The rooms are spooky and incredibly bare boned - after you eventually find your space after wandering around a soulless labyrinthine series of corridors, you’ll be met with a glorified cupboard that is hotter than hell. Trying to fix the air conditioning will reap no success, and neither will trying to contact the main desk for help. Instead, they have a lovely AI chat bot that takes you through a bizarre cycle of the least helpful statements and then false promises of fixing the problem. I asked for help with the air conditioning three separate times (including in person at the desk) until getting back to the hotel at 11pm and finding it still wasn’t fixed. When I went to the entrance for the last time they finally moved us to a family room (which is no larger than the single room, just more beds crammed in), which was admittedly cooler. They’ll charge you £15 to store your bag and then another £10 for any kind of service beyond a dull gaze at the entrance. I wanted to make a complaint as I was leaving but there is nobody there to help. You want a drawer? You want a bin? You want a second pillow? Fat chance babe. Give this one a miss guys x

Family of 4 in one room is a little tight with no privacy. Bathroom/shower wall is just a piece of frosted glass. Was put in a room with broken air conditioner first night. Got in at 1am, too tired to complain. Got a room change the next day. Only disappointed was that they knew ahead of time that it wasn’t working

Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shopping and transportation nearby. The room was spacious for 8 ppl. We could have a stroller and 4 luggages inside. the beds were comfy and lots of outlets for changing.

Cleaning has changed from every day to every 4th day, which we think could be every 3rd day instead. We had to ask for new towels on the 2nd day, since we have kids with us who got the towels dirty real quick and the shower has no door, so the water was all over the floor. The staff was not happy to give us new towels, but we got them after we only asked for 3 pcs and not for 8 ppl which we were in the room. The trash bin we putted outside the room after 3rd day, but we didn't get a new bag for the bin, so we had to use our own bag for trash.

La falta de todo los cuartos pequeños con tatami. Sin placares para la ropa Todo tenía que ser pagado extra , no había ningún beneficio y los precios del agua y de las expendedoras eran exorbitantes. Habría que avisar lo que es el cocoon. Por cierto No volveré a ese hotel.

Das Hotel war perfekt für unseren Städtetrip! Die Lage direkt am Piccadilly Circus ist einfach ideal und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um London zu entdecken. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dass unser Zimmer keine Fenster hatte, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da wir ohnehin nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Im Gegenteil: Wir haben herrlich und vor allem sehr ruhig geschlafen. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für einen Städtetrip würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Sa localisation et le fait que les chambres sont bien isolées et permettent un bon sommeil. Le personnel est réactif aux demandes.

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avions un problème avec la climatisation, pas de coussins et pas de duvet. Nous avons été rapidement changé de chambre mais nous avions un doute sur si la chambre avait été préparée en amont.

Eine Unterkunft hat mir nicht gefallen, dass es erstens sehr laut war in der Nacht zwischen 0:00 Uhr und 3:00 Uhr morgens. Haben da sehr laute Basstöne gehört unter anderem die Luftqualität in den Zimmern ohne Fenster waren schrecklich. Zum Glück waren wir dort nur zwei Nächte. המיקום מדהים!! ממש במרכז הליכה מכל מה שרוצים לראות ב3 ימים בלונדון. צ׳אק אין וצ׳אק אאוט עצמאי וקל לתפעול.

המתקנים- קיבלנו חדר עם נגישות לנכים( שלא ביקשנו) וזה לא היה נוח בלשון המעטה. הכיור הנמוך הכיסא במקלחת. לא היה אפילו מדף להניח עליו מוצרי קוסמטיקה. לא ביקשנו להחליף חדר מכיוון שהיה כבר מאוחר ופשוט רצינו לישון. הצוות- בגדול נחמד, אבל כשחברה שלי הייתה בחדר כי לא הרגישה טוב ואני ביקשתי לה מים חמים מהצוות בשביל להכין תה ושיבולת שועל(אחרי יום שלם שלא אכלה כלום) הצוות לא מצא פיתרון.. למרות שאני בטוחה שהיה יכול לארגן כוס מים חמים.

部屋にドライヤーがなく、聞いたところ７階のビューティールームにあるのでそので使用してくださいと。 男性も女性も同じ小さな部屋にドライヤーが4 台ほどある部屋、シャワー後女性もメイクしないでパブリックなそのに行けというのでしょうか？ もしくはシャワー後、メイクをしていけという事でしょうか？結局私は一泊だけでしたのでシャワーをしませんでした。 ちなみに、部屋にはテレビやコーヒー、湯沸器などもありまけん。

La ubicación es excelente; desde mi punto de vista, es inmejorable. Tiene ambiente a cualquier hora y estás rodeado de todo lo que necesitas (metro, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercado, ...). En la habitación, el baño está bien, especialmente la ducha. Las instalaciones comunes del hotel son muy buenas.

