Geen ontbijt !!! Terwijl dat er wel bij stond. Geen werkend stopcontact bij bed Wou kleren in de kast leggen, maar moest deze eerst schoonmaken.

Die Lage war Spitze für den Stadtbummel. Das Parkhaus in akzeptabler Entfernung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Was mich richtig ärgert ist der Fakt, das mit Frühstück geworben wird bei Booking und vor Ort dann mitgeteilt wird, dass es keinen Frühstückstisch mehr gibt! Dementsprechend sind die Bilder irreführend. Ein altes Hotel muss trotzdem ein sauberes und angemessenes Bad haben. Leider war das Bad schon zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der schwarze Schimmel in den Ecken war nicht zu übersehen 🤨!

Der Ausblick war fenomenal. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach. Allerdings ist der Zugang nur für bewegliche Menschen bzw auch für welche mit geringem Gepäck möglich. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr sehr schmal und eng.

Er was geen ontbijt in het hotel verkrijgbaar en ook kon je er geen drankje drinken. Ook was de kamer minder dan onze verwachting

Нас было 2 взрослых, 1 подросток и 1 шестилетний ребёнок. Номер был двухкомнатный. Была большая ванная комната с душем и джакузи.

Как для меня лично, были большие подушки и не очень было удобно спать. Но это было некритично.

Great location of hotel, about a 5-minute walk from the very nice parking garage in the center. Great shops and restaurants nearby.

The pillows were a bit too thick, but otherwise the bed was comfortable. Guests with limited mobility may want to request a lower floor.

Very nice location in Delft. Staff very helpful and very polite.

No lift which is not very convenient when you have several luggages to handle.

De familiekamer was luxe, twee volledige ruime kamers met eigen badkamer en tussendeur.

Het is kruip door sluip door om bij de kamers te komen dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Leider gibt es die Gracht vor dem Haus das laut Beschreibung als Aussenbereich zum genießen und auch frühstücken angepriesen war schon über ein Jahr nicht mehr was ich echt schade fand. Frühstück war Standard für 3 Sterne nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Waren in Zimmer Nummer 17 im 2. Stock das über eine extrem enge Treppe zu erreichen ist und mit Koffer eine echte Herausforderung war.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was natürlich toll ist. Wir haben in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage in der Nähe geparkt. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, das Bett war bequem, das Bad war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte. Wir haben keine Außengeräusche mitgekriegt, da das Fenster zu war. Über das Frühstück kann ich leider nichts berichten, da wir im Hotel nicht gefrühstückt haben.

The staff were amazing, kind and friendly. The property location is ideal for exploring. We had a wonderful stay.

De locatie is perfect, op een rustige plek in het centrum en op 5 minuten van de Zuidpoortgarage. Daarnaast is de nostalgische inrichting ons goed bevallen, aangezien we niet houden van de hedendaagse eenheidsworst.

Ik kan niet zeggen dat ons iets is tegengevallen.

Sauberes Zimmer und gute Lage.

Die Matratze ist viel zu weich. Jede Bewegung der Person neben mir, insbesondere beim Umdrehen, ist deutlich spürbar und stört den Schlaf erheblich.

Wij zagen pas op het moment dat wij voor de gesloten ontbijtzaal stonden, dat er geen ontbijt kon worden geserveerd tussen 6 en 20 juli. Was fijn geweest als daarover eerder gecommuniceerd was.

Hôtel ravissant. Décoration raffinée et charmante. Une vue incroyable depuis la terrasse ! Un bon petit déjeuner avec des jus fraîchement pressés. Personnel très sympathique.

The room was really big, the nathroom also. The hotel is very central, so it was perfect for a city trip. The bed was very comfortable.

The room needs serious renovation. I was very disappointed that all the furniture was very old and damaged. For this weekend because of a holiday i payed mich more for the room than it costs usually, so i expected a lot more.

Short Walking distance to major places and close to shops. With the hot weather good to be in town.

Air conditioning was working but not up to the task of cooling enough. But glad we had some small relief. Also need a top sheet in hot weather.

