i cuscini erano di un solo tipo (in strutture di questo livello ci deve essere la triplice scelta!), peraltro non quello di mio gradimento ma su mia richiesta hanno provveduto ad integrare con una seconda tipologia più consona alle mie esigenze

I really enjoyed the excellent location and appreciated that the manager personally arranged a room change for me.

What I didn’t like was that some rooms are completely outdated and in need of renovation. The attitude of some staff members felt slightly arrogant and distant, and it seemed that unless you were considered a top-tier guest, you didn’t receive the same level of attention or personalized service.

Begeistert haben die wunderschöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, das sehr nette Personal überall und die großzügige Junior Suite mit bequemem Bett und viel Platz im begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in St. Moritz ist Kaffee nur aus dem Automaten enttäuschend. In dieser Kategorie erwarte ich von einem Barista handgemachten Kaffee statt Automatenqualität.

This is a splendid property, where the service was great, the location spectacular, the food excellent. Every member of the staff was extremely nice. Wonderful breakfast, and fantastic spa. Access to the Corviglia mountain side was very convenient with the chair lift walking distance from the hotel (lift and public transportation passes were included in the price of the room)

La stanza e la vista dalla finestra . Il servizio al piano impeccabile , nella hall grande professionalità e vera accoglienza di LUCA GIUSEPPE E MATTIA insostituibili. Un plauso particolare a Lara alla reception.

La piscina esterna si affaccia sul campo da tennis dove fanno lezione, non è affatto piacevole . Il Concierge resta sempre poco valido, ci è stata consigliata una guida pessima e restano molto poco affabili. Dare più spazi fruibili dai cani.

Strutture molto ben curata, pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, qualità e varieta cibo molto buona.

Breakfast was excellent , sat outdoors in the sunshine with staff hovering to our every need. All aspects of the breakfast was faultless except the water could have been hotter with my tea

Nothing everything was beyond expectations

Suvretta House is a phenomenal hotel / resort with true 5 star amenities and service that makes you feel that you're staying at a home away from home. Excellent for families and kids - many activities with complimentary access for hotel guests and a stunningly beautiful location. Staff and management were kind, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. Rooms are lovely and the grounds, spa, and courts etc were excellent. Could not have been more pleased with my stay.

The hotel itself is gorgeous. The in house facilities are exceptional, including spa & ski services . The stylist and masseuse were outstanding! The breakfast spread was very nice too. The view from our rooms was gorgeous.

The staff could have been more attentive and motivated. The whole check-in procedure was underwhelming. The receptionist at the front desk looked a bit lost. The concierge was not helpful at all and looked almost annoyed. The staff at the lobby restaurant and breakfast area was not well trained. We were served pork on two separate occasions even though we very clearly stated, multiples times on both occasions, that we cannot eat pork.

Spacious, beautiful, clean, high quality staff, and probably the nicest spa I have ever seen The attention to detail is exquisite and you are greeted and warmly welcomed by top management. The pride is evident. Ski in ski out! I would definitely recommend and go back to Survetta House

самая главная проблема то что мне дали номер 357 а он был рядом с лифтом первый номер от лифта и постоянно был шум от лифта в номере и я плохо спал по ночам нет биде в ванной тапочки выдали на три дня один раз и в спа сервис очень слабый я переехал сюда из Бадрут Палас может оценка слишком завышена но там в спа можно выпить чай и соки и персонал более приветливый заточенный на решение вопроса тут дважды пытался записаться на массаж предлагали неприемлемые варианты или 30 минут или время позднее или раннее

Sehr schöner Blick auf den See, sehr schönes alteingesessenes Hotel, in dem man noch den Glanz früherer Tage erahnt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und funktionabel, allerdings mit einen Doppelbett, das zwei Einzelbetten sind, die ständig auseinanderrutschen

Alles sehr umständlich gestaltet, schon um einen Skipass zu bekommen muss man mehrere Stationen durchlaufen, das Personal höflich, aber nicht bemüht, geschweige denn herzlich. Es ist mittlerweile leider zum Massenbetrieb geworden im Vergleich zu früher. Der einzige, der dem Ruf gerecht wurde, war der Hotelmanager in Person, der es schafft jeden persönlich zu begrüßen.

We truly enjoyed the amazing stay at Suvretta House. It was a perfect winter weekend and the hotel and staff experience exceeded our expectations. The highlight was the new spa: Very luxurious with several jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths, gym. All newly built on three floors with a spectacular view of the mountains. We also very much enjoyed the dinner at the Grand Restaurant. Amazing food and great service. All this in the middle of a winter wonderland with direct access to the ski slopes. We will certainly be back!

