The location is great: the property is right in the city centre and almost everything can be reached on foot. An early check-in was also possible, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, these were the only positive aspects of our stay.

We had informed the property of our arrival time in advance, which was within reception hours. However, when we arrived after a long journey with my elderly mother, nobody was at reception. We later learned that the person responsible had gone downstairs for coffee with a friend and had lost track of time. Our messages were left unanswered. We had booked a Superior Room advertised on Booking.com as approximately 35 m², but the room we received did not correspond to this description. When we raised this, we were told that we were only two people and therefore did not need the additional space. When I pointed out that we had paid specifically for a Superior Room, the owner became increasingly confrontational and stated that he decides who stays in which room. The cleanliness was also very disappointing. Several of the six towels provided had visible stains and/or holes, and we had to return most of them. The bedsheet also had several visible stains. We showed this to the owner, including a large yellow stain, to which he responded that it was fine and that you could still sleep in the bed. The cleaning staff then went through several sheets before we found one without visible stains. These issues were all shown to the owner, so the condition of the supposedly clean linen was clearly brought to his attention. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with visible mould in the shower and on other bathroom surfaces, including around the heater. We reported this, but no meaningful action was taken. Looking at previous ratings, this is a clear matter that has been brought up by multiple guests, yet nothing has been done.The shower also did not appear to be properly cleaned during our stay. Communication with the host was unfortunately very difficult. I was contacted repeatedly on my private number and eventually had to block it because I no longer wished to receive further messages. The weekend staff were also unable to provide a satisfactory solution.

The property was in a nice location, close to the spanish steps and trevi fountain. The service was fantastic, the owner was very friendly and made sure to check in on how our stay was going. The place was generally very clean quiet and felt safe.

Only thing I would say is water pressure in the shower was not very good and it was a long walk to the colosseum, But overall it didn’t really affect our 3 night stay

Hotel muito bem localizado podendo conhecer os principais pontos turísticos caminhando. Local seguro e próximo a estação de metrô o que facilita no deslocamento. Os donos do hotel foram bem gentis e nos explicaram tudo no primeiro dia.

Propreté irréprochable, très bel établissement, roof top piscine sublime. Accueil et service de l ensemble du personnel mille mercis vous êtes au top ! On reviendra 😊

The room, location and amenities were excellent. Antonio made us feel so welcome and took the time to ensure we knew how to use all the features in the room. We were thrilled with the ease to transfer to the airport using the metro. We could not have been happier.

Nothing. Everything was great. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was the stairs, and the tiny elevator. I don't fault the hotel for that.

The location was perfect. It was next to Popolo Square. And conveniently close to Villa Borghesi.. It was walking distance to Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful location.

Sometimes the street noise was a little loud on the weekends.

Unfortunately, the WiFi signal in the room was lackluster, so we needed to go to the reception to get signal.

La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Roma prácticamente al lado de piazza del popolo. La habitación es amplia y muy bonita con todo lo necesario. Lo más destacado del lugar fue Antonio su dueño que nos hizo sentir como en casa, antes de llegar estuvo pendiente de nosotros, al llegar nos recibió el mismo y nos explicó muchas cosas de Roma con recomendaciones, incluso cuando salimos siguió en contacto para saber cómo habíamos estado. Recomiendo al 100% el lugar y definitivamente volveré.

Right at the juncture of Via Del Corso, Via Babuino and Via Ripetti….the location could not get any better…..and the staff were all wonderful.

The location was spectacular and the front desk staff was incredibly attentive! We sent a message through the booking.com portal and they responded in less than 5 minutes! Everything we wanted to see was within 5 - 35 minutes of walking!

It would be helpful to have the front desk staffed hours posted somewhere and/or included in the reservation confirmation (alongside information with procedure for checking out before staffed desk hours).

Located right behind the twin churches on the Piazza del Popolo, how could the location get better? And Antonio and his wife and the staff were so friendly and kind. It was a wonderful visit.

Everything was great. The communication is unmatched. This was the best part of the hotel. It was nicely located, for being in a busy area, it was very quiet at night. I loved it, had my better sleeps here. The staff is so kind. I also enjoyed the older style elevator. 😄

The key to open the reception area is hard to open, due to the door handle is over the key hole.

