There were only 4 yogurts for breakfast for the entire hotel, and we normally have 4 There was no fresh fruit available We did see the bread out from the night before There was hair on the bed when we arrived There were oats available that were placed in a different jar , unopened products are preferred and only one serving of oats was available

Man war ziemlich schnell in Montreal in der City.

Beim Eintreffen lagen noch Haare vom vorherigen Gast in der Toilette. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass am Abend irgendwer geraucht hat und der Zigarettengestank in unser Zimmer 210 gezogen ist. Es war ekelhaft und nicht zu tolerieren. Wir hatten schon Handtücher am Türspalt zum Abdichten hingelegt, doch es half nichts. Vielleicht kam es auch über die Abluft im Bad. Wir würden das Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Arrived and checked in. Went to the room after a long drive and laid on the bed. Realised I felt wet and then felt the bed and it was saturated. It was clearly urine and housekeeping had obviously not checked the bed or changed it from previous guest. Most horrifying experience ever. They offered to send someone to change the sheets!!! Ended up with a new room but that was old and dated and turning on lights started shorting the electrics. Ruined our trip to Montreal and we left early to head to Toronto.

Idéalement situé pour clore un séjour en toute sérénité, cet établissement offre le compromis parfait : à proximité immédiate de l’aéroport et des commerces pour quelques derniers achats, tout en maintenant un accès aisé à Montréal. Ajouté à cela un parking gratuit et un rapport qualité-prix tout à fait remarquable face à l'inflation hôtelière de la métropole, c’est une halte que je ne peux que saluer.

Certes un peu daté et resté dans son jus, cet établissement s'avère toutefois parfaitement fonctionnel et fait largement le job.

Hôtel situé en face d’un supermarché, dans une zone commerciale. Nous étions à pied et avons apprécié l’arrêt de bus juste en face qui nous a permis de bouger dans Montréal. Personnel au top. Hôtel au calme

Rooms were as pictured except sofas have been replaced. Wi-Fi on 2nd floor was iffy but I let front desk staff know and they were able to switch me to a first floor room where the Wi-Fi was great. (I needed to be able to work remotely during my stay and good Wi-Fi was a must.) No real work area, but the small dining table worked fine. There are limited electrical outlets in the rooms, but luckily I had an extension cord for my work station setup. No microwave or safe in the room like the official hotel site stated. Communal microwave is available near reception area. Rooms were clean; however I suggest they provide housekeeping with Tilex to clean grout in showers. A little spray goes a long way without any scrubbing to remove mildew. It wasn’t bad but could be better. Breakfast was included and good enough. Self served options including cereal, bread, bagels, waffles, cookies, yogurt, peanut butter, jelly, butter, cheese, eggs (that could be boiled), apples, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea. The options were a bit sparse on Sunday but plentiful Monday to Friday. Not sure about Saturday. Location was good. Grocery store directly across the street and another one within 5 minutes walking distance. Falaise Walking cycling path 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants and fast food also within walking distance.

Wi-Fi on 2nd floor was iffy. Grout in showers need to be cleaned better. Not many electrical outlets in the room.

The corridors were old and cramped. These areas need to be updated.

The prompt follow up on my requests. One of the staff, Fabrizio, was particularly kind, attentive and professional.

1- Rooms don’t have workspace (chair and table to work). 2- One woman staff at the reception, behaved unpleasantly throughout my staying, several time. 3- The rooms don’t have slippers and kettle to boil water. 4- The sheets are old and covered in pilling, especially the fitted sheet. That’s why they don’t feel soft anymore.

No elevator, so have to move heavy luggage through the stairs, pretty low water pressure to take a shower. Construction workers working early in the morning in the hallways, which was pretty loud

Friendly staff, clean and organized place.

No elevator, shampoo and conditioner are so small. There were no A\C in the morning because of the renovation. Sink clogged.

The location, it was clean and it had breakfast included.

Our room was a superior deluxe however there was only one very small hanging closet and there were was no dresser to put your folded clothes in. It definitely wasn’t worth the value they were charging. It definitely needs an update.

Страшенно брудно. Коврик на підлозі , мабуть, не чистив я відтоді, як побудували готель. Жахливі плями всюди по ньому, також покривало на ліжку в величезних плямах. Ми спеціально замовили кімнату з додатковим розкладним диваном для дитини, але це був не диван! В розкладному вигляді це було, як звичайний поролоновий матрас , який лежав просто на підлозі на тому бруднющому коврику! Фото не відповідають дійсності!! Ми були в шоці від побаченого, нам замінили кімнату , але вона була точно така ж сама. Тоді ми відмовилися там жити і звʼязалися з службою підтримки Booking. Вони швидко вирішили проблему і адміністрація готелю повернула нам кошти. Чоловік на рецепшені, до речі , поводився адекватно і не був грубий. Намагався бути ввічливим .

Renovation started at 7:00am, and too noisy, if renovations are on going, you shouldn’t accept any guests. Travel from Halifax, and drove all days need to sleep quietly/peacefully but, not as expected!

Renovation work to replace hallway carpeting started outside my room at 6:30 in the morning. I should have been warned of this work schedule.

Not too far from where we had to be in town.

They didn’t have EV charging available and we had counted on getting a full charge before going home. They shouldn’t have that in their amenities list if it’s out of order. There was a weird smell that kept wafting up from the drain in front of the toilet. And worst of all, their sheets were so badly pilled that it was hard to sleep. We asked them to change the sheets and they did, but the new sheets were even more pilled. We asked for another set of sheets and they were still very pilled so we just concluded that all their sheets were very pilled. We also had to chase somebody down to check in as there was nobody at reception, and the same thing happened when we were checking out.

The room size was bigger than usual hotel rooms.

The breakfast room was not inviting. I didn't have anything that was served. I felt very uncomfortable to stay in there. You should not mention breakfast if you are going to serve it like that.

Good location, no problem with parking, fast check-in and check-out.

The breakfast was poor, almost nothing to eat, we did count on it before take off.

The condition and quality of actual room and internal building don’t look like the photos in the webpage of booking.com. Pretty poor.

Room a little too crowded for 4 people---better 2 beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed. This is for 2 or 3 people.

a. 4 people room should be 2 queen size beds, rather than 1 bed + 1 sofa-bed; b. security should be improved---side doors should be open only by key scan....whilst the real case is, everyone can go thru the side doors.

The room, since I rented a suite with hot tub.

Breakfast was extremely minimal. The location is not central to Montreal, but I knew that in advance and wasn't the main reason for booking this hotel.

The washroom lock wasn’t working

The fabric on couches and pillows on the couch was peeling off. Door in bathroom had layers of dust on each window. Dust bunnies in corners.

matelas defectué. doit etre changé absolument. déjeuner non servi à la chambre comme demandé. Aucune explications sur comment utiliser le spa( difficulté à chasser l'eau usée après utilisation).

Employés super gentil , chambre très belle et spacieuse .

Chambre sale ( toile d'araignée un peu partout , rebord de moulure etc ) , rayure sur ma voiture dans le stationnement durant la nuit même si je sais que l'établissement n'en ait pas responsable , ceci était décevant à notre sorti .

The breakfast is a pretty standard free offering. Nothing fancy or special but has most things that people would want.

There is only one room left when I booked, it ended up being the sweet right next to the reception and lobby area. So a little noisier than I would have liked, but considering there was only one room left I took what I could get.

King sweets are very roomy and comfortable.

Room could use some upgrading. Breakfast miminal. I would give a 5 out of 10 for cleanness.
