Très bon déjeuner et généreux

La chambre était confortable bien qu’assez bruyante, car elle donne sur un grand boulevard. Il y avait deux lits queen seize avec un matelas épais appréciable.

Le petit déjeuner était médiocre : les haricots rouges étaient juste sortis de la boite sans assaisonnement, les pommes de terre sautées (quand il y en avait) étaient sèches et à 9h30 il n’y a plus grand chose alors que le petit-déjeuner est censé être servi jusqu’à 10h. Sinon les couloirs des chambres étaient vieillots, la peinture des porte est à refaire et la moquette est à changer.

Staff were really accommodating and pleasant. We stayed in the newer wing of the building and really enjoyed how spacious and cozy the room was for a queen bed. The location was about 10 minutes away from the metro so it was perfect.

The hotel looks nothing like shown on the website, it is old and needs repair. As soon as you enter the lobby there is a musty smell, like mold! We could not stay and had to leave. The location is okay but I would not feel safe at night.

Parking in the hotel premises is a huge problem and a big negative. If you come back to the hotel late in the evening, you don't get parking even if you paid extra for it (which is a negative by itself) and you have to park on the street, which is not safe in this area.

Great experience overall. I love the breakfast, kosher restaurant, and the swimming pool. Also in great location. Would come back.

the tables restaurant were dirty, i couldnt find a parking at my arrival i had to wait until someone leave, i went out for the night when i came back i had to park in the street. the whole way carpet to my room smell bad, its not cleaned. the room TV doesnt have youtube and netflix, the pool was closed. My 8 years old son didnt love the hotel for that.

1. Swimming pool was closed. Receptionist didn't tell us that it was closed for 3-4 days. 2. Noise coming from other room. 3. Washrooms didn't had enough body wash. 4. Too many mosquitoes and flies in room. 5. Room windows had too much dust and debris.

The size of the bed (king bed) was good.

The bed linen were not very clean! Neither was the room! The shower stall even had pieces of soap or something white left over from the previous occupants! There were spiders running freely near the window and inside the window pane was filled with dead spiders and dead flies. ***I requested an accessible room. Did not get one! The toilet was EXTREMELY LOW. Suitable for a two to 6 year old, NOT two people with disabilities!! The door had to be forced and slammed shut!

It was terrible experience when they transfer us from 4th floor to 103 the room air condition is not working, no maintenance we didint sleep at all,there is no staff helping us to transfer to another room,the room is hot,the swimming pool water color is dark,the breakfast is no so breakfast meal is not what we experienced from previous hotel we check in. It was expensive, the toilet is under construction,stain on bed sheat

I was hoping you wouldn’t send me a survey. Let me start by saying the staff was very nice. Now it goes downhill from there. Air conditioning kept cutting out and then stopping. Definitely not 100% high speed internet when you can’t download a movie onto a cell phone. Parking is horrendous / it’s so crowded and you allow people to park anywhere, even in non assigned stalls. It’s so bad that the morning I checked out, I had to “Austin Powers” my way out of there. Construction guys were watching me go back and forth an inch at a time for several mins trying to get some leverage to back out to the exit. Then the rooms, so dated and old and crammed in the corner with another room. Breakfast - not good whatsoever - there was nothing there to offer around 7:30 am (not soon after breakfast starts) / is it too much to ask for hot eggs and bacon for people paying $200/night for this 1 star hotel?? I won’t be staying here again, even if you paid me! I would never recommend this to anyone I respect!

Lors de notre séjour, des travaux étaient en cours à notre étage et des matériaux ainsi que de vieux tapis étaient entassés dans le couloir. Nous avons trouvé que cela ne semblait pas très sécuritaire, notamment en cas d’incendie ou d’évacuation. Nous étions deux femmes seules et, à certains moments, nous nous retrouvions face à face avec des travailleurs dans les couloirs de l’étage. Sans qu’il ne se soit produit d’incident particulier, cette situation nous faisait parfois nous sentir moins en sécurité et nous avions une certaine appréhension à circuler seules dans les couloirs. La chambre était assez humide et il y avait une odeur de poussière ou de vieux tapis, difficile à identifier exactement. L’hôtel étant situé devant une route assez passante, le bruit de la circulation était également bien présent et, sans bouchons d’oreilles, il n’était pas toujours facile de dormir.

