Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit riesiger Vielfalt. Leider ist es im Frühstücksraum etwas hecktisch und laut da er Platz für extrem viele Personen bietet. Es kann zu Wartezeiten führen um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Aber das Personal ist sehr bemüht um schnelle Abläufe

Die Zimmer waren gross und schön, Lage war super. Gleich bei einer Mall. Man war schnell zu Fuss überall.

Im Gym gibt es keine Matten.

The room was huge. Bed is firm and comfortable. 2 Pillows each was comfortable. Huge bathroom with bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of Asian and western dishes. The Ipoh parade (shopping centre) has lots of brand and local shops. Lots to western and local foods.

We had a power failure for a few minutes. The maintenance staff came to the room informed us of the work they were doing. He apologised for the incident.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The hotel is located right next to the mall. My friends and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is one of the best hotels we stayed at during our time in Malaysia. The hotel’s breakfast had a lot of different choices. The hotel also offered a Malaysian supper at night. I accidentally left something at the hotel and they were very accommodating in mailing the item to my next destination to make sure I received it in time and followed up. I will stay at this hotel again in the future!

Lovely new Hotel with excellent staff. Great location for walking in central Ipoh. Easy undercover parking and on top of a large shopping mall.

Design of bathroom not the best we’ve experienced but a minor point

We really enjoyed our stay at the Weil Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The room was excellent, and we especially loved the beautiful rooftop pool.

We hebben geboekt om het zwembad maar kwamen laat pas aan en het was erg heet dus wilden graag nog even naar het zwembad maar die was oM 7 uur al gesloten en kon er ook niet meer bij komen. Dat was jammer

Bad view from hotel windows. Stayed there twice over last 2 years and was given same window view. Seeing only roof structures and side of the building

Es muy bonito, está genial que está conectado a un centro comercial. La piscina es chula y el baño de la habitación con bañera y ducha también muy bien. También tiene parking gratuito cerrado.

El desayuno, como todos en Malasia, están pensados para ellos y hay pocas cosas occidentales.

Excellent facilities, great breakfast

Staff were just ok - nothing exceptional. When we checked in, we were given our room number and key. We took our luggage up to the top floor ( no offer of assistance) and found that someone was already in the room. We dragged our luggage back to reception, who merely gave us another room without any apology at all. Very poor first impression

The room was spacious and comfortable and the property appeared well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big with a built in water dispenser for filtered drinking water, which was a nice touch. I loved the toiletries provided. The room had complimentary water, tea and coffee as well as some snacks which were replenished daily. There's also an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer provided and hidden away in their own space in the closet. There's also a safe. Location was excellent with a mall adjoining the property. I also loved that there was a hair salon in the walkway to the mall where I got a great head massage along with my hairwash. I did not eat at the hotel even though breakfast was included in my rate as there is so much food in the city to sample! The rooftop gastropub was really lovely with nice cabanas and a lovely view of the city.

There were enough universal power outlets but it would have been nice to have some USB A and C points as well. The cocktails at the gastrobar were quite watered down.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich im Flur und in den Zimmern riecht unangenehm und ist nicht sauber. Das Bett ist zu hart.

Location for trip to Cameron Highlands. Short Grab from rail station.

No beer or wine available unless a bottle bought in the Chinese restaurant and then only one wine option. Best to go out to a bar like Durbar.

Zeer ruime kamer, heel goede douche. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooi rooftop zwembad. Hotel sluit via eigen toegang aan op een groot winkelcentrum. Gemakkelijk als je 's avonds veel keuze aan eetgelegenheden wenst zonder de stad in te moeten trekken.

We sliepen waarschijnlijk in een soort familiekamer waar er twee kamers via een gesloten middendeur verbonden waren. Deze deur isoleerde het geluid onvoldoende. Gelukkig waren onze buren, net zoals wij geen luidruchtige mensen.

I had a wonderful stay at WEIL Hotel. One of the best things about the hotel is that it is directly connected to a shopping mall, which made everything very convenient. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay at WEIL Hotel again. Highly recommended!

A well designed and tastefully decorated room. Beautiful mountain views from the room as well as great views from the rooftop pool deck. The staff were very good. Attached to a mall which was rather useful. The breakfast buffet was reasonably good.

The hotel is located in an unattractive neighbourhood, which is balanced by the convenience of the mall. The hotel is large and gets very busy when waves of people check in/out or go down for breakfast. Must catch Grab cars to go anywhere because it's in the middle of nowhere. Tour desk options were limited.

From the check in process to the checkout and in-between, everything went off smoothly.. the staff were great. The location of the hotel was good, being next to the shopping centre was helpful.

Breakfast was among the best offered. The location of the hotel was good too for local goodies. Having a connection door way to the mall was excellent as it was raining on most evening during our stay. So the food hall in the mall was very convenient.

The minor issues in the room are (1) not many clothes hangers available, (2) our shower room dont seemed to have wall hooks for clothes, (3) bed mattress a bit worn in our opinion.

Location. Connected to Ipoh Parade mall. 10-15mins from airport. Allow super early checkin with a reasonable pro-rated fee payment. Provide small supper of hot soya bean milk, chicken porridge and green bean soup. Room is big, clean with bathtub n shower area.

Need to have anti-slip mat in the bathtub or shower area for elderly. If not, everything is perfect.

Concierge organised a 2 day tour including the Cameron Highlands. The fact that the Mall was attached was handy for those rainy days.

My impression of Weil Hotel was so pleasant from the moment I entered the premises. We were allowed to check in at 2:30pm even though it was stated as 3pm, and we even got a free upgrade. The room was big and clean, and so was the corridor. There was a variety of food for breakfast, so we had no chance to complain about being hungry. The Chinese restaurant, Yuk Sou Hin, is also worth visiting as their food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Going anywhere from the hotel was a breeze as Grab taxis were always available, arrived swiftly, and were reasonably priced. Having a comfortable hotel stay during a holiday is important, and Weil Hotel definitely delivered!

The rooftop bar could be better as when we went up, we could not really explore due to staff setting up tables and chairs.

The breakfast spread was amazing. The room was huge and comfortable. Everything was neat and in a good shape.

The AC/water dripping from the ceiling. It started and stopped then it started again. It was not a nice experience as it disturbed my sleep at wee hours and made the carpet wet.
