KS 4* nhưng không bằng homestay, đồ thì cũ, nhất là trong toilet nhiều chỗ gỉ sét, phòng không có cửa sổ( rất bí), thực tế không giống h/a khi booking

Location was excellent however very noisy room underneath a bar that partied into the night. We requested another room and agreed to move up several floors. Having convenience store next door very handy. Room serviced basically daily was a bonus.

Цена/расположение. Пляж 🌊☀ Хороший номер, вид из окна у нас был на море (бронировали). Бассейн на крыше с видом на море. Небольшой, но освежиться можно.

Стройка вокруг, но это временное явление. Так что, все окей.

Some staff didn't know how to work the credit card machine so I had to pay cash, but no big deal

Hotel gần bãi biển, sạch sẽ, dọn phòng hàng ngày. Đăng trên booking là phòng có cửa sổ nhìn ra biển nhưng đến thì nhìn ra toàn bê tông, phòng nhỏ nên hơi bí.

Personale non cortese, non possibilità di pagare con carta ma solo con cash il soggiorno, stanza senza finestra puzzolente e piena di muffa che mi sono dovuta fare cambiare, piscina sporca e troppo piccola. La mattina del check out- che stavo correndo in aeroporto- mi dicono che devo pagare due noodles. Perfetto, con carta. Il loro inglese è pessimo e non riusciamo a trovare una quadra. Io gli dico che non andrò a ritirare cash vietnamita prima di partire per casa e allora mi dice di andare al market a comprarne due per rimpiazzarli. Un’assurdità. Oltretutto è da quando sono arrivata (5 giorni prima) che il POS è rotto e non si può pagare con carta. Metterlo a posto magari?

the staff kept my passport since they cant use their credit card machine for me to pay. they only informed me on the check in day so my VND is not enough.its my first time that the hotel will be keeping my passport because of payment wherein i have only checked in and i will stay for 5days. Also, the staff closed the door loudly when we asked them for the supplies since they didnt clean our room. The room that we booked was not given to us as well.

It’s annoying you can’t pay anything with card in the hotel and I expected more of the breakfast but for the price it’s okay to be honest.

Il wi fi non funzionava, il pos non funzionava ( per 4 giorni consecutivi ) ed hanno preteso pagamento in contanti senza rilascio di ricevuta fiscale ma solo un foglio stampato, il rumore proveniente dalla strada rende difficile dormire, così come la luce che filtra dalle tende e dalla porta della camera che da sul corridoio..in ultimo descrivo la camera con vista mare...vedi foto allegate

Très bien passé pendant 10jours. C’est à cote de la plage( 5’ à pied) L'hébergement est propre, l'accueil est très accueillante. À recommande.

Il me manque le fer à repassage et un coffre ou un endroit que je peux fermer mes affaires Il y a endroit qui sens les cigarettes très fort pourtant c’est interdit de fumer dans l’hotel. J’était au 16eme et il faut attendre long temps à chaque fois pour avoir l'ascenseur.

Cho đến ngày 13/8/2026 Khách sạn vẫn chưa xuất hóa đơn thuê phòng cho tôi như tôi đã yêu cầu vào ngày đến. Đề nghị Công ty chấp hành quy định về thuế, hóa đơn.

La climatisation de la chambre 803 dysfonctionnait car elle faisait la même température (très froide) que ce soit à 30 ou 18 degrés. De plus, l’hôtel est très mal insonorisé donc impossible de s’endormir avec des cris en continu et réveil à 6h du matin par des cris également.

The place is not clean at all, and the room is very cramped and very old; the photos are completely different from reality.

El hotel está justo al lado de la playa, también hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados por la zona. Tiene una piscina en la última planta que está limpia y tiene vistas a todo Da Nang

La habitación a simple vista parecía que estaba bien, pero realmente estaba llena de bichos. Había hormigas por toda la habitación, pequeñas arañas por todo el armario ( no pudimos guardar la ropa). El baño fue horrible, cuando encendias la ducha el agua no tragaba por lo que se inundaba todo. Había gusanos detrás del inodoro. El señor de seguridad imponía un poco. Se nos metió en la habitación y cerró la puerta con él dentro. No sabíamos muy bien que quería ya que solo se comunicaba con sonidos. Te dicen que se puede pagar con tarjeta pero nunca funciona, hay que pagar con efectivo. Por lo que he leído en otras Reseñas juegan usan este mismo argumento.

קודם כל הגענו למלון אחרי שסוכם עם המלון (פעמיים) שעת הצק אין שלנו כשהגענו התברר שכל ההתכתבות לא הייתה רלוונטית ואם נרצה צק אין מוקדם (כמו שסוכם מראש בהתכתבות) נצטרך לשלם לאחר שהראנו לפקידה את ההתכתבות נאמר לנו שאין מה לעשות אבל אחרי שעה חזרנו קצת יותר עצבניים ולאחר דין ודברים נתנה לנו לעלות לחדר. חדר בלי חלון (ממש מרגיש במקלט) קטן, נזילה בכיור כל פעם שפתחנו מים בכיור הריצפה נהייתה מים גם מהמקלחת המים יצאו הבריכה קטנה, 3 מקומות ישיבה סהכ אם לא היינו לילה אחד סהכ, לא היינו נשארים שם בכלל.

Ogólnie syf, syf i syf. Łazienki brudne nieumyte pościel po ostatnich gościach nie została zmieniona. Smród nie do wytrzymania w łazience. Zmieniono nam pokój w którym okna na 15 piętrze zamknięte na drut. Hałas przez to nie do wytrzymania!! Dziewczynki w recepcji pogubiły nawet nasze pranie a jedyne co im dobrze wychodziło to oglądanie tiktoka wspólne rozmowy i śmianie sie!!!

Hotel pessimo uno schifo sporchissimo , i letti puzzavano di sudato, lo staff cortese solo inizialmente poi risultavano essere scostanti ho dimenticato i miei occhiali da sole in stanza e dopo 10 min dal check out dicevano già che non erano in stanza . Veramente deluso siamo scappati

mình ở t17 ko có thang máy, phải đi bộ từ t16 lên. Hết phòng, nhà mình 4 ng đã đồng ý ngủ chung 1 giường, nhưng ks vẫn thu phụ phí 200k 😅

The first problem was that toilet was not working, but that got fixed promptly. The second issue we discovered is that the hotel is full of bugs, i spent a whole evening identifying what kind of bugs they are and the answer is springtails. It’s not like there’s a couple of bugs, thanks to the weird plastic wall panels there’s probably millions of them living safely behind them and so they happily venture out to the walls, wardrobe, beds, especially sink in the bathroom. A true horror house. Air conditioning is the kind that has 2 settings- freezing or turned off. Fridge has so much ice inside that hardly space for anything else. I paid extra for sea view and as you can see from photos, there was seaview, just you have to really zoom in between the two tall hotels to see a small strip of water. There’s building work going on next door so terrible noise all day starting very early in the morning. And in the morning we had a man hanging on the ropes behind our 10th floor window, i thought that oh great, at least they clean windows so we could see a bit outside, but no, the dude was doing something with air conditioning. The soundproofing is nonexistent and we had very loud people on the floor who managed to get some alarm on 5 times per morning.

Proximity to the beach front.

Aircon wasn’t the best and went off everytime you leave the room. Wasn’t as clean as you’d expect pictures are deceiving same with the pool. Couldn’t check in early left waiting in heat for hours which is understandable but still. Not the friendliest of staff. Whole group of men in room next to me loud and shouting till early hours with no one telling them a thing same with the pool eating and smoking in the pool late in the evening. Wish I’d chose somewhere else to be honest.
