Bagno troppo piccolo per 3 persone, lavandino minuscolo quasi nn si riusciva a lavarsi. Niente ascensore.

Jedyne co to bardzo mała łazienka. A przez drzwi łamane, otwierające sie to srodka zajmowały jeszcze wiecej miejsca wiec osoby "wieksze" miały być tam duży problem.

The café staff were extremely rude; they were very abrasive toward me and another guest. We were within the scheduled hours; I arrived first and managed to get a plate and eat some dry bread—with nothing on it—and a coffee. The other gentleman didn't eat anything at all. It was very embarrassing.

The smell in the room, the sink had no plug and the smell of the pipes filled the room. the heat of the room, a fan would have blown hot air around the room and give you a dry throat. no kettle in the room and the size, it was a glorified box. Compared to my friends room which was twice the size for the same price

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit den einzigen Steckdosen am Bett. Im ( immerhin neu renovierten ) Bad hing der einzige Spiegel, es gab aber keine einzige Steckdose für den Föhn / Rasierer.

Lage,Lage, Lage Die Ausstattung und jeden Tag wurde gereinigt, Müll geleert und frische Handtücher ausgelegt.

Selbst die Hauptstraße in Hammersmith ist sehr laut. Keine Klimaanlage.

The location to the tube was good. The bed was reasonably comfy.

The room was for two people but only one mug. There was a contact lens stuck on the wall from a previous guest. The shelf in the bathroom was broken, as was the handle of the drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom light was not secured. No fire safety information in the room. Only one pillow on each bed and it was very flat. No mirror in the bedroom

L'emplacement juste devant la station de bus pour le retour. La literie était confortable. C'est vrai que l'hôtel était en travaux mais les espaces restaient propres.

Je sais que nous sommes sur une saison estivale un peu particulière du aux fortes chaleurs donc il serait mieux d'équiper de vrais ventilateurs surtout pour une chambre de 3 personnes.

This is the second time I’ve chosen to stay at Hotel 65; I had such a good experience the first time that I brought my family along this year! We stayed in a beautiful, spacious, and spotless room in a newly renovated building. The location is excellent—close to the bus stop for Shepherd's Bush station, yet the station is also easily accessible on foot. The area is lovely and well-connected; we enjoyed taking evening strolls there simply because the neighborhood is so nice. Plus, Holland Park and Notting Hill are easily reachable by either walking or public transport. All in all, it’s always a pleasure to return to Hotel 65; the staff are welcoming, kind, helpful, and patient. It has become my favorite hotel in London! I’ll certainly be back soon!

The only downside is the lack of surfaces or shelves in the bathroom. A shelf in the shower, in particular, would have been convenient.

I stayed with my partner and child in a triple room. The location was excellent, within 10 minutes walk of both Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush. The room was clean/comfortable and the shower was pleasantly powerful. The staff members were friendly and very helpful any time we interacted with them, e.g. for check-in and breakfast.

The room was extremely hot due to the current weather - this can't really be helped but a fan or similar would have been useful. Breakfast was filling and tasty, but non-dairy options were minimal and it felt a little awkward, although that's likely because there were hardly any other people eating there at the time (so it was very quiet).

Siamo stati in questo hotel 3 giorni. Un po’ fuori dal centro ma con i mezzi ci si arriva comodamente e per il prezzo che ha ne vale la pena. La stanza era un po’ datata ma pulita e il ragazzo della reception è stato anche gentile a fornirci l’adattatore per le prese che avevo purtroppo dimenticato. Il quartiere è tranquillo e super caratteristico! Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

La stanza era nuovissima e spaziosa, il bagno comodo. Zona bella e tranquilla, con ottima scelta dei mezzi pubblici, fermata del bus proprio davanti all'Hotel, diverse linee metro per poter raggiungere ogni parte della città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona e varia, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out se si deve partire nel pomeriggio e non si vuole portarsi dietro le valigie.

In stanza mancava l'armadio, e i cuscini per noi troppo bassi, avrei aggiunto una mensola porta oggetti nel bagno, ma sono dettagli....

