Fijn dat er een tuintje was. Veel lichtinval. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Heerlijk, goed verzorgd royaal ontbijt.

Excellent location very close to the train station. Spacious apartment with a lot of light since you have access to a patio. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay. I will definitely book again when I visit Delft.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön und reichhaltig ausgestattet, es gibt einen hübschen Garten, die Lage zur Innenstadt ist perfekt, die Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

The location and the comfort of the property was excellent. The host was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in several locations throughout The Netherlands and considered this location the best value. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment while visiting Delft.

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Hervorragende Lage, sehr nette u. hilfsbereite VermieterIn, ein ganz besonderes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft.

Η διαρύθμιση του καταλύμματος και η άνεση που σου προσφέρει. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα από τον κεντρικό σταθμό του Ντελφτ και 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την κεντρική πλατεια.Επίσης η αυλή ήταν εξαιρετική.

Την τελευταί ημέρα σε κάποιες φάσεις μύριζε η αποχέτευση.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war wirklich super. Richtig nette Menschen. Diw Ohnung lädt zum wohlfühlen ein.

In no particular order: absolutely fantastic location (into the old center of Delft within 5 minutes and same with the main trainstation), very friendly, communicative hosts and a really lovely apartment that had everything we could ask for. And then Delft itself is just a really nice older, slightly smaller town with lots to see and do.

Ich habe dieses schöne Appartement für ein Wochenende gemietet und war rundum zufrieden. Mit der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin hatte ich verabredet, dass ich mich am betreffenden Hauseingang mit der Klingel anmelde und im Anschluss den Schlüssel bekommen. Das hat super und ganz unkompliziert geklappt. Das Appartement verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete, großzügige Küche, so dass man sich auf Wunsch sehr gut selbst verpflegen kann. Die Lage des Appartements ist unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man in fünf Minuten direkt in der Zentrum der Altstadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erlaufen in dieser bezaubernden Stadt.

A very spacious apartment in a fantastic location within Delft. Our host left a generous amount of tea, coffee, condiments etc. The apartment has a very relaxed feel and also benefits from a nice outdoor terrace.

Lovely decoration and location. Coffee and tea available, and we were welcomed with complimentary wine. Comfortable bed.

It was a bit noisy due to some construction work going on. This was just bad luck, though.

We used the apartment as a perfect launchpad for exploring not only the city itself, but also Leiden and Utrecht thanks to the excellent transport links. The quick rail connection to Rotterdam made our return Eurostar journey very convenient as well. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and very light, with lovely high ceilings that gave it an airy, relaxing feel. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, a hob, and everything we needed to prepare simple meals during our stay. Annelies was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She kindly recommended local restaurants that catered well for vegetarians, which we really appreciated. Her suggestions helped us discover great places we might otherwise have missed. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return.

The apartment is located very close to the train station, a very convenient location. The host gave me the keys personally, she was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is quite bright, with a combined living room and bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, even with some basic ingredients such as oil and spices. As the weather did not permit it, I could only look at the garden from the inside, otherwise I am sure the garden will provide a nice, quiet spot. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cette location ! Localisation incroyable à 3 min de la gare et le centre de la ville en 5 min. L’appartement était très bien décoré, très propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Annelies, l’hôte, était très disponible et nous a très bien accueilli. Au cours du séjour nous avons pu avoir des serviettes supplémentaires, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et conseillons fortement !

Een pluspunkt is de korte afstand van zowel het NS station als ook het centrum. Na telefonisch contact (de pincode werkte niet) werd ik snel en vriendelijk ontvangen. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en ik werd blij van de aanwezigheid van planten. In het keukengedeelte ontbrak er werkelijk aan niets. Na een goede nachtrust werd, op het afgesproken tijdstip, een fantastisch ontbijt voor mijn deur neergezet. Kortom een uitstekende accommodatie!

Een klein minpuntje is de ongunstige hoogte van de stopcontacten in het woon/slaap gedeelte voor het opladen van je telefoon/ tablet. Een verlengsnoer of een powerbank meenemen is de oplossing!

Das Frühstück war super lecker. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Vorraum unterstellen. Ruhige Lage. In der Nähe Delft Station und fußläufig zur Innenstadt.

Perfect apartment which is ideally situated 5 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from the Markt. The apartment had everything I needed, spotlessly clean, bright and quiet. Annelies the host was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Delft.

The location was excellent, located right next to the train station. Annelies was very hospitable, and the accommodation was clean and met high standards.

The unit was amazing, had everything we required and more. Great shower, bed very comfortable, sofa to sit on, which is great and ability to do washing a real bonus. . A lovely courtyard to enjoy a wine at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Annelise is a very hospitable host and her breakfasts are absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again if back this way.

We had a very great time in Delft. The location of apartment is so GOOD that we can walk to downtown. It is also close to the train station therefore it's easy to go. Most importantly, Mrs Annelies is very thoughtful and easy to connect! She prepared a wonderful breakfast during our stay. Highly recommend!!!!!

The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and everything was exactly as described. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed (coffee machine was a great extra). The host, Anneliese was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay and in a very convenient location very close to the central station and the city center

Having to leave!

Staying in Delft was a highlight for my wife and I on our six months tour through Europe. This apartment added to the positive experience. It is very well located to reach all the highlights on foot as well as the train station within minutes to get to all the other towns in the area. Annalies is an excellent host and assisted us throughout. The apartment itself is large and beautiful with lots of natural light flooding in. It has everything you need for an extended stay. Thank you Annalies for hosting us!!

Everything was exceptional. The apartment was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect and very convenient. The owners were very friendly, flexible, and helpful. The apartment had a beautiful garden, and was well equipped with everything needed. The host was nice enough to let us keep our bags both when we arrived early and when we left late. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again if we’re ever back to Delft.

The bed was two single beds next to each instead of a queen or king size bed but that was not a huge problem for us.

Everything was excellent! So nice, cosy place. The best in Delft so far.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Delft, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room size was perfect, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, toaster & kettle, made cooking just like you would at home. One of the highlights was the delightful touch of plants throughout the apartment, creating a vibrant and homey atmosphere. The presence of a patio added an extra charm, offering a tranquil retreat within the bustling Delft center. The complimentary use of a washing machine was a convenient and thoughtful addition. It truly felt like a home away from home. What sets this apartment apart is its prime location; right in the heart of Delft center, and yet it manages to create a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for a delightful stay in Delft. Looking forward to coming back again.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The bed, though functional, didn't provide the level of comfort I expected. It is 2 single beds pushed together, so we kept falling into the middle, as the 2 beds seperated throughout the night. A double mattress or topper would make a big difference and make me want to stay longer. The TV also fell short of expectations as it is very small but that's down to personal taste. I think that some lighting out the back would make it more inviting during the evenings. Additionally, larger towels would have enhanced the overall comfort of the stay as I'm on the larger size and found the towels a bit too small. A notable absence was a dryer, which would have been convenient (though there was a clothes horse for hanging), and a freezer was also missing, limiting options for storing frozen items. Addressing these points would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience.

Really nice apartment in a great location of Delft. Walkable from the station and quick into the center. The apartment was clean and you have a full kitchen and fridge to use whilst there.

Great location - lovely apartment - we had a perfect stay

The appartment is amazing, it is spacious and perfectly located. The center is 5 minutes aways and the university by foot around 30 minutes. The host was very friendly and helped with all issues that I had.

For my feeling, the bed was a little too soft. But besides that everything was perfect.

We are from England and like to visit Holland . 4 Years ago we came to Delft and stayed at this apartment which we loved . We came back this year for a short break to a beautiful town and a nice home.
