The property was exceptional . Almost everything which we needed was there; felt like home . Highly recommend for families whom visiting pattaya .

The cleaness , the availability of kitchen items and location which is near by to 7-11 2 min away. And of course the hosts were very friendly and helpful; especially Ms.Jeab. Thank you

I traveled to Thailand many times and I stayed in all types of hotels, and yet this is (if not the best) it is one of the best places to stay, clean place, spacious, amazing location, great staff and good value for money

كلشي اعجبني وأود أن أخصّ بالذكر فريق العمل، حيث كانوا في غاية اللطف والتعاون، كما كانت مواعيدهم دقيقة جدًا والتنظيم ممتاز

the caretaker lady was very helpful and was at property to recieve us. also she guided us for local transport. the room attendent ladies did excellent work all days. the evening sunset from top floor along side swimming pool is beautiful. apartment is just walking distance from 2 big malls and also the beach on other side. location cannot be better than this for family. the kitchen was well done.

Close to the beach and terminal 21. Great location. Had a washing machine which was a bonus. Very safe. Quiet for a good night's sleep.

Телевизоры выше ожиданий, просто супер. Очень продуманная и оборудованная кухня, ножи острые, есть разделочные доски разных размеров, посуда на любой вкус. Тряпки и губки меняют каждую уборку, уборка по запросу. В целом квартира очень хорошо обставлена, мебель конечно уже антикварная, но тем не менее очень уютно. По расположению, выше по улице есть 7/11 и чуть далее через дорогу ТЦ с биг Си. Ниже по улице и немного поодаль мини топс и если еще немного пройти по набережной 7/11. По поводу такси, будьте готовы заказывать авто заранее, так как изза расположения такси вынуждено стоять в пробках. Насчет транспорта, на 1 этаже есть паркинг, ключ от ворот любезно предоставляется управляющей отеля. Бассейн вроде есть, на 8 этаже, но мы не пользовались.

Будьте готовы что вам будут писать в ватсап насчет испачканного белья, не знаю как вас, но меня такие вещи жутко напрягают. Испортил белье? Просто оштрафуйте меня, я заплачу, но не надо писать мне в ватсап "я вас предупреждаю во второй раз" и отказываться брать деньги за пятна от клубники на простынях. Не говоря уже о том что белье отстирывается и не перестает быть бельем. Не знаю, может горничным показалось что это кровь, а не клубника?

Great locatiop! It take only 3 minutes to walk to the beach, and anything you need is within 10-minute walk. The apartment is very clean and cozy. A wonderful stay.

In der Dusche muss mal die Silikonfuge ausgetauscht werden. Ist schwarzer Schimmel.

We stayed in the 2bd 2bath larger unit. We booked the 1bd bath and the property manager upgraded us to the bigger unit for free which was a welcome surprise. The unit felt like home. All the furniture was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything one could need with extras that many places may not have in Thailand like an oven. My girlfriend was cooking Thai dishes everyday.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property It was wonderful and I will be staying again for future visits.

如果一定要找点缺点的话就是我的房间在马路边，窗户不太隔音，过车或是有人说话都会受影响，尤其是晚上。

Всё, как на фото. Идеально чисто, вкусно пахнет, белоснежный полотенца и бельё. Есть набор для принятия душа, чай, кофе, много посуды. Мы были всего два дня и в бассейн не сходили, поэтому оценить не смогу, но он совсем небольшой. Аппартаменты на тихой улице, всё в шаговой доступности, минут 5 до терминала 21, до моря и до шоу Альказар. Вида с окна нет, аппартаменты находятс между большими зданиями и поэтому в них совсем не жарко, кондиционером почти не пользовались( чуть-чуть вечером охлаждали гостинную и выключали. Комнаты уютные, душ большой, горячая вода есть. Нам понравилось, но дороговато.

Great accommodation, felt like a home. Good location to get out and about. Enough cooking equipment was available and we cooked on several occasions. There were towels for the swimming pool as well. It was a safe location. My only regret was we didn't book longer for the entire stay. There is a washing machine with detergent. The facility was clean and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The only negative and I'm being really picky, was the water pressure in the shower was low, otherwise a very very good choice.

Shower pressure is low, but I think this was throughout the building.

Відмінне розташування. Усе в пішої доступності. Тихо і комфортно. Обстановка трохи старенька, але усе чисто і без нарікань. Дуже гарна кухня і повний набір кухонного обладняння.

Перший поверх не дуже комфортний з точки зору усе видно з сусіднього отеля.

Everything, the host was wonderful. Location is amazing and the apartment is super clean. The cleaning lady cleans the apartment every single day. Plus it’s guest friendly, no extra charge but on your own risk or responsibility.

I didn’t observe anything that I didn’t like.

This is the second time I have stayed here, this time for 2 weeks. The apartment is clean, spacious, good shower, nice big comfortable bed (not a hard mattress), nice balcony which has a washing machine on it, which I used a couple of times, big fridge and freezer. The location on Soi 1 is nice and quiet as there are no bars on this soi, but you are only a 10 minute walk from the main bars on Beach road. Jeab and Jeep are very helpful and easy to get in contact with if you need to. I wanted to extend my stay by a couple of days due to a change of plans and it was no trouble at all.

I really liked the place. The host was very nice, welcoming, and helpful, the atmosphere was great, and I would definitely come back again

Merci beaucoup à Jeab qui a pris soin à ma demande pour nous envoyé un taxi SUV a l'aéroport de Bangkok et de nous emmener à Pataya ou se trouve notre hôtel !! L'accueil fût chaleureux et nous fait visiter l'appartement joliment décoré ,très propre ,les chambres spacieux et salle de bain immense et nous explique le fonctionnement de l'habitacle. Tout est parfait a 300m de la plage et près des points d'intérêt..

I had a wonderful stay at Citismart Luxury Apartments. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a relatively quiet street, yet just steps away from everything you need. There’s a grocery store right on the same street, and plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby. The beach and public transport are only a minute’s walk away, which made getting around incredibly easy. A special mention to Jeab, the owner, who was extremely helpful at all times. She made sure everything went smoothly and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Her kindness and hospitality made my stay even better.

Квартира достаточно большая, есть все необїодимое для проживання. Мы зашли и сразу почувствовали себя как дома. Кровать удобная, постель чистая. Есть полотенца для бассейна. Персонал внимательный и дружелюбный.

Parking space available. The apartment is walking distance to entertainment venues, shopping centers and overall tourist spots. The interaction with the host was smooth and swift. I trust that if there are any extra requests or areas that need attention, the host will promptly adress them.

I think everything was up to standard and I have no complaints whatsoever with the treatment we received during our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet and cozy. All amenities are available and in working condition.
