Very spacy room, almost like an apartment studio, well equipped with microwave and fridge

I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable this hotel was. The overall stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and both the bed and bathroom were spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was strong, and the hot water was reliable, making the stay very comfortable. Although the hotel is located in a commercial area without a scenic view, it is surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. There are plenty of restaurants and dining options within walking distance, making it very convenient to find a meal. The hotel also provides parking spaces, and you can simply ask the front desk for assistance if you need one.

There was nothing we disliked about our stay. We only stayed for one night, but we had a great rest and found the hotel to be very comfortable.

I like the location, the cleanliness of the room and the value for money. I like that they offered clean prayer mats at the reception - you can borrow one and take it to your room. There’s ample parking space next to the hotel. So many shops and restaurants just within the area, all walking distance. This is actually my second time staying here.

The room was large so it took a long time for the air conditioning to cool the room. Even then, the room was not cool enough since the room has large windows and the day has been very hot. Maybe a stand alone stronger horse-power aircon would have made the room perfect.

In der Umgebung vom Hotel sind Convenience Stores und Restaurants/Cafes. Zum Zentrum läuft man 15/20 Minuten. Das Zimmer war toll, mit großem Bad. Das Personal sehr nett. Bushaltestellen sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The room is fine, clean and tidy.

The Window is not suitable situated in the bathroom eventhough tinted. (not confident)

The room and toilet was big and clean. Plenty of eatery around the hotel. Staff was helpful and polite.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The penthouse was spacious and pleasant overall. However, the toilet bowl in the upper bedroom could have been cleaner.

- Amazing staff, helpful and always available. - Location: walking distance to Chinatown. About 20 minutes walking to Ipoh Old Town. - Rooms are large and aesthetically pleasing. It seems that either I got a good one or they're renovating little by little. - Lighting in the room is good. Large windows, but has blind-out curtains. - There's a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. - Large bed and multiple pillows. - Good white coffee and tea. Ok, not great: - Desk area not very comfortable. - Fridge is small, fits only one 1.5L bottle. The small bottles of water they leave in the room don't even fit in the door. - There are no utensils nor plates or bowls. Makes the microwave useless for reheating because 80% of the time your food, especially liquids, will come in bags. - Bed is kind of hard. Also wide, but a tad short. At 1.82m / 6ft my feet were dangling out of bed; had to sleep on a diagonal.

The internet was beyond bad, it was ABYSMAL. Not just worst speed I had in multiple years of travels across multiple continents, but frequent disconnects too. You can't watch even an Insta video, or a YouTube short without it stopping and waiting to reconnect every few seconds. This is in sharp contract with almost everywhere else in Malaysia having 100-600 Mbps speeds and this hotel is barely reaching 4 Mbps on a good day, and only for a few seconds. I notified front-desk but nothing came out of it. I want to give them some leeway for being CNY, but there are other reviews complaining about it, so I'm guessing they're just not doing anything about it. If you need internet, avoid this place. I couldn't even get good cell signal to use my phone as a hot spot.

Huge, comfortable room. Very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom was huge and shower was superb 👍 Couldn't fault it 💯

Location is strategic for those require to go to menara ssi and rhb. Its relax and walk in distance only.

Very spacious and clean rooms with all necessary amenities included e.g. iron & ironing board, hairdryers, toiletries, safe, Kettle, TV etc Good location - about 15 minute walk away from Concubine lane. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Big bed in a big room, nice pillows. Clean. Excellent water pressure and air con. In a quiet area near to good food, away from tourist crowd. Carpark provided. Raymond was very helpful. Thank you! We had a good stay.

Lighting in the room could be brighter esp over the bed. Minor signs of wear and tear. Room description had microwave and safe which were not in the room but we didn't need them anyway.

Our third time stay at Jindagu. Environment is quiet and is a very good location, nearby convenient stores, Ipoh Parade and some tourist attractions.

Sorry, I have to say for this time, room has an unpleasant smell, but it's still acceptable. There were some food scraps on the floor, and hairs on the toilet floor, I clean it myself. And, hope u can provide a room tag too.

Bon hôtel, bien placé, juste à côté d’un 7-eleven et d’un Family Mart. Chambre spacieuses, lit confortable. Personnel très sympa, à l’écoutes et donne des conseils. Très agréable ! Bons équipements.

La propreté laisse à désirer … Pas d’eau chaude. Mauvaise Wifi.

房间只给一张卡 情侣一起住要是一人在房一人去买吃的怎样都是麻烦。 Wifi 不好！ 床跟枕头都有味道！！！ 床头灯两都是坏的！ 房间灯好暗！ 冷气口都是灰！ 开窗就是垃圾堆！ 壁的漆都坏了随便修修就算了？

La verdad es que nos gustó prácticamente todo. El personal super amable, las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, la localización bastante buena, a poco más de 5 minutos andando tienes china town y si sigues 10 minutos más caminando llegas al old Town. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. La verdad que lo recomendamos con toda tranquilidad.

It was a horrible experience. It was very dirty, and we could barely sleep because I think Tokyo Drift was filmed right outside our room. We couldn't sleep at all. It was horrible. Everything in the room was 100 years old, and it was impossible to enjoy anything.
