Esta en la otra punta con respecto a la estacion de Zermatt. Podrian habilitar transporte o informar de oos buses gratuitos antes de la llegada.

Loved this hotel. I was worried it was a little far to walk as we got a taxi from the station with our cases which cost over 28CHF!! but once we figured out the free buses and the lift down it was very easy. Staff were very nice. Lovely modern bathroom. Again no minibar which would have really improved things. But most importantly the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was awesome!

We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony and view of the Matterhorn with the cable cars going overhead. Big room with separate seating area. All very comfortable.

We saw a bar area on check in but when we arrived back in the early evening it was closed.

We only stayed one night, but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast started early, which was great for us, and the room was really clean. We had a smaller room, so if I was to stay there again I'd just choose a larger one. It was great for what we needed.

The only accommodation I wish was in the room was a small fridge. But that may have been an oversight on our end prior to booking as I'm sure it didn't mention a fridge.

The hotel is well-located with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. A good breakfast.

The room we were in was street facing, 1st floor right above the entry. It was extremely noisy. We did request a room change as we could hardly sleep - it literally felt like we were sleeping on the street. While the staff was willing to change the room it came at an exrra charge of CHF 60 as the room available was only Matterhorn facing. This felt like a money making opportunity. Hence, we refused the offer. Furthermore, the mattress needs to be replaced and pillows are way too soft. Once you lay your head on the pillow, it is almost like the pillow is non-existent. We visit Zermatt frequently and certainly will never return to this property.

The location was great with it being next to the gondola and a great view or Matterhorn during breakfast. Breakfast included a good variety of foods

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Very cramped room and bathroom, view of weedy bank opposite not the mountain view expected, further from train station than expected. We did not get the two separate beds I asked for.

Staff were wonderful - polite, chatty, informative, had dinner great conversations. Location was great, although a bit of a walk from the main centre of Zermatt. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from the hotel garden. Room lovely, lots of wood, bathroom clean.

Not a fan of feather pillows and couldn't find any alternatives in the room. I didn't ask, as not that big of a deal, but would have been nice to have the option of synthetic. Bathroom design a little odd, the shower was underneath the low slant of the ceiling meaning I had to shower with my head tilted! And I'm only 174cm, if you're tall, you'd need a different room.

Excellent breakfast. Pierre and all the staff were friendly and ready to help. Excellent views of the Matterhorn from the hotel. Location is close to the start of all the main hiking trails and very close to the Matterhorn Express if you wish to see your money disappear quicker than in a casino. It's a short walk to the centre of town. The 571 bus runs from near the hotel to the station (or vice versa) and from the bus stop you can take a lift to near the hotel. All important to know when you have heavy luggage!

I would have liked to have coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, which is standard in the UK. Even say a coffee machine somewhere in the common area. Especially desirable as the reception is unstaffed after 8. Bath towels were too small and lightweight.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything was well prepared. It was a great place to stay.

We were told we could call for a shuttle from the train station but when we did it wasn’t available that day. We were able to get through some directions by bus and were ok after that.

Hotel intimista, ótimo café da manhã, a recepcionista é extremamente simpática e prestativa. Está localizado próximo à saída e chegada das gôndolas do Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Não está localizado no centro de Zermatt, porém é possível ir caminhando ou, se preferir, o ponto de ônibus fica a uma curta distância do hotel.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Very close to Glacier Paradise.

Wish there was coffee making facilities- if nit in the room, then somewhere accessible.

Great hotel near the Matterhorn Express Gondola station. We had a suite with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We could walk to the village or catch the free bus which stopped very close

We would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. There was a tour group there 2 days and that group really impacted the breakfast area. I suppose that is to be expected at times in Zermatt.

You HAVE to book the mountain view room. It’s an absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The elevator going up from the bus stop is down for maintenance, and they didn't even give a heads-up! I had to lug my bags all the way up the stairs.

Lovely hosts, offered a free upgrade due to the hotel having a large group leave on the day I arrived, a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Ideal location for me as it was away from the bustle, but easy to take a bus and go in. Incredible view of the matterhorn.

部屋から目の前にマッターホルン。部屋の前に建物がないため、カーテンは開けっ放しで寝た。モルゲンロートが見えた。エアコンがないので夕方部屋に帰ると暑いのが残念だが、暗くなるにつれだんだん冷えてきた。真夏はつらいかも。 ツェルマット駅からはタクシーで32フラン。ホテルからは28フラン。カード利用可。一方通行の影響で金額差あり。 目の前の坂でマッターホルンの写真を撮る人が途切れず。

ポットがないのでお湯が沸かせない。冷蔵庫なし。

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were on the upper floor, where the ceiling is angled, which could be a challenge for a taller person. The shower, too, does not have much height. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. We took a bus from the train station to the hotel and into the main part of Zermatt, as the hotel is not in the center of the town. It is very close to the cable cars that go to the Glacier Paradise.

住宿有浴缸，而且員工服務態度很好，早上走出住宿到旁邊的小路就可以看到日照金山，吃早飯就可以看到馬特洪峰

門口沒有無障礙設施，拖着28寸大箱子要走又大又寬樓梯太約5-6級有點辛苦

Hair dryer did not work, not possible to get drinks at night.

The location and view was amazing. The staff was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast and we used the spa area which seems brand new and was very well done!

The bathroom ceiling was the roofline of the building and unfortunately it made it very difficult to shower since I could not stand up. I am 6’ tall.
