No staff between 17:00 and 07:00. Access only by lift to our upper floor. No walk in shower. No USB sockets or adapters

Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, amplasare excelentă. Poți ajunge in centrul orașului in 5-10 minute cu tramvaiul. Personalul hotelului de la recepție si de la masa au fost foarte atente cu tot ceea ce le-am cerut si asta a ajutat foarte mult sa trecem cu vederea anumite aspecte care nu ne-au plăcut, cauzate de doamnele care fac curat.

La baie, nu ne-a fost aruncat gunoiul timp de 2 zile si nu am primit hârtie igienică. Fiind weekend, iar noi plecând foarte devreme de la hotel, nu a fost nimeni la recepție si nu am putut sa rezolvam aceasta problema, așa ca a trebuit sa ne cumpărăm singuri. Prosoapele pe care le-am pus pe jos pentru a fi schimbate, ne-au fost puse la loc pe calorifer, ceea ce mi se pare inadmisibil pentru un hotel de 4 stele.

Excellent location for getting the tram or bus to St. Jakobshalle. There's also a Migros, Coop, and a Kiosk right at the train station, which was very convenient. We didn't spend much time at the hotel itself since we left around 6am and got back around 8-9:30pm each day, but the room was clean and did the job perfectly for what we needed.

The only issue was with the coffee machine. Around 4pm, before heading out to St. Jakobshalle, my friend and I wanted a coffee after dropping off our luggage, but the receptionist who'd checked me in was already washing the machine, even though she'd said the counter would close at 5pm. I mentioned it was just two coffees, but she kept going. She suggested we use the coffee capsules in the room instead, but that's not the same as coffee from a proper Jura machine. We didn't want to make a fuss, so we left.

Room was big and spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location, right next to the tram stop and only 10-15 min walk from Rhine river.

I had to work out that the shower needed to run for 3 minutes before it warmed up The curtain had a mark on it The front door to the hotel closes a little bit slowly which makes me worry that someone could come in behind me No English news television channels

Always my hotel of choice when travelling and working in Basel, good location. Lovely friendly staff. Cater excellently with my request for Gluten free breakfast.

Although advertised as discounted parking, the lady in reception in the morning initially told me they had no discounted tickets left. She eventually found them but did say they occasionally run out - it can save you £25 approx if I recall

Die zentrale Lage gegenüber vom Bhf. Basel Bad. Ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Badewanne. Freundliches junges Personal.

Das Personal nach Belegung eingesetzt wird. Am Freitag war um 19:00 am Samstag war um 15:00 Schluss. Teilweise wusste man nicht die Frühstückszeiten. Außerhalb der Zeiten gab es ein rotes Telefon , wo man Hilfe bekam. Die Badewanne war mit einer festen Glaswand versehen, was den Einstieg erschwerte. Ansonsten war die Einrichtung sehr schlicht. Kurz nach Beginn der Frühstückszeit war das kleine Bufett schon fast leer. Anscheinet frühstücken nur wenige Gäste hier. Eine Familie hatte schon ordentlich zu gelangt. Es waren kaum noch Brötchen da und die waren auch noch aufgebacken. Auf Nachfrage habe ich ein Rührei erhalten was gut schmeckte. Es ist ja verantwortungsvoll, wenn man das Bufett nach der Belegung ausrichtet. Man hätte das aber sagen können.

We were very late arriving 2am! Due to a late running train & then a bus replacement service. Clear instructions sent ahead of arrival to book in & obtain room key etc. Staff were able to look after our bags for the morning while we explored Basel for a few hours before catching our next train.

All was good

Goede bedden, douche in bad, verduisterings gordijnen, gratis drinken in koelkastje. Internet was goed, met gratis openbaar vervoer kaarten kunnen reizen in heel Basel.

Kussen zijn nogal plat, bed is laag, met kinderen geen probleem maar als je slecht op kan staan kan het vervelend zijn. Veel herrie van trams en voorbijrijdend verkeer.

Ich habe nicht verstanden warum das Hotel 4 Sterne haben sollte. Am Samstag ist kein Personal vor Ort. Das Hotel hat nur Zimmer im obersten Stock. Leere Minibar. Ich habe eindeutig zu viel bezahlt.

