a good place to stay in Port Hardy.

It was close to the ferry

Finding it without Google Maps would be a nightmare. No obvious signs indicating the name of the hotel. Arrived at 1am from Prince Rupert. Check in process was slow. Room keys didn’t work & elevator struggled to work. Someone came into our room at 7:30am and woke us all up. When I spoke to staff about it they brushed it off, saying that was probably the cleaners and didn’t apologize. When I said it was not a great experience they replied, “what do you want me to do about it?” And stared at me blankly.

There was a city-wide outage, so I am not sure what the usual breakfast would be, but they gave us a sack breakfast adn I thought that was very nice.

The breakfast and the service was soooo wonderful. the severs quick and kind. The food hot and delicious. The views and convenience to the location of our parking and our room was also excellent. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

The price of the room. Two queen beds. Parking lot view. We were with our good friends but we could not afford a room to ourselves so we shared the room and the costs with them. We were expecting a view but we actually were sleeping so it didn't really matter.

This hotel has seen better days, it’s a bit run down. Elevator doesn’t work very well, and the noise transfer throughout the building is crazy. You hear anything and everything happening in the hallways from your room, the room doors kind of slam closed so this was loud when people were getting up and leaving early in the morning and you’re still trying to sleep. Bed was rock hard and springy so we didn’t sleep well for the 3 nights we were there. I would say the most upsetting part was the fact that room we booked said “Sea View” and we were actually looking at the top of the pub across the parking lot, I will attach a photo of our “view”. The hotel was pretty expensive for what it was and we would look elsewhere before booking here again.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, fijne locatie voor de ferry. Allerbelangrijkste: de bedden waren prima en schoon en de badkamer ook.

De kitchenette kon je zonder eigen kook spullen niet echt gebruiken: er was bijna niks. Gelukkig waren we dat uiteindelijk niet van plan.

Perfect for one night to head off to the ferry early the next morning. They prepared little breakfast bags for us.

Its like a motel. There is no warmth to it whatsoever. Its floors dont have any carpets, the bathrooms need upgrades but the price is being charged of a hotel. Rates are very high as compared to any other decent hotel. The housekeeper blows full volume music while cleaning outside hallways and rooms. Couldnt sleep at all. Beds r so basic. Nothing in the room other than TV. There is a fan given. So so basic. Bathroom doesnt have proper shampoo etc dispensers. Its like small tubes given. Towels are limited unless u ask for them. Just so basic with limited facilities but price is being charged of a Holliday Inn. Not understanding what these reviews r talking.

Basic but clean accommodation, next to a working marina. Watched the pink salmon jumping in the estuary in the late afternoon. Breakfast was included and provided at the pub across the parking lot. Service was a bit slow but the breakfast and coffee were fine, and it was nice not to have to go searching for food first thing in the morning. Staff were lovely. Appreciated that they have some pet-friendly rooms. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean and everything was well-maintained.

Mattress on one of the two beds was a bit worse for wear. It could use some kind of mattress topper, as you could feel the springs. The other one was fine though.

Breakfasts were great with good choice of excellent options. Delicious! Staff were very attentive to all our requests! Cot was very comfortable & room had enough room for the cot so it wasn't crowded.

It is almost certain, via Booking.com we get better rates, but also the worst accomodation.

Spiderweb every where, not enough space for luggage, worst sea view in the building, vending machines non funtioning, breakfast not available on site. They give you a voucher to use at a facility next door. We did not read it they did not explain it. We could choose from a list. If did not like it we could choose from a menu and use the voucher valid for $8.50. Will note advice this hotel.

Person at check in forgot to add my dog and caught me on the way to dinner. Room was next to elevator so we were disturbed late at night with late arrivals, not a good room with a pet.

wifi WAS VERY POOR IN THE ROOM

Room size was good. Shower was ok and plenty of hot water. Clean towels. Parking outside.

The room overall was very tired, the carpet seemed old and didn’t offer the feeling of being clean. We only stayed one night but the whole experience was disappointing. The hotel reception looked more like a hostel. The welcome was some guy who issued us the key and a breakfast voucher with options you could choose a cooked breakfast from. However in the morning we discovered the kitchen was closed and a packed breakfast of fruit and yogurt was offered. We enquired about the laundry service but the guy at reception didn’t really know the answer and pointed to another building suggesting we try over there. The washing machines were out of order. The location is the working port and the hotel felt like a hostel for the men working on the boats.

The Breakfast is very limited & the Breakfast Restaurant staff are have terrible attitude, as if they are serving for free for the Hotel guests.

Das Frühstück war als Mitnahmetüte hilfreich bei früher Abreise (vor 6:30). Das Zimmer war extrem groß, die Aussicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Marina hervorragend. Weiterhin war der vorzeitige Check-in sehr hilfreich.

A large, clean hotel situated close to Port Hardy harbour where whale watching trips are operated.

The local town feels a bit run down, e.g. people publicly drinking and shouting from mid morning on the Saturday we were there.

Tv didn't work, phone wouldn't dial the desk, room stunk like it had been smoked in for 20 years. Gutters overflowing water. Room advertised said climate control; there is a window and no AC. That would be a more acceptable description.

We had trouble regulating the heat - the room was very warm. This may have been a failure on our part (arrived tired and we’re not very persistent about figuring out the system), so not a large criticism.

Müde mit der Fähre Port Hardy erreicht, aber der Check-In hat auch um Mitternacht problemlos geklappt. Das Beste war eigentlich das Frühstück im Pub nebenan. Man bekommt im Hotel einen entsprechenden Voucher und dort isst und sitzt man sehr gut.

Hier wirkten die Fotos schöner als das Hotel heute ist. Das Zimmer, insbesondere der Teppichboden waren alt und die Möblierung spärlich.

Great location, beautiful view of the harbour, comfy beds and spacious and clean rooms. We had to leave before breakfast, but the food and drinks for dinner at the on-site restaurant were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.
