The harbourland looks older and smaller than I expected. The other children's facilities were also limited by time and crowded. The high room rate must include something special, like a fast-track service. One more thing about the pool, the balloons are so hot in the afternoon, it should have something, like a water pump, to make it ready for playing And one important thing about food, it was so bad and did not match the room rate

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. One of the highlights for me was that the hotel had plenty of activities for kids, which kept my daughter entertained and happy throughout our stay.
The only downside was that the beach wasn’t available during weekdays, which was disappointing since we stayed on weekdays and couldn’t enjoy it. However, this didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2024Vi var familie på 3. Vi hadde rom Luxury Seaview Corner, rommet var kjempe stort, full kjøkkenutstyr og fint utsikt. Restauranter i nærheten av hotellet, nærmeste er kun 2 min gå. Gratis transport til shopping mall (kjører hver 30 min). Aktiviteter var ikke så mange som vi trodde (kanskje fordi det var dårlig vær). Men sønnen vår hadde det gøy i svømmebasseng, laser rom og på Habor Land (inne lekeplass). Ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Alt i alt så var vi fornøyde med oppholdet vårt.

I do prefer outside or order food rather than eat in the hotel restaurant. Fortunately, there are good options close enough. However, notice this is my second time in the hotel, perhap not repeating this hotel but indp recommend it. If you have children between 4 to 8 this is a good option. The staff is great by the way.

Reviewed May 5, 2023I like your facilities such as Mini Harbor Land and Onsen that make my family impressed with them. And also I love the facilities in the room; Kitchen, Counter Bar, Microwave, and Refrigerator big size
I would like to share with you that; Have a fly in your restaurant when I had breakfast and lunch. It makes me annoyed but I think it is because you have some open-air area.

Hotel beach is more like a sandbox with no access to sea. Beach in the area is generally rocky.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2021Short staycation. Hotel is very Japanese. But too family oriented so if you are not there with kids better to avoid. Was also surprised that the Onsen was only open in the evenings during weekdays.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2020Great hotel just a couple of comments.... As a serviced apartment complex I would have expected to have access to an iron and ironing board, I was told they didn't have any. Staff were extremely friendly but couldn't order my girlfriend a taxi when she asked, fortunately I have bolt and grab apps. So no major issue.
