The reception staff is very respectful and appreciative and greets you with a welcoming smile. The room cleaning staff is also very respectful. The room is cleaned daily and the towels and bed sheets are changed. The staff deserves respect. The hotel also has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Its location is excellent in the city center. I recommend staying in the hotel because it is worth booking.

The hotel is excellent, very clean, and in an excellent location in the city. The staff is very polite and respectful. The room service team is excellent and very good. I recommend staying there to all my friends and everyone who reads this report.

The room does not look like in the pictures AT ALL. There was no window. The balcony was not really a balcony. The AC was noisy. The water was not hot for long. The fridge did not work. The fridge door was broken. The bathroom had an outside window with no curtain. The room was not lit enough and not ventilated enough

The area around this hotel is great. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, etc. The price is appropriate, however, because the property is a dump. Maintenance and housekeeping are non-existent. Rooms somewhat moldy. I think they are just waing for it to be torn down.

Toilet and sleeping area are all connected therefore there is no intimacy, balcony was really dirty, we could hear everything from the rest of the rooms, literally no one in reception speaks english, aircon was really noisy

The room was comfortable. Really liked the balcony. Water was provided daily and regular cleaning. I enjoyed my stay.

Room is spacious, clean and has a great view of the beach. Location is perfect and the price is cheap. Staff are accommodating, always ready and fast to take action on my concerns.

The door in room 102 was so hard to lock. I suggest they fix it. Also the AC in that room is not cold enough

The only good thing is that people are really nice and kind. But it’s the only thing.

I have no words. First they gave me a 2 single beds room. Then i come back to ask for the room i booked. Then i got in a room 1st floor when i literally paid for an ocean view. Then you’ll see the picture and videos by yourself. Dirty, someone’s hair on the floor, stains on walls and bed shits. The furniture were literally falling on the floor. The freezer and the AC weren’t working at all. The balcony fits 1 person. Also cockroaches walking around like it’s their room. Left after one night cause i have no choice. Do not go there. They call the room “ocean deluxe double”. Absolutely not. Also. again animals on the walls.

Close to the beach and good access to food and beverage. Air conditioner, refrigerator and elevator worked well.

No view, small TV, hard bed, not very clean, no extra pillows

Reception staff are nice. The cleaning staff are polite, prompt and hard working. The location is great. Balcony overlooking the beach. I loved the children around the hotel, they brought happiness to the place. I recommend buying avocado juice from the store below the hotel. They are a nice and kind family and they have the best and a reasonable price

The water cuts every morning and we have to wait until 8 o'clock to fill the tank

Location, price, WiFi works, the room is in good condition. It's acceptable because of the good location.

I'm sure they have better rooms that mine, but I'll talk about the one I got. The room was not that clean, behind the TV and counters there was dust that seemed like it was sitting there for years. Found a hair on the sheets, not sure if it was clean or just dusted off from the previous night... The balcony (can't really call it a balcony) was tiny, ugly, and still had cigarettes from previous guests there. The room did have a narrow view of the alley, basically the same as facing a wall, barely any sunlight in the room, they provide a kettle but no coffee or tea, even if asking at the reception they told me to go buy it in the shop in front. Noisy guests talking in the corridors and smashing the doors (this is about the guests own education, but seems to happen a lot around here). No breakfast options.

You get what you pay for. However the actual room in comparison to pictures on the website were vastly different. Air con didn’t work.

The location of this hotel is good. Close to the beaches. Plenty of local restaurants in close proximity. The area was quiet and the streets were clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful especially the male receptionist who sorted out the electrical plugs for me.

On arrival at the hotel I was told that they didn't accept credit or debit cards for payment. Told to pay cash. The hotel receptionist took $ and it was more than stated for my booking. She then crossed the street to a local shop where they exchange money. She returned and told me that the bill was now paid. Later, I realized that she had made at least $15 profit by doing this. I felt like I had been scammed, but it was not worth causing a commotion over it. I also had to ask for a receipt. Bed linen and pillows were very old and were stained. Bedroom furniture well worn, missing drawers. Light fitting hanging out of the ceiling as you enter the room. The Room, corridor and lobby looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly for years. The cleaning staff would come daily, but would only be in the room for less than 3 minutes. They would empty the bins, maybe make the bed. TV didn't work for 6 days, but eventually it was repaired.

Great location, beautiful view, beach walk is great on both North and South sides. Overall a great place to stay.

深夜便のため、ショートステイで利用。 ビーチまで徒歩３分くらいで便利なところ。 ベランダからビーチが見える部屋で、カフェも向かいにあり立地条件は悪くはない。 古い建物だが、部屋の掃除はまぁまぁしており悪くはないが、エアコンに埃がたまってて部屋の空気が悪く…窓はあけておく必要があり。 シャワー水圧も良い。 ある程度妥協できる方には、激安の割には悪くはないと思います。

Although the property is antique, it is conveniently located near other amenities. The staff is patient and professional, and there are nearby restaurants and a beachfront hotel.

Lovely staff and a location less than 5 minutes to the beach. A lot of shops, restaurants and shops in walk able distance.

Hot water was a bit wonky in the shower.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beach is within a short walking distance. There are good cafes & traditional Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Motorbike rentals and laundry services are right across the street.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed.

Photos are from 6 years ago. Building is old and not good maintained. They don’t take credit cards and the cleanliness is probably the worst part.