En la habitación no hay ningún lugar donde dejar tus cosas, por lo que debes tener las maletas abiertas en el suelo; esto se podría solucionar en parte poniendo una simple balda en la pared, ayudaría bastante. No hay servicio diario de limpieza de las habitaciones, aunque te facilitan toallas limpias siempre que lo solicitas en recepción. El hotel dispone de gimnasio, pero si lo quieres utilizar debes pagar por ello (10 libras 1 día, 15 libras dos). El check-out es muy temprano (a las 10.00) y, si quieres que te guarden las maletas, debes pagar 15 libras por cada bulto que dejes.

att rummen var små, vattnet rann åt fel håll i duschen och ut på golvet I sovrum, vi fick några extra handdukar för att stoppa vattnet. fanns enstaka bananfluga när vi checkade in i rummet. Väldigt få krokar både i badrum och sovrum. Totalt fanns det sex krokar och ingenstans att hänga kläder. Hade varit ett stort plus om det till exempel fanns micro eller vattenkokare att låna centralt.

L'emplacement était super. bien au centre, et bien isolé : dans la chambre on entendait pas l'extérieur. Il n'y a pas de fenêtres, mais cela était déjà indiqué dans la réservation.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, nous avons demandé un early check-in, que nous avons du payer en supplément de 60 livres. nous avons du attendre plus d'1 heure pour avoir la chambre, sans réelle information de où ça en était. J'ai l'impression d'avoir payé ce supplément dans le vide vu que nous avons eu accès la chambre pas si tôt. Le pire : nous avons eu une chambre qui ne correspondait PAS DU TOUT aux photos de la réservation (ni à aucune photo de l'hôtel). nous sommes allées demander au manager de nous changer de chambre, ce qu'ils n'ont fait que 24h après. Nous avons du réellement INSISTER pour qu'on nous change de chambre. Nous avons été très déçues par cela. De plus le personnel n'était pas très gentil. La chambre que nous avons eu était sale et humide en plus d'avoir RIEN A VOIR avec les photos. Cette expérience a tâché notre séjour. Les chambres sont très simples, ultra minimalistes.

La posizione eccellente per girare a piedi e vedere le attrazioni principali, vicinanza alla metro Picadilly. In merito alla stanza, il letto era comodo. La doccia era spaziosa. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. La camera non sembrava male, tuttavia si sono verificati degli spiacevoli inconvenienti.

Dopo aver sperimentato per 4 notti il fatto di non avere finestre nella stanza (cosa all'inizio sottovalutata), anche se c'è la ventola costantemente accesa, non assicura una dovuta areazione della stanza anche a fini igienici, tanto più che nei corridoi c'è la moquette, noto ricettacolo di sporco di vario genere, che è difficile tenere pulito anche a fronte della quantità di persone che circolano nella struttura. Sono stata attraversata durante il sonno da cimici da letto, che mi hanno causato dei bubboni pruriginosi sulle parti scoperte mentre dormivo (spalla, mani, braccia, viso), ho ucciso la cimice.. Lo ho segnalato e il personale si è attivato per cambiare dapprima le lenzuola e pulire meglio la stanza.(anche se non so esattamente che tipo di pulizia profonda sia stata fatta). Poi, davanti a nuovi bubboni, il giorno ancora successivo è stata anche cambiata la stanza. La tipologia di stanze, senza finestre e con il letto appoggiato in una struttura in legno necessitano di una sanificazione profonda anche tra un ospite e l'altro, sia sulla struttura in legno sia sul materasso, oltre che sul pavimento. Certamente anche per il prezzo a notte non ci si aspettano certi inconvenienti che offuscano in qualche modo la vacanza. Dovrebbero sanificare e anche disinfestare.

Þetta kemst næst því að vera farfuglaheimili en með baðherbergi. Myndirnar er djók en okkar herbergi var subbulegt með tveimur beddum. Tveim koddum og tveimur sængum. Ekki var hægt að fá auka kodda. Það voru kastarar í loftinu en ekki hægt að dimma svo það var allt og mikil birta. Engin Led lýsing eins og myndir gefa til kynna Enginn stóll ekkert náttborð hvað þá borð. En það sem var verst var að hótelið bauð ekki uppá að fá að geyma lyf í kæli sem var nauðsynlegt fyrir okku

I liked the location and having no windows meant total darkness which was awesome.

