Emplacement parfait! Juste à côté des transports en commun (bus, Thameslink, metro...) Attention, chambre minuscule sous les toits. Typique anglais! J’ai beaucoup aimé. Parfait pour une personne seule.

Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Nous avions choisi la formule salle de bain partagée mais avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir finalement une douche dans la chambre ! Située au dernier étage d'un bâtiment annexe avec peu de circulation dans la rue, nous étions bien au calme. Le quartier est super, très vivant avec bcp de commerces, et des transports en commun à disposition. La communication est parfaite avec des instructions précises envoyées sur le tel. C'est assez rare de trouver un logement de cette qualité à Londres pour le prix proposé. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour !

I didn’t have breakfast that wasn’t an option the cafe up the road did have a lovely cheap English breakfast.

The rooms were too hot, there was no air conditioning, indigent well because I was too hot. The beds were sagging and again I barely slept because I was in pain from the mattress.

Me encantó la ubicación, la tranquilidad del barrio y la buena comunicación que hay con el centro de Londres, con el 139 o en tren llegas en unos 20 minutos a Picadilly y alrededores. Si vuelas a Gatwick la ubicación del hotel es perfecta y llegas directo con el tren Thameslink en unos 40 minutos.

Nos cancelaron el vuelo por un fallo técnico de las torres de control que afectó varios aeropuertos con más de 500 vuelos cancelados y había que buscar algo rápido para una noche a última hora. Encontramos estas habitaciones y haciendo caso a los comentarios la cogimos antes de quedarnos sin sitio. Un gran acierto. Habitación para 4 (mi mujer, mi hijo, mi hija y yo). Cama doble y 2 camas, una para cada uno de los pequeños. Instalaciones limpias. Tuve que hacer el pago al hacer la reserva, ya que por la hora no había recepción, pero las instrucciones para obtener la llave fueron claras y sencillas. Al día siguiente aprovechamos para visitar Camden y aunque la hora del check out eran las 11:00, como ibamos justo de tiempo nos dejaron salir a las 12:00, y aunque llegamos unos minutos tarde en todo momento fueron muy comprensivos y amables. Si vuelvo a Londres volvería a repetir. La estación cercana con conexión directa a Gatwick (Thameslink) es otra ventaja a tener en cuenta.

Given that we were among 22 000 air passengers looking for a room, Charlotte house gave us a calm and peaceful night.

The garbage can in the bathroom could have been bigger. But otherwise it was wonderful.

המיטה לא הייתה נוחה עבורנו, אבל חשוב לציין שהצוות היה מאוד שירותי וניסה לעזור לנו עם ריפוד נוסף כדי לשפר את הנוחות.

Az ágy túl puha, egy klíma hiányzott! A lépcsőn végig padlőszönyeg, nagy erős illatot árrasztott, gondolom hogy az egyébb szagokat elfedje. A szoba picik, szinte csak az ágyak elfoglalták.

La ubicación y el hecho de tratarse de una casa típica de la zona. La ubicación a 5 minutos de la estación del tren con conexiones tanto con Gatwick como con Luton y a 5minutos del metro.

El lavabo es muy pequeño.

Recomiendo la zona , muy bien comunicada, muy segura y la estancia muy correcta.

The room is very clean, including the bathroom. Transportation is convenient, just half an hour to the centre. The whole experience exceeded my expectation. Wonderful place for travel!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Gästehaus mit direkter Lage zur U-Bahn und Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pubs in der Nähe. Im Zimmer MIT Bad war alles sauber und gemütlich und sogar ein kleine "Küche" mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr vorhanden.

Direkt an den Bahngleisen gelegen und auch bei den Zimmern zur Straße waren die Autos und Menschen nachts sehr störend.

Quiet and well-connected to the city via public transit, I found Charlotte GH an affordable option for spending a couple days exploring London. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

Posizione comoda, vicino la linea della metro jubilee e in una zona piena di servizi, bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La nostra tripla era molto grande e pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani bianchi. Personale molto professionale e disponibile, rifanno i letti ogni giorno e per saponi e cambi asciugamano è sempre disponibile la reception. Finalmente un asciugacapelli come quello di casa. Te e caffè solubile sempre disponibile in camera. Bagno pulito, doccia grande e comodissima.

