la colazione non è all'altezza degli altri Novotel. addirittura ci hanno chiesto di pagare un extra per ottenere delle uova alla coque, che è pazzesco. inoltre, un giorno abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulita e gli asciugamani non cambiati, perchè l'avevano saltata. la sala dei giochi, dedicata ai bambini, è stata aperta solo di mattina, durante la colazione. in teoria doveva essere aperta h24, e non si capisce chi abbia deciso gli orari di apertura/chiusura. la cosa più assurda è stata però vedere un topolino mentre eravamo a cena al ristorante. quando l'abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno offerto dei cocktail, ci hanno detto che avrebbero fatto intervenire qualcuno, ma poi non abbiamo saputo più nulla. sembravano tutti tranquilli e a loro agio, dal punto di vista emotivo hanno gestito molto bene la situazione.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, besonders Mr. Aldo. Er hat uns sehr weitergeholfen, da wir aufgrund einer Fluganulierung in Heathrow dort gestrandet waren! Wir konnten sofort aufs Zimmer, auch das Kinderzusatzbett wurde sofort für uns hergerichtet.

The room was really below what would be expected. Carpet was filthy with stains on and even had sticky patches. All appliances were very tired, and room was general worn out. Overall room was pretty disappointing - didn’t feel comfortable and cleanliness was really poor.

Helpful friendly staff. A very pleasant meal in the Aroma Restaurant and a helpful small shop in the Foyer. Despite the situation, the room was very quiet.

Bathroom in my room had an accessible shower - it was nearly impossible to keep the water within the shower tray. Made for difficult showering. And the carpet outside the bathroom door was very wet on our first day. Not sure how the water travelled that far!

1 - замечательное расположение, рядом метро, до центра 15-20 мин. 2 - рядом много кафе, пабов и магазинов 3 - для Лондона довольно большой номер 4 - тихая улица, спать комфортно 5 - удобная кровать 6 - очень приятный и вежливый персонал на рецепшн

1 - очень очень сильно уставшие номера. 2 - грязный пол, грязная ванная комната. 3 - плохая уборка, по факту ее не было, просто выносили мусор и все. 4 - очень дорогой завтрак

Absolutely diddled me on parking payed at reception then got a ticket for 100 pounds a week after tried ringing the hotel to sort it out they sent me a email address but heard nothing back with no help so ended up paying twice

Location was great, very close walking distance to the tube and buses. Very clean hotel, all staff were helpful. Breakfast selection was brilliant and 'in room' meal offers were a bonus. The mini mart self serve was a great addition too. Room was spacious and good air con.

It was a shame the dinner menu was restricted due to event at the weekend. Matteresses I felt were too firm. The room was also advertised as a 'sound proof' room, but we heard every sound coming from next room and corridor. Although could not hear the traffic from busy road outside out room.

Perfect modern hotel if you're attending a show at The Eventim Apollo, literally just around the corner. Hotel was lovely, room was comfortable and clean,lots of tea and coffee, complimentary water in the fridge and lots of nice extras in the bathroom.we had a great view of the city on the 4th floor. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from but not sure it was worth £21 pp. We would defo stay again tho!!

We thought we would treat ourselves and have breakfast in bed on our last morning, filled out the card and left on the door as Instructed, woke up in the morning and checked if the card had been taken and it hadnt, by half 8 I had to ring down and re order, it was bought up 20 minutes later with the staff member apologising saying that the night staff should of collected them, I said its fine but kind of took the novelty of ordering room service and having breakfast in bed, not something we have done before but in the end it was nice but not worth the extra £5 (not that we paid it) on top of the price of the breakfast, per person.

I was there for the Gregg Braden event so wanted to stay where the event was held for convenience. I had a beautiful top floor suite which was perfect and very quiet. Staff were lovely and friendly.

mancavano i refiller dell'acqua (in realtà sono presenti su tutti i piani ma sono tutti fuori servizio). a colazione chiedono di farle riempire dallo staff, ma sarebbe comodo (e igienico) procedere in autonomia. la camera dei giochi per i bambini (vicino al ristorante) è aperta solo al mattino, mentre in teoria dovrebbe essere aperta h24 una sera mentre eravamo a cena abbiamo visto passare un topolino nella zona della colazione :-( lo staff non si è assolutamente scomposto e ha giustificato l'accaduto con una porta lasciata aperta a causa di un evento aziendale in corso un giorno hanno saltato la pulizia della camera senza neanche cambiare gli asciugamani e non hanno mai risposto alle chiamate dalla stanza alla reception

The manager who booked me in was wonderful, I declined an upgrade as I wanted a bath but after seeing the room I regretted that decision. I was on the 7th floor, it was quiet away from road noise (and despite being by the lifts), bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked the light well.

