Avoid this hotel if you want your reservations honored. We booked a Suite three weeks early for New Year’s, but at check-in, they gave us a small Deluxe room. The staff was incredibly rude, essentially telling us to 'take it or leave it' because they were overbooked. Knowing everywhere else was full, they left us with no choice but to stay in an inferior room. Disgusting customer service and zero accountability. They ruined our holiday plans.And also there is no daily housekeeping.

The place is perfect, the room super big, with a nice balcony. Shower perfect, bathroom too, bed too. The building is not noisy

The location is good, but is far. So firstly you need to take a tuk tuk , grab or bus to the nearest station which is On Nut. From there you already can use BTS, Train, Metro

Pretty basic room in a semi fancy tower. It’s a little hard to find, but worth finding.

It’s a little bit tricky to figure out how to get in because you have to go to the guard house for check-in. It’s not obvious. After that no issues

The staff didn’t care whether you were there or not. At one stage the Wi-Fi went out and when I went to reception to enquire, the reception staff just shrugged their shoulders and told me it will be back on tomorrow. As it happened, the Wi-Fi came back online within about four hours.

It’s a nice enough property and value for money. I had the larger room which has great balcony for relax and rooms are good

The room was very clean, spacious enough, provided with everything they described in the app. They do make up room everyday for free wich is nice. They have a little cozy coffee shop just down the building with thai food, sandwiches, sweets and all that, quite nice. The location is a bit.....if you are a bit picky you're gonna struggle. Very local Thai and burmese area, you find nice thai food and also some burmese influences. 7eleven close, lots of places to eat, another thai brand supermarket near by.

The area is really busy all the time, take time to book a taxi always, bikes are fine. The place is very noise, you hear everything basically. And the worst thing in my opinion about this place is the internet, at least in my room, they use some kind of hotspot, very weird internet you need to log in from time to time. very slow and crushed all the time, if you are working online is not a good place to stay long term, get your data ready. They said they will fix it but basically they ignore me.

There was a cockroach on my wall that flew to my bed and there was a big trash (which is impossible to miss) next to the sofa. I spent 1 night there and I told them that I would like to cancel the rest of my stay (8 nights) so i can move to another place. I have no problem paying the 1 night i spent there which was very traumatizing. I was very polite to them when i expressed this situation. They were very rude and told me to just get a refund from booking.com. I followed up twice to the property about them approving the refund but they are not doing anything. Booking.com customer service is not doing a good job at this point and i am very unhappy.

this place is great! this is my second time staying here, staffs are nice, very safe area. They allowed us to early check in, room was available upon are arrival, room is spacious and really clean. Location is great too! there's a couple of 711 in the area and a coffee shop, BIG C is also within the area

Not much to say, didn’t look as the pictures, not clean in the room, much noise from the hallway during the night and early morning.

Price was to high compared to its location. Not clean as one could expect for the price they asked. And beware, except from street kitchens there’s not many options for dining. Bars the same, I had to go far to get a beer.

The reception staff was rude, tv remote control had no battery, balcony door couldn't be locked, lamps had no light bulb, wall looks really dirty. Not recommend this place.

The area was really safe, There's a 7/11 near the Apartment, security is always there.

I dont lile the location is far from the station..but have public transpo so we took that only 9bath up to bts station..

Property is not that bad, it’s not in the best location, but it’s still good enough for the price.

One of the front office staff has super rude and unprofessional attitude. She is yelling and acting not patient to all the guests. Other staff are not bad except that rude one.