Non lo reputo un malus perche siamo due persone obese, ma è doveroso dire che il letto matrimoniale per noi era piccolo e si sprofondava.

Kiváló az elhelyezkedése a szállásának, metró, illetve a vonat állomás is a közelben van, illetve nagyon sok jó étterem, és pub található a szállás közvetlen közelében. Nagyon kedves és barátságos a személyzet.

Pont a heatwave kellős közepén érkeztünk meg Londonba, sajnos klíma nem áll rendelkezésre a szálláson, úgyhogy ez volt az egyedüli negatívum.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Die Entfernung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war kurz.

Es hat gestunken und die Türen/Fenster haben nicht ordentlich geschlossen. Der Teppich wirkte ungepflegt und das gesamte Haus war sehr hellhörig.

La zona è servita e caratteristica. La struttura pulita e ristrutturata di recente. Il bagno in camera è stata una sorpresa perché alcune prenotazioni si fanno con bagno sul piano e noi avevamo un bagno comodo. Cuscini in abbondanza e asciugamani in più a richiesta. Caffè e te con bollitore rinnovati ogni giorno. Valigie in custodia alla partenza. Cortesia e presenza alla reception. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Non ho segnalazioni importanti da fare.

Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und alle zwei Tage die Handtücher getauscht. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Ein paar Haken oder andere Möglichkeiten, Kleidung im Zimmer und Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen, wären toll.

Malheureusement il y avait une construction d’une maison attenante à la nôtre. Impossible de dormir à partir de 08H01 ou de de se reposer dans la journée (je ne parle pas de petits bruits). Chambre inutilisable pendant la journée. Inadmissible de louer une telle prestation sans prévenir le client. C’était la deuxième fois que nous venions, c’était la dernière!

Confermo le recensioni positive per quanto riguarda: la strada tranquilla (dalla nostra stanza a piano terra non si sentiva quasi rumore) ma vicina a moltissimi localini, oltre che a un paio di piccoli supermarket. Zona comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Luton e tutta Londra grazie alla vicinanza di autobus, underground e overground. La nostra camera era piuttosto spaziosa, con scrivania, sedie e tavolino. Veniva pulita tutti i giorni, ci hanno anche fornito asciugamani in più senza averli richiesti. I prodotti per lavarsi vanno ritirati alla reception

Non mi piace la moquette in generale (va be', è Londra!), ma quello che mi è piaciuto meno è stato il bagno, c'era tutto il necessario ma era veramente stretto, credo che in larghezza non superasse gli 80-90 cm, e l'apertura della doccia decisamente stretta. È chiaro che è stato ricavato in una stanza che non ne prevedeva la presenza. Poi ci si adatta, però districandosi nel poco spazio a disposizione.

The room was lovely, it had a comforting feel to it. The location was perfect for us as we were going to Wembley Stadium in the evening and wanted something that was close. It was very close to the tube with not much walking so it was ideal for us. Breakfast was not included but that didn't bother us as there were plenty of shops and places to get food near the guest house. The bathroom was very clean and had lights around the mirror and the shower. There was also a hairdryer in the room. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I spoke with at least 4 different staff members and they were all very friendly.

If I had to mention one very small thing wrong it would be that there were no coffee sachets in the room. There was a kettle and teabags but that was it.

Location was excellent, short walk from West Hampstead tube station, the surrounding area felt safe with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. Reception was closed by the time I arrived but was sent information to retrieve the key from a key box - this was really easy. Had a single room with a shared bathroom, this was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Even had a little smart TV so I could log into my Disney+ account. Thought the price was fair for two nights in London. Felt safe as a female solo traveller and would definitely stay here again.

