Great location to sit on the balcony and watch people and boats go by. Rooms are very small and very comfortable. Free on street parking is nearby. Easy walk to main part of town.

The walk up to the room on the back side of the hotel was slippery in the rain but manageable.

Non ci sono ripiani per appoggiare le cose e i vestiti , camera di piccole dimensioni.

Colazione appena sufficiente ma servita troppo tardi. Servite sempre le stesse cose senza possibilità di scelta. Buona la vista dalla camera e la posizione centrale è vicino ad una spiaggia.

La struttura è molto vecchia rispetto alle foto riportate da Booking. Camera stretta appena vivibile grazie alla piccola cucina annessa. Difficile poter mettere le valigie per mancanza appoggi. Bagno piccolissimo con sportelli doccia rotti. Assolutamente deprecabile la mancanza di ascensore e il dover portare le valigie a mano su per diverse rampe di scale.

Ontbijt erg armoedig en de kamer was flink verouderd. De kamer en de badkamer waren schoon maar de douche hing niet meer en de hele badkamer werd nat als je probeerde te douchen. Ook waren er bouwgeluiden om kwart over 9 s'morgens.

Sehr nette Gastgeber - immer hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Lage mit Aussicht auf den Hafen. Gutes Frühstück!

Ci siamo trovati a meraviglia! Hotel gestito da una famiglia giovane e volenterosa,si vede in tutto. Hanno investito tanto per garantire un nuovo arredamento, pulizia e del buon cibo. Camere davvero accoglienti con aria condizionata e con possibilità di vista sul mare. Stanze tutti i giorni pulite da una signora davvero in gamba,pulendo anche a terra e cambio degli asciugamani. Posizione ottima perché in centro ma in zona tranquillissima,si può andare anche al mare a piedi addirittura. Possibilità di colazione e cena inclusa, come abbiamo fatto noi, e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia nelle pietanze greche che quelle europee. Un esempio é che usano olio di oliva per fare gli omelette e non l'olio di girasole ad esempio. Ci si sente in famiglia, accoglienza esemplare,tipica cretese e dalla famiglia. Stessa cosa per lo staff super gentile e affidabile. Io lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie

Todo. El personal encantador, sobre todo el chico, que es muy atento y simpático. Es un lugar muy familiar, te sientes como en casa. Tanto el desayuno como la cena fueron increíbles, comida casera riquísima y muy abundante, una gozada. Lo más importante, además del personal, la maravillosa limpieza de todas las estancias, así como lo cómoda que es la cama y el olor a limpio de la ropa. En conclusión, este hotel es mínimo de 3 estrellas y deseo que sus dueños tengan mucha suerte porque se lo merecen con este maravilloso hotel.

Todo me encantó, no hay ningún defecto, si alguien se queja es que se aburre mucho o es un infeliz.

I would highly recommend the Atlantis Hotel – fantastic value for money! We stayed for one night with my two daughters and had a lovely experience from start to finish. Our room was spotlessly clean and had two single beds and a sofa bed, all of which were very comfortable. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the sea and port. The price included both dinner and breakfast, which was amazing value. Dinner was delicious, with a starter and main course, served in a beautiful open-air restaurant decorated with fairy lights and overlooking the port and sea. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also fantastic – far more than we expected, with plenty of delicious choices. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We stayed here as a stopover before visiting Spinalonga Island, and the location was perfect for the port. A fantastic hotel, lovely hosts, great food and beautiful views. We would definitely recommend it!

Καμία επαφή με το προσωπικό φτάσαμε και ψάχναμε μόνοι ρεσεψιόν κτλ και δεν μας δώθηκαν οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του πρωινού και ψάχναμε μόνοι το πρωί . Επιπλέον ξέχασα μια ζακέτα μου από 15 Ιουνίου που φύγαμε και τους έχω πάρει 6 τηλέφωνα για υπενθύμιση σταδιακά μέσα στο δίμηνο και λένε θα την στείλουμε και δεν δίνουν καμία σημασία ούτε σε αυτό πέρα από το πως ήταν η διαμονή Δεν σκόπευα να αφήσω την κριτική αν είχαν στείλει την ζακέτα επιτέλους αλλά βλέπω ότι αυτό αποκλείεται…

La ubicación especial, en frente de la playa y cerca de negocios y restaurantes. Zona cómoda y viva, sin ruidos. La atención del personal fue excelente... Nos íbamos pronto y nos pusieron unos sandwiches para el viaje.

La habitación bastante pequeña, interior, pero bien equipada. Todas las atenciones por parte del personal.

