We had a fabulous time in Sureda , place to relax and reset , Joan is a great host and our apartment was spotless clean .

Joan ha sido encantador. La entrada autónoma lo hizo todo muy sencillo. La zona es tranquila y se aparca bien. El apartamento estaba limpio. Tienen sombrillas para llevar a la playa lo cual nos pareció estupendo. En general gana calidad la estancia porque el dueño nos pareció encantador, muy accesible y entregado y además, el apartamento estaba limpio. La zona era tranquila lo que permitía un buen descanso aunque con pocos restaurantes o bares lo que hacía que no se pudiera apenas comer o cenar por el lugar.

En general está un poco anticuado y al menos nuestro apartamento muy viejo… el sofá muy incómodo y pequeño. En fotos no nos pareció que fuera así. La ventana de la habitación estaba justo encima del cabecero de la cama y daba a la terraza. Distribución muy rara e incómoda de la habitación. El aire acondicionado olía muy mal y metía mucho ruido. El baño tenía poca luz. No hay limpieza independientemente de los días de la estancia aunque sí que cambian toallas si lo deseas.

Nice apartment complex is located in a quiet part of town of Canyamel. A sandy beach, a grocery store, or a bakery are just a few steps away. A private swimming pool and plenty of inflatable toys are available. Sun umbrellas and toys for children can be borrowed for free for a day at the beach. The helpful and friendly owner is available in person every morning, or via WhatsApp.

The location is excellent, just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. Parking nearby is very easy without having to pay for the complex's parking. Check-in was quick and hassle-free — which was greatly appreciated after a flight —, and the host was always available whenever I needed to contact them. As a nice extra, beach umbrellas were also made available for us to use.

As for areas to improve, the soundproofing is quite poor (you can easily hear people coming, talking, and showering in neighboring units), and we found trash under the kitchen cabinets. The apartment is in need of general maintenance: a noisy AC unit, worn door handles, a rusty fridge, and open access hatches give the place a run-down look. Safety Concerns: As a professional electrician, I notice details that often go overlooked, and I found severe safety hazards. There were improperly wired, exposed electrical cables on the floor right next to water pipes — posing a serious risk of electric shock and short circuits. Additionally, the property lacks basic required fire safety equipment, such as a fire blanket in the kitchen. These technical and safety issues need urgent professional attention before hosting future guests.

Die Wohnung hat alles (wirklich alles) was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Betten und Kissen waren bequem und alles war außergewöhnlich sauber. Zudem kann man sich Sonnenschirme aus dem Fundus leihen (sehr nachhaltig). Der Strand ist quasi vor der Tür.

Wenn man etwas geräuschempfindlich ist fallen die dünnen Wände auf. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir verschieden laute Nachbarn. Eine Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern (eher lauter) und anschließend ein Paar (da haben wir nichts mitbekommen).

The apartment was clean and well equipped. There is a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dish washer, washing machine and air conditioning. The Apartment seemed to be well insulated, as we didnt hear the neighboors.

Super rustige buurt, een ideale uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Het appartement is super rustig met al de nodige faciliteiten. De communicatie verloopt heel vlot en de gastheer staat steeds paraat voor hulp/tips.

Lage zum Strand war perfekt! Kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe, einfaches Check-in, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen einige tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Parkplätze sind an der Straße immer vorhanden.

La ubicación del apartamento , el que nos tocó tenía unas vistas espectaculares , y cerca de la playa. La zona es muy tranquila justo lo que buscábamos Sobre todo las camas, muy cómodas, que tenía de todo lo necesario , lavadora, lavavajillas y productos de primera necesidad. También que pudiéramos utilizar cosas para la playa, sombrillas, sillas y los tupper que nos dejó Joan, es un punto muy positivo para una estancia maravillosa. Muchas gracias por todo.

Creo que es sofá es muy mejorable, que fuera un poco más cómodo y quizá pequeño para cuatro.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento en Mallorca y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente el trato de Joan, que fue muy atento y cercano en todo momento. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Esperamos volver pronto !

Allt som vi var i behov av fanns i boendet. Bra m två sovrum. Rent och fräscht. Nära till allt; strand och väldigt bra restauranger. Poolområdet fint och med plats till alla gäster.

Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la piscina e la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai mini market della zona ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Posto molto tranquillo anche di sera lontano dalla confusione a noi andava bene cosi'.

Tenía bbq , muy buena localización, cerca de la playa, piscina cómoda, parking(algo estrecho), y todo bien gestionado.

Nuestro apartamento tenía muchas hormigas, humedad y algún interruptor no funcionaba como el del baño.

