La zona que rodea el hotel tiene muy mal ambiente, aunque está muy cerca del centro financiero al que se llega andando en 5 minutos y tambien muy cerca del centro, las calles de atrás e incluso en la puerta del hotel hay gente drogándose a cuaqluier hora

Sehr komfortable, saubere, große Zimmer. Bequeme Betten mit zweierlei Kissen zur Auswahl. Sehr ruhig, durch Schallisolierung, man hört man wirklich nichts.

Die Lage ist nicht so toll, ein paar Meter weiter die Straße runter ist man voll im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel. Dadurch auch auf dem Platz vor dem Hotel entsprechend Drogenkonsum und Etablisement.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Es bietet sehr saubere Zimmer, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns im Zimmer nichts gefehlt. Das Doppelbett war groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Per quel poco che siamo stati, una manciata di minuti, le stanze si presentavano pulite e in ordine.

La posizione della struttura è terribile: a due passi dal degrado costituito da persone senza fissa dimora, risse tra ubriachi e consumo di sostanze stupefacenti a cielo aperto. Una volta visto il degrado totale in cui versava la posizione in cui si trovava la struttura, dopo il check-in, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto di soggiornare altrove e abbiamo chiesto di ottenere una cancellazione della prenotazione con rimborso completo dell'importo pagato direttamente all'hotel. Ciò in quanto eravamo all'interno del range di tempo utile concesso da booking per la cancellazione gratuita. Nonostante questo, l'hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsare l'importo delle notti pagate e ha accettato solo di ridurre la prenotazione da due notti ad una sola. Il giorno successivo, ore dopo aver restituito i badge, ricevo notifica da booking che la struttura aveva notificato alla piattaforma che non ci eravamo presentati: sottoponendoci quindi al potenziale pagamento di una penale. Infatti, pochi giorni dopo, ricevo un ulteriore non dovuto addebito da booking per il pagamento della notte per cui avevo già pagato la struttura. Fortunatamente avevo ancora la fattura rilasciata dall'hotel e dopo aver chiamato diverse volte l'assistenza clienti sono riuscito a ottenere il rimborso della quota pagata indebitamente. Nonostante ciò ho trovato il comportamento dell'hotel molto scorretto sia quando si sono rifiutati di rimborsare la prenotazione nel suo complesso, contravvenendo alle politiche di booking stessa, sia quando mi ha denunciato alla piattaforma per non essermi presentato (ripeto cosa non vera) e ha tentato di ottenere quindi un doppio pagamento per la medesima notte.

Hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla lähellä keskustan palveluita. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Huoneet olivat siistejä ja toimivia.

Centraal gelegen en comfortabel

Gut gefallen hat mit das Hotel, die Einrichtung und auch das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück sowie das problemlose parken des Autos direkt im Hotel. Die Aussicht aus dem zugewiesenen Hotelzimmer sowie die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt waren leider die Betten bzw. etwas konkreter die Kopfkissen. Diese hatten den leider schon ihre beste Zeit hinter sich und waren plattgelegen und damit ziemlich hart. Da wir nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben haben wir nicht an der Rezeption nachgefragt wozu es extra ein Schild im Raum gab. Eventuell hätte man hier noch bessere Kopfkissen bekommen können.

Frankfurt Am Mein viel tegen. Erg veel zwervers en drugsgebruikers en op ons moment lag de hele Karlstrasse/omgeving open voor vernieuwing leiding en wegdek. Erg rommelig.

The cleaning staff was very lazy, untrained, and did not understand our requests at all. Despite a number of requests the room was not cleaned, when we got back from our city tour.

Sehr sichere Tiefgarage aber etwas eng. Sehr schalldichte Fenster. Schöne Bar und insgesamt eine gute Lage um fußläufig vieles zu erreichen.

Zur Zeit einige Baustellen in Frankfurt, auch in der Nähe. Mit dem E-Bike eventuell etwas schwieriger aber eigentlich soweit wohl okay. Nachts steht das E-Bike auch sehr sicher.

Aside from the check-in issue, everything about the hotel was excellent! Comfortable, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was delicious! I'd be happy to consider this option again on future trips to Frankfurt.

