Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Hotel was located in a dark alley. a little intimidating to walk to at night not knowing the area. the hotel is a 5 story walk up. no elevator was not mentioned in comments. Arranged airport transportation with hotel. The driver was not where he stated he was going to be located. took over an hour and half to find driver. Staff was very nice and pleasant. However, the walk up of 4 stories to our room and alley location caused us to leave for another hotel. Staff did offer to move us to the 2nd floor, but we just had a bad experience.

Reviewed May 5, 2025Staff is super friendly and helpfull and the hotel is very clean. Location is very convenient and even if the big party street is just next door, it was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Reviewed Oct 11, 2024I have been to 14 countries so far, and this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of value for money. The hotel staff always treated me well, especially the employee " Oanh ". and wanted to make sure my stay would be pleasant. If you are unsure about staying at this hotel, I highly recommend it, and above all, it is well located.