the bathroom did not have any soap in the bottle in the shower, the baseboard in the bathroom had dust you can wipe off with your fingers, a used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker, the toilet seat was the wrong size, I asked if there were enough towels for 4 people as I listed in the bookings and was told if its 2 beds they would give enough towels for 4 however when I got to the room they only had towels for 2 people, I called to have the towels sent up and they took so long that I had to leave to go out and I told the front desk that I will collect the towels once I get back to the room as I did not get to unpack and did not want anyone entering the room. when I got back to the room the towels was in the room. So no coordination with the housekeeping staff. I went to use the pool which showed in the photo as a larger size but it was a small pool witch was not maintained properly, the room was dark and scary. The sauna was not working in the women section and I was told to use the one in the men section which was in the men's bathroom. That was inappropriate as men would be in there naked without knowing that a female was in the sauna or they can come in naked and not know that a female was in there. The housekeeping staff need more training or coordination when it comes to preparing the rooms this reduces the number of c follow up calls made to the front desk.

Not enough parking spots especially if you arrive after 11 pm had to park on streets because I wasn't told that we can have parking vouchers when we checked in....very inconvenient and annoying when you come back from a night out and have to park your car on the street and walk back to the hotel late night on dark streets.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Considering the price I paid, the service and the condition of the room did not meet even basic expectations. One of the biggest issues was the parking. The property advertised parking, but when I arrived, no parking was available. I was instructed to park approximately 1 km away and walk back to the hotel with my belongings, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel. In addition, the bathroom was not properly maintained. The shower faucet was broken, making it difficult to use the shower comfortably. This should have been repaired before the room was assigned to a guest. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standard or value that I expected for the amount I paid. The combination of poor service, lack of available parking, and maintenance issues made my stay frustrating and disappointing. Because of these issues, I believe a refund or appropriate compensation is warranted. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow to discuss my experience and request a resolution. I hope this matter can be handled professionally and fairly. I have called the same and complain about it to the booking.com Here’s the evidence see the attached

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the cleanliness of the floors, and the bathroom was very small for a room with two queen beds. There was also no mirror outside the bathroom, so if someone was using it, no one else could get ready. The breakfast had very limited options and was the same every day. The hotel has plenty of parking, but we were told that cars could be stolen from the outdoor lot, so we had to pay extra to park in the underground garage for added security.

The location was walking distance to train station. The room was somewhat clean. Some staff, especially the lady at the breakfast restaurant was quite friendly and helpful.

The hallways was not clean. The hotel was very old. My room and some other rooms were located in an another building with a weird and scary connection corridor and stairs, it was very difficult to carry my luggage from this connection. The room lock card didn't work properly, I needed top go back to reception several times to reactivate it.

The pillows were awful; the bathroom had signs of renovations however poorly done; the parking area is way too small; we didn't have breakfast at the hotel because the food was very minimal - both my friend and I have food allergies - there was no cream for coffe only milk; we used the pool once - the water looked cloudy, not nice looking water at all; but the worst part of our stay was that we were awakened at 1:30 am by someone trying to get into our room, twice. The second time, the staff office told us through the door that the system showed our room was available so he was giving it to a couple that has just arrived. After the initial shock and after she stopped shaking, my friend got dressed and went downstairs to talk to the night clek. She waited 15 minutes and the clerk was nowhere to be found. She came to our room to find out that our key cards were disabled! Thank God I did not go downstairs with her, we would have been locked our of our room until 3 in the morning because it's at that time we were finally able to get hold of the clerk. We were given no explanation for what happened and we were given new cards. By 3:30 we were able to try to get back to sleep for a few hours. Our night was ruined by an incident that is absolutely not acceptable!!!! I couldn't wait to get of this hotel the next morning. I will give a very bad review about this place and for sure will not recommend it to anyone and will never set foot there again!

