La posizione, la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff

Le stanze , ci hanno dato una camera mansardata senza visuale al cielo. Caldissima ma avendo l’aria condizionata che puntava al letto non abbiamo potuto tenerla accesa la notte. Per entrare bisognava abbassare la testa essendo l’ingresso al piano bassissimo . Ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza e ci hanno dato una camera piccolissima, un solo comodino da una sola parte del letto. Il letto anziché matrimoniale era a una piazza e mezzo. Inoltre la notte si è dormito malissimo perché il rumore del condizionatore della stanza attigua alla nostra faceva un rumore assurdo. La camera praticamente era cieca in quanto la finestra dava su un cavedio chiuso . Non consiglio !

Hotellet är gammalt. Vårt rum luktade unket. AC fungerade inte i början och rummet var varmt. Badrums fläkten fungerade inte alls. Frukost var ok.det fanns inte brödrost.

We stayed at the hotel with friends and overall had a very good experience. The location is truly excellent, right in the city center and very close to the main attractions, the shopping area, and public transportation, making it very easy to get around. The breakfast is satisfactory and provides everything you need for a good start to the day. Taking everything into consideration, I believe this is a very good choice, especially because of its excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay and explore Istanbul.

It is also important to keep in mind that the buildings in the Old City of Istanbul are old, and many hotels in the area naturally need some kind of renovation. However, we should also consider what we are actually looking for. Most tourists visit Istanbul for a few days, and most of the time is spent exploring and enjoying the city rather than staying inside the hotel.

The location only

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed at this hotel for more than a week, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I found a **bed bug on the bed**, and the bedsheets were dirty, stained, and I even found **blood on the bed cover**. The bed bug caused me itching and discomfort throughout my stay and, most importantly, kept me awake at night. The daily service was also poor. There was no coffee provided regularly, and bottled water was not replenished unless I specifically asked for it. After discovering the bed bug, I requested a refund, especially for the remaining nights, because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. However, the staff simply told me that **a refund was not possible and that the only option was to change rooms**. I had already stayed there for more than a week, yet they still refused to refund the remaining days. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. **If there were a rating below zero, I would give it for cleanliness and hygiene.** Finding a bed bug and blood on the bed cover is completely unacceptable. I absolutely **do not recommend this hotel**. If cleanliness, hygiene, and basic hospitality are important to you, I strongly suggest staying somewhere else.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always there to help whenever I had any questions or ran into a problem, which made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. ☺️

أسوء فندق جرّبته إلى الآن ، خصوصا انه في كل يوم يتم تغيير الغرفة من أجل التكيف ثلاثةً غرف وحدة من الغرف حدث انفجرت في الحمام وسقط سقف الحمام الخاص بالغرفة غير ان التكييف سيء جدا وكل ماحاول أن أترك الفندق العاملون في الأستقبال يعملون على أرضائي بتغيير الغرفة مع الأسف الغرف كلهم نفس السوء أم الطامة الكبرى صاحب الفندق هو أسوء شخص بل الفندق ورجل لايعرف كيف يتعامل مع العملاءإلا بي لغة المال ومع سوء تعامله معي يقول لي أنتو العرب كلكم نصابين والله واللة موظفين الذين يعملون معه يقولون لي حاولنا عدة مرات نقول له الفندق يحتاج إلى صيانة كاملة مكيفات وترميم وأسرة وحنفيات الحمام غير صالحةً للاستخدام

Sehr zentrale Lage, zur Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn oder mit Fähre Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Ich wollte noch bei Herrn Ali bedanken hat uns viel Unterstützung, grossen Lieben dank. Die Frühstück ist offenes Buffet war super und die Frühstück zubereitet haben die zwei Herren sehr nett hilfsbereit zuvorkommend, die haben immer frisch Zubereitet und nachgefüllt, Die Einrichtung der Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Gentillesse du personnel à souligner ! ; salle de bain avec douche hammam ; bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre ; jolis matériaux dans l'entrée, la chambre, la salle de bain ; petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10h30 ; emplacement parfait pour les visites à Sultanahmet ; bon restaurant juste en face etc....

Un peu plus d'espace dans la salle du petit-déjeuner serait agréable mais ce n'est probablement pas possible.

Excellent budget hotel in a good location with extremely friendly staff. Solid breakfast with occasional variations in the choice of dishes. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed (no matter if they are on the floor or unused) and the minibar is refilled with water. Try to remember every day before you go sightseeing, to leave a symbolic tip on the bed for the maids because they really try. There is a metro station above the hotel and a tram station below, a 10-minute walk will take you to Sultanahmet Park (Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque), and on the other side, a 10-minute walk will take you to the Grand Bazaar, and a 10-minute walk will take you to the docks in Eminonu from where you can take a ferry to visit beautiful locations such as Ortakoy, Kadikoy or Uskudar, and from the same docks you can embark on cheap magical Bosphorus Cruises. There are restaurants, souvenir and spice shops all around the hotel.

