Spiaggia praticamente inesistente e di difficile accesso, i lettini in piscina dovevano essere "conquistati". Comunque ottima struttura.

Puiki vieta beveik ant jūros kranto. Švarus vanduo jūroje, puikūs didesnis ir mažesnis baseinai prie viešbučio. Numeris su baseinu, ypač jei kitoj pusėj pagrindinio tako, puikus. Maistas skanus, šviežias, daug daržovių, pusryčiai galėtų būti įvairesni. Paslaugus personalas - padėjo greitai ir maloniai. Atvykus anksčiau buvo kur palikti lagaminus, išvykstant buvo sudaryta galimybė pavalgyti lengvus pusryčius. Viešbučio teritorija didelė, su daug prižiūrėtų augalų, bet numeriai išsidėstę tolygiai, triukšmo nesigirdi. Miestą galima pasiekti per 20 min. pėščiomis. Puiki vieta ramiam ir kokybiškam poilsiui.

Tik smulkmenos. Prie didžiojo baseino neįmanoma gauti vietos, nes visą laiką, nors niekas neguli, vietos būna rezervuotos rankšluosčiais. Net jei nori porą valandų pailsėti prie baseino, negali to padaryti. Ant krėslų kojų kambariuose galėtų būti paminkštinimai, nes labai girdisi, kai stumdo kituose kambariuose. Šaldytuvas garsiai ūžė - naktį tekdavo išjungti. Baseino laipteliai numeryje silpnai laikėsi ir judėjo lipant. Manau, kad šie dalykai lengvai pataisomi.

We had a wonderful stay at Hersonissos Maris and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and in a fantastic location, with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. Everything was clean and well looked after, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Their kindness really made our stay even more special. We enjoyed the food, the beautiful surroundings and especially the peaceful atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday in Crete. A big thank you to everyone at Hersonissos Maris for making our stay so memorable.

Excelente resort. Una experience extremadamente satisfactoria. El resort es muy bonito, bien ubicado, y ofrece todo tipo de comodidades. El personal es de primer nivel, la comida variada, y el salón muy ordenado. El complejo es excelente para ir a descansar en tiempo de vacaciones. Volvería definitivamente.

Lo único que podría mejorar es el jugo y el café del desayuno. Yo estaría dispuesto a pagar un poco más por tener jugo verdadero y café de grano. Pero son detalles. Todo excelente y 100% recomendable.

Die Unterkunft und die ganze Anlage war wunderschön. So liebevoll mit grün, Blumen und Bäumen gestaltet und mit den Pools bei der Rezeption als auch direkt am Zimmer sehr schön gemacht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden und hatten die ganze Zeit über einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es wurde auch gern weiter geholfen wenn Fragen waren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gute Lage.

The food was great. Different dishes every day and each dish is amazing. The territory is not big but this is a benefit. The beach is very close and it looks private, not many people there. Stuff is very friendly and pleasant. Amazing for a vacation.

The hotel may be a little old but it looks cared for. AC was the only thing to improve: it's working but not possible to regulate.

The service, the price and the food, the proximity to the sea, in short, everything was good.

I love this Hotel !! Is got the best position in all Greece and the Most Clear Sea Water in the little Bay than Maldives which i was last year at Hilton AMINGIRI . The Palms shading the Beach are Spectacular !! The Iron Ore Stones give the Clarity of the Water and vv warm 37c ! But the most fantastic are the Botanical Gardens is set the Hotel in !!! Amazing tropical Palms , Cactuses , Aloe Vete 2m Diameter and Passion Pructs Oranges and Mandarins Al secular Olive trees in abundance !! Not to mention Buganbillea high as a town house !! Is built like a Hotel with 2 Pools but also interior Courtyards , Cscsstle arcades in stone and 7 Town Houses got their own Pools !! With the Names from Greek Gods ! The Breackfast and Dinners are very goof Greek Cuisine and George superb Matre D’Hotel oversees all Tables and goes to the Table with you like in old style nice restaurants !! On the Beach is a Pergola also own by the Hotel serving you all day with Food and Drink in a fantastic Position to look all day at the Beautiful Christal Water ! Like Paradise !! HOTEL IS VERY NICE FURNISH IN HALLWAYS ALLWAUS PLAYING JAZZ BEATLES SAXOPHONE MUSIC WITH ALL WINDOWS OPEN TO SED THE GARDENS AND GENTLE BREESE ON THE TERASSE . The most amazing thing about HERSONISDOS MSRIS IS THAT LOOKS REMPTY AND AIRY but 90% Full !! Got a Shop with everything and a Post Box and Toilets and Shower Room downstairs to go during a day after swimming ! Personnel very friendly and Good Big rooms allways with a Balcony or Terrace overlooking this AMAZING BOTANICAL GARDEN !! We came from England and think this Garden is absolut enchanting !! This is the Third Time at Hersonissos Maris and i think is best place in all Greece bc. Of the Giant Oasis of Palms overshadowing the small Beach I can definitely say that is very quiet place near lively Hersonissos Town ! I my opinion is the second beautiful place after Maldive last year ! Bc. Of the Fantastic Sea Water Clarity the Big Ossis Palms and botanical Gardens

