Location, it was close to my office

There was no space in the room, just bed and room is over. Aircon placement was pathetic, 20+ rooms packed in just small space, uncomfortable pillows

I had a wonderful stay. I really liked the 24-hour tea and coffee service, the convenient laundry service, and the nearby parking. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. I also appreciated the strong water pressure in the bathroom. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The iron on Level 5 needs to be cleaned. There appeared to be burnt residue and something sticky, like melted candy, on the soleplate. Unfortunately, it damaged my new pants while I was ironing. When I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This is not suitable for families or non-smoking guests. Before checking out, I noticed a dirty small towel left on the upper shelf, which suggests the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable every morning. The hotel provided good value for money, and its location made it convenient to reach major attractions such as Batu Caves, Petronas Twin Towers, and Bukit Bintang by Grab.

The room size was quite small for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was located very close to the bed, and the opaque glass bathroom door did not provide enough privacy, making it uncomfortable to use when staying with family members. A more private bathroom design and slightly larger rooms would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Overall ok

Strategic location. There are tomyam restaurant, Speedmart, Kedai Mamak, Burger food truck and near to the main road. Staff are very polite and very fast in solving any problem that customer have regarding the place that they stayed.

Maybe need to add some sleeping light or small light to make the room did not 100% dark when customer want to sleep

The toilet is a bit small. The small table could be better painted. Bedsheet could use a bit of oxygen bleach.

The location was strategic. Short distance to many amenities. Basement parking was very convenient.

Sound insulation was terrible. You can hear loud noises from next door piping, shower, doors, etc. Puasa month no breakfast was provided but did not specified.

The air conditioner was too cold since the ceiling was low and so the air conditioner was close to us

The shower room has a water leak. It is recommended to repaint the walls around the room to make it look cleaner. The windowsill hasn't been cleaned properly, and there are ants around, which affects sleep.

Stuff is really friendly and ready to communicate with you if there is any issue regarding the room. Overall the room is quite simple and small but it is what you pay for, for couple i suggest to just choose the superior king size bed room, it is more pleasant, overall this is a very tidy hotel simple and cost effective. It has breakfast and coffee but just a simple one so be ready if it really doesnt meet your expectation.

The facility is aging and look quite old although it is quite tidy, the room is small and too simple, more like hostel style, but you get what you pay for, the water pump room is very noisy, whenever someone take bath next door, it will run and produce loud noise, the room is quite soundproof but not if you are too loud i guess, the door dont hv a proper seal so the bottom door gap is pretty big, hope they can improve because the sound can really leak there and we cherish our privacy alot, overall it is jus too simple and outdated facility, but tbh it is tidy and clean.