Bardzo dobry hotel, czyste i wygodne pokoje, wifi bez zarzutu, sympatyczny personel i obfite, urozmaicone śniadania.

The location of the hotel is very good. You are very close to most of the attractions. A bonus point is there is an elevator, so if you travel with old people, it is a plus. Also the WIFI connection was working good.

I read previous comments saying the breakfast is amazing. I can say it is basic, you have what to eat and not leave hungry, but it is very basic. The omlette was okay, but you didn't have much variety and choice. The coffee was quite bad, not even instant coffee, but some sort of coffee powder. The room was not the cleanest, especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was perfect for my 3 day resting period after a month in Turkey. The location was good for access to the Bazaar but i’m not a huge fan of the Sultan Ahmed neighborhood. It is safe and full of places to shop and eat so it’s not a bad complaint but I prefer Kadikoy or Taksim. The price was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful so many thanks to them!!!

Hôtel très bien placé dans une rue animée proche de nombreux commerces et lieux de visites ( Vous êtes à une dizaine de minutes à pied de Sainte Sophie, de la mosquée bleue , du grand bazar et du Bosphore ) L’hôtel et confortable, propre . Lokasi yang sangat bagus berdekatan dengan marmaray sirkeci , tram sirkeci dan gulhane , jalan kaki sahaja ke eminonu , kedai makan banyak berdekatan , hanya bersebelahan dengan kedai runcit syok , paling penting dekat berhadapan dengan masjid . Lokasi memang tiptop Nak pergi ke tempat spot pelancongan seperti grand bazar , spice bazar , masjid sultan ahmed , gulhane park , masjid aya sofia , karakoy , eminonu dan hafiz mustafa pun semua boleh jalan kaki sahaja Bilik yang kami dapat besar 3 katil , walaupun tingkap tiada view , tidak menjadi masalah . Bilik air juga sangat besar dan selesa . Sarapan pagi ok , walaupun pilihan tidak terlalu banyak , tapi cukup untuk sarapan pagi . Check in sangat mudah dan receptionist sentiasa sambut dengan senyuman di kaunter Kalau datang semula ke istanbul akan menginap semula kat sini

Posizione top: a due passi dal porto di Eminonou per chi vuole prendere i traghetti pubblici e visitare i quartieri asiatici e raggiungere l’estratto del Corno D’Oro fino alla teleferica che porta alla collina di Pier Loti Cafe; sia per chi vuole visitare la parte antica europea e i principali monumenti: vicinissimo al Palazzo Topkapi e ad Aghia Sofya, Cisterna, mentre verso il lungo porto si raggiunge in 5 min la torre di Galata, 2 min il Bazar delle Spezie (camminando dentro si arriva al Gran Bazar). Lo staff è eccezionale, attento e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione salata ricca e molto buona, ma indispensabile a livello energetico per affrontare la giornata, qualche dolcetto ma per noi non è stato affatto un problema dato che preferivamo gustare una tipica colazione turca immergendoci nelle loro usanze e tradizioni. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Ci è stata assegnata la mansarda all’ultimo piano. Unico problema era il caldo della stanza che assorbiva il sole tutto il giorno, ma in stanza eravamo presenti solo per dormire. È stato problematico gestire l’aria condizionata che era o troppo forte o troppo bassa, tuttavia senza essere troppo esigenti abbiamo comunque dormito bene ugualmente 😊 Pulizia ottima in tutto l’albergo e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very polite, kind, and always helpful. The service was outstanding, and the location was perfect. The hotel has excellent walking access to the main tourist attractions and tram stations, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms were cleaned every day, and everything was kept very tidy. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee service available throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place.

В отеле очень понравилось обслуживание, завтраки вкусные, сытные и разнообразные, персонал очень вежлив, помогают и подсказывают при обращении. На ресепшн мужчины говорят на английском и русском языках. Горничные приятные женщины, идут навстречу и убираются при обращении к ним. Расположение отеля удобное, до достопримечательностей и до набережной Босфора близко, если идти пешком 15минут. На улицах не так многолюдно, рядом есть большой парк Gulhane, для любителей утренних пробежек или просто прогуляться в тени деревьев. WiFi отлично работает, проживание и отдых в этом отеле оставили прекрасное впечатление, думаю еще вернусь в этот отель. Я уже 4 раза гостила в Стамбуле, этот отель мне понравился. Особая благодарность администратору Джебраилу за помощь и понимание.

Наша комната в 2х местном номере очень маленькая, но кажется это проблема всех отелей в Стамбуле.