Het ontvangst in het hotel was geweldig. De dame aan de balie verstaat haar vak en spreekt vloeiend en zeer indrukwekkend vele talen. Een vroege check-in was mogelijk en daarmee een extra warm welkom. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! De locatie is perfect en direct aan het strand. Al met al een perfecte service met specifiek ook heel veel dank aan Front Office & Reservations Manager Nikos!!

The location is great (very private and away from the main street traffic), and the cleaner housekeeping is excellent. The hotel could use a little revamp and refreshing, but for the price, it is more than enough. It has the most astonishing views, a beautiful restaurant, and a private turquoise beach I ve ever seen. The dinner buffet is very tasty, although the cold section could use some improvement. The prices for drinks and items in the hotel shop are also very affordable. The two ladies at the front desk are both very pleasant to speak to (they speak so many languages so much admiration for that)and extremely professional. I highly recommend this hotel! You won't be deceived.

Breakfast could be much better. The quality of the cheese especially is poor for a country that is known best for their feta, there isn't much variety, and the selection is almost the same every day. The beds are also quite small and feel more like children's beds. They were not very comfortable and were too small for adults. There should be stricter rules regarding towel reservations at the pool. Many guests reserve sun loungers by leaving their towels on them for more than two hours without actually using the pool, which makes it difficult for other guests to find a place. I was also a little disappointed with the way the reception handled the complimentary spa massage voucher. We were not told that we only had two days to use it. When I called the spa to make a rsv the 3rd day, I was simply told I missed out on it + "You have to read, madam." When someone receives a complimentary spa voucher, they don't necessarily think to read all the conditions, especially when it is presented as a gift. I believe reception should clearly explain any important restrictions or deadlines verbally when giving the voucher. Just constructive feedback: The photographer needs to improve the way he takes photos or improve the set up if he wants people to buy his pictures. Photos were too dark ('contre jour' most probably) and not nice overall, I just printed via our iPhone pictures look much nicer. He could also propose to give us the picture in a nice 'crete souvenir' frame or something to make people buy it. But overall it was still an amazing experience! Such a great hotel

J’y viens depuis 25 ans avec toujours le même plaisir 😊 Le personnel est adorable (je suis très triste que le maître d’hôtel/chef de salle parte à la pension 😢). L’emplacement est divin, la nourriture super bonne et variée

Localization impeccable… zone calme mais très près du centre. Plage juste en face ce qui nous a permis même à faire des petits bains de minuit. Personnelle très gentil !

Tout était assez bien par rapport au prix. Mais une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre aurait été un plus.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, bien situé à proximité de la plage. La piscine est très agréable et le restaurant est également de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est professionnel, accueillant et à la hauteur. En revanche, les chambres mériteraient d’être modernisées. Les réfrigérateurs et les systèmes de climatisation sont assez anciens, et les salles de bain auraient besoin d’une rénovation. Il serait également souhaitable de mieux équiper les chambres. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour, avec un excellent emplacement et un personnel de qualité. Avec une rénovation et une modernisation des chambres, l’hôtel pourrait être encore meilleur.

Alla reception nessuno parla italiano quindi si fa fatica a capirsi se un ospite non conosce altre lingue. La distanza dal centro a piedi è di circa 20 minuti, non poca, quindi non è proprio centrale come indicato su Booking. Il mare però è stupendo davanti all hotel.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, abends zauberhaft beleuchtet, schmackhaftes Essen, reichlich Auswahl, freundliches Personal.

Die Rezeption müsste zu Stoßzeiten mit mindestens zwei Personen besetzt werden.

L hotel è in una posizione ottimale per il mare e anche per le passeggiate in centro. Ottima la colazione e cena a buffet, con tanta varietà Tutto molto buono. Pulizia delle camere giornaliera con cambio di asciugamani. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

L unica cosa da migliorare, la pulizia delle camere a volte avveniva tardi . A volte dopo le 13.

