Amazing staff - treat you like VIPs - delicious food. Most amazing Spa expert we have ever had. Room was one of the nicest we have stayed in.

The layout and locations were superb. Our suite ( with outside bathtub & shower) was very spacious. The rooftop bar was gorgeous with the lanterns and sky on dusk - the two-for-one cocktails at happy hour, were rather good as well 😜 The hotel support team were lovely and very helpful without being obtrusive.

Discovering on checkout that the mini-bar was missing a water left a sour taste. This is on me as my usual practice, globally, is to photograph the mini-bar on entry, preferably with a team member as a baseline - before removing the contents and using the fridge for our own supplies. This was so distracted by the gorgous room, taking pics of the heart made out of flower petals, on the bed that I didn’t do this. And, of course, that is the one time there is a discrepancy 😳

Great location, setting, rooms, swimming pool and breakfast. Not too far from Pub street but far enough for a peaceful stay, and lots in the surrounding area too.

A beautiful location opposite the river. A quieter part of town but close enough to walk to town. Everything you need in walking distance.

My only complaint was the facial I had. It was not at all enjoyable.

Excellent location in the heart of Siem Reap, with wonderful and friendly staff. I received a complimentary 15-minute foot massage, which was such a lovely touch and absolutely perfect after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, and everything was fresh. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved the hotel’s lush, beautiful garden, which created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A wonderful stay overall!

My room was utterly magnificent. Breath taking. I cant wait to visit Cambodia again and this hotel played a large role in this. The warmth and kindness and friendly staff made it an amazing experience. Wonderful people in every part of this hotel. We also loved spending time at the pool and ordered poolside lunches twice. Its idyllic, so relaxing. All four of us ladies traveling together remember this section of our trip the best and liked this experience the most. The husbands will be brought along next!

交通量が多く混雑で騒がしいシェムリアップの中でロイヤルレジデンスのはす向かいにあるこのホテルの前の道路は静かで特に夕刻は美しく落ち着けた。スタッフは丁寧で、朝食の時に私の誕生日を祝ってくれた。朝食のコーヒーはとてもおいしく、普段はしないが、6杯も朝から飲んでしまった。ルームサービスはおいしい。Tiger-Prawn FritterやSpaghetti Marinaraに使われているエビは臭みがなく、サイズはとても大きく最高の料理を楽しむことができた。ホテルの前にTukTukが待っているが、おしゃべりで並行するタクシードライバーと異なり物静かなTukTukドライバーに恵まれよかった。空港からリンナヤリゾートまでは片道25ドルで古いレクサスで移動したが、おしゃべりな運転手で、常に滞在中の観光に自分の車やTukTukを使うようにセールスを受け、車という狭い空間に閉じ込められ押し売りセールスを一時間以上受けるという苦痛なひと時を過ごして閉口したが、リンナヤリゾートの前で待機していたTukTukはバイクが客が乗車する二輪車を牽引する形になっており、ドライバーと乗客のスペースが完全に独立しており、セールを受けることなく快適であった。観光するのに自動車にするのかTukTukにするのか悩まれる方は多いのではないかと思うが運転手のスペースと乗客のスペースが独立しているTukTukはお勧めです。乗客が乗る二輪車部分もTukTukによって大小あり、また、スコール対策のカーテンがついているものと無いものの二種類がありカーテン付きで雨に濡れることなくとてもよかった。ホテルのフロントデスクを通り過ぎるたびにホテルのスタッフが立ち上がって挨拶されたが、現地の文化であるからやむを得ないとは言え欧米などの文化に慣れた自分には過剰感があり、申し訳ないと感じてしまった。

蚊がいたようだった。近所にランチをできる店がなかった。近所にレストランはあるが衛生的に疑問だった。そのため夜はホテルのルームサービスをとった。ルームサービスにしておいしかったので、結果的には正解だった。ホテルの前の歩道は磨き上げられた御影石で舗装されていて、一見きれいであるが、雨天の時はかなり滑りやすくビーチサンダルで歩いていてすべって転んで背中を打った。現地の家庭では犬は放し飼いにされていて、散歩していると結構追っかけられたり吠えられたりしたので、シェムリアップにおける犬との付き合い方をホテルで教えてもらえるとよかったのかもしれません。

The pool was so inviting, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and modern, and provided all the comforts. The hotel was exceptional and staff were so attentive.

A wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful in every details, especially the pool area. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everything was perfect (including the location and breakfast) and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A stunning place to stay with super friendly, welcoming staff who go above and beyond to help. The Palate restaurant serves wonderful food, the rooms are super comfortable and the pool area is perfect for relaxing any time of the day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent staff, beautiful resort and perfect location in Central Siem Reap.

The bathroom was incredibly hot, the air-conditioning did not cool it and if we left the bathroom door open, even with the air-conditioning on, the room would get incredibly hot.