Just a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute shuttle drive) from the center of St. Moritz, the Suvretta House is an amazing old world hotel with fantastic modern spa just steps away from the ski slopes. The Suvretta provides a wonderful escape from the stress and bustle of the world. Service throughout the hotel is impeccable. Rooms are super comfortable and the recently renovated spa and gym facility is 5 star plus! The hotel exudes old world charm from the enormous lobby with picture windows looking over the lake and mountains to the massive, original wood paneled dining room (jacket and tie required at dinner). Food is fantastic from an enormous buffet breakast to 4-course gourmet dinners. There is a ski lift within walking distance of the hotel and the guests are provided with their own private ski lockers. This super traditional 5-star hotel recently opened a renovated gym and spa area on 3 levels that brings it right into the 21st century, including a large, airy workout room with Technogym equipment, a separate Pilates and yoga room, and multiple spa treatment rooms on one level. A second level features a series of saunas, steam rooms and plunge pools and then there is a pool level with an indoor Olympic size pool and a large swim-out outdoor infiniti pool with jacuzzi style jets on one side in addition to a separate outdoor hot tub -- all with amazing views of the majestic Alpine scenery. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Overall, it's a beautiful location. The room was spacious and clean and the view was extraordinary. Skiing was enjoyable and the ski in/ski out was a welcomed feature with one big caveat. see below. My biggest fault was with the personal at the desk. The hotel offers a private ski lift to reach the larger ski lift. This requires off loading the small chair lift and walking across a road in order to reach the second lift that services the mountain. Unfortunately, there is NO sign WARNING of BLACK ICE and I slipped and fell backwards in the middle of a road where cars pass and HIT MY HEAD. I was walking in plastic ski boots with no tread and carrying my skies. Fortunately, I was able to get up from lying flat on my back and a ski instructor offered to inform the hotel. Later when I was back at the hotel, I mentioned the fall to the man at the front desk. His reaction was startling. Instead of an apology or asking of my wellbeing, he renounced all responsibility on the part of the hotel and said this road was part of the jurisdiction of the ski resort NOT of the hotel. How are hotel guests suppose to take advantage of the ski out feature without sustaining an injury if they cannot cross from the hotel lift to the main lift without slipping. The hotel advertises this feature so I think they do bare some responsibility. Could the hotel not provide a rubber tread to cross the road or place a SIGN warning of the dangers of possible ice? Could they not offer a staff member on days when there is ice to offer safe passage of unsuspecting guests of the hotel across the street? Nevertheless, I will never forget his unkind and unsympathetic response. I could have been more seriously injured and it would have put an end to a ski vacation before it started. A further major flaw include the obnoxious smell of cigar smoke wafting through the main lobby which precluded me from enjoying sitting in the lobby to listen to music in the evening. I hope management considers changing out supercilious personal at the front desk and make efforts to ensure the wellbeing of guests so they don't slip on ice as I did nor are they forced in inhale second hand smoke.

Wait for taxi 30 min every time

Service are so bad, every time we are waited a lot. For coffe food etc.. Two morning in the row are waited a breakfast more than 45min in the room. The stuff are so kind but not focused actually

All the five star hotels are nice in St. Moritz , we like the Kulm as well (maybe a bit more fun )but the Suvretta house has that special wow factor , discreet but extremely high end , old world , beautiful , classy with that special private club palace atmosphere that only exist in a few more more places around the world. Staying here is always beyond supreme , people that do not want to be seen stay here . Service , food , accommodations and public areas are out of this world . I strongly recommend to stay here and the Anton s bar and Club bar are destinations in it’s own right , even the bar food menu is incredible , and the new spa is the best Switzerland.

I loved like mostly everything! It feels like a fairytale.

The fact that they gift you a “suvretta house” bag but that don’t allow you to bring it home. Ahah it doesn’t make sense to me. Even the Stube restaurant is not in one level with the hotel.. I’m sorry!

Beautiful place with traditional hospitality. Its amazing that there are still places like that.

Quiet is luxury. To many photo shootings with loud influencers, tired kids crying in black tie restaurant or chasing in pool with parents who do not react. This kind of precious hotel should have adults only areas or hours of use.

Fantastic experience. The hotel is highly recommended. Rooms are very spacious, every detail is thought of, lovely breakfast, great spa facilities with indoor pool, which has a diving section and outdoor jacuzzi, all is all superb. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant, plenty of choice, lots of cozy space for socialising

The spa is quite pleasant. The dinners and lunches are very good, and the food is delicious. I also want to mention the professionalism of the waiter, Federico, who is very passionate about his work and puts in a lot of effort.