Room was tired and the bathroom could have been cleaner (hairs). The bath tap/plug was broken and literally placed in position so it fell off when touched. After checking out I realised I had left something in the fridge, trying to explain to receptionist was a struggle and there was no urgency whatsoever to help even though I explained I had to go back into an event. The young woman was clearly put out by my request. Eventually I had to leave it but I went back later and was told it hadnt been found. Quite ridiculous as I had left it in the fridge myself. The breakfast was average, plates for cooked breakfast were cold, porridge was barely warm, not a great range of fruit. All in all, for the price it wasnt a great experience and I won't stay next time I attend events there.

Das gesamte Team an der Rezeption super freundlich und kompetent. Für Spezialanliegen jederzeit offen, wie zum Beispiel das Buchen eines Taxis.. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist für ein Novotel ungewöhnlich komfortabel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im siebten Stock. Die Zimmer sind extrem gut isoliert. Es war kaum etwas von anderen Hotelgästen zu hören

Ich war auf einem Kongress im Hotel. Die Klospülung. Sämtlicher Toiletten war sehr eingeschränkt, was dazu geführt hat, dass in den Pausen extrem lange Warteschlangen vor den Toiletten waren.

La struttura è in un’ottima zona di Londra, molto ben servita da autobus e metro che la collegano agevolmente alle principali attrazioni della città. Vicino ci sono bar e ristoranti, per chi volesse rimanere in zona anche in serata. Aperto H24, con portiere di notte.

In camera e nelle zone principali c’è la moquette, se siete soggetti allergici chiedete la pulizia giornaliera. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato chiesto se volessimo la pulizia giornaliera della stanza o a giorni alterni (in cambio di drink offerti che includono analcolici, birra e vino). Abbiamo accettato questa seconda opzione, ma, al terzo giorno, la pulizia l’abbiamo dovuta richiedere noi e comunque ci sono solo stati rifatti i letti (con le stesse lenzuola) e pulito il bagno.

Struttura consigliatissima! Al check-in ci hanno sorpreso con un upgrade gratuito della camera e il minibar incluso. La stanza era molto spaziosa, pulitissima e con la biancheria cambiata ogni giorno su richiesta. ​Buona la colazione, personale sempre amichevole e disponibile. L'hotel è immerso in una zona tranquilla ma strategica, vicino alla fermata della metropolitana.

The TV I thought was poor. It restarted several times for some reason without warning. Also, steaming apps were not provided and there was no ability to cast from apps on my phone

Sehr freundlicher Checkin der noch eine Optimierung vom Sofabett möglich machte für unsere großen Kinder. Betten waren alle sehr bequem, ruhiges Zimmer wie gewünscht. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden

Le personnel a fait de son mieux je pense, pour nous satisfaire

C’était CATASTROPHIQUE! Pas de climatisation, un ventilateur qu’il faut régler pour qu’il puisse bien fonctionner , lavabo boucher + odeur de pourrit qui remonte. Je pense qu’il n y a pas assez de personnel ménager car les draps n’était pas changer, les lits juste fait. Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles. On m’a prélever 2 fois le montant de la chambre sur 2 cartes différentes ? Et on m’a prélevé aussi plus de 460€ de caution ? Alors que c’est 50£ par nuit et qu’on y est resté 3 jours.

The food was pretty much the same every morning. The gluten free corner only had one kind of bread and two cereals. That is it. Wish they had some selection of treats or different types of bread... The room was not clean. First we needed to get a new pillow case because it had big dirty spots on it. We repetadly had to ask for towels after cleaning. We are family of four and got always only two towels and it took soooo long to get them. The bathroom door stuck. It was super hard and loud to close it. We asked the staff to take a look on it, never happened... They are definitely understaffed.
