Upstair noisy hard to sleep

Suasana hotel yg selesa berdekatan dengan mall dan kedai. Nak checkin pun mudahh. Kalau ada prob masa checkin cepat je masalah tu selesai

There were parking sponts and quite cheap. It was easy to check-in and check-out. There was a filter for water.

There was almost no sunlight, the playground was really loud and children played there for quite some time. It wasnt possible to shut the door to the bathroom.

The prayer area is very small and cramped, with just enough space to place your shoes. Hopefully, the cleanliness can also be improved for a more comfortable experience.

- booked early but got bad room - booked for 4days 3night and the room is not worth the pay. - room on level 1 room number 105. - room to small, need to put slipers outside the room. - tiny space to unpacked clothes, and to pray. - toilet bowl seat is not properly attached. - toilet sink tap is hard to open, and the tap is like shit. - i see other room that same with me on the opposite, got a swing inside room, but not me. Just pallet plain and no swing. - limited spot to hank clothes and the hanger hotel give is only 2 pcs. - the room i got is at the back and viewing the mini london playground, how to rest if the room is to noisy until 12am. - my room is right at the top of the gepuk restaurant below. I cant open the window coz of the smell of the restaurant cooking.

Easy to check in and check out, by using a touch screen at the entrance. Hot water is available, but need to run through for few minutes before hot water arrive to the shower.

If you drive, need to find free parking lot is a challenge. Free parking lot is limited. There is a pay parking at the basement.

The bathtub stopper is not working. It cannot hold water as usual even though I tried to cover it with plastic.. room 401 No cleaner.. need to Whatsapp everytime need 1

love the kiosk system for check in! but keep an eye on the room number, its on the receipt, everything else is clean and facilities are functional! the price is worth it also near the tokyo town

i like the suite, bed is comfy and the room is so cozy

the shower head was not functioning during my stay so we had to use the shower rain from bath tub only

encountered problem during check in as my booking number was registered as already checked in even though i’ve never checked in before. probably a system glitch. it didn’t help the fact that the place had no reception counter or staff to directly assist on the spot. just happened that one of their manager was around at that time that we managed to get it sorted. another major turnoff was that the place was incredibly noisy during my stay as they were doing a renovation just next to my room. it was really distressing as it lasted for a good whole evening and i wasn’t able to sleep and rest.

The self-check-in kiosk had a problem, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the staff to reset it. The towels provided were dirty. The bathroom design was also poor, as water would flow out into the room whenever we took a shower. Our room was located directly behind the arcade area of Centrum Mall, making it extremely noisy and difficult to sleep early. We could also clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms, including toilet flushing and doors opening and closing. In addition, the toilet tap was broken, which further affected our stay. Parking spaces were limited, and we had to pay RM20 for overnight parking at Centrum Mall.

staff sepatutnya cek dulu bilik ada kerosakan ke tak. ni shower untuk mandi pun rosak. bila bagi tau nak salahkan yg baru masuk. tempat iron tu boleh tukar alas yang sesuai kot

Hotel bajet tapi memang berbaloi! Bilik bersih, WiFi laju dan lokasi strategik. Fasiliti simple tapi lengkap rasa macam hotel mahal. Highly recommended.

Kekurangan dia cuma parking sahaja kalau bole lepasni tinggalkan satu ruangan parking kerrta depan hotel untuk dijadikan parking moto