The breakfast was very poor. The fruit and avocado were very poor quality and not fresh. The Benedict eggs were also very strange. I did not like the quality of the massage. It was also inconvenient that there was no transfer to the cross-country skiing. I had to constantly call a taxi, but not all taxis take skis, which was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was good.

Gorgeous location and infrastructure. The hotel, restaurants, bar and spa were all exceptional. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The food was below expectation. The croissants and bread at breakfast were not fresh (on both mornings) but rather dry and it appeared that the croissants were at some point frozen and then reheated. We were surprised that simple orders like fruit juice and forrest berries cost extra (over 24chf each) The dinner in the Stube was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not worth the exorbitant price.

Nice hotel

Slippers are OK in the breakfast room but NOT the flips flops. Why ?? The swimming pool water was very hard, that's makes you feel very itchy. The SPA was a bit old and tired, definitely needs an update. Our room was very nice large and comfortable.

One of the best hotels ive ever been to! Loved how skiing is accessible exactly within the hotel! People are very accomplished and cheerful! I will for sure come back again! It is also a very family oriented hotel, seeing toddlers enjoying skiing was the best! Very hospitable

This is a luxury experience with excellent staff (very friendly and attentive), excellent services - the grand restaurant with a sense of occasion, the rooms and faciliities. Thoroughly recommend a pre dinner drink in bar. The private ski lift is an easy way to access the slopes.

Excellent experience! Perfect rooms and exceptional breakfasts. Attentive staff. Very high level ski room and professional service, very comfortable to reach the slopes by hotels own ski lift and ski back to door. Spacious swimming pool and Spa area very comfortable and well maintained .Pleasure to pamper after skiing or mornings. Overall we had beautifull time! We'll be back definitely.

We had an Excellent , wonderful, great service with friendly staff , management who provided great attention and high quality service to the guests in every aspect during our stay. It was only 6 night but from check in to check out it was all perfectly done by the hotel.

Disappointing Service Despite a Nice View We visited the restaurant twice for lunch on the terrace, attracted by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by extremely poor service. The food was delayed both times, and on one occasion, the starters were brought after we had already finished eating. The waiter’s attitude was the worst part of the experience, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Majestic place magnificent welcome Beautiful atmosphere with #Asmallword event but perplexed because the group hired a troupe of extras and dancers... but my pain and disgust were great. Hired by Le Cabaret Rouge de Dolce Riviera an escort from the islands tattooed with a rose on the chest of the Côte d'Azur for venus girl of joy under narcotics as a burlesque dancer it taints the glamour of the place not recommendable...

From the moment we were picked up at the train station until they dropped back off for departure this was one of the best hotels and staffs I have ever dealt with anywhere. The manager greats you upon arrival and departure and takes a true interest in your happiness. The front desk staff and concierge could not do enough for you. The restaurant staff fast efficient and professional all with a smile. The people that worked in the pool and spa area took great care of everyone all the time. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were fantastic. Everyone that worked at this hotel were happy, friendly, professional and some of the best hospitality people I have seen. Now the hotel itself?? Equally amazing!! Beautiful entry, beautiful rooms, fantastic health club and pool area. Easy access to town. The rooms, lobby, restaurant and grounds were impeccable!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world!!!

I stayed here for the second time this year. The views are fantastic, and the entire experience is enchanting. The staff are terrific and the breakfast is one of the best that I've had. The service is wonderful, and every details are looked after. Charming. Beautiful. Relaxing. A superb experience.

First class hotel with excellent service and accommodating staff. Restaurant was superb. Some rooms are smaller than one would expect for a hotel of this price-point, but staff was able to move me to a larger room with a lovely view.

Unfortunately it is a smokers paradise. Lobby and entire ground floor is smoking. In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids. There are far better ways of catering to both audiences. Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute und nette Betreuung von A-Z durch ein sehr aufmerksames Personal während unseres Kurzaufenthalts. Man fühlte sich absolut willkommen. Kleine Anmerkung, es wäre nett die Toiletten mit Softclose-Deckeln auszurüsten, die Derzeitigen knallen mit Krach auf die Brille. Aber wir nehmen an, dass Sie laufend Anpassungen vornehmen, was bei einem so grossen und exklusiven Gebäude eine stetige Herausforderung darstellt. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und verbleiben mit einem herzlichen “uf Wiederluege”