Le site est formidable pour du snorkeling (rochers, eau claire, nombreux poissons). Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. La nourriture est bien cuisinée et variée. Hôtel à taille humaine, sans trop de monde. Petit parking privé pour garer une voiture de location. Offre de massages.

Absence de personnel aux 2 piscines pour la sécurité et gérer le comportement abusif des clients qui s'attribuent un transat tôt le matin en y déposant une serviette. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter autant que nous aurions voulu. Au restaurant, les boissons sont parfois servies tardivement.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, ben organizzata e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare va allo staff per l’attenzione dimostrata nei confronti di mia moglie, che ha problemi di mobilità. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera in una zona non servita dall’ascensore, ma, dopo aver segnalato la difficoltà, il personale ha subito trovato una soluzione spostandoci in una camera facilmente raggiungibile con l’ascensore. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la rapidità con cui è stato risolto il problema. Un gesto di attenzione che ha reso il nostro soggiorno decisamente più confortevole. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva e struttura che consigliamo

Bel hôtel bien placé et éloigné du centre très animé. Belle crique en contrebas de l'hôtel. Nourriture correcte et serveurs aimables. Le parking est un plus. On a été surclassé et on a eu une piscine privative

Pas beaucoup de place pour poser sa serviette à la plage. Les transats de la piscine sont pris d'assaut le matin de bonne heure et les gens partent à la plage en laissant leurs serviettes sur les transats. Le restaurant est un peu bruyant

Csodálatos a kert a növények és nagyon rendezett. Már korán reggel takarítják a járdát.

המיקום מחוץ לעיר אך במרחק קצר ממנה. המלון שוכן בקרבת חוף הים. למלון מגוון חדרים ובניהם חדרי סטודיו וחדרים עם בריכה צמודה. יש למלון שתי בריכות שחיה. יש במלון אך ורק חצי פנסיון. בחדר האוכל יש מבחר גדול של אוכל ובכל פעם שמתרוקן ממלאים כך שאף פעם לא יחסר. ליד המלון יש מסעדה ששייכת למלון שנמצאת ממש על קו החוף. נותני השירות מקבלת הפנים על ידי פקידת הקבלה דרך מנהל חדר האוכל ושאר העובדים תמיד עם חיוך ועם רצון לסייע בכל דבר.

La dificultad de llegar desde el aeropuerto. Si no vas en taxi que cuesta 45 a 50 euros, tienes que buscar un bus que te deja a 25 minutos a pie para llegar. A diferencia de otros hoteles no ofrece un transporte shuttle.

La struttura si trova in una baia molto caratterizzata da cale molto carine, piscine a disposizione con dei bei lettini, colazione variegata così come la cena, lo chef in sala molto simpatico ci trovava sempre dei tavoli carini per la cena vista piscina-mare, il cambio asciugamani veniva eseguito gratuito tutti i giorni, camere piccole ma carine ed alcune con vista e piscina pvt, le camere andavano pulite tutti i giorni., staff cordiale ti aiutavano a portare le valigie in camera e poi quando te ne andavi.

Camera distante dalla hall principale, bagno con lo scarico poco funzionante si faceva fatica con l acqua perché veniva il getto ed è andava. Orario della cena solo fino alle ore 21:00, l animazione inesistente solo due show in una settimana, hotel datato soprattutto i bagni di cortesia.

Очень хорошая гостиница, тихое место, близко к игре, обслуживание супер, на ресепшене Марина очень помогала, отвечала на все вопросы. Хорошее спа. Вылет был ранний, очень порадовало что у нас был ранний завтрак ресторан был открыт только для нас .

Понравилось всё. Очень тихое место, для тех кто хочет отдохнуть просто супер. Пляж рядом, два бассейна, еда отличная , есть стоянка для машины что очень важно для Крита,. Номера убираются каждый день, полотенца и постельное бельё меняется каждый день.. Марина на ресепшене просто супер. Спасибо огромное всему персоналу за хороший отпуск.

Sono 3 anni che prenoto qui per mia madre e mio padre 70enni. Ogni volta che vengono via, e tornano, ne decantano tutto: cibo, pulizia, cortesia, posizione, mare.... e ovviamente non vedono l'ora di tornarci

Pool shared with 4 other rooms is excellent and is better for swimming than the more expensive tiny individual pools. Room was pleasant. I find it difficult to rate the location: it is a long way from buses but OK if you have access to other transport to get to Heraklion museums and other touristic sites. Buffet service for meals offers good flexibility - although may have to queue if not part of a group reservation. Food is good, but as a vegetarian I found that the labels on dishes did not always make clear which contained meat or fish products, and I was always having to request clarification from staff.