De ligging dicht bij station en goede parkeerplaats in de omgeving waar je ook nog korting voor kreeg bij het hotel. Heel schoon. Houten vloeren. Er waren weinig klanten voor het ontbijt en toch werd prima ontbijt geserveerd.

camera ampia con letto matrimoniale e letto alla francese, bagno grande con vasca, aria condizionata , al quarto piano. L'hotel, un intero piano di un edificio, è servito da tram e bus per raggiungere il centro città, comodissimo anche se non proprio in pieno centro. La reception chiude alle 17 dopo di che si accede con self check in. Alla reception abbiamo incontrato una ragazza molto molto gentile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni per muoverci in città. L'hotel compreso nel prezzo offre la base card, card con cui si può viaggiare gratuitamente.

Pas de chaînes de télévision en français ou en anglais De 17h00 à 7h00 , il n’y a personne à la réception , il faut se débrouiller seul. Manque d’un parking privé

Alloggio di buona dimensione, letti comodi, silenzioso. Comodo l'accesso ed il check in avvenuto anche in autonomia con totem. Posizione buona al centro, mezzi pubblici di fronte all'hotel. Posto auto a pagamento, di fronte all'hotel in parcheggio multipiano. Comodo lo scarico bagagli.

De kamer was heel netjes en ruim.

Ligt aan een erg drukke baan, waar je het verkeer fel hoort. Ook de trams denderen onder je raam door. De receptie is gesloten na 15u. Er is dan geen enkel personeelslid aanwezig. We konden dus geen ontbijt meer reserveren voor de volgende ochtend. Er was iemand te bereiken via telefoon maar deze persoon wist van niks. Kon het ontbijt niet boeken voor ons. Meerdere gordijnen gingen los in de kamer. Duurde erg lang vooraleer water van de douche warm werd. En wisselde de hele tijd van koud naar warm. Er is geen bar of automaat voor ons iets te drinken. Er is geen trap die je kan gebruiken (enkel een noodtrap).

Good location next to the Basel Bad train station. Basel hotels also give you a free public transport card for the duration of your stay. The hotel serves you a taylor made breakfast to the taste of your liking.

Some distance from the city center, but tram 2 takes you straight there from just outside the hotel.

Mise à disposition du pass de la ville

Au vu de la note, je ne m'attendais pas à ça. Au dela du personnel du check-in qui finit sa journée (trop) top, il n'y rien dans la chambre d'hotel, aucun mobilier ou presque. Ce n'est pas un style minimaliste comme certains veulent le croire, c'est juste le sticte stricte stricte minimum et sans grande qualité (pour un 4 etoiles). J'ai quitté la radisson pour venir à cet hotel pour une petite différence de prix, je l'ai amairement regretté. Pas de climatisation Et le parking qui se trouve non pas à l'hotel, mais à une centaine de mètre, et bien sur aucun endroit pour vider le coffre à moins de 50m de l'hotel, super pratique avec valises et enfants.

Très bon accueil. La réceptionniste était très avenante,et m'a donné beaucoup d'explication sur la ville. L'hôtel était très propre, et pratique pour se stationner.

Je pensais que le parking était inclus dans le prix.

Basel-Card für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Rabatt für Schifffahrt.

Am Abreisetag kann man Koffer nur bis 15:00 deponieren, Reception nur bis 15:00 besetzt. Mussten am Bahnhof Schliessfach mieten 16.-

Das Zimmer war gross und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Sehr gute Tramanbindungen zur Altstadt.

Man könnte das Zimmer gemütlicher gestalten (vor dem Sofa ist ein grosser, leerer Raum)

I like that there was enough bed for me and the kids and that they even put welcome snacks which made the kids super excited!

There was an issue where there was some ants crawling and I had told the receptionist and showed her a video to clean it but when we came back the ants were still there.

The reception is opened just a few hours per day. The check-in was easy, so no need for help there, but we wanted to leave our luggages for a few hours after check-out, but it was not possible.