Colazione scarsa, pochi asciugamani e non sempre puliti, idem lenzuola. Troppo caos la notte.

It was blazing hot while I was there and the absence of airconditioning rather overshadowed the property's advantages. I think it badly lacked a common room. The breakfast room was not inviting.

They set me up in a different property than the one listed. The bathroom was much smaller than advertised. Not suitable room during a heatwave. Had to wait a day and a half to get towels in my room.

Uczynny, życzliwy, uśmiechnięty i szybki w działaniu personel, zwłaszcza żeński. Czysto. W maleńkim 1-osobowym pokoju nie było szafy ale bardzo dużo wieszaków ubraniowych, co w zupełności wystarczalo. Łazienka choć mała to wygodna, z miejscm na kosmetyki. Pokoik nie od strony ulicy, na najwyższej kondygnacji, więc było cicho i spokojnie. Hotel mądrze rozdziela zorganizowane grupy młodzieży od innych osób podróżujących. Zaskakująco obfite śniadania, na ciepło i zimno, w tym surowe warzywa (pomidory, papryki, ogórki, oliwki) i owoce. Wszystko czysto przygotowane - żadnych kłopotów żołądkowych choć upały 33 stopnie Celsjusza. Dostępne żelazko i przejściówka do gniazdka. Lokalizacja to dodatkowy atut tego hotelu.

Bardzo brakowało mi drugiego ręcznika; jeden, choć niemały, nie jest wystarczający. Wentylator powinien być dostępny dla każdego pokoju, a nie "kto pierwszy ten lepszy". Możliwość przechowywania bagażu, tyle że bez zabezpieczonia (w ogólnodostępnym pomieszczeniu). Brak klimatyzacji i windy, ale tego trudno wymagać od hotelu **.

1 - A cama de casal parece que ia desmontar a qualquer momento, fazia um barulho horrível. 2 - O box do banheiro não tinha porta, após o banho o banheiro ficava todo molhado. 3 - O carpete não era aspirado diariamente, o quarto acumulava muita poeira, situação muito ruim pra quem tem alergia respiratória. 4 - A tv era antiga, não pegava Youtube. 5 - O quarto era muito quente, no verão de Londres não aconselho ficar nele.

La posizione è ottima, l'hotel si trova vicino a diverse fermate della Metropolitana di Londra e questo permette di usufruire di varie linee di trasportro: Circle, Central, Piccadilly e District. Il personale è cordiale.

L'Hotel ha alcuni problemi. Noi siamo molto spartani e per noi non è complicato adeguarsi, ma alcune cose ci hanno messo un po' in difficoltà. La prima stanza che abbiamo avuto aveva dei gocciolamenti dal soffitto del bagno provenienti dal bagno di sopra, abbiamo così cambiato stanza, ma la seconda stanza aveva qualche problema con l'acqua calda. Onestamente il raporto coi prezzi londinesi è molto buono, ma avrei preferito spendere qualcosa in più se avessi saputo di queste difficoltà.

Fui em meados de junho. Os quartos não tem ar-condicionado. Peguei alguns dias frios no início mas nos dois últimos dias a cidade esquentou. O ventilador do quarto não deu conta, dormi num calor forte.

Adekwatny stosunek jakości do ceny. Miejsce bardzo przystępne, ale spełniało wszystkie wymagania. Personel sympatyczny i pomocny - bez problemu doniósł dodatkową poduszkę do pokoju i umożliwił zostawienie bagażu do czasu wylotu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i pościel. W pokoju mini lodówka, czajnik, szklanki, suszarka do włosów i ręczniki. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna. Blisko spacerem do dwóch stacji metra, naprzeciwko pełno kawiarni i sklepy. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Ciężko szukać minusów na siłę, ale w łazience brak drzwi do prysznica był nieco uciążliwy.

Great experience for my first solo trip to London! The room was small but very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was amazing—they even helped me find my phone after I lost it on a bus. Highly recommended for their outstanding hospitality!