I sustained an injury due to hitting my forehead on a very low balcony (while trying to avoid an abnormally large puddle in the main internal path after a freak storm). I am not exceptionally tall and a tall person would probably have broken their nose! The hotel should have put blockages such as plant pots at ground level under the balcony to prevent this kind of accident, as such a low balcony is not what anyone would expect. Their response to my accident report suggested that they had not visited the location, as it indicated the situation had been misunderstood (despite photos being sent) and gave me no confidence that the problem would be rectified before the next season. The shared pool, although generally an excellent feature, could benefit from some attention to the stability of the entry ladders. (Although it was not very difficult to jump in and haul myself out without using ladders, this might indeed be difficult for some people.) The time limits on usage of the pool seemed unnecessarily limiting: the evening deadline was long before sunset even in April when I visited.

everything was awesome: pools, food, staff. The room was big, had a long shared pool w other 4 rooms although we rarely saw other guests there so we really had a good time... be careful bc the floor outside the pool is very slippery!

very little things to do at night, i get they have mainly elderly people as guests, however it would be nice offering some services like music at the bar every night, or maybe traditional greek dancers that would provide a new experience and good memories to guests

Il condizionatore nella camera 439 andrebbe riparato o sostituito. Purtroppo non raffreddava abbastanza. Non ho gradito la circolazione di gatti randagi nel ristorante.

Hotel znajduje się blisko linii nalotów samolotów więc są słyszalne. Niektórym może przeszkadzać. Przy zamkniętych oknach nie słychać. W 2027 ma być uruchomione nowe lotnisko więc i ten problem zniknie.

The hotel is great. Very clean, nice staff, pool is great and the proximity to 2-3 beaches is amazing.

A big plus would be to have kids playground somewhere at the hotel. We’ve missed this an we think it would be a nice addition to the existing facilities.

Spiaggia davanti alla struttura, molto piccola ma molto bella, anche lo snack bar, bellissima vista, un po' scarso invece la qualità della parte food

Abbiamo pagato un supplemento per portarci le racchette da tennis, pagato una struttura di oltre il 20% in più per aver la possibilità di giocare a tennis e il campo era veramente impraticabile, forse va bene per qualche bambina che iniza a giocare ora, ma non per due adulti che giocano da anni. Il campo aveva dei solchi che lo rendevano impraticabile. Veramente deluso da questa parte, Credo che non dovrebbero metterlo nelle attività proposte (oltretutto a pagamento) se poi non c'è manutenzione.

Отношение к гостям шикарное, приехали рано утром-ожидали заселения на удобных диванчиках, выезжали поздно вечером, выселились, но нам разрешено было пользоваться бассейнами и лежаками, потом помыться в душе перед отъездом. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Ужины - просто обжираловка, разнообразие морепродуктов, салатов, фруктов, мороженное…Большая, ухоженная, красивая территория. Касательно пляжа - здесь он лучший на побережье, чистенькая и прозрачная водичка, ездили на авто и специально сравнивали. Однозначно рекомендую!

Asukoht oli hea. Ca 500m kaugusel hotellist liivarand. Tuba koristati iga päev, ka voodipesu vahetati. Söögid maitsvad, valik rikkalik. Õhtusöögil oli alati kala, liha ja muud valikuid, salateid mitmeid. Magus lett oli ka mitmekesine, saadaval ka puviljad ja jäätis. Bussipeatus u 20 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel, sama kaugel ka keskus poodidega.

Restorani ukse taha tekkis õhtusöögil järjekord, sest laudu oli vähem kui külastajaid. Hotelli pakutavate teenuste nimekirjas oli ka hamam, kuid sel hetkel see ei töötanud.

Чудовий готель, такий зелений оазис, все чисто, привітний персонал. На рецепшені дуже приємна дівчина Маріна, яка розмовляє англійською, німецькою, російською мовами, завжди допомагала. Через дорогу від готеля море. Поряд є невеличкі пляжі. Смачні і різноманітні вечері. Вид на море з басейну неймовірний.

