No tiene ascensor , no hay aire acondicionado, a las 6 pm se van de la recepción y queda solo el hotel sin nadie de personal del hotel

Great location near bus stop. Comfy beds and very clean. We had a top floor room for 3 it was plety of space. Breakfast was nice, a little pricey but a good variety and convenient.

A little noisy on the main road.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city of Lucerne.

The only downside was that the street noise was a little disturbing while sleeping.

The room is on the ground floor, too small for our luggage. It is close to the road and very noisy.

Siamo stati in questo albergo, una notte ad agosto, la struttura è ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare ad un prezzo accessibile. La stanza per 4 persone era un pò piccola, ma per una notte si può fare. Cortese il personale, non c'è l'ascensore.

Habitacion grande y comoda. Tiene parking propio de pago. Se puede ir en el bus de la ciudad gratis con la reserva del hotel.

Un poco de ruido de ruido en los pasillos, no esta muy bien insonorizada la habitacion. Esta ubicado a 15/20min caminando del centro.

Las dos chicas de recepción fueron muy amable y atentas. Está muy bien ubicado, saliendo enfrente está una parada de bus que en 7 min te lleva al centro donde está el puente emblemático con flores y las principales puntos a visitar. La habitación es amplia, tiene una terraza muy agradable con lindas vistas. Las camas muy cómodas, el café y el té muy ricos. Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue placentera. Gracias!

El deaayuno es bueno, cumple, podría ser más variado y la experiencia sería maravillosa.

Me enviaron la tarjeta de Luzern express y con ella pudimos utilizar los servicios de autobús de la ciudad. Tienes un lugar donde dejar las maletas. Para el horario que mo esta la recepción te envían un código para ingresar. Existen 3 autobuses desde la estación de trenes que te dejan frente al hotel.

Que tu tienes que hacer las camas. Ellos te Dan las sábanas y tu tienes que ponerla en el duvet. El desayuno tenía fruta vieja. No tienen elevador.

Location was great! Nice accommodations. Second night was better once we got room to cool down.

Close to the bus stop which is free with the included city travel card. Easy checkin and friendly staff, with clear after hours instructions.

Room was very hot and on the corner of a busy road, with the windows closed had no road noise, but very loud if they were open. Couldn't cool the room down. Also no fridge.

Easily accessible, very close to Luzern main station and old town. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Free Lucerne city pass and free wifi was great. Restaurants nearby

No AC so it could get pretty hot in summer. There are fans in the room which were ok for us but it could be an issue with other guests. Washroom door didn’t lock which was a little uncomfortable. No elevator so have to climb few stairs with luggage

Поломанная вентиляция в ванной, которая включалась вместе со светом, ужасно гудела и не вентилировала помещение без окна и притока воздуха в 35градусную жару за бортом.

The hotel is right next to a bus stop, making it very convenient to get to the city center. The rooms were very clean.

There's only a duvet cover on the bed; you have to put the comforter in yourself.

Het is een prima basic hotel. Alleen het allernodigste is er. Daarom goed betaalbaar.

Raam in de kamer kon niet open blijven staan en geen lampje naast het bed. De badkamer was in dit geval op de gang: de douche in een griezelig hoog en glad bad. Niet voor mensen die minder bewegelijk zijn. Maar verder prima en schoon.

Trotz kühler Aussentemperatur war es im zimmer sehr feucht und warm! Im bad ist der Boden richtig heiss, vermutlich aufgrund nicht isolierter warmwasserleitungen im Boden

Bin jede woche in luzern,und das hotel spatz ist sehr gut,zentral und perfekt für das wo ich's brauche

War alles gut,und kann nicht's negativ sagen. War nur zum schlafen dort

网上定的时候有停车有早餐，到了那里停车收费，早餐收费。

7The hotel was just outside the city, with plenty of free buses stopping nearby, so it was really easy to get into the centre. It made a great base for the three nights we were there. There’s also parking, which was important for us. Overall, a really convenient place to stay.

The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with some money being spent on it. We had a decent fan in the room, which worked well and definitely helped, but air conditioning would have made the stay much more comfortable.