Posizione ottimale per la città di Istanbul. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi, bagno grande dotato di hammam, pulizia quotidiana con cambio biancheria. Colazione ben fornita anche se prevalentemente salata. L'hotel sarebbe da ristrutturare ma tutto è comunque perfettamente efficiente ed il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è davvero ottimo

Among the many good hotels and apartments in Istanbul on Booking, it was not easy to decide on one hotel. For our first multi-day stay in this city, we chose the Marmara de luxe hotel, which met our all the important criteria. The hotel is in an excellent location, in a quiet street in the centar of Sirkeci near the Bosphorus, the port, all public transport stations: tram, bus, metro, ferry, which we used rarely because almost everything was within walking distance. Across the street from the hotel is the Turgut Restaurant with a good gastronomic offer, a friendly manager and pleasant live music. Other restorants, cafes and famous Hafiz Mustafa patisserie is nearby. The hotel room on the 6th floor where we stayed was spacious, comfortable, clean, bright with a small balcony and a view of the Bosphorus bridge, stylishly furnished. In the bathroom is a marble sink, a large framed mirror, in the shower cabin a hamam, decorative tiles and faucets modeled on the hammams of the luxurious Topkapi Palace. The hotel lobby is equipped with nice decorative chadeliers, carpets, stylish furniture, huge comfortable armchairs. The breakfast was of high quality, varied, always fresh and tasty. In addition to the above, what is most valuable is exceptional staff: professional, hospitable, kind, helpful and very attentive, from the staff at the reception, the maid, the staff of the restorant where we enjoyed breakfast with pleasant music from TV, who all made us feel at home. The employees of the hotel contribute to the high rating and successful business of the hotel with their work and special commitment and deserve the highest possible rating and to be specially rewarded. We thank them all for everything and greet them warmly.

Lo mejor la ubicación, si quieres puedes ir andando a mu hos lugares. La calle es segura, el personal muy amable. Las camas son cómodas. Tenían dos gatitos en l entrada que dormían muchas veces dentro y les cuidaban, en el desayuno fuera había otros dos gatetes que les di de comer algunos días, esperaban en las escaleras de emergencia. Encargamos con el hotel el transporte y bien todo.

El hotel necesita una reforma porque se ve que en su día sería "deluxe" pero ahora está algo viejo. El desayuno para los que venimos de Europa se queda escaso de fruta y por ejemplo podrían añadir algún yogur y dar opción de leche vegetal. Yo en mi caso la compré en el supermercado de al lado del hotel y como las habitaciones tienen nevera. El resto todo bien.

Bolo by dobré trochu nastaviť okná. Cez medzery bol počuť ruch z ulice. Ale nebolo to nejak dramaticky zlé. Kľudne by sme sem išli bývať znovu.

Excellent location and unbelievably convenient. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel cats are very friendly and adorable. We miss the cats.

The room we had is on the ground floor, and the balcony is not facing the street but the inner stair, so the view is not as good as in the website images. The room (especially the door) is a not that new. One night the cleaning staff forgot to clean up the hair on bathroom floor, but other days it was fine.

Purtroppo la colazione non era decisamente all'altezza, non è continentale e ha poca scelta. Il eltto matrimoniale è formato da due letti singoli uniti. Il bagno da rinnovare.

Дуже гарне розташування готелю. Кожен день прибирали, змінювали рушники та білизну.Гарна ванна кімната, дуже велика та в турецькому стилі. Персонал виконував всі прохання, допоміг з трансфером за гарною ціною.

матраси знизу брудні, треба вже робити дрібний ремонт у номері.

La localización del hotel es inmejorable 5-10 minutos andando a la mezquita azul, santa Sofía y al bazar de las especias. El personal siempre atento y amable.

В номере чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день, есть чайник, пакетики чая, чашки, стаканы, 2 бутылки воды, есть сейф. Если прохладно, можно включить кондиционер на обогрев. Завтраки хорошие, есть, что выбрать. Интернет работает отлично, шумоизоляция хорошая или с соседями повезло) Расположение рядом с трамваем Т1, станция метро Sirkeci, до парома тоже недалеко пешком пройти. В аэропорт я добиралась не такси, а на метро с двумя пересадками (так что очень удобно). Персонал прекрасный, на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great! Not a bad place at all. The main lobby is gorgeous. They also have hotel cats :D

The place was a little dated. The faucet and shower were hard to use. The vent system isn't working well so mold was in a lot of places. The bed was actually two beds pushed together and sleeping on that was rough. The room was cold at night with no heating system. A lot of little broken bits here and there.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel was in a very convenient location, within walking distance of all popular landmarks and transport links. Situated in a vibrant area, close to great restaurants and shops.

Muy buena ubicación. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas y personal muy amable

Poca variedad en el desayuno, la segunda habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia pero estaba en el primer piso y justo encima esta la cocina, por tanto se oían todos los ruidos, incluido generadores que no cesaban en toda la noche.

Kokapena ezin hobea da eta langileen prestutasuna ere itzela. Hotela apur bat zaharkituta dago.

Kortinak txikiegiak dira eta ez dituzte leihoak guztiz estaltzen.