The windows could be opened a bit wider during warm weather.

Camera che non è valsa sicuramente il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, siamo finite nel seminterrato che era umido e ci ha fatto ammalare. In bagno c’era la muffa nera, non c’erano finestre e neanche una ventola quindi la stanza che era già umida quando usavamo il bagno lo diventava ancora di più e non c’era modo di far uscire il vapore. Avevamo un asciugamano a testa e ce li hanno cambiati soltanto una volta in quattro giorni di soggiorno. Non ci aspettavamo sicuramente un servizio da quattro stelle, però neanche di questo tipo, visto il prezzo comunque che costa la struttura.

La cortesia e disponibilità dello staff anche nel gestire una situazione di emergenza (improvviso problema di salute). La pulizia della camera (tutti i giorni passavano a pulire, cambiare asciugamani e rifornire i saponi). Le dimensioni della camera molto generose. Collocazione: ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e bar e ristoranti vicinissimi.

Bonne amplacement. Parmis tous les hôtels de londres il fait parti des seuls qui est propre, pas de moisissure, pas d humidité, bien entretenu... Un arrêt de bus juste au pied de l hotel avec une superbe boulangerie... l un des meilleurs hotel.

Hotel molto semplice che ho usato come appoggio durante il mio soggiorno a Londra, niente di speciale ma almeno pulito. All'interno della camera e del bagno non ci sono molte cose, ad esempio il phon dovevi richiederlo alla reception ed il termosifone non funzionava. Ma per il prezzo e la sorprendente pulizia il giudizio è positivo.

I servizi sono molto limitati, l'hotel dovrebbe essere piu attrezzato e alla recaption dovrebbero dare piu indicazioni su cosa manca in camera e come reperirlo.

Ho trovato l'albergo molto tipico, accogliente, famigliare e confortevole. Sono stati tutti molto disponibili e cordiali. Ho scelto questo albergo perché era davvero vicino alla struttura in cui dovevo recarmi, ma anche il quartiere è molto vivo, confortevole, pieno di negozi, vicino alla metropolitana, a diversi supermercati.

Aggiungerei solo almeno un gancio per l'asciugamano in bagno.

No air conditioning - although the desk fan and mini-fridge were highly appreciated.

Great location. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Fridge with a small freezer was essential for our visit due to the UK experiencing a heatwave.

Lack of air con. This is not something I generally need when travelling in the UK but it was 34°c and the room was extremely warm. I was lucky I brought a small fan with me. Without it it would have been unbearable. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Non posso esprimere giudizio per l’inverno ma ho soggiornato in estate e li sconsiglio! Stanza senza frigo, senza ventilatore, senza climatizzatore. Una finestra senza ventilazione perché affacciava in un cortile con mura alte. La receptionista accogliente e sempre disponibile, mentre le donne delle pulizie prima mi hanno invitato ad uscire dalla stanza per pulire e poi se la sono svignata perché ero uscito subito dopo il loro invito ma al ritorno la stabza era sporca, senza cambiare le asciugamani e senza carta igienica

Pulizia inesistente, letti non rifatti, i rifiuti nel cestino non venivano svuotati, aria condizionata assente, nessuna possibilità di appendere vestiti, stanza piccolissima a livello sottostrada.

La stanza non era dotata di condizionatori. Le temperature alte di questi giorni hanno reso la camera un piccolo forno. Siamo stati forniti di un ventilatore ma è servito a poco.

Hotel hat eine super Lage! Das Personal war super freundlich! Perfekt wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und nur was zum schlafen braucht!

Wir waren leider während der Hitzewelle da und konnten erst in der dritten von vier Nächten einen Ventilator uns glück war das wir in der untersten Etage waren! Leider ist die Dusche offen und egal wie vorsichtig man ist ist das Bad nach 3 Personen komplett nass! Und am letzten Tag haben wir entdeckt das auf einen der Bettkästen Schimmel war leider konnten man das Fenster nur 10cm zum Lüften….