Stayed here during a business trip with a child. The rooms are older but reasonably clean, and staff were generally courteous. We booked a double-bed room with a fridge, although there was no microwave. The hallways were quite dark, and the desk chair in our room was wobbly. The biggest issue was parking. While I was aware from other reviews that parking could be limited, I did not expect guests to leave their vehicles in a way that blocks others from exiting. On the day we needed to leave on time, another vehicle blocked our car. Better parking supervision and enforcement would help prevent situations like this. We also had repeated issues with our room keys losing access. Breakfast was very basic, with limited variety and a heavy focus on boiled eggs and beans. Our room faced a busy boulevard with heavy traffic, resulting in a significant amount of noise, including during the night. My initial impression was closer to 5 out of 10, but the parking issues, room access problems, very basic breakfast, and traffic noise brought my overall rating down to 2 out of 10.

Préparez vous ça va être long… cet établissement est à fuir… j’ai passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel j’ai payé 1200$ pour : entendre mes voisins de chambre parler comme s’ils étaient dans ma chambre, entendre a 23h30 la voisine d’en face se sécher les cheveux comme ci elle était dans ma salle de bain, entendre aussi à 23h30 le voisin du dessus marcher comme un gros sur le plancher en pensant qu’il allé traverser le plafond, entendre une femme de chambre pendant presque 4 heures faire le ménage de 3 chambre autour de la mienne et tirer au cœur toute les 2 secondes, devoir faire couler l’eau de la douche pendant 10 à 15 minutes à chaque utilisation pour avoir de l’eau chaude, entendre toutes les portes se claquer, entendre les femmes de chambre frotter l’aspirateur des chambres du dessus, taper contre les murs/meubles, traîner les meubles au sol, bref… cet établissement est à fuir et ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles et encore moins les tarifs abordés… dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre les vidéos de ce que j’ai pu entendre… mais n’allez pas dans cet hôtel vraiment…

Colazione dozzinale e di bassa qualità. Alcuni del personale di provenienza asiatica non parlano né il francese né l'inglese. Camera al quinto piano vicino agli ascensori, l'ascensore di servizio ha il locale motori senza porta ma con un pannello di legno messo alla meglio. Il rumore insopportabile si sente per tutto il piano, fortunatamente la notte non viene utilizzato. La manutenzione in generale non è all'altezza degli standard canadesi per questa categoria di hotel

I have to start this review by stating that all staff we spoke with were friendly and efficient, this review does not reflect On any of them at all. The hotel is tired. The furniture is shabby and old. It is no welcoming and looks old and dark. We paid for an upgrade to a suite and we’re out in a room enabled for disabled occupants on the ground floor. The room was big with odd furniture. The bed was big and comfortable. There was a sofa which was comfortable. There was a desk with a computer chair. A fridge which was useful. No bedside tables just a shelf and a unit with two open storage holes. The wardrobe was a small open gap that also housed the ironing board. We spent our 10 days living out of our suitcases, this wasn’t ideal at all. There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom. When using the hairdryer ( which was Like something from the 60’s with a weird holder) you had to sort of balance the holder on the sink to dry your hair. The bathroom was a wet room. The floor was made up of what looked like polished concrete complete with marks and cracks. The air con done its job but it was noisy and was wired in with a weird exposed socket. Breakfast was served in a room with furniture that looked like it had been bought from a 50s diner. The choice for cold was cereal, bread, bagel, and some form of pastry, yoghurt and apple, banana. Hot if you were early enough was scrambled egg and fried potatoes if you weren’t lucky you had kidney beans. All served on paper plates, paper bowls and tea or coffee in paper cups. Oh and wooden cutlery. The furniture in the reception is threadbare and marked from use over time. The location of the hotel is okay and is only a short walk to the metro. We have had a lovely holiday but feel very very deceived by the hotel website. I would not stay again and would not recommend it. It has put me off the hotel chain.

I liked the location and how easy it is to drive to.

I was told that there is on site outdoor parking which was very important as I drive a pick up truck and some parking garages are too small. This was the number one reason I chose this hotel. However, when I went to check in I was told there is no more parking left. I was told to go to the Marriott next door to park there. After waiting over 10minutes in line I was told their parking lot is full and got redirected to a paid parking garage down the road 5 blocks away. This meant a long walk with my bags. This whole scenario ended up taking 45minutes to get to my hotel room at check in and this led to me being late to the concert I was in Montreal to attend.
