O local é muito bonito. O quarto e muito bom, espaçoso.

Cada dia q passa, vc entra mais tarde e sai mais cedo dos hotéis. Tentamos uma saida mais tarde e eles disseram que so poderiam responder no dia da saida, e era visivel que o hotel estava vazio, mas o valor eles sabiam informar c toda facilidade. Entendo q a saida tardia atrapalha a rotina, mas temos q ter um bom senso. Eu iria aproveitar um pouco mais, gastar no almoço. Eles não tentam encantar o cliente. O q adianta uma bela hospedagem se o cliente não volta e outra oportunidade.

Tivemos uma estadia absolutamente incrível no Sublime Comporta e saímos verdadeiramente encantados com a experiência. Tivemos a agradável surpresa de receber um upgrade gratuito. O quarto era simplesmente espetacular, muito confortável e integrado numa envolvente natural extraordinária. Todo o espaço do hotel é muito bonito, cuidado e transmite uma sensação de tranquilidade e exclusividade. O pequeno-almoço foi excelente, com produtos de grande qualidade e muita variedade. Destacamos também a qualidade das amenities, o staff, o shuttle para a praia em horários programados, que foi muito prático, e um dos ginásios mais completos que já encontrámos num hotel. Nota-se uma enorme atenção ao detalhe e uma preocupação genuína em proporcionar uma experiência de grande qualidade.

A nossa única nota menos positiva foi no momento do check-out. Apesar de a estadia já estar integralmente paga, foi-nos apresentada uma gratificação adicional de 10% sobre o valor total da estadia. Embora tenha sido apresentada como opcional, sentimos alguma ênfase na sugestão. Compreendemos perfeitamente a possibilidade de deixar uma gratificação quando o hóspede assim o entende e reconhecemos o trabalho de toda a equipa. No entanto, num hotel deste posicionamento, consideramos desnecessário colocar sobre o hóspede a responsabilidade de ter de recusar explicitamente uma gratificação de 10% no momento do check-out. Na nossa opinião, este tipo de pedido poderia simplesmente não ser colocado desta forma, precisamente para preservar a experiência de exclusividade e conforto que o Sublime proporciona.

La struttura è stupenda

Struttura molto bella, immersa nella natura e con un’architettura piacevole e ben integrata nel contesto.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è all’altezza delle aspettative. L’atmosfera cerca di trasmettere un’idea di lusso che, in diversi aspetti, appare più “wanna be” che realmente luxury. Alcuni dettagli e soprattutto il servizio non sono coerenti con il livello e il prezzo della struttura. Inoltre, al check-out ci è stata proposta una mancia volontaria del 10% sul prezzo della camera, cosa che abbiamo trovato decisamente inappropriata, soprattutto considerando le diverse critiche e lamentele espresse durante il soggiorno.

“However, several points significantly affected our experience. We received no information prior to our stay, which is problematic because the property is actually divided into two distinct areas separated by a road: Terracotta and Sand, the newer section, which is still surrounded by construction zones (particularly near the padel and tennis courts). The services lack fluidity: getting around the property is complicated without a car, shuttles are difficult to book, and the staff—although friendly—is not sufficiently trained for an establishment of this category. The rates are those of a 5‑star hotel, but the organisation and quality of service are not yet aligned with that promise. As an events industry professional, I consider the property unsuitable for corporate stays or for groups requiring flawless organisation.

What a stuning place….Simply breathtaking…The staff,the nature,the villas,the concept the design and decorations ….Everything so spot on,so unique,so splendid.We have left Sublime with beautiful memories and preetiest seashells that we have collected from the beach :) We will definitely be back 🙏🏻 Many thanks to the whole team for making our stay so memorable

Facilities, rooms in general. Everything was very clean.

Staff. Some couldn’t even speak proper English. For instance, even though we had booked a dolphin watching experience from long before our arrival twice, once we drove to the location from our hotel which took half an hour - the tour had already left. Apprently, they informed us the time of departure wrong which they later accepted. When we had dinner at beefbar, the waitress could not explain us the meat section at all. There just some examples we faced.

Excellent facilities throughout, including a first-rate gym. The layout and design create a genuine sense of luxury. The restaurants are top tier. Bicycles for moving around the property are a nice touch.

