This is a landed property. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet, which made for a peaceful night's rest. Checking in and out was easy and the host was very responsive. Parking is available on the premises for a small fee. The house is located a short 10-minutes' drive away from 1Utama shopping mall.

We parked outside the house. On Saturday morning, the rubbish collectors threw the rubbish bags over our car to the rubbish truck, and one bag landed on top of the car, dirtying it.

The presence of staffs in the house was quiet a discomfort to me, the staffs talking to each other loudly that I found it hard to relax and to take my nap during day time.

the staff working in the house while theres client occupying the room in the house and disrupting our activities. it didnt said on the website that the house occupied by mixed gender. when i call and ask for clarification only says that they did put mixed gender on the websites but i check again theres none. to muslims especially girl do not

The communication and response were super good and prompt. The cleanliness is remarkable. However we got room was 2A and it was very warm (probably facing East-West) especially in the day and even in the night

The aircon was not cold enough, quite uncomfortable for us. Also if you have many bags or heavy luggage, you have to lug them up a flight of stairs. That can be difficult for some people.

Very clean, comfortable and has a modern touch. The owner was very responsive with my inquiries and accommodative in my requests. I would recommend my friends to stay here.

I think the toilet floor tiles are not suitable as they are smooth and can be slippery when wet. However, the toilet and bathroom seems newly renovated and nice because its spacious, with 2 sinks. The shower door needs fixing though.

Found cockroaches in the room. The newly paint smell in the house is so strong, we can’t sleep for the whole night. Not allow to on the fan for airing in the living room. The landlord came to check and show unpleasant feeling.

Bad cleanliness. Found cockroaches in the bathroom! Smelly room. Didn’t put on the blanket for one of the bed that we have booked and short of 1 towel in the room.

I’ve been here a couple of times, it is a bit out of the centre of KL but I actually prefer that a bit, it’s tranquil and you get a lot more privacy for what you’d pay for the same price in the centre.

The room was extremely small—I could barely fit on the mattress. It seemed like it might have been a bathroom before, as there was a strong, damp smell throughout the room. The room was located near the toilet, and there were often several men, possibly cleaners or staff from a nearby building, using it throughout the day. Additionally, cleaners were washing sheets in the common area. The location was also disappointing, as it was far from the city center. This might be a better choice if you're looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of KL city life.

We were informed that if we wanted to park in front of the house, we would be charged an additional RM5 PER NIGHT. Yes, you read that right. We were expected to pay extra just to park our vehicle in a supposedly included amenity. This tactic is downright offensive. Parking should be a basic necessity provided to guests, not an opportunity for the host to squeeze a few extra ringgits out of travelers. This airbnb located at Jalan BU 6/13, and the management directed us to park two streets away at Jalan BU 6/9!! This absurd arrangement really inconvenienced us, expecting guests to lug their belongings back and forth between the accommodation. In conclusion, I would advise against booking a stay at this Airbnb property. The ludicrous parking policy makes for an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for accommodations that value their guests' comfort and convenience.

Owner gave really clear instructions way before checking in the property. Property was clean. although is a shared bathroom, but not an issue at all.

The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe, the room is clean, and although it's a shared bathroom with another room (suitable for sharing with a friend), it's recommended to be mindful of potentially inconsiderate or rude strangers who can occupy next door room.

Tricky to enter the guards gate on Grab taxi. Sometimes they refused to allow the car to drive in! We had to walk another 8min to the house. They request the drivers ID details if you get a ride with a local friends.

Price and value for money and convenient

The bathroom can be cleaner and the towels too old. One towel is brown in colour.

A bit old, got smell in shower room, also scared my colleague , when shower is centipede on the floor. Pls take note that we have to pay for the parking lot even is inside the property is rm5 perday, and there is no parking space outside the property, remember to pay the mineral water it's rm3 per bottle..which I thought is free😁
