The room is quite spacious, it's just that there's no complimentary toothbrush, shaving kit and slippers but it's fine. It's also near the night market. Friendly staffs at the reception area.

Where do I starts? Pool-dirty Towels - old down to the lat thread Gym- not a gym Water pressure- very weak Coffee in the “restaurant” was good but just pastries The place needs to be dusted. Not walking distance to old town. You have to take a taxi.

Great location, room nice and tidy also very big, pool was nice would say more loungers are needed.

About a 10 minute walk to the old city and night market. Super quick WiFi (about 350mb download speed). Nice swimming pool as well. Not much in the way of the immediate surrounding area but a nice quiet place and a walkable distance to the old city. Rooms are also quite spacious.

The hotel is in an area that’s near good restaurants, and easy to find a taxi. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The coffee shop inside is good. If you dislike barking dogs like me, then don’t get a room on the pool side of the building. The house next to the hotel has dogs that bark loudly all day and night. Very annoying….

Jira is a little out of the tourist area which is nice. It’s much quieter. A fantastic night market (Anusan) is a 10 minute walk. The pool area was great on a hot day. Great place for the price. No safe in the room would be the only negative.

Stayed here before. Standards down from before. Swimming pool area very messy and not swept. No English tv channels which is unacceptable these days. Didnt know there was a gym till leaving. Noone mentioned. Asked for high floor. Got low floor

Do not recommend. The lobby smelled like smoke, you could hear everything in the hallways and outside at night. The hotel is not really anything like the pictures and looks like it’s undergoing construction but we never saw anyone working on it. I wish we would have known so we could have stayed somewhere else.

This property is very close to the night markets. It's about a 20 min walk and a 5 minute drive. The place was super clean and I loved that it was set up so that quiet hours were 9pm and on. The staff was very helpful and could speak a bit of English. Overall super satisfied with this stay.

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, clean room and fresh towels everyday, location is quiet but not far from the night market. Beautiful coffee shop by the lobby. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and a balcony you could use.

The bed was old and collapsing. One of my priorities when I book a place is a fitness facility. Sadly, the room they call fitness room is unusable ( never cleaned) with hardly any equipment that is functional.

Staff is great very helpful and friendly area is close to everything , pool was amazing very clean , almost stayed few more days I enjoyed my stay so much and the area , very close to night markets

The place was in a good location. Walking distance to the night market. Hotel is outdated but if your not looking for anything fancy it works. Nice and clean with comfy bed. The wifi wasnt working as well the last 2 days of my stay. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Wi-Fi did not work at all on 4th floor, not ideal if you need Wi-Fi to work as we had to calls in the hotel lobby which was loud with other hotel members around.

Very nice property, staff very helpful. Our AC broke and were changed to another room as soon as we told them about it. Would recommend Jira Boutique Residence.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, clean and complimentary water bottles each day. Bit hard to get a tuk tuk on the street, but can always just use grab. Short walk to night market but far enough from old city you probably want to get a ride there.

Everything was great, My room, the Staff the area there were however 2 problems, 1. Only Thai TV. 2 No breakfast and no where near to get some otherwise everythink was perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay here and booked another two times in the weeks after my initial stay so will let this review count for all. Good value and quality for price. Clean spacious room with good light, well soundproofed, reliable internet and green views over the pool. Pool was clean and cool. Nice, safe location, some small local shops nearby. Easy for grab drivers etc to locate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good cafe downstairs. Fairly priced laundry service and staff helped book busses etc. which was very handy.

Location a little out of the way but only a 10 minute walk from 7-11 and 15 from the night markets etc. a minor inconvenience in exchange for being in a quiet and peaceful area. Aircon a bit noisy, was offered a room change but aircon the same in alternate room. Could do with some more comfortable chairs and rooms could fit a lounge for relaxing and watching TV. Minibar would be useful considering the walk to the nearest 7-11, fine in the dry, perhaps not in the rain.

Location are far away from any pub or eateries.

Room are sizable simply because I book the biggest room available. Shower water are so tinny, hardly could have a decent bath. Balcony are filthy and hot with the aircon unit blowing. The entire room badly need a steam cleaning urgently.

I love this place. Quiet location, cheap price.

We were greeted by a lovely man who showed us around the hotel. The pool was amazing, the beds are so comfy, good size, friendly staff and very close to the local market.

The only downside was the guy who worked at the coffee shop was rude and a bit grumpy.

The pool is in the car park which is a little odd.

The staff at the facility were extremely friendly and helpful . The coffee shop downstairs was ideal for me and very convenient since im a coffee person .

The room is very basic the bathroom is very outdated and there is no space at the sink to keep toiletries .

Went for Loi Khratong - Chian Mai is very slow with tourist but the hotel did a great job keeping things clean, basic maintenance and crew who spoke great english!

Excellent value a good all round hotel with great staff.

Nobody to help with luggage on arrival. Door to my room did not work properly and was stuck in room for a while had to call front desk and have maintenance come up. Bare minimum of furniture for a large room. They used to have s Buffet Breakfast included....NO MORE They now have an American breakfast available in the little coffee house for $99 bah but coffee is extra. I had breakfast one morning and it was decent.....so went down the next day and nobody was there with 3 ladies waiting. After 10 minutes I asked front desk where they were....toilet.... I replied that I hope they washed their hands. Young man came and served the 3 young ladies I gave my order and all of a sudden he disappeared again. After waiting another 20 minutes I left very angry and still hungry. I stayed there before and liked it that’s why I came backs and will NEVER stay there again.

Noise problem from next room. Room was nice but sound proof is really poor noise from TV next room was way too loud and surround noise like foot step, open and close door.

Location and cleanliness

Th lobby and pool areas were very nice and well kept. The room wasn’t really dirty, but wasn’t as nice. There was a counter in the room that wasn’t clean, small debris, and in the bathroom there were rings for a shower curtain, but no curtain. There was also an unknown brown substance on the lid of the bathroom garbage can. These thing are minor. Overall the property was decent, staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a coffee shop in the lobby.

Jira?! More like ג׳יפה !!! The hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. The sheets had some brownish blackish stains that I wish I could say it was chocolate.... the bathroom door was completely see through and didn’t have toilet paper. We asked to switch the sheets and to add toilet paper. We arrived hours later and our request was ignored. Then we saw bugs and ants. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay there and asked for a refund or partial refund but they declined. Fun experience huh!? Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

Nice hotel with great staff, very clean, nice pool, its about a 5 min walk to markets and resturants ☺ only downside for us was there was no safe in the room or at reception and the balcony could only fit 1 person 😯 we love to sit outside 😕
