他の都市への移動の間に5泊したが、スーツケースを預かってもらえて、しかもお部屋にまで入れてもらえていてありがたかった。ロビースタッフは常時1人のようだが、てきぱきしているし、好感がもてる。朝食は種類が多く美味しくて、メニューは少しずつ変わって飽きなかった。タオルなどの自分で交換、お掃除なしは気楽で良かった。また、駅からは近くて南口でも安心、わかりやすい場所。

玄関の階段、お部屋に寄ってはエレベーターまで階段の場合があるので、重いスーツケースを持っては大変かも。

Tolles, zentrales Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer, das nach hinten raus ging und sehr ruhig war. Das geniale Frühstücksbüfett ist unglaublich vielfältig und verdient mehr als 5 Sterne! Wasser, Tee und Kaffee gibt's jederzeit gratis in der Lobby.

We discovered a live scorpion in our bed after our first night’s stay. The hotel’s response was to clean the room and a token for a free drink and a piece of chocolate. We were unable to sleep the second night due to psychological distress and fear.We had an early train to catch upon check out so did not contact management. When we did contact them after returning home 3 weeks later, they completely dismissed our health and safety concerns and refused to issue a refund. They stated it was a European scorpion and was not poisonous. (In reality it is like a wasp sting). They also stated that we should have dealt with this before continuing on our European trip rather than when we returned home. Paying guests expect a safe and pest free room. The hotel.s refusal to take responsibility for an arachnid in our bed is unacceptable. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere in Munich.

A reggeli kiváló, külön öröm, hogy kérés nélkül elérhető volt mandulatej és zabtej is. Picit lehetne több zöld dolog, meg olivaolaj, egyébként minden szuper, friss és finom volt. A szobaablakok nyithatóak, ami nagyon jó, mert a friss alpesi levegő be tud jönni. Sok és jó helyen levő konnektor van a szobában. Hangtompító szőnyeg a szobák előtti folyósón, zajzáró ajtó a lépcsőháznál. Nagy odafigyelésről árulkodik.

Egy picit fura volt, hogy a zuhanyzó egy dobogón volt.

The renovations do not hide the overall older charme of the building, but for the price it's ok. The mattress seemed not completely even.

Hotel molto valido per soggiornare a Monaco, la posizione è molto comoda, si raggiunge la stazione centrale in 5 minuti a piedi. Colazione a buffet abbastanza varia e buona, con diverse opzioni sia per il salato che per il dolce. La camera era comoda per due persone.

Nella doccia aggiungerei un tappetino antiscivolo, in quanto il pavimento usa le stesse mattonelle del resto del bagno, le quali quando vengono bagnate con acqua e sapone risultano abbastanza scivolose. Sempre nel bagno aggiungerei un posto dove appendere l'asciugamano vicino al lavandino, nella camera che avevo l'asciugamano potevo metterlo solo nel termosifone che si trovava dietro al lavandino ed era un po' scomodo.

הגענו למלון בעקבות ההמלצות בבוקינג, ולא התאכזבנו. המיקום מצוין, כ-5 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית, וזה מאוד נוח. יחד עם זאת, בגלל הקרבה לתחנה, בשעות הלילה פחות הרגשתי בנוח ללכת לבד באזור, במיוחד כתיירת. הפקידה בקבלה שקיבלה אותנו הייתה מקסימה ולבבית. היא המליצה לנו איפה כדאי לטייל ואיפה לאכול, והכול עם חיוך רחב ובאווירה נעימה. החדרים נקיים ומעוצבים בסגנון וינטג׳ מיוחד ושיקי. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה, ובנוסף יש בלובי מכונת קפה שאפשר להשתמש בה ללא הגבלה. חשוב לדעת שאין שירות חדרים. בכניסה לקומה יש עגלה עם מגבות וסבונים, וכל אורח לוקח לעצמו לפי הצורך. למי שמעוניין בצ׳ק-אין מאוחר, ניתן בתוספת של 45 יורו עד השעה 15:00.

Nos gustó especialmente su ubicación, la atención del front desk, la habitación que tenía caja fuerte, una pequeña heladera, muy buena ducha y estaba bien equipada, con sillones escritorio y lámpara. El dormitorio tenía una puerta que lo separaba del pasillo donde estaba el baño y quedaba de esa forma alejado del pasillo de circulación general del piso. El desayuno era completo.

Si bien el desayuno era rico y completo el espacio donde se sirve queda chico para el Hotel.un día tuvimos que desayunar en la recepción y otro día no funcionaba la cafetera y hubo que usar la que está en el hall. Pero lo que nos resultó más molesto es algo que no depende directamente del hotel pero que afecta a todos los pasajeros que tengan habitaciones que dan al frente. hay una obra en desarrollo a la cual le faltan varios meses porque es muy grande y hace ruido desde las siete de la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde, con lo cual complica el descanso ya sea a la mañana o si uno quiere volver durante el día a estar un rato tranquilo. Die Lage sehr zentral, das Ambiente sehr angenehm, das Zimmer sehr angenehm mit schönem Farbkontrast. Der Balkon, die Dusche 🚿 hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Prima auch, das es einen kleinen Kühlschrank gibt.

Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, rückwärts auf eine Rampe, dies war mir neu und schwierig auszusteigen. Aber schnelle Hilfe vom Concierge bekommen , danke hierfür

The room was lovely and spacious - we were upgraded on arrival, but I’m sure our original room would have also been great. The shower was excellent. The location is very central and convenient, you can walk everywhere but if you’re tired the public transport connections are really easy and frequent. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of options including healthy options, really good bread and cake, and plenty of tables. We asked to check out slightly late at midday rather than 11am because that’s when we needed to leave to catch our flight, and it was no problem, the staff member kindly let us stay in the room for an extra hour without charge, which we were really grateful for! The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. ☺️

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Metropol. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Munich. The breakfast was lovely and staff were super friendly and very informative. The central location is a great plus aswell.

Achei a localização do hotel mediano, as redondezas não são muito bonitas. Fica próximo à estação de trem que facilita o deslocamento e do centro fica 20 minutos andando realmente é tranquilo de ir, mas tinha nas regiões próximas muitos moradores de rua, não recomendo sair à noite.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind schön renoviert und modern. Das Zimmer war gegen den Innenhof gerichtet und somit ruhig und angenehm.

Der Eingangs- und Frühstücksbereich sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Zimmer schön und modern eingerichtet sind. Negativ aufgefallen ist der fehlende tägliche Zimmerservice: Die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich hergerichtet, was man in dieser Preiskategorie durchaus erwarten dürfte. Die Übernachtung war für die Leistung viel zu teuer, was wohl auf die grosse Messe in München zurückzuführen war.

- Boa localização, o hotel fica localizado numa zona com fáceis acessos ao centro da cidade e mesmo ao lado da estação de comboio. - Funcionários sempre simpáticos e atenciosos, com recepção disponível 24 horas. - Tivemos um update do quarto, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. O quarto era moderno, super espaçoso, muito bem decorado, acolhedor e limpo, apresentando todo o conforto necessário. Cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. - Tínhamos também bebidas frescas na recepção e acesso gratuito à máquina de café na recepção, o que também dá um toque especial ao alojamento, tornando a experiência mais agradável.

- A rua onde está localizado o hotel à primeira vista tem um ar um pouco "shady", mas não tivemos nenhum problema concretamente.

酒店页面显示酒店配有洗衣房，但实际是酒店并没有，而且前台告知可以送去别的地方洗，但按件收费，这点酒店并未提前告知。另外入住期间房间对面正在施工，白天噪音很大，特别是早上竟然7点就开始施工，十分影响睡眠，这点酒店也未提前告知。

It was so lovely! Quiet and really convenient for travel

The staff was so kind and helpful - they were the highlight of our stay - even offering a late checkout to may our last day easier. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was very cool, we enjoyed our breakfast in a sunny balcony and the location was walkable to the trains and the major sites in Munich.

Great location, very easy to find from the Central Train Station. Attentive and helpful staff. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great spot to stay in Munich!

All the staff were very helpful. They provide a coffee machine and refreshing fruit-infused water at reception. I stayed in both a Superior Room and a Deluxe Room, and both were clean and cosy. I personally preferred the Superior Room, while my husband preferred the Deluxe Room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the central station and the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

This is not the hotel’s fault, but you still need to be as careful as you would be in any other major city, as the hotel is located close to the central station. München is relatively safe, and the hotel itself is in a safe area, but you can never be too careful.

Great location and value for money. Hotel is located within minutes walk from Munich Central Station, very accessible to trains and trams. Excellent communication from the start, with self serve check in option. Reception staffs are friendly, gave good explanation of services and facilities; check in process efficient. There is also complimentary coffee, tea and lemon water provided. Room is as described. Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and washroom amenities well equipped. Hotel also offer complimentary luggage storages. Overall, excellent stay at Hotel Meterpol and highly recommended!

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my life. So many choices. I loved the loose tea selection, and the bread slicer. It is only the second time I have been offered braunschweiger as part of a breakfast buffet. The other time was the day before in a hotel in Passau, Germany.

A firmer pillow option would be nice as I don't like down pillows much. I would also like a lighter blanket option as I don't need a full comforter because it gets too hot.

Walking distance to the railway station was great. And good to be able to park.

A robust and generous breakfast. The room was perfect for a solo person about to head to the alps for a hiking adventure. The AC was a nice bonus. Easy to get to/from the train station. They even held my bag between hikes.

Das Zimmer hatte dunkle Farben, und wirkte nicht modern- Bad war nicht so schön. Andere Zimmer die ich sah als ich durch den Flur lief und kurz rein schauen durfte: waren viel heller, frischer und moderner ausgestattet. Das hat mir nicht gefallen.

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and WiFi. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of tasty and varied foods. There's free coffee in the lobby along with a bar and fridge with drinks and snacks.

Huone oli todella siisti ja ilmastoitu sekä hyvällä sijainnilla rauhalliselle sisäpihalle. Aamupala oli oikein loistava ja kattava, tuoreita hedelmiä, sämpylöitä, jogurttia yms. Henkilökunta palveli oikein ystävällisesti.
