The tv in or room wasnt working well. Animal Kingdom could be maintained better.

Its comfortable. Its clean. Its private. The resident restaurants are great and serve amazing meals.

They could at least, have a coffee table in the sitting area.

We liked that the place is clean and there are utensils to use in the chalets

The space in the chalet is very tiny , lounge and kitchen squashed for a chalet No pools near the chalets , pool is the aquadome which you still pay for even if you booked to stay

Awesome stay it was, the staff is very friendly and quick to respond to queries, and big up to Daniel the shuttle driver super friendly and accomodating.

Check out process could be a bit more seamless, the waiting time for them to go inspect the room was too much.

The property was spacious and clean.

I don’t like the fact that the 1 bedroom chalets are basically linked. The guests staying next to us played very loud music early in the morning which disrupted our sleep. I also didn’t like that the unit doesn’t have a smart tv, we were limited to the channels they have, which are not great.

The chalet we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the wardrobe was full of dust so we didn't make use of it ... Left our clothes in our bags . The bedding had like a brown stain on the white sheets ... I think double check your chalets thoroughly before guest check in

The charlet 53 that was next to mine made noise my entire stay there, you guys need to implement what time should the guest stop making noise . Other places from 10 pm you can’t play loud music need reduce your noise.

The staff were very helpful. At ehe gate the securoty was friendly patient and helpful. At reception the ladies were very helpful and friendly, they explained everything indetail. accommoration was spacias, clean and pleasant. the bed was comfortable with clean bedding. it was home away from home. the atmophere is calming no loud music, people making noise no kids running around in the streets, there is enough play grounds to play. Would go back anytime.

The toilet had dried pee stains on the toilet seat , bedding has white stains on the duvet . Towels didn’t smell fresh rather mouldy.

Personel is friendly. The chalets are well equipped and clean. For families with yough childern (<14) there is a wide choice of activities to choose from. The restaurants are very busy but good.

The chalets are ready for an constructional upgrade. The mechanical ventilation - airco is noisy. The chalets are not very well insulated, you can easily hear people talking in case another chalet is fysically connected to the other.

Everything in the cupboards had a foul smell. I think because it stays closed for so long. It might be helpful if you'd keep it open and just do a decent freshen up before someone comes to stay there. Even the toaster smelt bad, I threw the bread away was too scared to eat it. The bed was not very comfortable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a wonderful stay at this lodge. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this lodge and look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Our self catering unit did not have an aircon remote, it was very cold and we were unable to use the heater. Throughout the resort there are NO areas to change a baby so I had to change my baby in the car. The Aquadome waters were cold while we were previously told it would be warm.

Quite and private

Joined rooms with non related occupants, equipment that needed to be replaced - kettle not working, smoke fire alarm going off in middle of night - false alarm, poor labeling of chalet numbers. Had to leave facility early, staff didn't even ask why I left a day early.

Very neat and from the last time I was there a great improvement in the makeover aspect.

The fact that if you book for a weekend at the resort you do not get free access to the water park. Now you pay for the weekend plus you must pay per person to enter.

On the booking they did not specified between the hotel and the chalets. So we booked wrong and the chalets is very far from the hotel, what makes is inconvenient if you want to make use of the restaurant and the other facilities. They must make it more visible between the 2 places.

There was a big party, at the chalets, people come in as day visitors, and it was a whole mess up to enter at the boom gate, because they do not have access to go in.

How the staff would assist us anytime. The rooms were clean and neatly organized. Adequate kitchenware and bathroom items. Open and safe routes for walks and jogging.

The pool in the bushes makes it inconvenient for us, no lights around the pool. Refund wasn't specified on how long it will take to reflect on bank account.

I like the quietness of the place warms pools during the winter season and the best service .

i was very disappointed about the shelter for the cars in winter and the car ice and struggling to start because of cold weather and I informed the stuff at reception about that

No Aircon in main bedroom

We arrived late on our first night and noticed the bathroom light wasn't working. I reported it to reception the next day and within less than 1 hour it was fixed. Also requested an extra blanket - and received it. Housekeeping cleaned very well every day during our visit. Pity we couldn't spend more time to explore the area - but it seems to me like a nice place for a weekend getaway! I would highly recommend. Security is great and the local animals on the property gives you that feeling like you're far away on holiday when it is actually in our own "backyard"

Beautifully secluded whilst being around the necessary fun vibes

I stayed in a bungalow and few things need to be fixed or upgraded, eg doors are a bit worn out, the stairs are not properly lit

We had an overall enjoyable experience at this beautiful location right next to the Vaal River. The staff were friendly, competent, and welcoming. Our room was comfortable with a king sized bed, and the hot, refreshing showers were perfect for the winter weather. With excellent facilities for the whole family, it is a wonderful place to stay.