Нас було 12 чоловік і нам, нажаль, не змогли надати один стіл на нашу родину. Але нас посадили поряд (2 столи по 6 чоловік), дякую. Беріть з собою засоби від комарів, бо їх було багато. Слабо працював кондиціонер) На басейні завжди був тихий час у молоді віком 70+, тобто трохи пошуміти можно було лише на пляжі)

Το τηλέφωνο της μπανιέρας δεν λειτουργούσε και το δωμάτιο χρήζει ανακαίνισης! Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα νερό στο ψυγείο και ενώ υπήρχε βραστήρας και κούπες του καφέ δεν υπήρχαν ούτε φακελάκια του καφέ!

Anstehenden vor dem Speisesaal vor dem Abendessen. Es waren zuviel Menschen die gemeinsam zum Essen wollten. Wegen schlechten Wetters konnte die Terrasse nicht genutzt werden und der Innenbereich war zu klein. Das Personal überfordert und die Gäste verärgert. Man könnte das Problem durch 2 Essenssitzungen lösen...

Schlangestehen vor dem Lokal beim dinner.man hat vergessen die Ausweise zurückzugeben.

Labai jaukus ir gražus graikiško stiliaus viešbutukas. Atvykome pačioje sezono pradžioje, tad gavome kambarį ne su daliniu vaizdu į jūrą, o priešais jūrą, su didžiuliu saulėtu balkonu. Kambarį tvarkė kas dieną, lovos patogios, personalas malonus, maistas labai skanus. Turėjom pusryčius ir vakarienes. Visko užteko, vakarienes keisdavo, pusryčiai kas rytą beveik tie patys. Nemokama automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė buvo didelis privalus, nors ir ji prisipildydavo. Šalia keli nedideli, bet labai jaukūs pliažiukai. Truputį paėjus yra dideli pliažai.

Kadangi buvo sezono pradžia, balandžio pradžioje baseinas ledinis. Maudytis neišdrįsau. Galėtų būti šildomas baseinas. Kambarys tamsus, niūrus, baldai jau pasenę, reikėtų remonto.

Le manque de place pour se garer. Malgré le petit parking gratuit supplémentaire.

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel au calme et face à la mer. Notre chambre était très propre et nous avions une piscine privative partagée. Le personnel et très agréable et arrangeant. Le buffet est très complet, varié et très bon. On a même eu du pain sans gluten sur demande. Les boissons sont payantes au restaurant mais ne sont pas très chères (2,5 euros la grande bouteille d’eau, 8 euros la demi bouteille de vin que nous pouvons conserver pour le lendemain) Nous avons apprécié le tennis (6 euros/h), et le billard (3 euros/h), et la salle de sport.

Nous avons trouvé que le tennis, la salle de sport et le billard n’était pas en très bon état mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé comme notre séjour n’était pas très cher. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel propre et très agréable face à la mer. Le personnel est très sympathique, aimable et serviable. On y a très bien mangé et avons apprécié le calme en cette période. Nous avons également loué une voiture en passant par l'accueil qui nous a très bien renseigné et le véhicule nous a été déposé dans les 15mn.

The food was excellent buffet style with many options and very well cooked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room with shared pool was fantastic. The property in general was very attractive and well maintained.

The plumbing was a little noisy.

Атмосфера, уют, тишина, комфортные домики, красота, вкусная еда, отличные бассейны, пляж в нескольких секундах от бассейна, котиков много на территории, что огромный плюс! Отдых был комфортным, спокойным. Полный релакс.

тренажерный зал не работал, дочка хотела, но лично для меня это не было проблемой.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was geweldig, je had het gevoel rond te lopen in een gezellig dorpje aan de zee - ipv een resort, met toch de faciliteiten van een resort. Ik zou opnieuw gaan, zonder twijfel!

De locatie was top! Rustige ligging, maar toch dicht genoeg bij het centrum. De kamers waren ruim voldoende, en door de ligging is er absoluut geen nachtlawaai. Het eten was lekker. Dit hotel is naar mijn mening ideaal als je een rustige vakantie wilt hebben, waarbij toch alle faciliteiten op een loopafstand beschikbaar zijn.

Eigenlijk weinig tot geen negatieve punten.

Убирали чисто, но забывали иногда, что в номере 3 человека и надо 3 полотенца. А также нашли один раз на кровати ноготь и волосы горничной.

Virkelig hyggeligt hotel, men god beliggenhed, hyggelige poolområder, vindunderlig strandbar og den skønneste lille bugt med strand / klipper.

Flere større chartergrupper, som tager lidt af charmen af det ellers virkelig fine sted. Værelserne af ældre dato.
