Personal zum Teil etwas unflexibel

The warm welcome they gave me...the stuffs are well trained very friendly and welcoming 🙏🏾

What i can say is few of your stuffs can't speak English but it's the management to teach feel words in English coz I saw most of stuffs wanted to speak but it's hard and it's not the fault it's management.most visitors u have in Thailand come from English speaking..coz am at dusit thani hotel but I can't compare with u guys....they have good speaking stuffs but the rooms are outdated since was here in 2010 shame So u see just fix that part the ur good to go. Thank so much hospitality.

Отличный отель с прекрасным соотношением цены и качества! Останавливались здесь во время поездки в Шри Рачу и остались очень довольны. Что понравилось: - Чистые и просторные номера, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть в наличии - Удобные кровати с качественным постельным бельём — отлично высыпались - Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать - Хорошая звукоизоляция, несмотря на расположение рядом с дорогой - Исправно работающий кондиционер и стабильный Wi-Fi по всему отелю - Удобное расположение — рядом много кафе, магазинов и местного колорита - Отличный вид из окна Ванная комната чистая, с горячей водой и хорошим напором. Уборка номеров проводилась регулярно и качественно. Парковка рядом с отелем также стала приятным бонусом. Отдельно хочется отметить дружелюбную атмосферу — чувствуется, что владельцы действительно заботятся о гостях. Отель идеально подойдёт как для командировок, так и для спокойного отдыха. Обязательно остановимся здесь снова при следующем визите в Шри Рачу. Рекомендую!

The only thing that upset me, was the Agoda website, advertised the same room cheaper and Booking.com were not prepared and did not price match, as they claim. THIS IS THOUGH NO FAULT OF THE HOTEL. THIS HOTEL IS EXCEPTIONAL.

The scene from our unit is great, comfy bed and pillows.

Our 2 bedrooms unit is too small for 3 big guys, breakfast is delicious but not much protein choice.

Nothing. I checked out right after check in due to many concerns I had as a solo female traveller.

There was mould on the airconditioning which would cause serious health issues. The location of this hotel is very strange with an open field many cars just standing around, as a woman I did not feel safe here. Pool has no shade. In ghe end I moved to another hotel in Sri Racha and I had a much better time there.

The staff was excellent.

Location. TOTAL WASTE. BEACH WATERS ARE POLLUTED WITH INTENSE FISHERY FARMING LESS THAN 500 meters from the hotel beach and YOU’RE NOT warned “NO SWIMMING” anywhere in the brochure.

This a very modern hotel, 25 floors high, sea front. It has a scenic view of the sea, especially the sunset. The lobby is medium-sized, with sufficient seating areas. There are two restaurants at lobby level, one also acts a coffee shop. There is also a minimart. All rooms are facing the sea. There is also a bar by the seaside. The room booked is a one-bedroom suite, it has a medium size bedroom and a separate small dressing and a hall with sitting area with a sofa, a coffee table and a dining table with two chairs. There is also a small kitchenette in the hall with big fridge and a microwave. There is an electric stove, but it is switched off, so no cooking can be done, there are no cooking utensils anyway, just some cutlery and a few plates and bowels. There is good supply of bottled water and also tea making facility. There is a small balcony with no chairs. The bathroom is medium-sized, there is a fully automatic WC, the shower area has a glass-door partition, there is a separate bath tub and a rain/hand shower with a sitting bench, very convenient. There are sufficient towels and toiletries. The room has many storage cupboards, cabinets and drawers. There is even a shoe cabinet. The bedroom has a big window with a good sea-view. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the hall. Many TV channels but mainly local and Japanese. The washing machine in the suite is a useful addition. The lighting and cooling are very good. The Wi-Fi signal is also strong and reliable. There is a good-sized pool, a sauna, a hot pool and a gym on third floor. The hotel is on the North side of the town, but there is a big mall, Central, a short walk away. There is a good sea side seafood restaurant (Moom Aroi) within walking distance. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the mall and the pier. The staff are very friendly and courteous. There are only two lifts, but not a big deal. The beach is not clean and full of sea weed, not good for swimming.

Very nice location

Very clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The mattress was firm, which we like, and there were dressing gowns, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lovely towels to make us comfortable. The meals we had at the restaurant downstairs were delicious. The staff helped whenever asked. The night market was fabulous, though, as was thr central mall nearby.

The location is not central, and although the hotel provides a great shuttle to the night market, it is hard to wander around, under your own steam, without walking next to a busy highway. The beach is not suitable for swimming in, as it appears to be a major fishing area.The beach is not one you can walk along.