This was one of the most expensive hotel rooms I ever paid, out of necessity. However, there was not much to justify this price except the fact that it is well located in Delft (but not even in the main square) and that the room was quite large. The room had no blackout, which means that you barely get any sleep with the short summer nights of northern Europe. This, for me, is unacceptable for a business whose sole purpose is to provide a good sleep to its customers. The bed and pillows were also not very comfortable. I was especially disappointed with the pillows. There were 4 in the bed, and would have been better to have them of different qualities, as some people prefer softer pillows while others prefer harder ones. The room also did not have a minibar. While I do not care about this usually, I would expect one for the price paid. But it would be better for the hotel to reinvest some of its absurd rates into making the room more comfortable for sleeping - the blackout is non-negotiable.

Personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en je kon er rustig de tijd nemen, om te eten. De locatie lag perfect voor ons, want wij kwamen om de stad te bezichtigen en activiteiten te doen. De kamer was ruim, waardoor we er ook lekker konden zitten.

De stijl paste bij de naam, maar was een beetje smoeselig.

Dekbed was te klein voor het bed en ook te klein voor het dekbedovertrek. Slechts een klein gedeelte van de functies van de jacuzzi werkten. Lamp aan het planfond werkte niet. De kast in de badkamer bevatte brandplekken (bij de föhn).

Heerlijke ruime en stijlvolle kamer. Super fijn bed en heerlijke douche. Lekker centraal gelegen met veel dingen op loopafstand. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt in een sfeervolle eetzaal.

Het houtwerk buiten bij de ramen kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.

Don't book this hotel when you have a late arrival, since the reception closes at 19:00 (contrary to the statement at the hotel website there is no 24/7 reception at Hotel Johannes Vermeer). In order to check-in after 19:00 you must walk to another hotel and back, which sets you off some 30 minutes (and hopefully the electronic key card does work as it should...). With a price of >230 Eur/night, which includes a very basic breakfast, the price/quality of the hotel is rather poor. The reception desk gives an amateurish and DIY look. The rooms were not cleaned well, and in the bathroom all fixtures were either loose or broken. The mould in the shower cabinet did not add to the experience either. A fair price would be around 100-120 Eur/night.

De prijzen in Nederland zijn mijns inziens hoger dan elders in Europa. Maar helaas kunnen de eigenaren van de hotels daar weinig aan doen.De overheden ontvangen (afromen) een te groot aandeel waarvoor zij niets doen.

The room should not allowed to be rented as a (fairly costly) hotel room. There is very limited daiylight. The floors werent clean. There is no electricity to on of the bedside lamp. The pillows are uncomfortable, the two single beds are not great comfort, the batroom is downright dangerous to use as a shower-in-bath set-up. Honestly, totally and absoluterly rediculous and a waste of money The staff are friendly, most certainly, but whoever owns the hotel should not flog this room as a dead horse to make a few bucks. Use it as a broom closet, at best.

A localização do hotel é perfeita na bela cidade de Delft. É possível conhecer as atrações a pé. A beira do canal, o hotel, embora antigo, possui excelentes acomodações, entretanto, é importante saber que o acesso aos quartos é somente por escadas, o que para nós não foi problema. Há supermercado bem próximo. Ainda há chaleira no quarto e o que ficamos possuia vista para o canal. Para quem vai de carro, o estacionamento (pago a parte) fica cerca de 250 m do hotel. A portaria não é 24 horas, mas todas as informações prestadas tornam a estadia perfeita.

Da cobrança extra pelo café da manhã, mas isso já sabíamos. Optamos por não fazermos o desejum no local.

Voor 1 nacht was het prima. Maar de afzuiging bleef doorgaan. Vandaar niet goed geslapen.

Excellent location in town centre, beside one of many canals with easy access to restaurants, bars and shops. Easy walking distance to rail and tram station. Buffet breakfast with usual selection of cold meats and cooked. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

A lot of stairs, some very steep, but realise this is particular to Dutch houses. We were on the very top floor, so had views over the rooftops.

L'emplacement dans le centre ville historique, à quelques pas du markt et du Vermeer centrum est très appréciable.

Le standing de l'hôtel est vieillot, la chambre n'est pas très fraîche : poussière sur les abats-jour, ampoule grillée dans la vieille armoire de toilette dont la porte ne ferme plus et l'étagère intérieur qui ne tient plus, joints de douche moisis... On est loin du niveau attendu pour une chambre à ce prix là dite "de luxe". Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen pour le prix (pas vu les pancakes pourtant annoncés dans la publicité de la tablette numérique dans les chambres).