La localisation, la vue de la chambre et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Des personnes très agréables et serviables , qui nous ont bien conseillé pour les activités à faire en fonctions de nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Je recommande cet établissement

La salle de bains qui est quand même très petite

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Εξαιρετική θέα στην Παραλία Άμμου, μία πολύ ωραία παραλία. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και για όλα τα γούστα.

Στις φωτογραφίες της πλατφόρμας επιμελώς δεν φαίνονται κάποια πράγματα. Τα κουφώματα είναι πολύ παλιά, ξύλινα και χρήζουν ανακαίνισης. Επιπλέον στο μπάνιο έχει γίνει μερική ανακαίνιση. Τα πλακάκια τοίχου είναι παλιά και το λάστιχο της ντουζιέρας θέλει αντικατάσταση γιατί ήταν μουχλιασμένο.

Il monolocale è una sistemazione spartana ma che offre tutto il necessario. Non ho utilizzato la cucinetta ma la ritengo poco funzionale. La posizione è ottima, di fronte ad una spiaggia di sabbia e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Ho trovato sempre parcheggio per l'auto. La colazione è buona con succhi e piatti preparati al momento. Gestori simpatici e disponibili. Se non avete pretese faroiniche é un'ottima soluzione.

Da rivedere qualche dettaglio estetico o da sistemare qualche attrezzatura (es. stendibiancheria) ma niente che posso influenzare negativamente il soggiorno.

Alloggio in un'ottima posizione, con una splendida vista sul porto che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Si trova a due passi dal centro e dai numerosi locali sul mare, perfetti per gustare dell'ottimo pesce fresco. La sistemazione è piuttosto piccola, ma funzionale e ideale per chi è di passaggio o per soggiorni di breve durata. La colazione è abbondante e di buona qualità, anche se non offre la possibilità di scegliere tra diverse opzioni. Il parcheggio non è disponibile direttamente presso la struttura, ma si trova nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, una soluzione consigliata soprattutto per la posizione e il panorama.

La posizione strategica, vicino al mare e al centro. Per un mio gusto personale posso solo dare un buono alla cucina perché non amante di determinati sapori. I proprietari top.

Non posso dire che nn mi sia piaciuto qualcosa, a parte l'ingresso posteriore per le stanze un po' difficoltoso se hai delle valigie.

Non siamo stati accolti da nessun membro dello staff. Abbiamo comunicato esclusivamente per telefono tramite citofono e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a ritirare la chiave elettronica della camera, perché la persona con cui abbiamo parlato non parlava molto bene l’inglese. Inoltre, ci è stato spiegato con poca chiarezza che per accedere alla camera dovevamo recarci in un altro edificio, diverso da quello dove si trovava l’insegna della struttura. Per raggiungere la camera abbiamo dovuto fare molte scale con i bagagli, senza la presenza di un ascensore, il che è stato piuttosto scomodo. Infine, la struttura non dispone di un parcheggio privato: è possibile parcheggiare solo lungo la strada.

Locatie is top. Tegenover de parkeerplaats bij de marina. Je loopt zo richting het strandje daar of je gaat de rechts de hoek om richting het kratermeer. Verder een comfortabele kleine kamer. Heerlijk bed. Goede stille airco. Prima douche met goede waterdruk. Fijne verlichting en een klein keukenblok met koelkastje. Het was ook vrij stil in het hotel waar ik zat. Erg fijn. Ontbijt was lekker en de ontbijttafel is heel gezellig.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Personal und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer (lt. Buchung nannte es sich Suite) mit Meerblick. Der Balkon ist allerdings sehr schmal. Das Frühstück war ein normales kontinentales Frühstück. Für uns ausreichend. Die Matratzen waren okay. Neben dem Bett war allerdings sehr wenig Platz zum Aufstehen, da die Nische, in der das Bett steht, nicht sehr breit ist.

Tatsächlich hatten wir uns unter dem Begriff "Suite" etwas anderes vorgestellt, vielleicht unser Fehler. Bad und Wohn-/Schlafraum waren klein, dafür gab's einen langen Flur. Im Bad gab es keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne ohne Vorhang o. ä. Dadurch stand jedes Mal nach dem Duschen das Bad für eine Weile "unter Wasser". Außerdem war es in der Wanne sehr glatt und man musste wirklich aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon könnte man nicht mehr richtig schließen. Als Sicherheit war oben in einer Ecke eine Art Alarm angebracht. Auch die Lamellentüren davor ließen sich nur sehr schwierig verschieben. Es sah insgesamt sehr "baufällig" aus. Da es in den Tagen unseres Aufenthalts sehr windig war, klapperten die Türen leider durchgehend. Die Sitzkissen auf den Korbstühlen waren sehr fleckig und luden nicht zum Hinsetzen ein. In der Beschreibung stand: Obere Stockwerke nur über Treppen erreichbar. Na ja, eigentlich ist das ganze Hotel nur über Treppen erreichbar und für bewegungseingeschränkte Personen sicher überhaupt nicht geeignet. Die Stufen von der Straße, egal von welcher Seite man kommt, sind sehr hoch und schwierig zu begehen. Im Haus muss man dann, je nach Lage des Zimmers, auch noch mehrere Treppen hoch. Die Räume sind, nach unserem Eindruck, ziemlich hellhörig.