Posizione, cittadina tranquilla con spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Pulizia, tutto pulitissimo. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Appartamento fornitissimo. Parcheggio disponibile in struttura ma in strada si trova anche in alta stagione. Sicuramente mi dimentico qualcosa ma è stato tutto super positivo, soprattutto per merito di Joan. Piscina aperta fino alle 22.30.

Sicuramente un pochino sovraprezzato, ma con qualche accorgimento potrebbe essere di altissimo livello

La résidence est très agréable, à taille humaine, bien agencée et propre. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le logement est bien équipé. La résidence met à disposition des parasols et autres accessoires de plage c'est génial et la piscine accessible le soir.Tout est pensé pour des familles qui arrivent en avion: capsules de café thé dosettes lave-vaisselle, machine à laver. Mais aussi les serviettes de toilette, la possibilité d'avoir des serviettes de plage...

Je dirais que canyamel est très calme, peu de boutiques et peu d'animations en soirée.

En general estaba todo genial. Muy limpio, tenía todo lo necesario y bonito.

Algo que no nos gustó (que no es culpa del apartamento) es la ubicación ya que es una zona demasiado tranquila.

Ménage pourrait être approfondi mais je suis assez maniaque. Difficulté de se garer dans la rue surtout le week-end.

Appartement très bien situé et très calme. La mer n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pieds et la piscine est très appréciable. Il y a également quelques très bons restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, niczego nam nie brakowało, zmywarka, pralka, klimatyzacja dawała radę. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna, kilka sklepów, restauracji. Basen zadbany,nie było tłumów, wolne leżaki o każdej porze.

L'appartement était bien équipé et bien entretenu. La résidence dispose d'une piscine.

Les rideaux de la chambre à coucher n'occultaient pas assez et laissaient donc passer la lumière et la chaleur dès tôt le matin

Rien à dire sur l'appartement, propre, spacieux, tout ce qu'il faut 😀 piscine très agréable mais à l'ombre trop tôt en fin de journée.

Le lieu est peu animé et pas grand chose à faire et à voir sur place. Il faut la voiture pour pouvoir se balader et aller dans des endroits plus animés. Idéal si on aime la tranquillité

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Apartamentos Sureda! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great family holiday. Our children especially loved the swimming pool and had a fantastic time there. The location is also excellent — the beach and several restaurants are only about a 2-minute walk away, which was perfect for us. A special thank you to Joan, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even taught me a few words in Spanish! My Spanish has definitely improved… although I’m not sure Joan would agree if he heard me trying to speak it! 😂🇪🇸 We really enjoyed our time at Apartamentos Sureda and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a great location. Thank you to the entire Sureda team for making our holiday so special! ❤️

L'emplacement est parfait à 200m de la plage avec une eau limpide. Les resto aux alentours ne sont pas mal (un coup de coeur pour Es Raco de Canyamel une tuerie !!!) L'appartement est bien agencé et très bien équipé, la piscine est appréciable avec pas mal de bain de soleil, l'eau est un peu trop chaude mais vu la chaleur extérieure dur de faire autrement. Ascenseur, parking intérieur payant sur réservation, serviettes de toilette fournies et échangeables à volonté, literie confortable, quartier animé jusqu'à 22h. La résidence se situe à 1h de tout c'était vraiment un beau séjour

S'il faut chipoter, le frigo faisait un bruit d'enfer et l'eau de la piscine un vrai bouillon

L'emplacement près de la belle plage de Canyamel, bon point de chute pour découvrir l'ile, avec toutes les commodités sans etre trop touristique. La propreté et le confort de l'appartement. La piscine propre, agréable et aux larges horaires d'ouverture. La gentillesse, flexibilité et reactivité de notre hôte et la procédure de départ et d'arrivée très simple.

Nous sommes globalement très satisfaits mais, si nous devions proposer des améliorations, ce serait d'ajouter un peu de vaisselle notamment des verres. Et l'appartement pourrait être mieux insonorisé pour encore plus de confort

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluso tuppers para poder llevarte a la playa, un acierto. El personal encantador, hemos estado como en casa. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora y nos lo arreglaron al momento. También te dejan sombrillas para la playa.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich liebevoll um die Anlage. Man findet immer Parkplätze in der Nähe und der Strand ist nicht weit.

Wir hatten ein Apartment im EG. Leider ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig. Zum einen das Apartment darüber oder die Leute auf dem Flur (weil der Aufzug gleich daneben war). Zum anderen verläuft das Abwasserrohr nahe dem Kopfteil des Bettes. Sobald irgendjemand aus den oberen Etagen Abwasser erzeugt, hat man eine laute Beschallung. Schlafen ist nur mit Oropax möglich. Auch die Einrichtung mit Furnier müsste man mal erneuern. Das ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommenen aufgequollen. Das ist nicht so hygienisch. Ausschlaggebend für die Bewertung war jedoch diese extrem störende Geräuschkulisse.