The receptionist wanted to overcharge us by €50. At first, we could only pay by card, but then, when none of our cards worked on the machine, she said we could pay in cash (she'd initially said cash payments weren't allowed). When we asked why Booking.com had one price and she was asking for a different one, she said it was a deposit that wouldn't be refunded if we paid in cash. Finally, when we protested, she took the required amount without any extra charges. So be careful! Everything at the hotel was great, but I still felt like they were trying to rip us off. I'm actually glad now that the cards didn't work on the machine, otherwise I'm afraid there would have been more surprises...

Frühstück wirklich sehr toll und Zimmer modern und praktisch.

Die Lage an sich ist wirklich toll (Nähe Hbf, Zentrum), leider in einem Viertel mit vielen Problemen. Und die Lüftung auf dem Zimmer funktioniert zwar gut aber kühlen tut sie nur wenig. Insgesamt aber kein Störfaktor.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly.

At night, strange people sleep in the streets around the hotel. The area around the train station is the same. I don't understand how this is possible; it's a disgrace to the whole city.

Zentrale Lage und ruhiger, als es die Adresse vermuten lässt, da das Hotel etwas zurück liegt. Zimmergröße sehr gut, Klimaanlage angenehm leise, gute Betten und Kopfkissen, Pflegeartikel von Dove! Sauber, nette Bedienung, gutes Frühstück. Das Restaurant ist auch gut und günstig!

Immer mehr Hotels wollen einen zusätzlichen Betrag auf der Kreditkarte blocken, dieses auch. Ich hatte meine Rechnung vorher schon bezahlt, wozu wollen sie noch Geld?

It was very hot outside, therefore it was very nice that air conditioner was working. Unfortunately, tuning temperature was not possible and it was a little too cold in the room. Other than that it was perfect.

Instalaciones muy limpias, la atención en mostrador con amabilidad y excelente atención, en habitación, la cama y almohadas comodas, la ropa de cama limpia y agradable, el apoyo en el restaurante muy bueno y eficiente, buena variedad y sabor de los alimentos.

Fuera del hotel el ambiente en la calle y centros nocturnos es desagradable.

It has been modernised which is nice.

Stayed here with my family and were immediately met with racial micro-aggressions by the check in clerk when which started the stay off badly. The hotel is located on a street with brothels, sex-shops and a square where people sit and do drugs. Not a great hotel for families or young women as quite a few sketchy people hang around. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be staying again.

Ordered an uber for €11. He turned up but cancelled then drove away. Hotel phoned me a taxi who had difficulty finding a straight forward address only 7 kilometres away. And he charged me €31! Would only take cash.

Another one I’d like to give half marks to…, but really couldn’t round up to 3. First of all the positives - this is a clean and tidy hotel, with reasonable in room facilities, and a warm welcome. However, location wise it leaves something to be desired. Although only 10 minutes from the station, our walk took us through Frankfurt’s red light District, my daughter got heckled on the way, and there were a number of drug users right outside. It says something that, when you arrive, you discover a sign telling you not to go left when you leave the hotel… this is obviously not their fault and I must also say that it wasn’t anywhere near as bad when we left on Monday morning, as when we arrived on Sunday evening… The other think that was a big disappointment was the food. We arrived on Sunday evening, after a long journey with lots of delays, so really needed a good meal. It wasn’t. A conference was eating in the main area, so we were confined to high seats near the bar, and many of the dishes on the online menu weren’t available because it was ‘summer’ - which we couldn’t understand. We were told the pizza couldn’t be made vegetarian, as it just came from the freezer, and what we did have (burgers and pasta) were far worse than we could make at home. I really hope we just caught them on an off day.

Das man Wertsachen oder Bargeld nicht im Zimmer lassen konnte, wegen Diebstahl

Tolles Frühstück und super Bett! Ich buche das Hotel gerne für Konzertbesuche: Das Waldstadion (Deutsche Bank Park) ist schnell und einfach erreichbar über nahegelegene S-Bahn Station „Taunusanlage“. Zudem Tiefgarage für‘s Auto vorhanden.