Nice pool with sauna. With parking. The room was alright.

Breakfast wasn't very good, very busy with a number of people in the weekend. Also too busy at the pool areas. Not enough sun beds for everyone. Loud music at the pool.

Nice room&pool view. clean room, comfy bed. microwave, fridge, washing machine are available in side the room. 4 bottles of water. Walking distance to the mall.

The hot water wasn’t working on the first day of the stay. Limited in-building parking spot. The curtain didn’t block all the outside lights.

Prachtig hotel, had een appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Schitterend uitzicht vanaf balkon aan zee. Mooi zwembad.

Alles was perfect. Het enige wat ik kan benoemen als tip: Misschien een stoel op het balkon zetten?

I have stayed for 2 different dates within a week . Both bedrooms which I have stayed have strong smell from the aircon or the curtains . Bought my own air freshener from the mall to clear the smell so I can sleep well . Suggest the hotel to seriously look into it or it will definitely be an issues for other potential guests staying in this hotel .

The view from the balcony and bedroom windows is very beautiful you can see the ocean. The room feels like an apartment, but everything is in good condition.

The staff seemed unwilling to do their job, especially those at the check-in lobby and during breakfast. Some were fine, but most were not friendly. The hotel should improve and provide better staff training.

+ Direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit einem guten Blick auf Koh Loi. + Grundsätzlich sehr höflicher Service. + Frühstück bietet abwechselnde Gerichte. + Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Das ist kein 5-Sterne Hotel, da es an vielen Stellen mangelt, wodurch sich auch meine Unzufriedenheit ausdrückt. - Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht schallisoliert zum Flur. Wenn man im Bett liegt, hört man die Gespräche, die am Flur geführt werden. - Das beworbene King-Size-Bett war in Wirklichkeit ein Queen-Size-Bett. - Der Balkon ist vorhanden, es gibt aber keine Möglichkeit, diesen zu benutzen. - Das Servicepersonal wirkte häufig nicht gut angelernt, wie z.B. Tische beim Abendessen wurden nur teilweise abgeräumt usw. - Frühstück nur bis 10:00 Uhr.

Erniedrigendes Verhalten mir gegenüber, da nach Beschwerde ich teilweise ignoriert wurde und keinesfalls auf Erklärungen weshalb ich so behandelt wurde eingegangen worden ist. Es ist mir ein nichtautorisierter Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht worden welcher schriftlich mir zugesagt wurde dass er retourniert wird am abreisetag jedoch die Rückerstattung auf 45 Tage verlängert wurde, was mich dazu veranlasste via email schriftlich die zust. Rezeptionistin aufzufordern dies umgehend durchführen zu lassen ansonsten ich Strafanzeige erstatten werde.

Rummet var som en lägenhet. Rymlig och fint ihopsatt och med underbar utsikt (våning 21). Poolområdet var nice med bar + matsedel. Gymmet hyfsat välutrustat men lite trångt och saknade helt speglar.

Läget är nära till mall men ändå lite off. Frukosten ok men endast 1 kaffemaskin (som tog sin tid) och äggröra kunde beställas men inget bacon serverades. Stort minus i min bok😋 Personalen verkar lite obekväm och inte så serviceminded som på typ Novotel eller Oakwood. Kan bli betydligt bättre .

Good facility. Large room. Tasty restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very aroi. Nice panoramic view over the area. Friendly staff.

The welcome at the reception was a little bit weird. 20 minutes before check-in time (I understand), but the man at the reception was not so friendly and gave not a very welcome impression.

The facilities are good, sauna, stream room and swimming pool are well-kept.

Super 5 stars hotel. Enjoyable gym and pool

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Stayed before in Sri Racha many times at Oakwood, but enjoyed staying here more as you are at the seafront and still close to the city centre (Central shopping 5min walk, Mum Aroi seafood etc 10 min walk). On the seafront. Parking around the hotel is plentiful. Hotel very modern. Room has everything including TVs, Washing/Dryer machine, kitchen, microwave, Japanese toilet, shower and bath. Bed/pillows very comfortable. All rooms are facing the sea. The view of the bay is always impressive. There's a little bar area just above the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Would I stay again? Definitely. Very reasonably priced for an excellent hotel.

The only negative is the beach area in front of the hotel. Get the staff down there daily and cleanup the rubbish/flotsam (like Mum ARoi do everyday). Have some pride in your beach front!