Perfect location, near attractions, restaurants and shops. Very clean apartment with very thoughtful hosts.

We liked everything, but other guests should know that the address is about 50 meters from where the taxi will drop them. It is a historic building with a small elevator, handy for the luggage.

The location was perfect and the front person was so helpful. He reached me to inform that my passport was found. I thought I lost it outside so I was at the US embassy to issue an emergency passport.

The location was fantastic and one of the highlights of our stay. It was only a 10–15 minute walk to major attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps, and being situated on a main road right next to Piazza del Popolo made it easy to get around while still feeling very safe. Security was excellent, which gave us extra peace of mind. The room was very clean throughout our stay, and the owner, Antonio, was absolutely wonderful – incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, or anything else we needed. His hospitality really made our trip even more enjoyable.

The shower temperature was a little inconsistent and would occasionally switch from very hot to very cold. The room was also slightly smaller than we expected but it was still cosy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Neither issue significantly impacted our experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Antonio, der Gastgeber, war sehr hilfsbereit und das Check-in zu später Stunde hat bestens funktioniert. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber.

Is the property was located in a great area close to everything. The room is very clean and the staff was very welcoming and informative.

Antonio was very helpful and supplied us with all the information we needed. The accommodation was very central and we were able to walk to all the tourist spots. You really couldn’t ask for a better location.

The property is in a great and safe location of the city. The Suits are very secure.My wife and I appreciate that everything was in close proximity of the property. We also appreciate the history behind the property. The staff gave us a quick history tour of the area around the suit. The staff is outstanding it is ran by a wonderful couple. They are very friendly, extremely caring, helpful. attentive, kind, and gave great local suggestions. My wife and I can’t say enough about them. We can’t wait to go back! We are absolutely going to stay here again.

People need to be aware that there are 2 long flights of stairs to get to the hotel. I don't remember seeing that when we booked.

The Tridente Suites’ location was fantastic, very central and within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in the city centre. Whilst it did not cater, it had an arrangement with the cafe next door which was also excellent.

Öncelikle otel fevkalede bir konumda. Popolo meydanının hemen karşısında Via del Corso’da yer alıyor. Roma’nın kalbinde diyebilirim. Odamız gayet güzel bi dizayna sahip, temiz ve genişti, yüksek tavanlar ferah hissettiriyor. Penceremiz direkt caddeye bakıyor ve sağ taraftan meydanı görüyorduk. Buna rağmen rahatsız edici bir gürültü yoktu ve diğer odalardan ses gelmiyordu. Klima iyi çalışıyordu. Otelin sahibi Antonio ise çok canayakın ve ilgiliydi. Bu arada Roma’ya gelmeden bir hafta önce oteli ayarlamamıza rağmen fiyatı makul bulduk.

Yatak fazla yumuşaktı. Bir gün hem hat hem wifi çekmedi. Kahvaltı da olsa harika olurdu.

Antonio was very kind and friendly. This was a perfect location for being in the heart of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum, and Pantheon.

Tridente Suites is the best place we have ever stayed when visiting another country. It is in an amazing location and within walking distance of all of the main attractions. The guest house is beautiful. Antonio, the owner, is absolutely lovely. He could not do more for us. "You are not a customer, you are our guest" was one of the first things he said to us. His hospitality is what really made this stay for us and we would recommend Tridente Suites to anyone visiting Rome. When we were leaving, Antonio told us we will always have a home in Rome and I truly believe that. 10/10.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage – trotz der zentralen Umgebung war das kleine, familiengeführte Haus angenehm ruhig, und die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Antonio und seiner Familie für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping! The bus and metro station were walking distance. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and our room was ready. He gave us his number to reach him at any time of we needed anything.

The location of Tridente Suites is excellent- walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Via del Condotti shopping district, the Spanish Steps, and more! The rooms are superb and clean and a home away from home. Antonio, his wife and John are wonderful hosts.

There is nothing that I did not like about Tridente Suites, my wife and I loved the accommodation and the staff. They provided for a memorable experience in Roma.