Super gemütliches kleines Guest House. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr gemütlich, zur Straße hin war es ruhig. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war ebenso sehr sauber. Für meinen Kurzaufenthalt war alles perfekt. Die Lage war für meine Bedürfnisse total ideal. Schöne Umgebung, wo man sich als Alleinreisende keine Sorgen machen muss. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Bathroom had no window to ventilate but we survived, the fan in the room was broken during a heatwave however we'd brought electric hand held fans from home and having the window and patio doors open helped loads to cool the room down

The room was comfortable, the hotel’s location was great - very convenient. The remote (after hours) check in was very easy. I think the price is very good for London.

It wasn’t a problem for us, but the walls are a bit thin, so if the person in the room next to you is making a lot of noise late at night, that could be a little disturbing, but that can happen in any hotel.

L’emplacement de Charlotte Guest House était parfait à mon goût, à 5mins du métro et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable.

Ottima posizione vicina all'autobus, treno e metropolitana. La colazione non era inclusa ma era incluso lo sconto presso un locale vicino, che ha soddisfatto le nostre attese. Letti confortevoli. Quartiere tranquillo.

Bagno in comune con tutti gli ospiti del piano. Insufficiente per la disponibilità di camere. Dall'annuncio non era chiaro e avevo inteso che il bagno fosse in comune solo per la nostra camera da 5 persone. Purtroppo una famiglia ospite non è stata molto rispettosa nell'uso dei servizi comuni.

Stayed in this hotel for the second time because of the good value for money when attending concert at Wembley. Place has good connections with pretty much everywhere in central London, neighborhood is nice, can get late night meal at the kebab place on the way from station to the hotel. Room was decent size with comfy bed and storage space. If ever going to a concert at Wembley or traveling from/to Luton/Stansted, for sure will think about stay at this place.

As I was arriving at the hotel after reciption opening times and knowing that toiletries had to be picked up there, beforehand on whtatsapp asked to be provided with them in the room. Unfortunately, none were provided, but at least had liquid soap, so could use it in the shower. Luckily, stayed only two nights there so that was not a big problem.

Tiene una ubicación muy buena, aunque no esta en el centro de Londres, el metro y el tren están a 5 minutos caminando, y se puede llegar en tren directo hasta el aeropuerto de Gatwick. Además si vas å Wembley también son 4 o 5 estaciones de metro. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor tambien.

L'accès facile à la chambre via une boîte à clefs. Les lits étaient confortables. Les échanges avec l'équipe sont faciles et précis.

Pas de gel douche/shampoing dans la chambre car disponibles à l'accueil mais problématique quand arrivée tardive. Les serviettes de bain et le tapis de bain étaient tâchés. Chambre au dernier étage sans climatisation.

The hotel is ideally situated, so close to the train station that our window was facing one of the platforms. We had a room with communal bathroom and it was kept super clean.

We had the misfortune of staying there during a heatwave, it was unbearable. Much hotter in the room than even the outside despite all of our best efforts of keeping blinds on during the day and airing out the door in the cooler nights. The hotel refused to provide us a fan. What do you mean we stayed for 5 days, paid over half a grand and you couldn't supply us with a ten quid fan ??? I understand no retrofitting all if those rooms with ac, but not even supplying fans to guests when it is 38 degrees outside is crazy to me. Of course the open window on a busy railway where train pass through like twice every hour at night was also not great !

Pokojíček menší, ale dostačující. Ráno jsme odjeli a vrátili se večer. Pokoj vypadal zrekonstruovaný, i menší posezení vedle pokoje, po dvou schodkách dolů a větrání malých okének. Všude čisto, každý den úklid, čisté ručníky, doplněno na přípravu kávy a čaje. Rychlovarná konvice na pokoji. U zásuvek i koncovky na kabely na nabíjení mobilu USB i USB-C. V okolí Tesco expres, M&S potraviny i Sainsbury's, kousek i stanice metra, vlaku i zastávka autobusu. Do centra za 20minut až pul hodiny. I zastávka autobusu z letiště pěšky asi 15 minut. Už jsem se tu ubytovala po druhé a příště když budu mít cestu, určitě zase využiji toto ubytování

Není možnost lednice ani kuchyně. Měli jsme léky co musí být v lednici, tak jsme museli poprosit na recepci a uložili nam to do jejích lednice, ale k dispozici jen mezi 9-16h, v době provozu recepce. Měli jsme pokoj s manželskou postelí, byla užší a jedno velké přikrytí, ale nějak jsme se přizpůsobili.