We had an amazing stay at Lynnaya Urban Resort and will be back! The staff were absolutely amazing from check in, to breakfast, bar service, and checkout. The staff couldn't do enough for you. They were incredibly friendly and professional and always had a smile. The hotel grounds were stunning, you felt like you were in a private oasis. Breakfast was delicious, loved the fresh egg station and fresh juices. The rooms were large, very comfortable and a beautiful shower/bathroom. The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to downtown Siem Reap and many bars and delicious restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

Everything. The Bungalow with an outdoor bath was breathtaking. I never wanted to leave. A dreamy oasis. The photos do not do it justice....simply remarkable. I am currently planning a month long stay. The grounds are beautiful and lush with fabulous art. The location is really great, centrally located with easy access to walk to most sites. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The rooftop bar and pool have marvelous drinks and happy hour. Most importantly, all of the staff and management are professional, personable, and simply the best. They are always so kind and helpful. I have traveled extensively, and while Cambodia is top on my destination list, and it has many wonderful hotels, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in anywhere. I am simply in love with the place. Thank you Lynnaya, looking forward to my next stay.

I loved everything.

Despite unseasonably warm weather, the staff did everything in their power to improve our experience at the hotel. Friendly, supportive, and kind, we were touched by their dedication to our comfort and enjoyment. Extra fans, cool towels, and refreshing drinks were proffered. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant very good. The staff were the gems, however, and we were delighted with our stay.

Beautiful property in a great location

The location was perfect for my needs. I was able to walk to the Angkor Wat Museum, the Old Market and to the two dinner theatres. While some suggested that I should have taken the tuk tuks, I chose to walk. The river/canal is right across the street and is lit up at night in a wonderful manner. The front desk made reservations for me at two dinner theatres (Kanell and Aspara) and both were enjoyable, although I prefer Kanell.

The best hotel I found in the area, simply spectacular. The location is great, only a 10-minute walk from Pub Street, so it’s very convenient while still being away from the noise of the city center. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and everything was very well prepared. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable at all times, which I really appreciated. But without a doubt, what I liked the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made the stay even better. I honestly highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Veramente ottima esperienza , La struttura è lungo il fiume in un viale alberato ed è immersa nel verde tropicale in stile cambogiano con piscina incastonata nel verde. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera al primo piano molto spaziosa , letti confortevoli, bagno ampio e con una doccia super. Pulizia ottima . Fruito anche della ottima spa. Colazione ampia e variegata con chef pronto ad ogni richiesta . Personale del ristorante bar veramente gentile e sempre sorridente . E alla fine anche un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Location was fantastic near the river and easy to go into the town centre. Also good for visiting Angkor temple complex. Lovely pool area, very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast particularly the noodle soup (best we found in Cambodia)

Everything! Breakfast was phenomenal, every staff member remembers who you are and goes out of their way to help you any way they can. I had gone to the front desk to inquire about how/where to go somewhere and had left saying I would think about it. Later, when I went back to take them up on the hotel tuk tuk, she had already informed the driver of what I wanted and off I went! The driver was also amazing, I had wanted to rent traditional wear to take photos at Ankor Wat and he brought me to a place that was clearly not just for tourists and had the most beautiful clothing. Cafe he suggested was also a 10/10. My room was spacious and very comfortable, massage was so easy to set up, small issue with the room AC (bc I cranked it all the way) was taken care of immediately. Just an overall amazing experience. Also such a good location, right along the river, def walkable to many spots, including the night market. Would rec to everyone.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. The hotel was very inviting, the room was great the pool beautiful, sky bar spacious and a pleasure to sit at. Breakfast was also very good.

Only small things, the pool doesn’t have a great deal of sun-beds or any sun after midday ish. If this doesn’t bother you then no problem as the rest of the hotel makes up for it. The location - a little further out from the main hustle and bustle but honestly only 10 min walk, so actually nice to be a bit away. Again not something I didn’t like, more of a comment

Excellent staff at front desk - extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean room, lovely pool and bar area. Nice breakfast. Location is excellent - a short walk or tuk tuk ride to Pub Street but far enough away so one doesn’t have to hear it after leaving.

Loved this hotel! From the staff to the breakfast to the comfy bed this place was perfect home base while sightseeing Angkor Wat. Our guide Lee was the best. He was with us all 3 days with a kind driver with awesome AC and cool towels. I found him by Tour By Locals. Reach out to him and negotiate... in Asia you negotiate just about everything. I never made it to the pool.

Hotellin palvelu oli ensiluokkaista ja vastaanoton henkilökunta hoiti mm retkijärjestelyt nopeasti ja laadukkaasti. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas, huone tilava ja siisti. Vilpitön suositus hotellille!
