The service was exceptional, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was always spotless. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day and the whole property was beautifully maintained. The location was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Santorini and would definitely stay here again. 10/10 experience!

El personal fue muy amable; al llegar me permitieron entrar en mi habitación antes de la hora prevista, y al irme pude dejar mis bolsas junto a la recepción para seguir visitando la isla. La ubicación es inmejorable (al lado de la plaza principal, y muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y de las vistas a la Caldera). Viajaba sola y en este hotel me sentí segura en todo momento.

They also offered to keep our baggae before check-in and after the check-out. It was my first time in greece but in general all the locals are very welcoming and nice. Truly a great place to come and visit and revisit many times.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La struttura è posizionata in una zona strategica, a pochi passi dal centro e vicinissima alla stazione dei bus. Nonostante fossimo in centro di notte non si sentiva alcun rumore fastidioso. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile del dare indicazioni.
Non c’è nulla che non va nella struttura, consiglierei solo di sostituire i condizionatori con modelli più moderni.

La pulizia è eccellente, cambio d’asciugami e biancheria da letto quotidiani, ogni giorno poi ci hanno fatto trovare l’acqua nel frigobar, bella poi la doccia in pietra, carino il balconcino, stanze insonorizzate. Staff davvero molto disponibile e simpatico.
Praticamente niente. Unici piccoli difetti il bagno cieco e buio, dal balconcino non si vede giù in quanto è in muratura, ma questo garantisce anche privacy. Sicuramente essendo cosi in centro un pò di casino c’è, ma è anche il bello e comunque una volta chiuse le finestre non si sente nulla

Pude dejar las maletas el día del check-out y recogerlas al final del día. Anfitriones muy atentos y simpáticos. Personas en recepción durante todo el día y dispuestos a ayudar. Muy buena ubicación.
Al ser tan céntrico hay locales cerca y grupos de gente se sientan justo delante del hotel a hablar fuerte a altas horas.

Our room was directly on the street which was fine during daytime but became an issue at night when all the partygoers made a lot of noise coming out of bars. Its hence advisable to request a room that doesnt face the street.

A város ezen része még nem a meredek, lépcsős területen van. A hotelszoba egyszerű, de elég tágas. Kávé és víz be volt készítve. A személyzet nagyon kedves!
Nem volt testápoló, csak tusfürdő.

Posizione centralissima che ti dà la possibilità di visitare tutta l'isola,visto la vicinanza con la fermata pullman. Struttura,nuovissima,profumata e pulitissima. Stanze accoglienti.Staff eccezionale, Margarita e ,soprattutto,a cara Toozie,, sempre disponibile,sorridente,affettuosa e pronta per ogni esigenza. Cosa importantissima è che ti danno la possibilità, non solo di lasciare i bagagli dopo checkout, ma ti mettono a disposizione bagno,doccia, asciugami, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Tutto top...consigliatissimo

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026We wanted a cheap and cheerful overnighter between ferry & flight home. Given the fantastic reviews I booked a triple room without hesitation (husband and teenaged son). The hotel is basic, but spotlessly clean with a good sized airy room, AC and even a small patio attached. It's a 5 minute walk from the main bus station (I recommend a bus from the port if arriving by ferry - they wait for the ferries to dock, so all very easy and only around 2 euros pp. Taxis are mega expensive!). Check in was effortless. We dropped our bags and walked max 5 minutes to the bars, shops, restaurants and the stunning Caldera views. The staff were simply lovely. Very welcoming, keen to assist with any questions and booked our taxi transfer back to the airport. We spent an evening and a full day in Santorini. All very relaxing as the hotel has a small shower room with towels allowing us all to shower prior to leaving for the sad trip home. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you are looking for a brilliantly located budget overnighter which is clean and friendly. Will definitely return.
Nothing! Given the genre and price point - all was perfect for what we were looking for. The bed was a little soft for me, but then I'm fussy. Husband and son had no such complaints whatsoever!

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Das Pelican ist toll gelegen ganz nah am Zentrum von Fira, dennoch ganz ruhig in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Zimmer war klein, aber super sauber mit tägl. Reinigung. Es gab einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem nasse Sachen schnell trocknen konnten. Das Bad war interessant gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit Tipps und Empfehlungen.

Recomendo e se voltar a Santorini ficarei neste hotel. O tema de nao ter pequeno almoço nao é um problema, existem varias cafetarias ao lado.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Staff were very helpful in accommodating us as we arrived a day late due to cancelled ferries. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend for staying in the busy middle area of Santorini.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026La ubicación excelente, a 150 mts de la estación de buses que conecta con toda la isla. La recepcionista Marina, muy gentil, de buen trato, habla español, excelente en nuestra entrada. No hay desayuno, pero dejan lo necesario para que lo hagas.
La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar.