Trotz der praktischen Lage sollte man berücksichtigen, dass das Hotel direkt an einem sozialen Brennpunkt liegt.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Das Club Sandwich im Restaurant war richtig lecker

Alt fungerede meget fint på selve hotellet. Personalet var meget flinke og hjælpsomme både i receptionen og den tilhørende sportsbar. Der var super rent og ryddeligt. Værelset var meget lydisolerende, så man ikke hørte trafiklarmen udenfor.

Hotellets beliggenhed i toppen af Bahnhofviertel er ikke super. Hvis man går til venstre ud af hovedindgangen, så kommer man lige ind på gade med en del stofmisbrugere, hjemløse og prostituerede. Men man skal blot huske at gå til højre ud af hovedindgangen og ad den store vej, så kommer man ind i finanskvarteret, hvor der er meget trygt at færdes.

2 volwassenen en een 1 kind , maar waren 2 aparte 1 persons bedden , waar moest de kind dan slapen ?? , bij het kiezen van kamer moet je wel een dure kamer nemen omdat je een kind bij hebt ! Vreemd ! Uiteindelijk heeft de kind toch niks ! Parkeergeld 30€ , beetje raar als je bij het hotel boekt en nog 30€ parkeer geld moet betalen

Very nice parking garage under the hotel. I managed tonget a charging station so I got a fully charged car the morning after. Staff was super helpful

The square in front of the hotel tends to hold a crowd that seem to have a drug or alcohol problem. It didn’t bother us as such, but I probably would have chosen a different hotel if I had figured it out while booking (mainly as I am travelling with kids/teens)

Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht, kein extra Bett, Kind musste mit im Bett der Eltern schlafen. War so in der Buchung nicht ersichtlich!

Bin vor der Hitze in meiner kleinen Wohnung geflüchtet. Klimaanlage top! :) Habe auch noch nette Tipps am Empfang bekommen und eine zweite Karte, damit sich das Zimmer tagsüber nicht aufheizt. Ausstattung super, Frühstück lecker mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Auch sehr ruhig. War sehr begeistert. Nah an der S-Bahnhaltestelle Taunusanlage, sodass man nicht zwingend durchs Bahnhofsviertel laufen muss, wenn man zum Hbf möchte.

Wouldn't recommend staying here during summer. No air conditioning or mini fridge to have s.e cool drinks after a day out. Lack of air-conditioning made sleeping difficult.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, ruhig und hell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich – egal, ob vegan oder Fleischesser, für jeden war etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Weg zwischen Hotel und Bahnhof ist nicht ungefährlich.

Excellent hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely come back!

L'impossibilité d'utiliser la télé et l'état du quartier à l'arrière de l'hôtel où nous avons trouvé toute une population de drogués, alcoolisés et des rues jonchées de détritus. Dommage, les gestionnaires de l'hôtel n'y sont pour rien !

שירות אדיב, מלון נקי, קבלת החדר מוקדם (אושרה הגעה מוקדמת בחינם מיד לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה). המלון ממוקם קרוב למרכז (10 דק הליכה).

המיטה לא הכי נוחה (טעמנו האישי). שנינו קמנו עם גב כואב, אבל יש לנו אישו עם מיטות שלא ברמת קשיחות מסויימת.

Clean and comfortable

Had to plan an unscheduled overnight here due to massive DB train cancellations and delays. Not the property’s fault, but the short walk (in the evening) from the main train station led through a very sketchy area with a sudden emersion into an outdoor drug den with many down and out folks stretched out on the road and sidewalks in a construction zone. Google maps gave us this route through a very dangerous area. Fortunately, a local restaurant owner showed us a safer route, apologizing about the local condition. Not sure what can be done about that - but perhaps the property can note the safer route in the confirmation email? Once at the hotel it was very efficient, safe, and friendly.

Es war wieder einmal sehr gut. Gute Lage, zuvorkommendes Personal: zum Wohlfühlen.

Habe extra ein EZ mit Einzelbett gebucht und gehofft- klimafreundlicher Gedanke - nur eine Bettgarnitur und Handtücher vorzufinden. Die zweite, Unbenutzte wird auch immer wieder erneuert. Leider war dem nicht so, sodass ich es beim nächsten Mal vorab schreiben werde.