Dated motel facilities, but with clean and tidy rooms comfortable beds and everything worked, they also hired motorbikes and the staff were helpful. Our room had a great view of my khe beach and it was cheaply priced for the facilities, everything is close and a great location

ALL BAD, did not stay at the hotel, left the hotel straightway!! NOT received any money back!! 😔 We came in the DRAGON SEA HOTEL reception, it was aweful, hot & furnace feeling!! Gradually, with hot & bothered mind & body, we completed out checking in process, went to our room with our luggage, no helper for the luggages apart from the receptionist, we saw the room but straightway left the hotel, it was not like the photo/advert at all... Very upsetting!! 😔 We paid for the hotel, they took the whole amount for the full x5 NIGHTS, we did NOT STAY even x10 minutes at the hotel....!! Total money was wasted for x5 nights for x2 double Rooms. They told us to go to a different hotel for breakfast, we would not have that either!! Very upsetting!! 😔 Not the fault of the receptionist but the hotel took all our money, so, we were very upset with her, she will not refund any money!!

GRIM Reception, Rooms Not nice, NO Hotel feel, like an old tatty house, not enough lighting, NOT a place to have holiday!! 😔 CONSTRUCTION work & dumping ground outside our room, view blocked with another building!! Not a nice place to have a holiday!! Very sad to see this hotel ...

Bath area always stinks. Breakfast is bad. Curtains never washed for many years. You can smell that when you enter the room. i had to spray perfume all the time. Breakfast was pathetic and no value for money. Outside bike rental is only 100,000 but this hotel owner charged me 120,000 per day. Owner lady was always shouting and no proper communication. She might felt that she is providing everything for free. Only evening front desk person and other front desk worker lady were better. I got buffet breakfast in Ho Chi Minh for this same cost.

Location of the hotel is fantastic, room was clean and well kept. Hosts English was not amazing but we we're still able to have what we needed and appreciated their effort! Property has a lift.

Everything was satisfactory

Nothing, worst properly I every visited, very unhygienic, staff was very arrogant and greedy for money, also take extra money from us for cleaning the bedsheets as well, no balcony with the room, no sea view as shown in pictures, not even have any breakfast available.

Hotel staff is really rude. They welcomed us with 'very cheap very cheap' and didn't want to give us breakfast because the price was too low. On the internet you could find this price everywhere.. it was just because we are European that we shouldn't have breakfast for this money. Had discussions with them and booking had to intervene because they were refusing no matter what. The air conditioning also died after one night (of 3) and we almost died in there. Half of the sockets didn't work. Didn't get the room with the partial ocean view we booked. Instead we received a room on the first floor with a look on the street.

Way too low then expect .pics and reality is too different and customer service suck. Breakfast is really bad. I stayed there for 3 days and the last day they gave us breakfast for soup but not enough bowl for guest. So, I asked for soup and you will not believe what they did . They just wipe the bowl with paper n put the soup for me after someone use the same bowl.not even clean with water. When I asked with New bowl they said same things. I was like no thank you. So disappointed for 3 days staying.

First, reservation is not able to communicate at all. They don’t know anything whatever you ask. Second , in the pics and reality room is so different. Everything is old in the room. Anyhow I still can accept that . But when they serve the breakfast you will not believe. I stayed there 3 days and the last days they gave us soup. But there is not enough bowls for guest . So , I asked one soup for me they picked up the bowl from other people used and wipe with paper in front of me and give me the same bowl to have soup. When I asked the new bowl they said same things. I was shock to serve the breakfast like that. Not recommended to stay there

The hotel and room facilities were a bit jaded but functional and working, but any shortfall were more than compensated by the genuine friendliness of the staff from cleaning to maintenance, though their English language skills were limited. A special mention goes to the receptionist Ms Ly who was always cheerful and eager to help any visitors with any queries from checking in to local tourist information. Breakfast were individually prepared fresh/hot for visitors which I seldom come across in Vietnam.

This was our first trip to Vietnam and staying here at the Dragon Sea Hotel was awesome. Close to everything! Taxis are easy to get from this hotel, as is just about anything you want within walking distance. The beach is only about a 5 minute walk. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is awesome, and each and every staff member is awesome! The only "suggestion" I would offer is to provide a little bit more comfortable mattresses. It was a little bit more stiff than what we like, but was still nice to lay down after a day of climbing Marble Mountain!

街からは少し遠いが 観光の名所のビーチは目の前に あり 小さなコンビニ店は ホテルの目の前にたくさんある。 7階の部屋は 眺めもよく広々として 使いやすかった。 朝食付だったが 選べる 品数が少なく今一つ物足りなかった。 従業員の応対も 素早く 適切であった。 朝食後フロアで 飲んだ 無料のお茶が 美味しかった。

ビーチに近いホテル。部屋は写真ほどでないが、旅慣れた方にとってはコスパは十分得られると思う。従業員が親切。近隣にはコンビニ、そこそこ安い飲食店、マッサージ屋が多い。

second days the staff have deep clean the room now every thing is great, next time I will again to live ,and the staff have call the car to go ba na hills charges is reasonable 。thanks a lot

I did not stay at this hotel. The photos online were not as I thought or what it seems. Completely different! It was hot and the air conditioner was not working so I just left the hotel. It was all paid for, but I did not stay.

The wonderful hotel staff made our stay very enjoyable. They were genuinely very friendly and hospitable. My wife and I had an ocean view room with windows that open to let in the sea air and a balcony to take-in the local atmosphere.