We sliepen op de zolder met drie ventilatoren, echter het was 35 graden in Luzern. Met 5 personen op deze kamer was simpelweg niet te doen.

Hotel hat gepasst. Preis/Leistung war super, hat für unsere Routenplanung gepasst. Als wir mit dem Mofa angekommen sind, fragt der Besitzer ob wir ein Zimmer gebucht hätten? Ich bejate und sagte ich würde den Parkplatz auch bezahlten, er meinte nein das sei nicht nötig kuule Geste. Sonst war alle okey, klar eine Klimaanlage wäre bei dieser Hitze gut gewesen, aber der Ventilator hat auch funktioniert.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Ich würde mir ein grösseres Buffet wünschen. Aber es hat gereicht um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten.

Hiçbir şeyi iyi değildi. Çalışanlar ilgisiz ve kaba. Otelde hiçbir şey yok. Asansör bile yok odalar eski klima yok. Mümkünse tercih etmeyin.

Not a complaint, only for information. There is no aircon however the fans helpe keep it coold on a very hot summer day. The room would benefit from a small fridge

Location is good. That's all "Hotel" Spatz has going for it. In the amenities description, it says sound proof walls. Not soundproof at all, we could hear people talking/walking on all sides, side to side and above/below. There was a large bug on the plastic covering the hallway/stairs floors. The remodeling was not mentioned and looked terrible. The refrigerator in our room had a neon red cross glowing all throughout the day and night. Also the fridge emitted even more heat in an already sweltering space. No AC and it's impossible to sleep. While they had a small fan in the room, it did little to nothing. Opening the windows exposed us to street noise and more heat. No elevator and when I asked, the snide desk clerk said "Not yet..." and did not offer to help us carry 2 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to literally anyone.

No AC. Remodeling not disclosed. No elevator and no assistance. Rude front desk clerk. We disliked pretty much everything and would not recommend.

너무 더워서, 창문을 열면 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 힘들었다. 한쪽 침대에서 삐걱거리는 소리가 많이 나서 불편했다.

Kein Lift. Matratzen haben gute Qualität, für uns etwas zu weich.

The price is reasonable and very close to bus stop that takes you to old town. Helpful staff.

No air-con and no elevator.

Hôtel idéalement situé près du centre, on peut remonter à pied vers le centre historique et les bâtiments à visiter en 15-20mn à pied ou 10 mn de bus, le bus est gratuit avec le pass tourisme offert via l'hôtel, l'arrêt est juste devant c'est impeccable. Nous avons pris l'option petit-déjeuner très bien il y avait du sucré et du salé. Personnel très accueillant, mention spéciale à Samer à l'accueil qui est juste adorable, gentil et de très bon conseil.

Nous avons eu chaud pendant la nuit (canicule), les ventilateurs étaient très appréciés, toutefois un vrai système de ventilation au plafond ou la climatisation serait un plus.

Good location

No air conditioning, room was boiling hot with only a fan available. Hardly slept as so uncomfortable Limited choice at breakfast which was not included and expensive.

Ik heb 230 euro betaalt voor een kamer voor 3 personen. Bij aankomst deed de elektriciteit het al niet en werd er verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf. Personeel beloofde het probleem op te lossen. Maar uiteindelijk heb ik met 2 kinderen de hele nacht zonder elektriciteit gezeten. De receptie was vanaf 20 uur leeg en op het noodnummer werd niet opgenomen. De volgende dag was er totaal geen compensatie mogelijk. En na communicatie nu achteraf ook niet. Boek hier dus geen kamer!!!

Mooie ligging dichtbij het centrum. Voor het hotel lag een bushalte. We mochten 1 dag gratis gebruik maken van de bus naar het centrum. We zijn hier 1 nacht verbleven op weg naar ons vakantieadres in Italië. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden en douche waren prima. Fijn dat er een klein waterkokertje met wat koffie en theezakjes stond zodat er koffie en thee kon worden gezet op de kamer.

Het was ondanks de ventilatoren die er stonden ontzettend heet boven op de kamer.
