The room is Awesome that every day I wake with a" wah " sound the moment i turned on the curtain. Thank you so much to provide me the Mt. Fuji view room to me. I will recommend my friends to visit your hotel in future.

the pillow is not so comfortable, I prefer more solid pillow for good sleep.

The view from the hotel's perspective is amazing. We arrived at an afternoon where the Fuji was not visible because of the fog, but when it showed up, it was a great place to be! We woke up very early the next day to see the sunrise, it was definitely worth it. One of the most compeling sights I have ever seen. The hotel is also nice to really disconnect from fast-paced city tours, time to relax, eat, and enjoy the onsen. Btw, it was our first time ever trying an onsen and we absolutely loved it, it was really good for our mind and body. Definitely recommended and we really wished we had stayed longer. The hotel was built in the 60's and you can tell by the furniture, it is old, yes, but clean and it has its charm, I specially loved the old radio that was the size of size drawers beside the bed. Another amazing experience we had is that we saw a deer while exploring the small back trail they have. The breakfast was totally worth it, lots of choices and good japanese food. The shuttle service is very efficient, and trust me, you need to call them from the station as the place is really way on the top of a hill.

The only thing we didn't like so much was that for the restaurant's food order you had to choose in the reception in advance, it is not possible to decide which food you would take at dinner time so you have to reserve and decide what you will eat in advance, we understand that the seats get occupied and there is a need to reserve, but to decide what to eat hours in advance was not the best experience. But to be fair, the next morning the breakfast was great! Communication in english was difficult, nevertheless we understand that we are in another country and we can't expect everyone to speak perfect english, the staff did its best to communicate with us with an online translator.

ถึงแม้โรงแรมจะไม่ได้ใหม่มาก แต่สะอาดมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางสุดๆ เตียงนอนสบายหลับสนิท สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ที่ชอบสุดๆ คือ onsen ดีทั้งindoorและoutdoor ออนเซนindoorกว้างขวาง มีทั้งบ่อร้อนและเย็น และในห้องแต่งตัวของออนเซนยังมีเก้าอี้นวดไฟฟ้าด้วย ส่วนออนเซนoutdoorก้อสามารถมองเห็นภูเขาไฟฟูจิ แต่โชคไม่ดีวันที่เราไปหมอกเยอะ ฟ้าไม่เปิด เลยอดเห็นฟูจิ แต่วิวรอบๆก้อยังสวยมาก ห้องอาหารเช้าใหญ่ วิวดี อาหารเยอะ หลากหลายและรสชาติอร่อย ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปอยู่

7ORDERのYouTubeを見て来訪しました！ 天気がよかったら最高のロケーションでしたが、雨でも満喫できました。フレンチのコースが美味しかったです。

結婚記念日で母との思い出のホテルに宿泊。思い出どおり、ロケーションは最高で、スタッフの方からの「結婚記念日おめでとうございます」の祝福の言葉も嬉しかった。また、お部屋には結婚記念日祝いの小さなフラワーアレンジメントが。記念日に予約したホテル内レストランのディナーでも、最後のデザートにHappy Aniversaryのプレートが添えられていて感激しました。朝食ビュッフェも思い出どおり最高。これだけの格式のホテルでありながら、料金もリーズナブルでした。また来たいと思わせるホテルです。

さすがに古いので、施設があちこち老朽化していて、それが少し残念でした。

Schoon ruim en vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant is voor Japanse begrippen aan de prijs. Maar het was van een goede kwaliteit. Onsen en sauna waren fantastisch

Het is ver weg van winkels etc, het ligt afgelegen, maar daar krijg je rust en een fantastisch uitzicht voor terug

L'emplacement est top pour avoir vue sur le fuji depuis la chambre, les bains extérieurs ou la salle de petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse et l'hôtel avait tous les équipements de disponible pour un bon séjour.

La personne qui nous à reçu à l'accueil était un peu froide, mais il y avait beaucoup de clients, peut être le rush. Si vous avez des tatouages, ils ne peuvent pas fournir de patches. La salle de bain n'était pas propre et nous avons dû demander un nouveau lavage, la chambre que nous avions était vetuste (une partie de l'hôtel est refaite). Pour accéder à l'hôtel il y a deux route mais l'une des deux est très peu praticable.

メインダイニングでのフランス料理が素晴らしかった。

メインダイニングでのクゥオリティに比べ、朝食の内容は極めてお粗末。例えばはジュースは基本的なオレンジジュース・グレープフルーツジュースが無く、パン・セリアルは甘いものが多く口に合わなかった。中国からの旅行者が多くメニューも中国寄りになっていたが、基本的なところで品質を重視して欲しいです。メインダイニングではちゃんとしたパンが提供されたのに残念です。

룸과, 2층 노천탕에서 보이는 후지산의 뷰는 정말 최고였어요.. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

朝食付きのプランで2泊しました。特に和食のメニューが豊富で、とても美味しく頂きました。 特に最初の朝は、窓から富士さんを眺めながらの朝食で最高でした。 温泉も清潔でゆったりと楽しむことができ、一緒に行った80代の母も大変喜んでおりました。

ホテル到着時、他の車があったため駐車場から荷物を運びました。帰りにはカートがあることに気づき、部屋からカートで荷物を運ぶことができましたが、到着時に教えて頂ければもう少し楽に運べたのに・・・と思いました。

The rooms, the onsen, the views and the staff were all amazing

The hotel was overall nice and the view of Mt Fuji is great

The hotel is kind of out of the way. The shuttles to take you down hill work at designated time. They won't take you when you want to go. It makes it less useful if you want an early start. And if you stay out past 6pm you have to get a cab which is very expensive.

The room was quite and the view of Mt Fuji was great. I liked the open air bath.

Too far from main attractions. The hotel shuttle only goes at certain times and only to the first bus stop. Buses can take a full hour to get you to a tourist location. Long wait between buses. Language issues were huge. The logistics were difficult. I would not recommend unless you're older and mostly want to stay arounf the hotel. Cabs are ridiculously expensive in Japan.

私の部屋からはお風呂大浴場がとても遠くていけなかったです体にしぃがいがあるので余計大変でたどり着けませんでした　部屋のお風呂も私には大変入りずらかったです

Auf alle Fälle war das beste der Onsen mit Saunabereich. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer war Super. Der Rundumblick von der Terrasse war auch sehr gut.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt und sollte erneuert oder aufgearbeitet werden .

The booking stated to have a balcony room with mount fuji, but ended up having non of those. Have to inform the hotel, but they arranged another room with balcony but not fuji view. The hotel is quite dated but the cleanliness was fine.

早餐ok 房間窗戶打開就可以看到富士山 深夜可以看到滿天的星星 住宿地點居高臨下，但自駕還是比較方便，從河口湖坐bus來因爲不會日文或英文必須麻煩附近的便利商店請他們幫忙打電話，或者是坐Taxi 到飯店