Location, location, location. Short walk to the beach. This was what we came for. Swimming pool was all right as well. Close to a few shops and a number of restaurants.

Simple but without any surprises. Everything was as expected.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr gut. Außerdem war die Ausstattung der Küche sehr durchdacht, es gab sogar verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen und einen Milchaufschäuner. Selbst an Spül- und Waschnaschinentabs wurde gedacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war auch sehr schön.

Ein paar kaputte Stühle mussten getauscht werden und eine Türlatte war nicht mehr fest. Aber auf Nachfrage wurden die Stühle ausgetauscht, sowie die Tür repariert.

Appartement en parfait état, les clés nous attendaient sur la porte car nous arrivions tardivement. Amabilité de la personne à l'accueil, toujours de bons conseils et à l'écoute. Piscine bien aménagée, ambiance détente.

Some local clubs play loud music over 11 in the evening.

Our kids loved the large swimming pool.

Les informations pour accéder au logement étaient très claires. La boite à clés permet d'arriver à l'heure qui nous convient (à partir de 16h). L'établissement est toujours très propre. L'appartement était lumineux et climatisé. La piscine est un plus même si la plage est au bout de la rue. Petite ville balnéaire calme. Nombreux départs de randonnés possible. Quelques commerces de 1ère nécessités qui permettent de ne pas se déplacer trop loin. Plusieurs restaurants (non testés).

Tout était parfait. S'il fallait trouver un point d'amélioration, je dirais : manque de placard dans la cuisine.

Le manque de vaisselle disponible dans l appartement mais surtout le bruit des voisins des 7h du matin, les portes qui claquent, les gens qui crient dans les couloirs.

La localisation près d’une plage agréable et d’une crique à qq minutes à pied . Les équipements du logements ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine à café…) et c’était parfaitement propre . La piscine est très bien aussi . Le système pour les clés est très pratique également

La amabilidad del personal, siempre preguntando si nos ayudaban en algo. La urbanización es bonita y se puede dormir muy bien sin ruidos. El apartamento es muy luminoso y estaba bastante limpio.

Las calidades: por ej la puerta de entrada al apartamento no daba mucha confianza, la nevera no enfriaba mucho, la vitro no calentaba bien, las toallas son muy ásperas.. Faltaría algún detalle para estar más cómodo: repisas, cajoneras, etc. No hay limpieza durante la estancia (estuvimos 4 noches).

La piscina aunque no muy grande no estaba saturada incluso teniendo hamacas para todos y con un chorro cisne y jacuzzi. Los apartamentos están limpios y con un aire acondicionado con potencia, lo cual se agradece en los días calurosos. Se puede aparcar gratis en los alrededores. Playa a unos 5 minutos andando. Joan fue muy amable y el último día como el avión salía tarde nos dejó quedarnos en la piscina. Restaurantes de calidad alrededor (Bonanza, Kutz). Para repetir

L'esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il vero punto di forza è il contesto: il residence è davvero bellissimo, curato, tranquillo e immerso in un ambiente piacevole, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento è funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, comprese le stoviglie per cucinare, la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Il letto super comodo! La pulizia era buona. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di prendere in prestito ombrellone, sedie da spiaggia e giochi per bambini, un servizio davvero utile e gradito! Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è in linea con la media della zona turistica e consiglierei questa struttura soprattutto a chi cerca tranquillità, vicinanza al mare e un residence ben tenuto.

Tra i piccoli aspetti migliorabili segnalo il bagno, un po' piccolo, l'aria condizionata non particolarmente potente e l'assenza di serrande alle finestre. Si tratta comunque di dettagli che non hanno compromesso il soggiorno.

Canyamel is a nice location not very busy accommodation is 5 minutes from a beautiful beach with white sand & a couple of beach bars nice for food , drinks & chilling .There is a few restaurants near by and regularly ate at Bonanza nice food & staff are lovely & friendly , wee also ate at beach bar . Canyamel is a chilled area no need to take high heels or get overly dressed up .. not once did I use my straightener irons lol .. ideal location for families with young babies & children Another bonus about the accommodation the pool was a beautiful temperature and opened late ideal for soothing babies at night to sleep .pool also had a jacuzzi

To make stay more comfortable Would have been change of beds , mattress was lightweight & kept bagging my leg at end of bed frame .. also second bedroom could with air conditioning

Estaba muy cerca de la playa y el apartamento estaba reformado. Las camas eran cómodas.

El sofá es muy incómodo, muy duro y se clava el armazón al sentarte. La ubicación, no hay cerca restaurantes y muy pocas tiendas. Zona muy tranquila para dormir e ir a la playa, pero necesitas coche para moverte si quieres algo más que playa.