All is good, room was good, it is the second time we stay in this location.

We fell on really hot weather- 36 degrees Celsius and this location doesn't have air-conditioning, so it was hot in the room, our mistake to choose a place without air conditioning in the summer (especially august)

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Lokalizacja jest całkiem dobra - bardzo łatwo dotrzeć tu z Luton (bezpośredni pociąg), w dodatku stacje metra (Underground i Overground - coś jak nasza SKM) - dzięki czemu do wszystkich głównych atrakcji Londynu docieraliśmy w ok 30 minut. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Personel bardzo miły i komunikatywny. Wszelkie pytania można zadawać przez WhatsApp, odpowiadają natychmiast. Pokoje są sprzątane. Jest telewizor z TV i SmartTV. Dodatkowo pozytywnym zaskoczeniem w naszym pokoju była klimatyzacja, co było zbawienne podczas upałów (ale uwaga, nie jest ona dostępna we wszystkich pokojach, prawdopodobnie tylko w tych na poddaszach, więc warto o to wcześniej zapytać jeśli komuś zależy). W pokoju jest mikrofala, lodówka, toster, czajnik. Niektóre gniazdka mają dodatkowo USB A i USB C (dodatkowo można poprosić o europejskie adaptery na recepcji). Jest również suszarka. Bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaż przed zameldowaniem (nawet wnieśli go nam do pokoju) jak i po wymeldowaniu. Polecam i pozdrawiam personel!

Good location, convenient, easy to find. Room was quite small but not a problem. For London, value for money. The room was clean and serviced each morning.

The lack of human contact is always a bit of a let-down but increasingly in small hotels, this becoming normal. The room was located in one of the 5 or 6 properties along this road, on the top floor which was okay, but the train tracks were very close to the rear of the hotel where I stayed and all evening, trains rattled along and hooted their sirens well into the night and early morning - so be aware that might happen if you are located there.

A little gem in London. Very good value. Second time at Charlotte Guest House. We were upgraded to a studio. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Great location. The area of West Hampstead is nice and quiet and has some good restaurants and coffee shops, only 15 min metro or train ride to centre London.

Nothing. One suggestion would be to redecorate the little yard attached to the ground floor studio as it could look very nice with a bit of decoration.

Monolocale nuovissimo, molto pulito; bagno grande e funzionale; cucina dotata di servizi essenziali; letto a una piazza e mezza, comodo; posizione ottima, molto ben collegato alla città con bus, metro, overground e Thameslink. Comodissimo per chi arriva da Luton come noi. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle richieste. Hanno anche il ferro da stiro! Il nostro monolocale aveva il patio quindi abbiamo fatto tutte le colazioni e le cene all'aperto nel nostro terrazzino. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti supermercati e locali che offrono il servizio di take away. Pulizie effettuate tutti i giorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Guest house has great location, nearby are two train stations and tube station. Great connection to Luton airport and Wembley stadium. Good value for money. Room was decent size, had tea and coffee making facility, toilet and the shower in the room. Good size mirror in the room.

Toiletries had to be picked up from the main reception and no soap was actually provided. Also, it was heatwave and three person room had only one fan which was not moving. Not many plugs to charge devices.

During our week in London, this accommodation was an exceptionally good value. Firstly, the location was superb. It offered excellent transport links to Gatwick Airport and central London, while avoiding noisy and crowded areas. Although it's right next to ThamesLink, it didn't affect our rest at all. Secondly, it was very convenient, with many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. What surprised us most was that our room had a small courtyard and a small kitchen, complete with a microwave and tableware. It was very convenient to buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the supermarket and enjoy them. The staff were also very nice, and communication was smooth. I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in London.