Several preventable failures, all traceable to poorly trained or poorly informed staff: 1. Restaurant booking and availability On our first night we asked staff about dinner options and settled on the Italian restaurant. We asked whether a booking was required and were told we could simply show up. We arrived at 19h30 with another couple to find the restaurant closed on Mondays. The steak restaurant was fully booked, so we ended up eating at the bar. Staff should know the opening days and booking requirements of the property’s own restaurants. 2. Room upgrade confusion We requested a larger room with a bathtub and were told it was arranged. The cleaning team then told us we could not move, while reception insisted the room was ready. The room contained a welcome card and a cot intended for a different family. When I pointed out this series of errors to the staff member who eventually assisted us, his response was “it wasn’t ME who made these mistakes”. That is not an acceptable response from anyone representing the property. 3. Anniversary surprise spoiled I arranged a bouquet and a private dinner for our anniversary via WhatsApp with your team. Staff then messaged my fiancé directly on his phone, revealing the surprise. The card accompanying the flowers read “Happy Birthday” instead of “Happy Anniversary”. 4. Shuttle booking The staff member handling the Beach Club shuttle repeatedly pressed us to commit to the earliest possible return time, despite my explaining that we had not visited before and would confirm once there. As shuttles return on the half hour until 22h30, this pressure was unnecessary and inappropriate. We are not seeking compensation. We are sharing this so management can address the training and communication gaps before they affect other guests.

Ruimere kamers met een verzorgde tuin aanpalende aan de kamers wat niet het geval was.

Relatei booking o absurdo do que aconteceu, para ressarcimento (já recebido) Reserva paga , quase 4 mil euros duas noites Quarto não era no complexo principal era em outro lugar que não gostamos, logo não conseguiram quarto similar e fomos expulsos , sendo obrigados a achar outro, fomos para Quinta da Comporta, MARAVILHOSO .. esse sim tem staff a altura e respeito ao cliente.. sublime comporta irei espalhar o que eu puder essa situação gravíssima!!! Detalhe que isso foi 00:00!!!!! 🙈 vergonhosa a situação.. gerente teria que ser mandada embora, viajo há 40 anos para hotéis padrão 5 estrelas, nunca vi isso acontecer!!!!

Nao repuseram o mini bar liguei para o room service à meia noite e disseram que não tinham ninguém para ir ao quarto repor o que estava em falta.

El sitio es increíble y la experiencia lo ha sido también 🤍

El onboarding y la llegada fue un poco regulera. Para un hotel de estas características y precio te esperas otra cosa. Más información, guía por el sitio.. es enorme y la llegada puede ser un poco abrumadora ! Parte del personal es muy joven y no muy profesional. Por lo demás, brutal.

O staff muito atencioso e simpatia única, óptima gastronomia, lugar de repouso único, repleto de soluções de bem estar, envolvente com a natureza muito equilibrada

Serviço do restaurante porta aberta ligeiramente instável. Em apenas dois dias houve experiências muito boas e outra um pouco menos atenciosa.

A very relaxing place to be. Free bikes to tour the property. Breakfast was top notch. Spa was great. Staff trained to a very high standard and it showed.

O tratamento que recebemos, pois não era a primeira vez que visitávamos o Sublime. Por motivo de doença, não conseguimos ir nas primeiras duas noites. Não nos deram qualquer hipótese de trocar nem que fosse uma noite para outras datas convenientes para ambos. Agradeço muito a forma fria como trataram deste caso, simplesmente uma vergonha. SUBLIME NUNCA MAIS.

One of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed in, and we stay at Four Seasons often. Get a bio-lake room and you’ll feel alone in nature. Excellent space in the rooms, staff very attentive, restaurant was fabulous, absolutely 5+ stars

Adorámos tudo!! Estadia excepcional, com uma vista super agradável em puro contacto com a natureza em todo o seu esplendor. Ambiente muito tranquilo, ótimo para relaxar e ideal para fugir ao stress do dia a dia!!! Pequeno-almoço fantástico.

Toda a envolvência do espaço, de um cuidado exímio ao mínimo pormenor, da simpatia de todo o staff, excelente experiência. Recomendo e sem dúvida retornarei.

Infelizmente tenho um sono muito leve e acordo ao mínimo barulho, com o barulho da chuva a cair no telhado foi difícil dormir.

Pequeno almoço razoável, podia melhorar na reposição dos produtos.

Spa com área muito reduzida, o que torna pouco confortável.

what I liked the most was the nature feeling surroundings, the main entrance is magical, the idea to be a house and not a building! I love the cats around, the fireplaces on, many different sofa areas around reception, the vegetable patch! and of course the breakfast was excellent!!!

What I see it can be improved, the spa is really small for so many people capacity (if you have 40 houses...each house with 5 rooms...200 people at the same time (friday night the hotel was full) imagine the spa have 3 beds and 1 sofa!! other opinion we saw is that the living room could be open in each house for the clients, if there's guests that are not willing to share they simply don't go...but the ones that are open to that can have that extra space! Our room was small (35 B)

Um lugar absolutamente impecável. Tem uma “vibe” muito acolhedora no inverno e, em geral, tudo bem conseguido. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos. Os meus sinceros parabéns a toda a equipa do hotel, incluindo os recursos humanos pela excelente seleção de recrutamentos.

Apenas a frisar que na suíte Júnior, o vidro que está na zona superior na casa de banho no quarto 8 parece estar um pouco solto.