There’s no suitcase storage or space for clothes. I was in the 4 bed room and we didn’t have a little nook or anything for clothes or a little storage. We dressed out of our suitcases all weekend

Auf dem Foto wird irreführend ein tolles Gebäude mit großen Fenstern gezeigt. Aber es gibt kein einziges Zimmer mit Fenster. Maximale Platzausbeute - erinnert sehr an dunkle Käfighaltung. Konzept ist sehr fragwürdig. Man liest was von gemütlichem Cocon… ohne Hinweis, dass es keine Fenster im Kasten gibt.

This location is wonderful, in the heart of London and NO NOISE FROM OUTSIDE! I could just pop in my hotel between shows or drop off my shopping stuff. Great room for me alone, no windows but perfect for me, and airconditioning!

You have to check-in on a computer. No welcoming personnel. I tried for a few minutes, it just didn't work. Fortunately someone from the hotel came to help me. Same with the person next to me on the other computer, he couldn't check in either. It feels a bit impersonal. The room is basic and it's okay, if I would have known there were no hangers, I would have brought some. Only three hooks on the wall, not enough for me. There was a spacious slightly elevated wooden part at the end of the bed but it was dusty so when I put my clothes there, they were dirty.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is, the vending machine. It just didn't want to work for us.

Ich habe das Zedwell vor ein paar Jahren bereits einmal gebucht und wusste um die einfach ausgestatteten Zimmer, das kann ich also nicht bemängeln, man weiß ja auch durch die Fotos, worauf man sich einlässt. Das Hotel hat aber mittlerweile offensichtlich ein riesiges Problem mit Bettwanzen Befall. In dem Stockwerk, in dem wir untergebracht waren (Stock 8), wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrere Räume mit Wärme behandelt, das hätte uns schon stutzig machen sollen. In unserer zweiten Nacht haben wir dann bei Rückkehr in unser Zimmer ebenfalls eine lebende Bettwanze gefunden. Wir haben das Zimmer sofort verlassen und wurden in einem anderen untergebracht - man bedenke, es war hier schon 1 Uhr nachts. Den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat der Vorfall nicht sonderlich verwundert oder schockiert, wirkte eher wie Standardprozedere. Wir haben die zweite Nacht erstattet bekommen, die Paranoia, dass unser Gepäck betroffen sein könnte, blieb aber. Ich bin schockiert, dass das Hotel das Problem ganz offensichtlich nicht in den Griff bekommt und weiter Buchungen annimmt. Zudem verlangt das Hotel für wirklich ALLES extra Gebühren. Das gebuchte Zimmer ist möglicherweise bereits vor offiziellem Check In bezugsfertig, kann aber konsequent nur gegen Aufpreis bezogen werden. Auch für jedes Gepäcksstück muss für die Aufbewahrung bezahlt werden. Aus eigener Erfahrung aus der Vergangenheit weiß ich auch, dass das Personal einen für gute Bewertungen besticht - sie bieten gratis Aufbewahrung der Koffer an, wenn man vor ihren Augen eine positive Bewertung abgibt, am Besten noch mit namentlicher Nennung des jeweiligen Mitarbeiters. Anders kann ich mir die guten Bewertungen ohnehin nicht erklären, das Hotel hat kaum was zu bieten. Meiner Meinung nach jedenfalls ein extrem bedenkliche Strategie.

Posizione super centrale a due passi da Piccadilly e dalla metro, fermata del bus dietro l'angolo. Ho ricevuto un up grade della stanza gratuitamente, eravamo due persone in una stanza con 4 letti matrimoniali, super spaziosa e pulita, letto comodissimo, bagno molto grande. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in un armadietto, sia prima che dopo l'arrivo o la partenza. Facile il check-in, ambiente molto bello, esperienza top! Tornerò sicuramente!

Think 15pounds to hold your bag is very steep there should be a complimentary room to store guest luggage! First room we were allocated was very dirty floor, mirrors around bed, it was located down back corridors in hotel it was very disappointing total inconvenience to them have to come back to hotel reception to be moved no phones access to anyone to flag issue! Definitely need to put in a clothes rail in rooms to hang clothes

The disco techno music until 3 am!!!! It vibrated off the walls and even earplugs and a sound machine did not work. DO NOT stay on on the second floor.

For some reason I was in a disabled room and for a tall woman the sink was too low and the seat in the shower took up too much room. Needs a small table by the beds. The bathroom bin was battered. Needs a bit of TLC. Lifts do not chime when they arrive so kept missing them.

If you ever want to experience an authentic 'prison' experience - this is your opportunity. The room cost £350 for one-night. It was a box room with no windows. One central light switch that was for everything. Not even even a table (seriously) - it was a bed in a room. The shower was only cold.
