Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Waiter tried his best with what he had.
Did not have hot water when I wanted to shower. One basin did not drain, other basin did not have drain plug. Electric blanket only worked on the one side of double bed. No Coke or Coke Zero available at dinner time. Separate billing for spa, and dinners. You can not book bill against your room. Not nice to have dinner while facing old cobwebs against the shelving. Waiter and barman is the same person After I paid I was informed that payment is not refundable You can not make contact with reception on the landline as it is not being answered. Special requests on Booking.com was not answered or replied to either. Carpets need replacement in room.