At first, we were a bit surprised by the exterior of the building, as it looks more like a student residence than a holiday complex. However, the moment we stepped inside, our first impression completely changed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It had a washing machine, dishwasher, a huge drying rack that easily fit all of our laundry, as well as a broom and mop, which were very useful for cleaning up the sand after returning from the beach. Every little detail had clearly been carefully thought out. Although there was only one air conditioner, it was incredibly powerful and cooled the entire apartment with ease. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment had two separate bedrooms, and our children's room had two single beds instead of the bunk beds found in most of the other apartments. The garden is absolutely beautiful, full of flowers and greenery, and very well maintained. The swimming pool is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a depth of 2.2 meters, making it perfect for swimming as well as relaxing. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet, elegant, and seems to attract a more upscale type of tourist, yet the restaurants were surprisingly affordable. Some of the best restaurants were literally a two-minute walk away, and we enjoyed excellent seafood for around €20. The beach is just a one-minute walk from the apartment. It is huge, beautiful, peaceful, and the scenery reminded us of the Amalfi Coast. The water was crystal clear. Like most beaches on the island, there is a small organized area with umbrellas and sunbeds, while most of the beach is free to use. The hotel also has beach umbrellas left behind by previous guests that anyone can use, which is a very thoughtful touch. The apartment and the building are not brand new, and there are some visible signs of wear, but everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. La habitación con todo lo necesario y las zonas comunes perfectas. Había sombrillas, hamacas y toallas disponibles para ir a la playa. El personal muy atento y agradable. La zona es tranquila con la playa a 3 minutos a pie y zona de fácil aparcamiento. Una estación calidad-precio inmejorable.

Met on arrival at reception by the very friendly host who gave us information about the resort and key codes. Top floor apartment excellent and well equipped with lovely views over the pool and the sea just a short distance away. Air-con was very useful as it was hot during our stay. The pool was excellent and heated! No shock to the system when jumping in on a very hot day. They had a small area with lilos, balls, flotation aids which had probably been left behind and were very popular with the younger guests (and some of the older ones too)! Location was great, only a few minutes from the beach and most of the restaurants in the resort. They had an apartment cat who was well looked after and could often be seen relaxing in the well tended garden. On-street parking was fairly easy, there was always a space quite close. There was always a few spaces in the bookable apartment carpark. All in all a very enjoyable week's holiday.

The last day came around too soon.

The neighbourhood is lovely if you want a relaxing atmosphere and a good beach to take young kids to, or relax in the shade after a swim. My partner and I are retired, and do not like busy, noisy places - so this was perfect. Apartments Sureda exceeded our expectations by far - absolutely clean and functional, kitchen fitted with dishwasher and washing machine, wi-fi and air conditioner working perfeclty well, balcony to enjoy sitting "outside", pool which you can use up to 10.00 PM, easy parking space. Host Joan always responded immediately to any message and was wiling to help. We would certainly get back and do recommend this place.

Paying for parking does not seem to be fair, though the fee was perfectly reasonable.

Écoutez nous avons été clairement pris pour des idiots en arrivant à l'aéroport. Je vais très volontiers une nouvelle fois m'employer à tout vous détailler : - Nous avions fait et payé une réservation Booking de 69,61euros qui n’a pas été honorée ou considérée comme caduque ; - Nous avons attendus plus d’une heure arrivés au point de rencontre de l’aéroport, malgré l’appel pour prévenir notre arrivée à ce dit point de rendez-vous en nous disant que la navette arrivait d’ici 15min ; - Juste avant de pouvoir profiter du véhicule de location on nous explique que le contrat de location est caduque car apparemment ni Booking, ni ni GreenMotion, ni aucun mail de rappel nous ont prévenu de rendre compte de quelque numéro de vol que ce soit et que cela a apparement justifié un nouveau «contrat d’assurance» / location d'un montant sorti de nulle part de 252euros, dans un espagnol-anglais que nous n’avons pas compris ma copine et moi-même et que nous aurions sans doute bien refusé ; - Le tout encore une fois dans un contexte d’attente de plus d’une heure qui nous a mis en retard pour arriver à notre appartement de location. Nous sommes très mécontents de vos services, Booking et GreenMotion, et de votre incapacité à faire quoique ce soit pour satisfaire et réparer les erreurs et malentendus envers vos clients. Je rajoute à ce mécontentement le fait que nous avons eu à faire à TROIS interlocuteurs différents et que personne n'a réussi à nous arrangé la situation. Nous constatons qu’aucune communication claire n’a été faite entre Booking et GreenMotion afin de mettre dans les meilleurs dispositions votre client. Bien cordialement, M. Bargiacchi Ugo.