Emplacement à 15min à pied de deux grandes stations de métro, qui permettent d'accéder facilement au centre-ville. Personnel très agréable, chambre propre et spacieuse. Salle de bain assez petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Présence d'un petit frigo, d'une bouilloire et d'un lavabo. Quartier sympathique, avec un parc proche de l'hôtel et un pub avec un grand jardin.

Période de canicule, malheureusement pas de ventilateur ou de climatisation disponible et chambre au troisième étage... La pièce était donc très chaude (32°C quand nous revenions le soir). Nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit et déplacé le lit vers la fenêtre, ce qui permettait d'avoir une température plus agréable. Cependant même si le quartier est calme, il y a beaucoup de circulation la nuit (et beaucoup de pompiers/polices), c'est donc assez bruyant.

Well one night I got to the hotel at 11.15 and my card to get in did not work. I did not have the paper with the emergency number on me so I had to sleep at my work. I was not told anything about emergency number on the back of the paper that give the WIFI code. so that paper was still in my room. I had to stay an extra night and the room was free, so I ask if I could get that extra night for free as I could not get in to my room , the answer was no. If you stay here , get 2 cards to get in, remember to take a photo of the emergency number, wifi is very slow 5.2g, so do not expect to work from there, or watch anything on you device

The room was very stuffy. No air-conditioning. Window unable to open widely. The fan provided was very small with very weak wind and making a lot of noise when using it.

No fridge as stated, uncomfortable bed, 1 tiny towel each, door didn't lock and wasn't a fire door, shower cubicle crap so drenched bathroom floor, was originally put in a room with twin beds asked to move and told u need to request this before arrival but didn't state this when booking room. Cleaners started at 7.30 Sunday morning checkout wasn't till 11.

Los enchufes se quedaban sin electricidad en la habitacion porque sin ningun sentido se bajaban los plomos de nuestra habitación, lo que provocaba que la neverita de la habitacion soltara agua y como el suelo de la habitación estaba desnivelado el agua corria de un lado a otro de la habitación

La zona, y la temperatura de la habitación, muy buenq para poder descansar después de un día caluroso (aunque no hay AA).... Y que nos cambiaron la habitación cuando lo solicitamos, ya q nos habían puesto en otra justo delante de las obras.

Habitaciones muy sencillas, están haciendo obras en algunas por lo que si te toca dormir al lado, tendrás que aguantar ruidos, además es una calle bastante transitada y se escuchan sirenas d ambulancias y policía constantemente (creo q hay un hospital cerca). Por otro lado, el 2° dia nos hicieron las camas (sin cambiar las sábanas) pero no nos dejaron ni una sola toalla!! Ni más papel para el WC cuando estaba en las últimas, así q tuvimos q secarnos con las propias sábanas, y cuando lo reclamamos al día siguiente nos dijeron q no pusieron toallas pq se les habían acabado!

The continental breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and comfy, however, air conditioning would be a worthwhile investment. Staff were helpful, polite and courteous.

As I said, air conditioning. I was in a basement room and had to have the windows open all the time, but there was no air, and it was extremely noisy outside, but it is London.

Curtains didn’t keep out the light but they did match my trousers! Only one pillow each and very thin but given another when asked. Design of the shower means a flooded room but no real problem . Needed more coffee and milk topped up as only enough for one person the second day.

Room was basic but I didnt really mind this. We were in London for 24 hours for a concert so as long as the door locked and the room was clean I didnt mind. We didnt hang around in the room for long so I didnt need anything fancy or luxurious.

La stanza era stata di recente rinnovata, i letti sono molto comodi. Il bagno è nuovo e la pulizia molto buona. E' a 10 minuti da più stazioni della metro. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e locali deliziosi ed il quartiere è residenziale e tranquillo. Eravamo tre donne e questa cosa per noi è stata molto importante.

The bed was slanted a lot as the two base parts were different heights. No mini fridge in the room was a shame for a multi day stay. 4th floor and no elevator but thats fine.