The air conditioner unit temp was set at one temp - we couldn't increase or decrease it. People with walking difficulties would struggle to climb large steps leading to the room

La chambre donnait sur une petite ruelle qui était calme, très bien équipée, le personnel très gentil et avenant. Beaucoup de place dans la rue pour se garer gratuitement. Emplacement parfait pour se promener sur la marina et pour aller au centre ville. Tout était parfait.

La stanza 202, ha la vista sul porticciolo e la spiaggia cittadina. L'accoglienza del personale e la prima colazione. La stanza era perfettamente pulita. Costo veramente basso.

La doccia della stanza 202 non ha chiusura anteriore per cui occorre grande attenzione se non si vuole allegare il bagno.

La vue côté mer, la plage, la ville, les restaurants… tout à proximité. L’accueil des propriétaires, le petit déjeuner… d’avoir été surclassé simplement… Un très très belle adresse.

big stairs on the street,to the house entry. the room was definitely not as big as promised, maybe half the size of it. dinner in the hotel restaurant was not that good,there is better restaurants on the beach line.. breakfast was not much,but gets your day started,better than nothing.. considering all that,the price of the room was too expensive..

Tolles Zimmer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf dem Balkon, nachmittags tolle Sonne. Fussläufig direkt alles erreichbar und ruhige Lage. Für den Check In muss man klingeln und wird auf dem Handy angerufen. Es wird einem alles erklärt wo die Schlüssel zu finden sind und wo der Eingang zum Haus ist. Das Frühstück war unfassbar gut. Parken kann man kostenlos auf der Straße.

Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Selber kochen sollte man nicht.

Το πρωινό ήταν τέλειο,και το προσωπικό του πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο....

Η είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου απογοητεύτικη...ειδικά αν έχεις μωρό με καρότσι...είχε μεγάλα ανηφορικά σκαλοπάτια...η τοστιέρα στο δωμάτιο γεμάτο ψίχουλα....στην κουζίνα δεν είχε ζεστό νερό μόνο παγωμενο...οι τοίχοι του δωματίου φουσκωμενη με υγρασία, επίσης δεν είχε παντόφλες στο δωμάτιο.. θεωρώ για την τιμή του δεν αξίζε τόσο .

Ολα ηταν μαγικά σ αυτο το ξενοδοχείο!!! Και τι να πεις για την θέα το τέλειο απο τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που εχω επισκεφτεί...οσο για το προσωπικό με μια λέξη....επαγγελματίες..άψογοι στην δουλειά τους...

Poor shower, clogged shower and difficult to move inside the shower, from the reception to the entrance to the rooms high stairs and not easy to carry a suitcase. And a basic breakfast. , I learned that you have to pay more for a more comfortable place

Altes heruntergekommenes Zimmer ,unrenoviert, Sprünge in der Keramik, Flecken an den Wänden, absolut verwohnt.

Frühstück war gut, das Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett.

Die Silikonfugen der Dusche waren komplett verschimmelt und Putz blätterte von der Wand (Bilder vorhanden). Wir haben das Zimmer nicht bezogen. Eine Rückerstattung des bezahlten Preises durch den Hotelier erfolgte nicht. Booking.com erstattete 50 Cent.

Salle de bain un peu étroite et pas de parking lié à l'hôtel (parking dans la rue)!

Le logement est très bien situé et les hôtes sont très accueillants et gentils. Le ménage est fait tous les jours ; le logement est donc propre. Les serviettes de toilette sont fournies. Il y a une climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui peut être pratique pendant les périodes estivales. Enfin, le petit déjeuner inclus est bon et copieux.

Il manque certains équipements de cuisine : pas de fourchettes, pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de torchons, pas de cafetière à filtre (uniquement un briki) pas de sel, de poivre ni d'huile pour cuisiner. Les horaires du petit déjeuner peuvent être contraignants si vous devez quitter le logement tôt (il est servi entre 8h30 et 10h30)

The view is amazing, the beds are so comfortable had the best nights sleep in a long time, the room has everything you need and is spacious and cosy at the same time. Also the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The only problem was when it rained we had a constant dripping noise in the kitchen, one staff member was so helpful to try to fix the problem. So can’t fault the staff. The building is tired and needs some TLC, but we did stay out of season.
