Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The accommodation is about 1 km from the train station with a steep walk up, so walking is not recommended if you have heavy luggage. Luggage storage is available. The staff are lovely and friendly, offering travel tips and helping us book a taxi for an early morning pickup to catch our train. They also prepared a packed breakfast for us because of our early departure. The room is clean, quiet, and larger than expected. All amenities are fully provided as described.

eine absolute Frechheit war die Taxifahrt vom Bahnhof zum Hotel das der Taxameter vor der Abfahrt auf 15 .-CHF gestellt wurde und wir somit knapp 27.-CHF bezahlt haben,das ist Abzocke am Gast ,das darf nicht sein. In Deutschland arbeitet das Taxameter ab Abfahrt bei Null

Ontbijt niet uitgebreid, geen koffieapparaat maar ouderwets. Voor thee moeten je ook apart vragen, eerste dag was ober die attend was maar 2e dag was niemand daar moets lang wachten voor bakkie thee

キッチン(冷蔵庫)の使用時間が8:00-21:00だったので、早朝から登山で出掛ける場合、冷蔵庫に入れておくことが出来ません。

No one was there to check us in at 3:00pm no one showed up until 3:15 (it said the desk was staffed from 3-8pm). We had to leave in the morning at 8:30. We went to check out at 8am and no one showed up to help us until 8:15.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Berge, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das ganze Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wir konnten uns für die Weiterfahrt gut stärken Da das Hotel etwas abseits vom Bahnhof liegt und man nicht so gut zu Fuss sein sollte, bietet das Hotel einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttle an. Wir sind gelaufen und konnten dabei noch einiges von Zermatt sehen

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026受付から掃除のスタッフさんまでスタッフさん達の人柄がとても良くて心地よかった。 日中にホテルに帰ってきたときにロビーや広々とした庭が心地よくとても落ち着いた。 どの部屋にもベランダがあり景色も悪くないので、日中部屋に帰ることの多かった私たちには心地よかった。
スイス旅行では若い人達や私たちのように貧乏旅行者はスーパーで買い物をして夕食にすることがあるのでキッチンはありがたいが、お盆があれば部屋でゆっくり食べることができるのにと思った。

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Quaint property and lovely staff. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. We also enjoyed the gardens to relax, and there was a fountain right outside to fill up our waters. They also made a great dinner recommendation for us.
It was just a bit far from the train station to carry our luggage once we had our luggage in the room moving around town was much more manageable.

No kettle in the room. Ventilation in the bathroom did not work at all. Small breakfast area, not well equipped (no coffee/tea machine in the room - someone asks you what you want to drink and he brings it, which is quite unusuall for Swiss hotels), breakfast choice was very limited and looked cheap. Hair dryer was really weak - takes forever to dry hair.

It is a walk from the train station, but all the hotels are a walk. I also loved that it had a full gym. That was a little surprise. Our room was so comfortable. We had a balcony and lots of extra space. The bed was so comfortable.
Needed a few more electrical plugs.

住宿有電梯仍需步上頂樓，拿著大行李有點吃力！

Reviewed May 30, 2026Nice room. Had laundry facilities and you could hang your clothes to dry on balcony. It was quiet and had nice outside areas. Breakfast was good.

A reggelit fel lehetne dobni egy kicsit. Pl. Csak hosszú kávé van, ami szerintem már nem elegendő választási lehetőség a mai világban.
